I have been taking probiotics on a regular basis for over a decade. After a few months of stress-snacking, I decided to try the RenewLife Cleanse Smart 2-part program to help detox all the ‘junk. ’ I am accustomed to taking one capsule a day.

Therefore, remembering to take the part-2 capsules at night was difficult, and I missed two nights. When I did get back on schedule, this program seemed to work with a mild, gentle affect, but I don’t feel it fully lived up to expectations, and I didn’t actually feel more energized.

For the amount of capsules you need to take on a daily basis, I just didn’t notice any additional benefits that the product suggests.

I’ve been struggling with inflammatory and cystic acne for the past few years (I’m 24). Countless visits to the dermatologist, money spent on medical grade and over the counter products. nothing really seemed to “cure” my acne.

I decided to go out on a whim and purchase this powder despite the varying reviews on platforms (I’ve checked target, Amazon, Walmart, etc) and am SO glad I did. As someone who’s tried multiple probiotics with no results, I didn’t have high hopes.

After A week of drinking this in the morning, most of my acne is gone. I am still using topical treatment but this is the only new thing I’ve introduced to my regimen so it has to be the reason for my skin clearing up.

I notice less bloating as well! I mix one scoop into a glass of water, stir it, and chug it. Not the best tasting but not horrible. I usually have to go back in with a bit more water to clear out the remaining powder stuck on the sides of the cup.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to write one for this! I’ve been using it for a week now and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels, concentration/focus, and because I work from home – I tend to snack all day.

I’ve found that this stuff keeps those cravings away. The bloat is gone…I can see my ab muscles trying to come back! And I’ve already lost 3 pounds without exercise. Just one scoop in my morning fruit smoothie with coconut water and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do! I’ve noticed a huge difference in my digestive pattern – it’s not very harsh at all like some other detox products I’ve tried.

The taste is barely noticeable if you blend it in a fruit smoothie, so based on the noticeably fast benefits, I will be keeping this product as a part of health regimen.

I started this superfood when I went into a diet of Keto. I didn’t care about the 2 net carbs, I just added it to my daily intake. After awhile I noticed my energy, I felt better, then I thought the 2 net carb I could use it to eat food other than the drink.

I tried another capsule 2 a day and I started itching under my skin, I couldn’t see the rash but I itched a lot. so I stopped the 2 capsules and so did the itching. I went back to Superfoods, and no itching, no problems and I felt even better and it slowly kept me healthy again.

I would recommend this powder to everyone. no matter your age. I put it in my breakfast drink, you don’t know it’s there. so a smoothie is perfect to add the powder. I will continue this Superfood even after I finished Keto.

I love the way I feel, energetic, healthy with the Superfood drink. It’s one of the best and the value is spot on.

I had a terrible case of leaky gut, and I spent months vomiting for hours every morning before I could get out the door. I’d have to wake up 5 hours before I left my house just to make sure I wasn’t going to throw up all over myself once I got in the car.

I was also 436 lbs and totally miserable. I’m not gonna say that I got this drink and lost 140 lbs because that didn’t happen. I dieted and got down to 320 lbs before I got Koso, then I decided to do an extended fast with the aid of Koso, at this point my stomach was quite a bit better, but I was still throwing up most mornings and nauseous as hell every morning.

I started my cleanse and every morning I would wake up sick, swallow the Koso, lay down and within 30 minutes if feel a bit more stable and was able to start moving around. I’d have another before leaving for work, and 1 or 2 more during my work day.

It helped keep my stomach balanced and kept the nausea away. Day 2 was hard because of all the ghrelin, but after my 2nd Koso drink of the day I felt totally fine and hunger was gone. 3rd through 5th day we’re very very easy, I added water with fresh lemon throughout the whole day.

I will definitely be doing another long term fast with Koso as an aid when I get my next bottle. I’m also getting my mom interested and I think it’d help her a lot too. The taste is great, I love it with the sparkling water.

I could see some people having the smell turn them off, but it reminded me of branston which I love. It smells like fermented stuff, so if you like fermented foods you’ll be fine, if you’re not used to them then you might want to use extra water.

