(Har pratat med plamil själva så där av jag kan skriva detta). Men som sagt, köp köp köp säger jag bara! Äntligen kunna äta en chokladkaka till helgen! Love it :D!.

These are delicious! However, nutritionally, they are very comparable to peanut MMs. What differentiates them is that they supposedly use organic, vegan, and fair trade chocolate. They taste delicious.

However, they still have sugar (they use cane sugar) and I would by no means consider them low carb nor low sugar. I do prefer their dark chocolate taste over milk chocolate MMs. However, as I said, when it comes to calories, carbs, fat, and protein- they provide the exact same caloric and nutritional value as regular MMs.

So I do not consider them any healthier than regular MMs, hence the reduced star.

some background info, I have severe wheat and casein (milk protein) food allergies. for the longest time since i have been dairy-free, i have missed M&M’s (especially peanut M&M’s) so badly and have searched everywhere for other allergy friendly options.

I found these at Target the other day and couldn’t have been happier! they definitely lived up to my expectations and are one of the best allergy friendly options i’ve tried 🙂 if you have a dairy allergy, i 100% recommend you try these!.

I’ve been looking for a dairy milk replacement product and finally found it. A priority was to find a healthy product that tasted great with coffee. I admit it; flavor-wise, it is not a direct dairy milk replacement due to the slight flavor adjustment, and I wasn’t very impressed when I opened the first cartoon and saw a beige color liquid.

Being sourced from plants, it’s understandable. Still, after many years of drinking dairy milk, I was intrigued to try it out. My goal was to find a healthy replacement. I was impressed by how well it mixed with milk, something I can’t say about almond milk.

You’ll quickly adjust to the flavor, and it’s fantastic, and this is my go-to milk now. I also tried their chocolate-flavored version, and it is a MUST-BUY! LOVE IT!.

Thanks to Rose Honey, our daughter found out about Kiki Milk and we initially pretended that it was actually a treat for us thinking we would have to sell her on it. Boy were we wrong! She asks for it all the time so we have to pace ourselves in fear she may get tired of it but I feel our fears will never come to fruition as she loves the taste and we love the ingredients! The price is perfect and the quick shipping delivery and packaging is high quality, not sure you could ask for more in terms of satisfaction with customer service.

How best to say this? My son is an addict. We think in a good way, though his behavior since we introduced Kiki to his diet has us mildly worried / ready to lock up the Kiki. He’s two and has been drinking “myna” (more commonly known as “milk”) daily for the past year+.

We were already feeding our four year old son non-dairy milk (oat, almond, cashew, brazilnut, pinecone) because he acted like a psychopath when he drank cow milk and we were too lazy to take him to a doctor to see if he was actually lactose intolerant, so we just assumed he was.

We switched to Kiki Milk because it wasn’t full of added sugar and oils I can’t pronounce. He loved Kiki, and has been oddly asking to read Hemingway recently (may not be connected). It’s our youngest now who wants to do everything his older brother does, that started stealing the Kiki and now wakes up an hour earlier than normal screaming “KIKI MYNA!” This fanaticism repeats before nap and bedtime.

Our sweet neighbor came by to see if he/we were ok. I think we are. When the sippy cup hits his lips we swear its like an addict getting his fix. His eyes glaze. He gulps like it’s his last moments on earth.

They he grins before aggressively tossing his cup at us and demanding “MORE KIKI MYNA!” Do we recommend this product? Our kids are obviously obsessed and it seems to be good for them. Just proceed with caution, ok?.

I don’t eat cane sugar so I was excited to find a chocolate bar without it. This was disappointing though. It just taste like very dark chocolate with very little sweetness, which you can buy elsewhere for way cheaper.

The size of the bar was also disappointing, definitely not worth the price. I ended up covering it in almond butter to be able to enjoy it.

I feel pretty deceived by all these great reviews. This stuff is okay when it can be well-masked with other flavors, but it’s pretty terrible on its own. I guess I should’ve expected an odd taste given that it’s pea milk, but absolutely no one mentioned the strange taste this has that I can’t describe.

it’s almost vegetable-y, but not exactly. My spouse says it tastes like nothing, but then again, he LOVES vegetables, so it probably does taste like nothing to him. Whereas that odd flavor sticks out like a sore thumb to me.

Anyway, it’s fine in oats; okay on cereal as long as the cereal is good enough to override it; sinfully terrible in tea; haven’t tried in coffee yet, but I imagine it’s just as bad; just barely drinkable on its own and leaves a bad aftertaste.

Do not be fooled by the “it’s close to regular milk” reviews. It’s not. I’ll give them credit that they got the mouthfeel and body pretty close, but that flavor. yick. I’m open-minded. I drink real milk and milk alternatives.

And this is one milk alternative that I will not buy again, unless I give the vanilla a shot.

I usually buy the kid version ripple for my toddler due to easier digestion. We loved that one a lot. During a travel the store was out of stock for what we usually have so I bought this one instead.

It is very sweet compared to the other ones. For fun drinks once in a while, I guess it’s okay. But if you are using this as an alternative of everyday milk for small kits, it tailors a dangerous sweet tooth.

I would not recommend this one for small ones.

Personal favorite, the flavor is an acquired taste, and I’d only recommend for people that need a dairy-free, no sugar option. Best substitute I’ve found so far for my hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) tendencies.

Pairs well when eating that rare chocolate treat. I go through 5 of these a month. Gets pricey, but worth it.
