20 Best Vegan Meal Replacement (2022 Updated)

Tastes great and I love how I feel now that I’ve been taking it for a few months. I initially bought this for healthy living lifestyle. I the started keto and this fits in perfectly with my meal planning and didn’t have to stop using it! ! I’ve lost 6 pounds (I’m not that big to begin with but started outgrowing my clothes) went from 115.

8 now down to 109. 4. At first I felt like I need a snack shortly after the shake but think maybe it was more my mindset not actual hunger. I now don’t feel that way and stay full for longer periods of time! My husband is now going to give it a try now that he sees I love it!.

Over the years I tried everything to wake up in the morning and start the day ahead in the best way possible. I’ve been waking up at 6am since 2018, had been meditating every morning and evening since 2017, doing yoga since 2019, and since one month I have been waking up at 4.

30am. Despite all of that, some mornings I just woke up feeling groggy – I tried intermittent fasting, drinking just coffee, adding nuts or MCT oil to coffee, eggs, oatmeal, sardines, navy beans. I tried all of them, but then I found the Essential Shake, and my mornings have changed ever since.

Not only does it make you feel full, but it contains all the minerals, vitamins, and even leafy greens you need – I’m still confused, because I can’t really say how they’re able to do that. I purchased this product because I was looking for a meal replacement shake that was both low in carbs and low in sugar. I follow more of a low carb keto diet so most other shakes are WAAAY too high in carbs and sugar.

This shake has all the nutrients I was looking for and helps keep me in the zone without a big blood sugar spike. I was impressed by how good it tastes despite having less sugar than other brands.

I’ve been eating whole food plant based for the last two and a half years, and during this time I have tried just about every powder and pre made shake out there. Every one of them was either too gritty or had an unpleasant aftertaste or had both.

I had tried Orgain grassed shakes when I still eating a regularly diet and Enjoyed them. I tried the chocolate, plant based shakes and wasn’t a fan. I had resigned to the fact that maybe all plant based proteins tastes nasty and I would just have to learn to stomach it.

Well, on my last shopping trip to Costco, I saw tubs of Orgain Plant based Protein + Superfoods in Vanilla Bean and Chocolate flavor and decided to give it a try. I honestly didn’t have high hopes after remembering how bad the chocolate shakes were, but had ran out of protein at home, so I just went for it.

Well, I’m so glad I did! When I arrived home, I mixed two scoops with a about 8-10 oz almond milk…it was so yummy. The consistency was not gritty, it was creamy and the vanilla-spice flavor was absolutely delicious.

Then, I decided to give it the ultimate test. I dropped two scoops into 10 oz of water in my shaker and shook it up. To my surprise, it still mixed extremely well and tasted great, too. This is now my go-to protein for drinking and cooking.

Orgain is, overall, the best tasting plant based protein I’ve tried. No Cow is second and I prioritize this brand as they use sustainable packaging (aluminum that can be infinitely recycled) as well as a metal scoop.

Plastic is a plague on our society because of all the different colors, materials, and lack of infrastructure we have that places the burden on customers. Only about 9% of recyclables actually get recycled and plastic is problematic because it can only take so many times of being recycled.

Back to the flavor, though! This flavor needs to be made with black cocoa powder for it to taste like the cookies on the label. Your taste buds prepare themselves for that classic childhood flavor but all I really taste is sweet, gritty pea protein with a hint of vanilla.

I found it odd that I disliked this flavor so much as the Sweet Vanilla Bean flavor is amazing. This flavor, along with the chocolate salted caramel need to go back to the tasting room or perhaps retired or reinvented to another flavor as they are not nearly as successful as the Sweet Vanilla Bean or the chocolate fudge.

I started looking for vegan protein after gut problem with whey and whey isolates. Orgain was recommended online so I took a shot and tried the vanilla ones because vanilla is the best flavor for every brand.

I got tired of Vanilla and so I shopped around. I was also not happy with the calorie to protein ratio. I got 20g for 100 cal with Whey Isolate which is just 20 cal of non protein nutrients. Orgain is 21g for 150 cal.

Thats 66 cal on non protein. I then tried MyProteins vegan blend. They have brown rice which has cal to protein ratio on par with wheys. I also tried their pea+rice which is similar to Orgains comp. They were terrible.

