20 Best Velcro Watch Bands (2022 Updated)

I was looking for a new band, non plastic and with a Velcro option. Preference for the color black. The Watch Band from Chums is fantastic! No longer dealing with irritating skin around my wrist, and a great feel when wearing it on a number of my watches.

Easy to apply and it is even great for swimming. Needles to say I replaced all my previous bands 🙂 apart from the product I am really satisfied with customer service and the communication the organization provided.

I have had my “the Band” velcro watch band for at least 20 years! Couldn’t ask for anything better for my ancient Seiko sport watch. It looks sporty. It can also look dressy. If it gets dirty, it gets washed with good ol’ soap and water.

But, after all these years the velcro is finally giving up. So glad the Band is still available.

I’ve had “The Band in size “Small / 16mm” for 1 -1/2 weeks now. I ordered it for my Casio G Shock DW9052. A few issues I’ve noticed. 1. The band was sent with the wrong sized pins. (Amazon reviews for the 16mm “The Band” verify this) 2.

The band causes my watch to sit much higher on my wrist. This is a concern because my watch might get caught on things. 3. After 1 – 1/2 weeks of having this band, it looks like it’s starting to come apart.

There are a couple strings. It may cause the band to come apart, it may not. I have pictures of the wrong sized springs, the watch and how high it sits in my wrist and the strings at the end of the band.

This is my 1st chums purchase and chime product. I’m not impressed. I expected more.

Took me a minute to get the day and date set for America, but once I did it has not faltered. Very nice looking and seems accurate. Only concern is how long the Velcro will last as I take my watch off each evening.

Needs a light on it so you can see the hands. Do not like the glowing numbers.

This is a simple yet effective solution. I have problems putting on a watch requiring alignment of the ends through loops or putting a key through a hole or anything else that requires dexterity. I can barely pull myself together and put toothpaste on a toothbrush no less coordinate an intricate piece of jewelry requiring a lot of squinting first thing in the morning.

This design type doesn’t need all of that fiddling around. It stays in a loop not requiring a “relooping” after putting it on one’s wrist and then just simply requires a pull to the end and pressure to get the hook & loop to attach.

What could be easier? It is difficult to find this design. I looked quite a while. A continuous stretchy loop is not effective if you have hands larger than wrists by a considerable amount. And normal “push through a hole” technology is just too much (see above).

This was done well. I’d like to see more variety and even up-scale designs but keep the fundamental approach!!!!! Thanks.

Ordering was great — it arrived right on schedule. This is the second Anhem band I’ve tried and they’re both softer and more comfortable than Apple’s. I learned from other reviews and someone I know that the colors in the photos don’t quite match the actual bands.

But I really wanted one. So I limited my choice to the Black and gray ones. This is the Black and White. To me it looks different than the product photos — BETTER in person. I didn’t expect it to look so good.

The pattern is almost a houndstooth and has a very leveled up appearance. It looks great with a Series 7 Stainless graphite – see the pics.

I bought a ******* watch band. It did not change my life. The homeless are not housed, people are still getting shot, white police officers haven’t stopped hunting season of BIPOC people, insecure little boys are still using masculinity enhancing Barbie Bang Sticks to shoot innocent people at parades.

The watch band is reasonable comfortable but I don’t ****** when I put it on. I have no idea as to durability, but I have recorded 43 emails because, hey, why the **** not?? And you wonder why people voted for Trump….

Item as described, prompt shipping, sound packaging and received in excellent condition. YouTube video instruction was simple and effective. The enclosed Watch Case Spring Bars were too long for my watch case (25mm), so I needed to order the appropriate size (18mm) for my needs.

I needed the spring bars because one of the original holders was non-removeable and needed to be cut out with a mini hacksaw. Other than that, perfect replacement for my Casio watch. Completely satisfied with purchase.

There is nothing wrong with information points – I read too much into the description. I had thought that the band would be breathable. I won’t return as I realize I should have been more discerning.

The metal link also stands out too much. In hindsight, that would not have been as easy to discern. One I had purchased in-store Wal Mart was in Velcro. That was breathable. Win some lose some. I purchased a Perlon strap later.

Again, not blaming the company which sold it. Buyer beware!.

The Velcro strip is long, so the band is held very securely. I rated this 4 stars because for ME, the band is a tad too long. Maybe I have small wrists. I like everything else about the band.

