I am beyond pleased!! I just turned 43, have been working out & been in sports/dance since high school, & this little guy really exceeded my expectations, honestly. I just used it for the first time this morning for a good 47 minute workout, and it did NOT disappoint! The resistance, even at levels 2-3 are a decent challenge, so if you’re worried about whether or not you’re going to get a good cardio/full body workout out of this machine-please don’t.

I absolutely mustered up a great sweat!! I just moved to a small home in West Virginia from Chicago and really needed something to accommodate my living arrangements that I could count on at the same time.

I’m just overjoyed that I happened to stumble upon this company! Assembly was a breeze, and I love that I can wheel this machine easily from room to room! I was concerned about making this purchase because I have had (two) prior faulty machines (not from Sunny) so I reached out with my concerns and heard back from a rep immediately. I was convinced based on the information provided that Sunny was a reputable company that stands behind its products and would make sure to make good on any faulty/damaged equipment.

Welp, I received the machine on 2/4/22, assembled it on 2/5/22 only to find the front stabilizer defective and unable to be secured to the machine, rendering it unsafe and unusable. I submitted a ticket with supporting pictures on 2/5 and have not heard a word back.

It’s been over a week and the machine is sitting unused, and there’s been zero resolution. What is frustrating is it only took minutes to get a response when inquiring to make the purchase but now that I have the machine and there’s an issue, I have not heard back.

Any company that will promote their products, tell you they stand behind them, then not even acknowledge when there’s an issue is not a company to make a purchase from.

The item arrived in a beat up box and one little plastic cover was broken. From the get go the left foot pedal slid off the railing. After contacting Sunny the made me send videos of the problem which I did, then sent video back with a “ fix” that didn’t work.

Then they sent me a new crank with a video explaining how to replace it. Never could get old crank out due to it probably being in there wonky in the first place, don’t know. When I contacted them again they wanted me to start all over and send another video of not being able to fix the crank, ignoring my request to to send me a partial refund or a new machine.

So I said I was done. I can use the machine as long as I stand on the outside of the left foot pedal. I like the machine itself but never got satisfaction with these issues from Sunny.

I’m 63, weigh 112lbs, and am 5’4”. I’ve had a several machines and this is the only one I would ever review or recommend. Usually the machines are too big, I haven’t enough weight to start the pedals, or my feet are too far apart round footplates, or the stride length is too much.

This was fine to put together on my own and really is a stable, solid, and smooth exercise machine, comparable to professional machines in the gym. The far hand grip is too far away from me to use. That said, it would be great for a much taller, heavier person too.

It’s great as a stairclimber- unlike those little hydraulic steppers which are so boring and have a tiny angled action. This only has two programs but since ‘you’ are powering the machine, you can do what you like.

Expect to burn those thighs!.

What an excellent piece of kit! I’m training for a trek in Switzerland in the Summer, and needed a machine to strengthen my legs and glutes in order to cope with scaling steep slopes. This it does wonderfully, together with toning the core and upper body using either the stationary or moving hand holds.

There are no gimmicky readouts, or fans etc. An LCD shows time elapsed and other things (not very good under my lighting conditions admittedly). The main readout is the motorbike speedometer-like readout which shows the calorie burn rate and the total calories burned.

During a HIIT session, it’s always tempting to push that needle a little further round the dial for that extra workout. Very smooth action and low impact too. The footplates change inclination so the feet remain in full contact with them at all times.

It’s just so NICE to use. Love it!.

This is an excellent machine, it has everything you need regarding resistance and tracking heart rate/calories. It was easy to assemble. There was only one moment that I required a second person’s assistance to lift the machine from the shipping plate to its own structure, otherwise one person can easily assemble it.

I did have to return my original one for a second one, as one of the plastic pieces was damaged from shipping, but Canadian Tire made it a VERY easy process. Highly recommend purchasing from Canadian Tire, as it is hassle free always.

Although it is the entry level machine from Bowflex, it has everything you need for a good, solid workout. Smooth movement and suits multiple heights, and can be easily moved with the wheels on the front.