They were so bad that I puked multiple times. I then came back to Orgain and bought one fudge and one peanut butter. I loved chocolate fudge with almond milk. However, the peanut butter was on another level in flavor masterclass.

Just amazing. I also thought a bit about the protein to calorie ratio. Every medical professional says to get protein from real sources like foods, etc. and then supplement with protein powder. The advantage of vegan protein with rice+pea blend means that theyre actually real sources of food rather than just protein extracts.

This means I can actually count for protein shake in my meal and feel better. Give it a shot. Almond milk is a must. Little calorie expenditure for amazing flavor.

I stopped eating meat and junk about 2 months ago and started eating from plants, mostly seeded grapes, oranges, strawberries, and watermelon. I’m also a truck driver, 1 year and a half of trucking thus far being 22.

Let me tell ya, I’ve had a huge energy deficiency since 18 years young making it very difficult to work hard labor jobs like construction and concrete, while also making it very difficult to stay awake on the road for 8 to 10 hours a day, about 400 miles to some days even more.

My energy levels has made me fatigued against my will causing me to be late to my appointment times, delivering loads of parts to a warehouse. Lady in this warehouse recommended I try Ka’chava out before I talk with a sleep specialist.

She figured it was a nutrient problem. Apparently I may have had sleep apnea do to a nutrient deficiency. I bought the matcha bag and a bottle around 100 plus bucks for my first purchase and after have taken this product I can safely say it has actually helped me gain better quality sleep.

I feel more energetic and more awake. The 400 mile drive has not been a problem now after a few days of getting my nutrient balance. Mind you, I don’t eat very much anymore since I started a more simple diet that dosent involve much of anything other than what I listed, and I’m greatful to have been recommended this for a balance of nutrition.

Also it keeps me full for a few hours too, making my berry supply last a little longer, since I get hunger spikes commonly and I just can’t stop eating, I know soup keeps you full for a long time too being that I have a crazy fast metabolism and I require an abundance of fruit to satisfy my hunger, which would be roughly half a water melon a day, or 2 pounds of seeded grapes throughout the day.

I don’t eat gmo fruits, and I stay away from bread unless it’s amaranth grain, but ka’chava dosent have that which is alright. I try to keep goat products sometimes as a filler too, like goat cheese.

I’ll be buying more for my mother and my 2 sisters and another matcha bag for me soon. I believe in staying healthy, there are great benefits for keeping a healthy diet and eating from plants, it’s not really food, it’s all medicinal for each plant has different medicinal properties, nutrients, minerals, and vitamins.

I feel like I eat too much anyways, gluttony. I’m definitely not gaining weight though from eating but I just feel it. Thank you ka’chava and I look forward to what these enlightening and healthy bags of love has to offer down the road.

When it comes to flavor and nutrition Ka’Chava has the best flavor of any protein/meal/supplement shake that I have ever tried…. And there has been quite a few. One of the things I love is that they don’t use stevia … while stevia is natural I just don’t care for the flavor/aftertaste.

One of the great things about the vanilla flavor is that it is a blank canvas to create whatever flavor profile you wish or just have the vanilla plain. I love adding frozen bananas or frozen berries to this shake instead of or in addition to ice.

I have a Vitamix and this is perfect for the job and will actually result in a super thick shake that is so creamy and delicious. I also bought the chocolate flavor which is excellent as well and love to add dehydrated peanut butter and part of a frozen banana… super delicious summertime treat or meal.

I honestly think the biggest issue with this product is the cost. Unfortunately, Ka’chava ‘s price point does not allow for most individuals to be able to afford this product. I feel as though communities as whole are suffering or contending with food deserts (which will only get worse with global warming) and while this product would be such a wonderful addition to one’s diet it is not feasible for individuals on fixed incomes, and / or low income, or the “Average Joe” to be able to afford this product.

I would love to see Ka’chava make their products more affordable for individuals without compromising the quality of their products. I think in doing this more people will use their products which will make up for any loss in decreasing the cost.

I have been buying the Raw Organic Meal replacements from Garden of Life for a long time. I can honestly say that I find them excellent. They taste amazing (I have mine with unsweetened almond milk), are full of wonderful healthy ingredients (including 20g of organic plant protein per drink) and are great value for money – especially if you snap up one of the many deals Garden of Life have.

I have recently been on the fast 800 diet and lost 3 stone – these meal replacements have really helped me achieve this. I know that when I have one I am getting so much that’s good for me and I don’t know how else I would get as much protein as I need on 800 calories.