Love the fact that the strap is versatile and adjustable. I have small wrists and the original bands that apple provides and other sellers are always to big. This is however has a Velcro attachment so it makes sizing availability a lot easier.

Definitely buying more.

Sister and I both think that your wraparound watchbands are the best by far!!!! Other brands are so wide that they won’t fit even the largest women’s watches. We always get “small” but they are still too long for our wrists.

We usually cut them to fit and glue the ends. Your pattern choices have been great in the past. Not as much choice right now but the red, white and blue patterned one is perfect for today’s casual styles.

The KAVU watch bands are amazing. I have 3 and I love them all. Easy to put on your watch, very flexible and soft on your wrist. Will take a hard day of adventures and still look and feel great. Would highly recommend these watch bands and I hope to get some more in the future.

This is a high quality Luminox OEM watchband and fits 22mm watches like a glove. The band was a little longer than the one that originally came with my watch, which was a big plus since I have larger wrists.

It also came with a double buckle vs. the single buckle that came originally with my watch. Logo on band and buckle is very nice as well. Comes with two extra spring pins, just in case you ruin any taking off your old band.

I highly recommend this product and believe its much better than the one that originally came with my watch from the factory (which dry rotted after about 12 years of use).

For durability and adjustment you can’t beat these Luminox bands. Metal bands last longer but you have to get them adjusted to your wrist and can become uncomfortable and pinch you. These bands are VERY comfortable and adjust to any size wrist.

They go on fast, come off fast and will last for years. I’ve had Luminox watches for 15 years and this is the 3rd band I’ve bought in that time frame!! Fantastic!!.

I’ve tried several ZULA & NATO bands with my Luminox Stealth. This one is the most comfortable (important if you wear your watch 24/7 as I do). Very well made with excellent materials and craftsmanship.

Worth the price. Definitely recommend and will buy again myself. Cheers!.

Got this to replace a similar band that was just worn out after a few years use. This one is more HD, a bit larger and the cover is made to hook open as well as closed. The strap that secures the watch is different than most that use two loops.

This threads thru both pins and the strap then secures with Velcro. This strap could have been a bit wider. I have the largest watch that I have ever owned on this strap. The buttons hang out the sides but the face is well covered.

I have worn this style of strap since Viet Nam and have a whole collection of brand new rubber and leather watch straps.

It’s great for a child’s watch or a ladies watch but totally useless for a tool diver. It’s pretty narrow so my watch hangs out each side of it and the flap that supposed to cover my watch won’t even reach to the other side of my watch.

It’s not long enough to stick the velcro to cover my watch so the flap just hangs open which means I can’t even use it. If I had a smaller ladies watch or a kids watch it would be just fine. The quality is great it’s just too small.

I had one yrs. ago I used bow hunting. Glad I got another one. Works like it should, fits well and protects my watch.

I’m so glad I purchased this strap. It’s extremely comfortable and light. The original rubber strap that came with my Black Ops was alright but I couldn’t get the proper adjustment for the face to sit where I like.

If you have large wrists like me this would be great. The “Velcro” holds very securely. I simply can’t find any faults with it.

After the ultimate death of my old-school Timekeeper (which had been twice resuscitated by the good folks at Nixon), they were kind enough to extend a credit toward my next wrist-mate. I was so happy to remain part of the Nixon clan, and proudly sport my latest Nixon acquisition at every opportunity.

Terrible design!! Definitely regret this purchase & wish I could return it, but threw away the box too soon. My main issue with it is how it loops through. The strap on the original ban loops through at the point where it attaches to the watch.

This 1 does not. So instead you have this stupid plastic ring on the side of your wrist right on the bone. Uncomfortable & annoying. The other thing is the end of the strap doesn’t have a wider end piece on it to keep it from slipping through the loop.

Overall, the worst designed replacement band I have ever purchased!! Don’t waste your $$ on this thing.

I love the color/style of this band. I was expecting it to be softer material, since it stated it was nylon. However, it was much harder material. I have small wrists and needed it buckled in the 9th hole and it was very hard to get it fastened in that hole.

In fact, it’s hard to get it fastened in any of the holes, very stiff. Because it’s so difficult to fasten, I gave it 4 stars. The style & cuteness factor is 5 stars!.

This was an amazing product that I gave to my kid as a gift with the watch. Being it was for a kid, it still fits perfectly with plenty of room to grow. So much easier for the take on and off routine that their used to doing.