The air moving through the mechanism can be a bit loud in general, but we don’t find it to be a big issue.

I just got this a week ago. Love it! Been using it at least 4 times now since then. My first home gym equipment and needed a space saver in my bonus room. This is absolutely perfect! It got really good reviews which is why I chose it as I’ve been deciding on this or a treadmill.

I’m so glad I decided to get this! I’ve sweated so much doing a great fast workout on this. It’s pretty stable being a light weight piece of equipment. Super easy to put together. Only 5 steps and the main base came together already.

Just had to have help carrying it upstairs. So far so great! I’d highly recommend. The tension on it definitely enhances how hard you wanna work out. I was pretty sore the first day I used it. Which is what I was hoping for!.

Okay 1st is was so easy to put together took about 45 minutes. I followed a video on YouTube. I found the instructions it came with to hard to read. It’s extremely quiet. I love the fact that you can download an app to track your progress.

There’s also YouTube videos for this specific machine to get you started and to challenge yourself. The one feature I have not figured out how to link or setup the Bluetooth to the app. Hopefully I will figure it out soon.

I did a short 20 minute workout to see how it felt i found it easy to use. It was easy on my joints very comfortableI I will update soon.

This is a great training product. It allows athletes to drive their feet and push through. You can hold tight then release for speed bursts. There is a lot of flexibility in the ring. I’m not sure if that’s because athlete has a small frame or what.

I’m a strength and conditioning coach who specializes in work with Division I Tennis athletes. We do a good deal of on-court, tennis-specific speed & movement. The Recoil 360 is perfect because it allows the perfect amount of resistance, while also allowing the athlete to move in multiple directions throughout the drill, racquet in hand.

I’d definitely recommend this product for athletes of all sports.

I’m really happy I purchased this plyo box. It’s very sturdy and well constructed. I’m 240 lbs and I feel very secure jumping on it. I like the 3 different heights and it’s pretty easy to change the level.

Really good size surface on top with some grip so it’s not slippery. The only negative is putting it together. That was a workout in itself 🙂 You need a really good size #3 philips screwdriver or you can strip the screws very easy.

And there are no step by step instructions. There is 1 pic so you have to use you intuition and common sense. If you’re used to putting things together it’s not that difficult to figure out. Takes a good 30 min.

This is a sturdy box once you get it put together. The screw’s threads were defective and I had to purchase new screws and locking nuts to be able to assemble it. I’ve got to believe there are boxes out there just as good as this one with assembly parts that actually work together.

It’s an integral part of my home gym. Bought it for $50 and it’s easily one of th best pieces I own. Well made, sturdy and not difficult to assemble. It has taken a beating from me and others who I have worked out with in my garage and it’s been a beast!.

If you want a good bounce that is almost silent, this is it. I find it as good as a quality steel spring rebounder, but so much quieter.

Perfect addition to my home gym. Use for hip thrusts, Bulgarian squats, tri-cep dips, step-ups (step-downs), inverted push-ups. Step-ups challenge stability. Helps to plant the foot close to the center.

I would recommend placing the box against a wall or something for support if doing box jumps or step ups. 💕.

Do not purchase. This block is NOT safe to use to jump on and off. It’s too small, rolled and tipped almost every time. Myself and my daughter are not large people. I would have returned it but it was too expensive to ship back.

It is safe to slowly stop up and down from as long you’re near something to hold on to.

I just received it today so I don’t have a history with the product to review on BUT I’m currently using the band while writing this review and it is delightful. The packaging was splendid and compact.

The band is not too tight which I like because I don’t believe in forcing any stretches. This company seems to understand that the gradual development of flexibility is important!.

I love this thing a lot but if you are wearing leggings make sure you don’t care about the leggings or they are worn out because the attachment to the ankle wears out the thread near your ankles but if u aren’t wearing leggings your great.

I love this because after wearing this my legs burn which is great I feels a bit weird to walk at first but you get used to it it’s great for everything.