I will continue to have them – to control my weight and know I am “eating” healthily. As well as being organic they are vegan, gluten free, have no added sugars or artificial flavours or sweeteners. the list goes on! So glad I found them!!!!.

Great company, top-notch products, their nutrition has played a crucial role in my recovery from 44 smashed bones, including a broken neck and shattered pelvis. I discharged myself from the hospital after they bolted my neck and pelvis back together at around 12 weeks against the doctor’s recommendations, knowing full well my best chance of recovery, especially from the brain injury I had suffered as a result of my skull fractures, would be to leave all the pharmaceutical products behind, get out of the hospital and concentrate on nutrition, something that our national health service does itself a disservice over.

My recovery has shocked all of the experts, except the only expert that counts and that is mother nature. You are, after all, what you have eaten. I can’t recommend GoL products enough. The meal replacement shakes and the protein shakes get 10 out of 10, the same for the men’s multi vits and the zinc.

I had been thinking about changing my eating/life habits, as I had been neglecting my health for at least a few years prior to the pandemic and had put on a good deal of dead weight during the pandemic.

I began doing research into meal supplements, and after trying a handful of other brands that were veg*n friendly and finding them to be universally awful, I decided to try Soylent. Not sure why I didnt go with Soylent right out of the gate, because it would have saved me a lot of time and money, but for whatever reason it was the last thing I ended up trying, and it was like night and day! The flavor was fantastic, it mixed well with everything, and it kept me satisfied after eating it and not wanting to pick around in the kitchen or snacking endless to try and quell my hunger.

It was a perfect. I started eating Soylent in November 2021 as part of a new routine. At that time I hadnt started working out again yet because of a pretty severe injury, so I was just eating one meal a day as a Soylent meal and then having a regular meal for dinner.

Since November 2021, eating a Soylent/banana/Silk shake and a single regular meal a day, Ive lost over 60lbs. The weight loss has been great because like I said before, I eat Soylent and Im satisfied, so I dont have this constant urge to snack after a meal.

Ive also dont my best to cut sugar out of my diet as much as possible and Soylent is great in that regard also. I use to issue with joint inflammation from sugar consumption and since Ive been using Soylent and changing the way I eat overall, thats gone away.

I feel better, Im looking better and I dont feel starved or malnourished. I feel healthy and Soylent has helped me begin getting back to leading a more healthy life. Its been exactly what I needed and maintaining my current diet with Soylent Ive been dropping around 10 lbs per month and feeling great in the process.

I’m going to start by saying that I am physically disabled and this specific product helps me in ways you wouldn’t imagine. How so you might ask? Well, I have a condition known as ehlers danlows, which basically means that my body incorrectly makes collagen, and thus poorly makes all my connective tissues.

Over the years I’ve sustained permanent damage to all of my limbs and body parts. I have to live a life that’s full of hours of slow physical therapy every day, and I have to eat healthy and cheaply just to survive.

But I also have to be time efficient. I can’t waste my time in the kitchen every day if I want to make a living and also do my physical therapy, but also my body can’t handle a lot of food prep. Soylent is a life saver for me when I need food in me but can’t manage to make it due to time crunch or one of my body parts malfunctioning.

The chocolate version is the best and I can add it to my coffee or to a smoothie and it gives me a lot of what my body needs to keep going. Adding it to my daily life has boosted my energy levels and my mood, allowing me to achieve better health goals.

For me, that’s not a small accomplishment. My doctors and I try all manner of things to try to boost my health levels, and this one actually works. Take it from someone with chronic illness. Adding a soylent regiment to your life actively makes a noticeable improvement.

And the chocolate one actually tastes good, too.

My sister and I both have trouble eating enough in a day. We prefer low-calorie foods, and as a result we often have a calorie deficit that leaves us low-energy. The meal powder is great way to drink a small meal where I may have only had a 90-calorie snack.

I drink them anywhere from a few times a month to a few times a week. I especially like them in the mornings for breakfast, when I can’t stomach solid food. I have shaker cups with metal balls in them, and they mix well; I don’t usually have clumps like with other meal powders (although sometimes the powder sticks to the top or bottom of the cup).