Its super soft on the skin and nothing in the materials makes my kids allergies flare up. It stays on no matter the activity or not. Is easily washed up to clean which is necessary especially for the younger teenagers.

I’m very pleased with the purchase and the product and can wholeheartedly give my suggestion that this is a great buy and works really well with the Apple watch.

I bought this as a replacement for the band that came with my Garmin Venu Sq. First, this band is very good looking, with soft silicone against your skin and the Cordura outer looks high quality. I can wear this band on the same wrist for more than a day without it bothering my skin.

The stock band would irritate my skin in less than a day. The metal clasp is a nice touch and adds to the quality appearance of this band. And the band is amazingly easy to clean. I wore this while overseeding my lawn, and the band was filthy by the end of the day.

I took it in the shower, and it immediately cleaned off under the water. However, I deducted one star because one of the pins has fallen out of my watch twice now. I was working in the yard both times when my watch fell off.

It’s almost like the pins are a hair too short. They’re not difficult to get in, nor are they easy, so they appear to be the right length. I would say they’re appropriately difficult to get in the holes on my watch.

But they might slip out with vigorous activity.

Overall the band looks nice and matches with the watch. The band is thin and feels kind of cheap. Maybe it’ll break it and become more comfortable. The length is much shorter than expected. If you have a large wrist, this might not work for you.

The pins that hold the band to the watch are junk. They are cheap and flimsy. The band pulled off with a slight tug, a good way to lose your watch. I used the old pins because they still work.

3 Stars – but nothing wrong with product. It looks great. I still love your quick disconnects, but admittedly, I am partial to bracelets. I thought the band would be thicker and thought it was waterproof.

It’s really no thicker than the NATO strap I ordered from you some time ago. You had confirmed it was not waterproof via email, but I had ordered the band already (impatience on my part). I have multiple watches that I was considering it on (and am still trying to find a way that works), but the thickness is just not there.

This watch band was purchased for my Sinn 556i RS. I wanted something light and water resistant for work that would not pose a hazard should I get my arm caught in something and it is perfect! It’s very comfortable and breathable due to the waffling on the back, and the quick release pins were a surprising bonus which makes swapping out the band a breeze.

The accents also make the red seconds hand pop and look very nice. Definitely recommend this watch band!.

First of all the service from Watch Direct was fantastic, item arrived in great condition and in very short time. Hirsch watch band is of absolute quality and finish. the leather is so soft and the buckle is top notch, the watch band looks so good on the wrist.

Overall great service and quality from the seller and manufacturer, well recommended.

The very first band I bought man, I put it through the mill and it stood the test of time. So, I want to get another one 3-4 years later so I asked for one for Christmas. When I got it looked good but felt cheap and I was a little bummed.

So I gave it a shot and found my Suspicions were correct. After wearing the band for only a few weeks and not even in any harsh conditions the plastic case that surrounds the watch broken half. Yes, you heard me literally broke in half while all together with normal wear.

So, I contacted customer service and explained the issue. They did however, sent out a replacement housing, but stated that it was a one time replacement! What. I thought to myself what happened to the life time warranty! Needless to say if something happened again your saying to me the customer you want take care of it.

That’s disappointing to a person who bragged on the band to everyone that inquired about the watch/band. Now, at this point I don’t think I will ever buy another and/or recommend the rhino band to anyone.

The Rhino Stealth band is a thick band with a little wait to it. My first impressions after installing the plastic shield (included in box) I quickly put the band on. The band itself is a thick rubber material with a nice big classic clasp that hold the watch in place with no slip and no hair tugging.

My watch face is protected with a two layer system (three, if you wish to instal the Rhino screen protector which is also included)that will never meet surfaces again! The initial feel of the band is very stiff but give it a week and the rubber material will form to the shape of your wrist.

Have you ever owned a G-shock watch before? If you answered “yes”, then you will feel right at home with the Rhino Stealth Band. Overall I am excited to wear this band on a daily basis and would highly recommend it for those who are looking to protect their watch from the elements as well as leisure activities.

Now with all of that being said let’s jump into the cons: 1. The palm to face feature in the Apple Watch Series 5 (including previous generation watches) is no longer an option when wearing the Rhino Stealth band due to the height and size of the face protection technology.

2. The end of the clasp holds strong until you put it through a workout. The part that hold the strap in place slides up and down through out a workout making it a little annoyingly uncomfortable. 3.