I like it I just wish they included a belt that could fit big guys. Im 6’3 285 and the velcro just comes undone by breathing when my stomach expands. I have to wear it on my chest

I am very pleased to say this trainer met all expectations and then some. It is well constructed, comfortable to wear and comes with its own storage bag. The sliding ring allows free range of mobility for changing direction and drills without adjusting the belt.

The belt size was adequate to secure safely on a medium to xxxl size person. There are hundreds of ways this training belt can be used to add a level of difficulty to any exercise. Love it.

So many positives about this machine. Firstly it doesn’t take up much space at all (my old traditional elliptical was annoying on this front!). It is sturdy and quiet when in use, the built in screen is easy to use and bright, the built in speakers sound great.

The only thing I don’t love (just like) is the built in fan which feels too close to my face but for a taller person (I’m 1. 62cm) it may not be an issue. The best best best thing about this machine is the 1 year free iFit membership.

As the machine connects to my Wi-Fi, i’ve been able to login and join trainers around the world to workout together. Right now I’m doing a walking tour of Turkey, and it’s like I’m literally walking the streets, the ruins, famous buildings, and my machine’s resistance adjusts automatically, and the trainer (real human) acts as a guide – I just follow on my machine.

Very motivating and educational! Now being a Hiit stepper with a bit of an elliptical movement, means this machine gets down to business. It’s manageable and gets easier as you adjust to the movement particularly as resistance increases, but each time I’ve used it, I’ve felt like I’ve gotten a solid workout.

Assembly is a little bit fiddly, but with some patience and a second person easy enough.

Great compact size and loads of features and fitness goals that will keep me and the family busy for years. Paid extra for installation and the guy was passionate and knowledgeable about the machine.

He provided lots of tips and recommended a spray to protect if from the outdoor elements. The electrical cord is very short so you may want to invest in a surge protector and extn cord. All in all i got this at a bargin and so far i have only managed to complete the warm up and once around the virtual track.

So JL have prompted me to write a review on my purchase. By way of background this is the 4th piece of fitness equipment that I have ordered on line from JL – previously 2 elliptical cross trainers and a waterrower.

This is a big heavy machine and the order confirmation was clear that this was a 2-man delivery. On the day of delivery a man and a woman accompanied the machine and the woman stood there with a clipboard while the man struggled to get the box of the back of the van – I hasten to add that the van did not have a ramp so the man had to carefully walk the box off the van – a precarious operation! It took over 3 days to assemble the machine – I work full time so only had evenings to do this – the instructions are clear and it has taken 2 trips to the tip to get rid of the packaging materials.

When I finally finished assembly there were 2 screws left over and having re-checked I have no idea where they were meant to go! Having been away on holiday then I have only really used the machine over the last two weeks.

There is a myriad of programmes and workouts – to be honest I just jump on and exercise as I can’t operate it past level 3 on the resistance (52 years old and reasonably fit). Also for that reason I haven’t subscribed to the i-fit programme either – there’s no point in my mind.

So in use when I am training it squeaks rather loudly – I’m 110kgs and exercise vigourously. When my wife uses it – she is lighter and slower – it doesn’t squeak as much. It is more ‘stepper’ than ‘cross-trainer’ and 30 minutes a day is more than enough for me.

There were a lot of things to like about the Bowflex M6 trainer. The trainer is sturdy, so it can take weights up to 300kg, it is compact so it doesn’t take up much room, and it has pre-programmed workouts that last about 15 minutes which are do-able every day.

I liked the different programmed workout options, that I could add up to two people’s workout stats, and the multiple resistance levels. There were a few frustrations though. The building instructions could use some work.

There are times when you’re not sure which part they are referring to and you definitely need at least two hands to assemble in places. The careful use of an automatic drill will greatly speed up assembly.

There is an app that you can download and use to customize workouts, but some aspects of that app require you to pay a fee. Ultimately, I really like this piece of equipment. It’s easy workouts have me motivated to get up and exercise, which is what you want exercise equipment to do.