They mix well with different volumes of water, too; they stay very thick with the recommended amount of water, but I usually add ~16 ounces to two scoops for a lighter shake and more hydration. It has also mixed well with different kinds of milks! They do leave a bit of a funny taste in your mouth, but I have never encountered a powdered product that doesn’t, and it’s far from the most offensive taste that can come with a meal powder.

They also sometimes give me a stomach ache in the morning, but this passes after an hour and it doesn’t lead to GI issues. In the future I would like to see more flavors of powder, because the bottles are inconvenient and more expensive, but I like the other flavors.

This is my 3rd bottle and I use them every day. They stay tightly snapped closed so no worry about spillage. (If you have arthritis or weak hands, you might have trouble popping it open!) The loops have held up to being carried on a metal carabiner, swinging constantly on my dog’s harness.

All have survived many high temp dishwasher trips. I wish the gripper around the neck was wider bc my hand often gets cold if carrying by hand. The mixer ball does its expected job. The nutritional shake was recommended to me by Duke healthcare providers.

(Chocolate is better than the too-sweet Vanilla) I Vitamix it with the unflavored, unsweetened protein powder, ice and a banana to create a milkshake. Or add cold brew coffee as a yum alternative. Even with T2D, this sugar-based shake is the only one I drink.

I hate the taste of stevia and erythritol, which Orgain uses in every other powder and shake. I’ve tried them all, sadly. I wish they made this drink and/or a protein powder with only monkfruit as the sweetener.

Using this combo for 2 meal replacements per day for 2 months, plus exercise, I’ve lost 12 of the 25 lbs diabetes piled on me. I’ve also lowered my a1C down to 6. Yay Orgain! Please make this bottle in a bigger size.

I love Orgain shakes, though my goal in drinking is probably a bit different than most people. I recently went through some stressful times that reduced my appetite a lot and caused me to unintentionally lose about 15 pounds over a few months.

I wanted to gain back the weight, but eating enough was difficult with such a low appetite. A family member recommended Orgain shakes to me, and they’ve been great. As a healthy source of liquid calories, they’ve worked well to increase my caloric intake, and the great taste makes me really enjoy drinking them! Though they’re not high in calories, they are a nice supplement to the normal food I’m already eating and have helped me slowly gain some weight and get back to enjoying food.

My only critique is that they are on the expensive side, but that does make sense given the quality of ingredients. Overall I really enjoy them and recommend them!.

I have a lot of health problems and a fairly troubled relationship to food. Orgain all-in-one nutritional shakes are often the only foods/drinks I can stand. I typically drink 1-2 every day to replace my breakfast and lunch.

Personally, I find the “creamy chocolate fudge” to be the best flavor. To my taste buds, it’s like drinking chocolate milk or a milkshake. I have also tried vanilla and the strawberry flavor. Vanilla is definitely “the worst” -it’s got a very strong ~vanilla~ taste, a little overwhelming.

and then a weird, chalky aftertaste. The good thing about the vanilla is that it makes a decent base for additives like fruits, veg, and other smoothie ingredients. My only issue with the strawberry flavor is that there’s a bit too much of the vanilla base coming through for me.

I might try adding actual strawberries to punch up the fruity goodness, and get rid of that chalky undertone. I can’t say if Orgain has a flavor that will work out for you. but I would suggest the ‘chocolate fudge’ one for a try.

As for price, honestly, that’s also something I think everyone has to evaluate for themselves. Between mobility problems keeping out of the kitchen, and an eating disorder that has dogged me since college, a higher price for a full, reliable meal replacement has been a no-brainer for me.

My health care team has been absolutely delighted that we’ve finally found a way to ensure a daily intake of nutrients and calories. So the “value” was definitely worth it for me. I have had such good personal results with Orgain that I passed along the brand info to my sister-in-law because my nephew is starting to have adverse reactions to some foods, & while they figure out what’s going on, she can at least keep him fed with something gluten free, soy free, and vegan (she gets the vegan ones for him).

This powder is excellent! It mixes so well with water, tastes as smooth as drinking chocolate milk. Really helps me get in nutrients and calories after a hard work out and I’ve been noticeably recovering better after my hard work outs.

Blends well with water shaken up by hand or in a blender. Tastes great with water or incorporated with other ingredients such as a smoothie or juice. I think I digest this protein better since it includes probiotics.

It is my go-to vegan protein powder. Includes stevia which normally I’m not a fan of, but in this, I notice little to no aftertaste. Vanilla is tad sweeter than chocolate version.