Be aware that you do lose a bit of screen real estate with this band. Conclusion: The Rhino Stealth Band is built to protect your expensive Apple Watch from the elements and it is built tough. If you are the kind of consumer who loves styling your watch with rough rugged look while protecting your watch then this is the band for you!.

This band was only purchased because my original Rhino Band 2 44mm tore & was not available for repurchase. This band is effective, but I do not like the clasp. The original Rhino Band 2 44mm, having a tab like the standard iWatch band, was actually very beneficial to someone in my profession.

If I get into a “physical altercation” with this Rhino Band Stealth band, I know from past experiences, this one will break at the clasp & I will be without a band or usable watch until I can obtain a new one.

The tab on the original Rhino Band 2 allowed for the entire band/watch to “break free” without causing any permanent and irreparable damage. Sincerely, Patiently waiting for Rhino Band 2 44mm restock.

I purchased this strap for my new Casio GW-M5610. The old strap came off with no problem. Fitting the new adapters was ALOT more difficult than I thought it would be. Using the slightly thinner spring bars provided didn’t really help in locating the lug holes.

The tool that comes with the kit works fine but the width of the adapter fits so snug you end up scratching the back of the watch when trying to locate the bars. After about an hour both adapters were in the correct position but there is a lot of curve in the spring bar so I’m just waiting for it to release the adapter.

It’s a shame because it looks so cool. But I can’t trust it ☹. Going to rate it 3/5 because of the looks and the quality materials used. I can’t recommend it because a watch strap should be easy to install and the adapter should be something you can rely on.

One thing that is immediately apparent for a thick and supposedly ‘heavy’ strap is the lack of weight feeling it gives to the GD-120 I was using. It was able to be fitted snuggly against the wrist without any noticeable chaffing or discomfort.

Texture and feel of the strap was comfortable and overall it didn’t feel like some aftermarket accessory but something designed specifically for the G-Shock series and probably should have come together with the watch.

There are some minor inconveniences but these are largely non-issues. First, even a person with thick wrists may notice that the strap is longer than one would expect. I frequently found myself using the 2nd and 3rd holes rather than the 4th and 5th holes I might use one a normal NATO-style strap.

This, naturally results in plenty of excess strap that needs to be tucked. Nonetheless, this issue is easily rectified by tucking the strap under rather than over.

Thanks to Vario’s vast assortment of quality straps, this is one of four perfect matches i achieved in a single purchase. The actual straps are exactly like the pictured ones and they are finished beautifully.

The four straps came in a pouch and careful packaging and shipment and communication were excellent! This particular strap was chosen for a Vostok Amphibia SE 710-AN1 (1961 Gagarin space flight commemorarion).

The greyish turquoise of the strap is a stunning combination with the watch’s teal dial and bezel. As i also bought the other watch version 710-AN2, with black bezel and beige dial, i bought the golden yellow strap with beige divider stripe, which is in the same strap livery family.

This is a good quality watch strap but it does not look right on a 20hmmm watch. I have since found a 20mm one and it is half the price and as good a quality of the 18mm.

Good colours for RAMC, looks good, feels comfortable.

Let me first start by saying I am very disappointed in the longevity of the factory original watch band. For the limited use the watch received I would have expected the band to have lasted longer and not just ripped thru where the buckle attaches to the band.

Now for the replacement. Simply terrible! It is nothing like the factory original. The replacement is stiffer, does not conform to your wrist as easily and produces rub marks on the skin. It is NOT comfortable to wear.

Additionally it did not fit the opening on the watch, and needed modification. The original was of a straight design where it attaches, this replacement has little tabs. The tabs interfered with the ability to get the band in to seat correctly.

Yes I had the correct width! This replacement was not of the same design as the original. For the cost of this band I would have expected much better. Sending it back is problematic. can’t wear the watch without a band.

Maybe I would have been better off just going to one of the big box department stores and buying a replacement band there.

High quality watch band. I highly recommend purchasing an original watches/accessory from Luminox. The lack of quality of cheap, Chinese knock-offs, makes it essential to purchase directly from Luminox.

My wife just purchased a Constellation SS for me and it is stunning!.

I have purchased thee Lumnox watches over the years. Only one still operates and I can use it as a normal watch. Good looks, but cheaply made. From the three watches that I have purchased, two of the watch bands failed without warning.

Additionally I sent one of the watches in for repair, and the repair bill was more than I paid for the watch.