This is an excellent product that I believe really helped me in my journey. I’m down to 295 now, and my stomach is much better than before the cleanse.

I’ve always struggled with my weight my whole life I don’t exercise a lot. My diet is bad eating carbs all the time. Yuck! Brace yourself to gag the first time, the taste is very difficult to get used to. It smells like it tastes, like Kimchi, NOT sweet plums. The trick is to keep your sparkling water and R’s KOSO cold, then add only 4oz.

of sparkling water, and quickly chug the mix through a straw without taking a breath. Chasing it with a sip of coffee or a chocolate covered espresso bean helps big time. I feel really good after taking it for about 2 weeks and I have gotten my husband to work up to taking it a few times.

I suggest taking it in the morning, because it gives you a boost (especially the first day). I’m taking this to help my digestion and it seems to be working. However, there’s no way I could replace a meal with this.

I don’t recommend doing that unless you love the stuff and can drink gallons of water to suppress your appetite, because this alone isn’t going to cut it. Be brave and try it if you are on the fence.

The health benefits outweigh the taste for me. I’m also getting use to the odd flavor/smell. Maybe one day I’ll actually like it? I’m optimistic ;).

My gut feels good when I take these. I fall sick a lot and these have helped to speed up the recovery process. The bottle suggested to take fiber supplements along with this so as to absorb the toxins from the detoxing.

I take Now Foods, Psyllium Husk Caps with these and I’ve not experienced any nasty die-off reactions. Good products and I’ll continue to buy both!.

I gave it an 8 because this is my first time trying a detox product so I can’t give it a 10 cause I don’t have anything to compare too. I took the whole bottle for 7 days. 42 pills. 6 pills a day, 3 in the morning and 3 before bed.

I took a picture of myself every morning for the 7 days to compare. I did a paleo diet, and did crossfit 1 hr a day for 5 days of that week. The detox didn’t make me go to the bathroom that often. I didn’t have stomach pains.

When I was using the detox I never felt bloated, and when comparing my first pic to the 7th day pic i could see a difference. It’s not night and day difference, but you can notice where I slimmed down.

Juice tastes very good, fresh, but watered down too much. It arrived partially frozen and well packaged. Three small ginger shot bottles were supposed to be in this order, however only two were included in the box.

Six 16oz juice bottles were almost 10 bucks each with Groupon price which is three times more compared to what are cold pressed juices and smoothies sold in my local supermarkets. Even Amazon sells raw cold pressed juice cleanses for less than Groupon.

I do not see any deal or savings in this purchase. I could have three bottles of juice from a local store for the price of one from Groupon. I wish I would compare prices before ordering with Groupon.

This product has been a life saver! I suffered from a lot of stomach issues for a long time including bloating, bad digestion and stomach pain. Detox Nourish relieved me from these issues! The order arrived quicker than it was even estimated. The package was packed nicely. The taste is good, only too much sugar. For anyone on a low-carb diet, having 4 grams of sugar in one serving is a lot.

The direction on the bottle under “Supplement Facts” stated that a scoop of a size of 8g must be used, and my expectations were that there will be a small plastic scoop included in the bottle, but there were none.

That makes it a bit inconvenient as I had to find out what is the 8gr amount, to realize that it is about a tablespoon, and find a measuring tablespoon to use. It would be much easier if the bottle inside will have a small scoop, so the customer has all the tools he needs from the start.

Otherwise, everything is fine.

I have been using green food powders for over 40 years, the same one for the past 20 years. I found this one through a review on Amazon and decided to try it. Vitacost has a lower price, so I purchased it here and I’m so glad I did.

It is only $2 more than the one I’ve been using, but the differences are huge. First, the powder is super finely ground so that it completely dissolves in water. That’s right, I only used water because, secondly, the wild berry flavor is smooth and sweet – not overly sickly sweet, but just enough that I can drink this in water and not juice.

It was just like drinking a glass of cold water without anything in it – no grit at all – amazing. I’ve never tried any other green drink that didn’t have any grit to it. Some worse than others, but this one has none! Another reason I chose this green powder is that it is sweetened with monk fruit vs.

stevia or any other sweetener. Stevia tends to be bitter where, monk fruit is not.