I USE GNARLY VEGAN AS A MEAL REPLACEMENT. I’M A 76 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO HAS A PROBLEM GETTING ENOUGH PROTEIN BECAUSE I CAN’T TOLERATE EATING ANIMAL PROTEIN. I USE THE VEGAN IN MILK AT LEAST ONCE A DAY ON MOST DAYS AND HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR ABOUT 1 1/2 YEARS.

IT GIVES ME THE ENERGY I NEED AND I DON’T GO HUNGRY. IT IS VERY PALATABLE. IT’S VERY CONVENIENT AND IS ALWAYS ON HAND.

I used to use this protein for after workout protein intake. I found it to be quite expensive it retails for about 60 to $70 Canadian. It has a very gritty texture and It is very prominent in smoothies and other food items that you put it in.

I personally don’t like that because I want to mask the taste but there’s really nothing that you can do to do that. I’ve tried the chocolate flavor and the chocolate does not taste very authentic I find that it tastes very factory made.

It ultimately gets the job done because it has enough protein and it is vegan if that is your preference but the texture and overall taste is just not that great.

I picked this up because delivery of my go-to pea protein nutritional shakes was delayed and when comparing this to other, high quality meal replacements I was very impressed. From a pure numbers perspective, this powder has about 75% of the nutrients when compared to other, more expensive brands with some key misses, like a higher fiber count for example.

But that’s not where the stars come off. The stars come off because the taste is absolutely horrendous. I’ve sampled various whey and pea protein powders to find the one I really enjoyed and as always this comes to personal preference.

in water, this powder is like drinking dirt from the lawn after a recent rain and probably a reason I’ll never buy it again.

I’ve tried various brands and this is the best non-Whey powder put there. It tastes great on its own without blending it with any fruit or milk. Just add some water and shake well, it’s a tiny bit grainy but most powders are not a big deal.

The Mocha and Chocolate are my favorite but I tend to get the Chocolate as it’s less sweet. It’s my go to right after a workout!.

Let’s be honest here, if you are looking for an organic very healthy meal powder with clean ingredients, some superfoods added, and you expect it to taste like a milkshake, you might need some professional help.

This meal powder tastes exactly like it should given that the list of ingredients is incredibly clean, natural, full of healthy superfoods, and very low in sugar. If you want to cover the very healthy taste and can handle a bit more natural sugar, I add Z Natural Foods Super 8 Berry Blend (a mix usually for additional added benefits) and then it tastes like berries.

To add electrolytes to my meal I will sometimes use no sugar added organic coconut water. If added to the berries and meal powder you cannot taste the coconut water. Altogether this gives me the healthiest meal possible.

It keeps me full for hours. I’m also able to mix in any liquid supplements I’m taking with that meal.

I am enjoying this Chocolate nutritional blend! I have tried it mixed with soy milk, as a smoothie mixed with blueberries and bananas, and mixed into my morning oatmeal. All were delightful. I do find it a bit too sweet so I mixed some plain coca into it.

I use Vega mostly to make smoothies. Vega mixes so thoroughly I occasionally make a drink with a handshake without adding other ingredients. I I don’t like other protein powders because they’re too sweet.

Even the flavoured Vega powders, which I bought for the first time, don’t taste sweet. The only thing I don’t like about it is the price. I usually use half a scoop or a little more instead of using a full scoop.

I still haven’t figured out how to use it dry, like on vegetables, without it tasting chalky. As I write this, I realize that I could make a thick gravy with Vega and vegetable broth and then pour that on steamed vegetables or whatever I’m making.

I have struggled to find a protein that works with my gut for a long time and am so glad I stumbled upon Vega through a recommendation from a friend. Vega really works well for me and 20g of protein in the powder is perfect for my immediate post workout drink.

I really love the chocolate flavor and typically mix in some peanut butter powder for a protein boost. The one draw back I’ve had personally is the mixability of the powder. I do not use a mixer bottle, and I imagine the lack of an agitator might be part of the problem.

It’s easy enough to fix with a spoon and a little extra liquid after the initial shake is drunk down. Overall love the product and will continue to purchase!.

This product comes in attractive packaging with a resealable top. Inside the package with the powder is a scoop for measuring amounts. The powder is pretty much the same as protein powder I have used before.

I prefer to use more water than suggested as it is too thick for my liking. You definitely need a protein shake or bottle to shake as no amount of stirring will get rid of the lumps. The taste is actually quite nice considering the low sugar content and high protein as i suspected that it was going to be hard work.

I had the mint chocolate flavour that I mixed with ice and really enjoyed this. It was easy to drink as shake’s I have drank before can be very filling. I did not find this kept my appetite at bay though which I guess is kind of the point and I was using it as a snack rather than a meal replacement.

I have not used the product long enough to be able to say that I have lost weight. I am confident though from longer use if I did use it as per the instructions in replacement of a meal that it would have the desired affect.

The only side effect I have had is extra wind but no uncomfortable stomach or trapped wind which is really good. The pack I had is fairly small so even with one serving a day I don’t expect this product to last long and would need a large tub in the long term.

I have never used weight loss supplements but I have used a fair few weight gain ones in the past and this is a quality product. I would recommend this item to those looking to substitute there brunch coffee and donut for something that tastes great without all those extras calories and additives.

I’ve done the slim fast diet several times now but give up because I get bored of the same flavours. I dislike the chocolate shake due to personal preference so just rotating the strawberry, vanilla and banana can get really boring and repetitive.

I liked the sound of this one, salted caramel. Sounded like it was a new rich and creamy but full fat milkshake. Well it is a rich and creamy tasting milkshake but without the full fat naughties in it.

Its very creamy and can be made slightly thicker or not due to what you prefer. My husband who goes to the gym regularly hates the taste of slim fast but absolutely loves the taste of this. Even more so, I’ve had to offer another bag off amazon.

I follow another “diet plan” now but will incorporate these shakes into my routine. They are great if you haven’t got time for lunch or fancy a rich but healthier shake in the evening. I’ve also found that you can adapt the powder and add it into other things, for instance, I made some slimming world cakes and mixed a bit of the powder into some quark.

Heaven! It was amazing and felt like a very naughty Betty crocker boxed cake! I am going to order some of the different flavours from this range now after trying this flavour and having another on order.

If more “diet” shakes tasted like this then more people would definitely buy them but continue to use them, rather than getting bored and giving up. I’m four days in using these shakes, I am not bloated, haven’t felt like I’m missing out on anything sweet.

My trousers seem a little looser but I feel good. If I get all of this in four days time, I’m looking forward to seeing the results in a few weeks and months.

I’ve only given this product 3 stars as I don’t think I am able to really test the product to see if it delivers what it should, i. e. meal replacement. I am able to review it on how well it worked, and tasted.

Firstly, it didn’t find that the power mixed very easily with the milk when used as described, it left some small lumps of power that weren’t very nice when eaten/drunk. I was mixing the product in shaker with a mixing ball, and this failed to remove the small lumps.

This is the best mixer I have found (apart from an electric mixer, and normally is very good). Also, I was surprised when the mixture became thicker and and slightly aerated, I was expecting it to be thinner and more drinkable, but found it to be thick and like consuming a lightweight gravy – not unpleasant, just not what I was expecting.

The taste of the Slimfast was better than I expected, because this is made with low/no sugar, I was expecting quite an unpleasant, artificial taste, however it was surprisingly OK. I like salted caramel, and have tried lots of different types of products made to taste like it, but this one was OK, it had the right flavour and was not to bad.

The ability to be a meal replacement is unknown, I am in training for a marathon, and so not in a position to miss meals, and if anything I would be taking this to add food to my diet, therefore, I can’t comment on how well the product works from this respect – I took it along side my normal breakfast and can’t say that I was any more or less hungry than I normally am at lunch time.

So, it may or may not work, but I am not able to comment, but at least it doesn’t taste to bad!.

I used to buy this Protein Shake at the local Grocery store. I was very disappointed when they stopped stocking it. I am so glad I found it at All Start Health. Ive been ordering it for the last few years The cholate shake tastes great and I have it every morning.

I add 5 Ice cubes , water, and shake mix and blend it up. Of course you can jazz it by adding your favorite fruits, like banana, strawberry etc. I mostly just enjoy it just as it is, a nice cold delicious cholate smoothie.

I like the omega 3, the vitamins, and minerals, and plant Protein and other healthy ingredients. I like that is is dairy free and nice to my tummy. Try it. You wont be disappointed!.

I am a blood type that gets along well with dairy, and this whey based protein drink is perfect for me. It dissolves well, is tasty, and is satisfying. Couldn’t ask for more!