I just finished my first container of Raw Greens whole food powder wild berry flavor and I loved it! I’ve already purchased 2 more. I love the added bonus of the digestive enzymes and probiotics, so this will be my go-to green’s in the future.

Currently on day 4 of 10. No effect on day 1 or 2, but early in the morning on day 3 I had some bad cramping and. some cleansing. Since then, the product seems to be working effectively and I have not had terrible problems with it.

The powder (step 2) is as awful as the bad reviews say it is, but honestly, since it’s working, I’m okay with drinking liquid tree bark. Although, I think I may try mixing it with juice tomorrow (this gets somewhat better reviews).

I just finished my 10 day cleanse and I do feel better. I have fasted and cleansed using many products for the past 40 years. This product was good, not great for me. It would be a good first cleanse for people who have never cleansed and want to start.

It’s gentle and so easy to take, especially for people working during the day. The taste of the products are good compared many others I’ve used. Whatever the taste, it’s worth it to detox my body. My favorite cleanse still, is Blessed Herbs.

It’s the best whole body detox I’ve ever used, but only for committed cleansers.

I was excited to try this product as I’ve never done a cleanse before, so I read a bunch of reviews and made sure this was made in the USA, which it is (Georgia) and that it had real ingredients in it (which it does) but I was still a little weary since it’s not approved by the FDA.

I primarily bought this to help clear my skin since I want to stop taking my Spironolactone prescription which truly helped but I want to see if I can take something without seeing a dermatologist. The reviews on this sold me, most users’ skin cleared taking this BUT unfortunately for my hormonal acne breakout, it was not.

I thought I was going through the purging phase that lasted many weeks since my skin cleared for a week or two then I started breaking out again! Same place where I had the old breakouts – sides of my cheeks and jawline.

Please manage your expectation with regards to the taste. Once that’s out of the way, you’re home free. I also won’t recommend taking it on its own or with water; yuck. I have taken this product twice in my lifetime. The first time back in 2016, and I did not develop any side effects, but the 2nd time around (March 2022) I developed a yeast infection. Since my weight loss surgery in 2020, my body has become very sensitive, so I doubt if I would ever use this product again because of the side effect it caused.

Very good product in my opinion. I’ve been using it every year for 7 years. It always correct my stomach problems. Which are bloating constantly and being constipated. I normally feel very well by day 5.

It rid of old waste. That’s been sitting in my intestines for years. The product always do it’s job for me. I’m on day 5 actually with two more to go. I am very satisfied with this. I did lose 2. 6lbs of stuck waste.

I started this product Friday night took 4 pills before bed, took another 4 in the morning (Sat) got good results, at 11am used the bathroom, again at 1pm (runny stool ) Took 4 cap that night, Sun 5am on the toilet (large movement) took 4 cap 9am.

I love these, but I have to take 5 of them with each meal, every day. I don’t go on these all the time, but when I have to manage my weight (shed 5 lbs or more), I just get back on more cruciferous veggies (AND take this supplement) and I’m losing weight.

It is pretty much essential to get Dr Berg’s informative book The 7 Principles of Fat Burning and read exactly what you need to do, for your body type, to lose weight and feel great. But you will find out why it’s so important to consume a lot of phyto nutrients.

And, just as important, you will learn what not to eat (proteins with sugar is probably the deadliest combination for weight gain, but there are other good tips in the book). The quality of these dehydrated vegetables is super high.

Well worth the price.

To be honest not sure how to review yet because I’m incorporating them one at a time weekly so I don’t over tax my system so not sure what the end results will be but hoping for good ones. So far nothing negative by starting with one a day for a week then adding another the next week and this week I’m starting three.

I don’t take them at the same time because it seemed when I did my stomach got upset. Hoping to get off Pepcid once a day. I used to take Juice Plus but found this product because of the cost of Juice Plus but what I liked about this product was it’s freezer dried and organic.

Being freezer dried means the nutrient weren’t cooked out of them. Hopefully the recipe of this does not change.