I’m sorry, but this product tastes like rancid coconut and is overly sweet. I’m quite disappointed as I really wanted to like it. I am by no means a fussy eater and can tolerate a lot but this is unfortunately not living up to its description.

Smells great when you open packet, easy to prepare, fills me as a meal replacer, lost a couple of KG’s in the first week, Happy so far and will keep on it.

I went to Costco to purchase my protein shakes but they were out of my brand. My daughter recommended the Orgain protein shakes since my grand kids seem to drink the kids version and like them. So upon her recommendation I bought the Orgain Clean Protein chocolate fudge flavored shakes.

My son took one to work as he also drinks protein shakes. He came home the next morning snd told me the Orgain protein shakes were gross and tasted like a barn smells. I didn’t believe him. I took one to the gym for after I work out.

I tasted it and no lie it tasted like the giraffe cage at the zoo smells. I’m not trying to be mean but I’ve tried almost all the protein shakes on the market but this one is absolutely gross. I don’t know what kind of grass they feed their cows but the taste comes out in the shakes.

Will not be purchasing any more products in the future.

My late husband drank Orgain over ten years ago and it greatly helped him when he had cancer; the V. A. oncology nutritionist researched it and was so impressed she did a workshop on it for staff members.

Now, I am dealing with a fairly serious cancer and Orgain is my lifesaver. Not only is it organic (very important to me) but it has the calories and protein I need daily; I usually drink a couple a day in addition to my other healthy eating.

There are more flavors now than I remember and I really enjoy the Smooth Chocolate, Creamy Chocolate Fudge, and the Iced Cafe Mocha. I like both the dairy based and plant based shakes. Very convenient to put in my insulated lunch bag and drink when I’m on the way to appointments.

I love the taste and I love the utility! It may seem a little expensive off the top, but for me it replaces both morning coffee and breakfast. How much time and money would I be spending every morning buying a coffee and making breakfast, or even just skipping breakfast and working through the mid-morning grumbling stomach.

I also personally think the caffeine affect is FAR superior to coffee in a head-to-head comparison. It wakes me up just as much and keeps me awake throughout the morning. I never get the coffee crash either, which I can’t really explain.

Sometimes I’ll switch back to coffee at work if I forget to grab a bottle of Soylent from home, and by noon, I feel so much worse with very similar amounts of caffeine. Maybe it releases more slowly since it’s being ingested with all the calories? I really don’t know, but I do know it’s an incredible improvement to my morning routine.

I first found out about this company when I noticed a coworker drinking one of their drinks. When I asked him about it, he said he too found out about them through a friend and had been drinking them to help maintain his weight (his work is very physical).

I looked at the back of the bottle for the nutrition label and I was astounded at what I saw: each bottle contains 400 calories and has the perfect balance of proteins, carbs, and fats! As if that wasn’t enough, the taste is amazing.

If you’ve ever had a sort of “protein drink”, you might notice a kind of chalky taste to them. I am happy to report that Soylent produces meal replacement drinks WITHOUT that nasty quality (maybe its because they use plant based proteins?) My only issue with Soylent is that, at the earliest, you can only have them delivered to your house every 15 days, whereas each box only comes with 12 bottles.

For me, I get so used to having one in the morning that on the days I don’t have one I don’t feel like my best self. You’ll have to have one first in order to know what I mean, but these drinks just make you feel good, and that’s exactly what I need in the morning.

I’ve been using the Soylent powder consistently for over 2 years and really like it. I finally decided to try some of the prepared drinks and while I still use the powder on daily as a base for lunch smoothies, I plan to now always keep at least a few of the prepared bottles on hand for days when I have to leave the house or need an emergency meal.

These really are so convenient, keep me full, and surprisingly tasty. I started with the sampler and realized my favs were all the choco-based ones anyways, so continuing to order the chocolate pack is an easy decision.

I generally use soylent for lunch, however the cafe mocha is perfect for rushed mornings since it gives you breakfast and coffee in one. I am a little bit on the fence around the mint, sometimes it really hits the spot (kinda like choco mint ice cream) but other times it tastes a little fake.

Ultimate yes I do recommend this, although in all honestly I do have some guilt around all the packaging/plastic so I try to keep these as emergency items rather than daily.

I am a burn survivor and require a high protein diet. I am also very sensitive to food allergies, lactose, and artificial sweeteners. This is the only Ensure High Protein formula that doesnt make me sick.

Its not too thick and it has a nice smooth texture. And I really love the taste and how it seems more like a treat, like rich chocolate milk! The other Ensure High Protein formulas are either too high calorie or have too much artificial flavors and animal based ingredients like the Max Protein formula, which gives me stomach problems, including diarrhea.

I also cannot have too much fiber or fat in my diet or else I get sick to my stomach. I cant tolerate lactose, high fat, high fiber, or high calorie formulas. And I have trouble eating because of burn scarring around my mouth.

At $3 per shake, I was hesitant to purchase and try this. But with the guarantee they provide I gave it a shot and am happy I did! I am about 8 months past my colorectal cancer chemo and radiation treatments.

I had a colon resection surgery and have an ostomy. It’s important that I get good nutrition from day to day. This protein shake provides a great way to do that for me! It has great taste! I tried the vanilla.

I have even used it to make my smoothies. Also, as a kid and even now as an adult, I’ve always loved Nestle Quik chocolate milk mix. I mix a little Nestle Quik powder into my Ensure Plant Based Protein Shake, vanilla, and it makes for such a wonderful little dessert! I will be buying more and would like to even try the chocolate.

But I love knowing it’s providing such good nutrients, protein, and fiber!.

Thank you for making literally the only gluten and dairy free protein drink I can have! It’s so hard to find a dairy free protein drink especially one that isn’t chocolate which I also can’t have. I have many food allergies.

I don’t usually like anything with pea protein in it but this one covers it nicely. Closest thing to a milk shake I can get. Works great on my diet when I’m hungry but don’t want to eat. Convenient, tasty, healthier than other things, and a keeper!.

I am not sure why I started with the 5 day Latte Cleanse; I definitely should have ordered the 3 day because I only finished two days worth before I became absolutely so bloated and had extreme trapped gas pains.

I definitely never felt hungry, and I could barely even eat the one meal each day because of how full I felt, but I did not lose any weight. The second night, after completing two entire days, I could not sleep and thought I’d be at the doctor the next morning because the gas pains were so bad and huge air bubbles were moving around my stomach that looked like a monster was in there.

So instead of continuing to day three, I decided to take it easy and just skip the lattes to allow my body to return to normal, but honestly, that’s never really happened. I am still extremely more bloated than before I began, and I have more than half the lattes left.

As far as the lattes go, they taste very similar, each one, and they basically taste like protein powder with stevia. The stevia was very strong and definitely is off putting. I thought I’d like the chocolate latte and coffee latte, but again, they just tasted like pasty protein and fiber powder with stevia.

Sadly, I learned a very expensive lesson.

Over all my goal was to jump start my new diet plan. I was looking for something that would be easy to do and not involve a lot of work. The fact that the package I choose came with a shaker bottle helped a lot.

I was a little nervous about the flavors I like a lot of things but most nutrition shakes are disgusting. I started this on a night I worked a 12 hour shift because I wanted to see how long the shakes would tide me over.

The first shake smelled like coffee which is not a scent I liked and it did taste like coffee so if that is your thing then you’ll be fine. I hate the taste of coffee and I don’t really drink coffee so that first shake was a challenge.

The second one which was matcha was way more up my alley and went down super smooth and easy. The third chocolate also went down easy. The fourth with is a fruity floral was interesting but also good.

The fifth tumeric and vanilla was yummy as well. They did work to tide over my hunger cravings. I was happily shocked that it went well. They did not always smell the best but they tasted fine. I tried the coffee one with vanilla flavoring and milk the second day and that improved it.

I added milk to all of them on the second day and it went fine. By the end of the three days and with one day of my diet in I was down four pounds already. Over all I was pleased and would do so again.

I liked the free ebooks you can download too I don’t know how well I would follow those diets but it gave me some ideas.

This stuff mixes really well with just water + unlike some of the non vegan brands does not upset my stomach. It tastes delicious + not overly sweet either. Wish it was available in a bigger size. I order this via the click + collect system which works really well.

This powder tasted awful AND doesn’t even mix well. No matter what I do it still tastes grainy, whether I blend it in a shake or mix in porridge. A waste of money

I lke this, but I have to hide the taste of pea and stevia with a big tablespoon of cocoa. Then it is fine.