Installation was very lengthy, but I enjoy assembling things, so a positive for us actually! I love the excitement it gives us. It’s very stylishly designed, with a vertical form factor, which helps with smaller footprint, yet it’s very sturdy.

I really like the magnetic resistance mechanism as opposed to a other cheap friction-based mechanisms on others. It also gently generates air flow which helps with air circulation and cools you down as you work out.

We’d love it, if it wasn’t for a multiple sources of various noises from different areas. Rattling, whining, grinding, very loudly. I am very handy, double checked every screw, followed installation to the letter, but it’s very hard to pinpoint every source of noise as it comes from well inside the product.

This is a fantastic machine! I find the ease of use great! My teenagers use it at there levels of fitness which is high compared to myself and my husband. The ability for all 4 of us to be able to utilize this product and all receive the great workout is just what we are looking for! The design is great slim once st up not bulky at all.

The convenience I can not say enough about! To just use this anytime of the day or night is perfect for all our schedules. Being a shift worker this works fantastic day or usually night! Being a larger person I love the fact that I do not have to have judgements glanced my way, there is no need to be self conscious or concerned with what other people think while I am trying to become healthier and make fitness part of my routine.

I purchased the NuStep T4R based on the reviews, as well as the design. It took a little longer to deliver due to Covid (8 weeks) but WORTH THE WAIT! John in sales was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision.

Scott was SO kind when he delivered the bike. As to why I needed this bike: I broke my tib/fib just above the ankle joint and also broke the fibula just below the knee joint. I was VERY athletic, playing volleyball and worked out, walking 3-4 miles 5x a week, did free weights and Pilates.

ALL of this changes in August of 2020. This bike allows me to work out again and does not cause pain to the injured leg. It’s helped me mentally, as well. Not being able to simply take a long walk plays havoc on the mind.

I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” and yes this may be a little pricey, BUT, it’s worth EVERY penny because of the benefits you receive. The flat pedals aid in my recovery and fitness as my dorsiflexion is limited.

Stop thinking and just purchase. You won’t regret it.

ed my t4 unit on Tuesday Jan. 11. The display did not work. It was an extremely cold day (0 degree) so I let it warm up overnight. no luck. Thinking it needed batteries. I removed the cover the batteries were There.

I replaced them with fresh ones. Still nothing on the display. Tried your website explained the problem and received no reply there or in my email. Next day tried the phone was told to check the batteries I said I did.

was told a repairman would contact me for an appointment. Iam still waiting have heard nothing. Being too old (82) and the unit being so expensive. I am seriously considering returning the unit and getting my money back.

This is a very nice trampoline. My only wish is that the bungee cords were tighter; I am not a large person, but also not as tiny as the people in the provided workout DVD and my bounce feels so much slower than it did when I used a spring trampoline.

Otherwise, I love this trampoline and have had no issues with it. It’s fun to work out on and feels like it will last a long time, unlike the varieties that I have gotten at sporting goods stores. I would purchase again for sure.

I may just have to tighten the bungee cords :).

Great jumper – very sturdy, heavy, well made. Plus the assembly is mostly done for you at the factory (unlike many other brands) so all you do is add the legs. Do yourself a favor and purchase the handle bar for added safety.

Sure, at $89 it’s not cheap but I think it’s essential even for young very athletic users.

I have used my Jumpsport for many months now and it’s awesome. It’s a wonderful workout that is unique and very effective for health. It meets many of my needs like being quiet, doesn’t take up much space, gives an energy boost when taking breaks from working from home and my husband loves it too.

Worth the price and in my opinion , no different than a more expensive brand. It’s high quality.

I weigh 230lbs and I’m 5. 2” the bounce is great on it! I wasn’t sure if I wanted firm or soft so I was debating on the 550 pro and the 350 pro. I figured since I was on the heavier side and wanted a little wider mat I went with the 550.

It’s honestly not as stiff as I thought it would be, it’s perfect, not too soft and not too firm. The bounce is great! Happy I got the 550.

I thought the fact that this can be folded in half and stowed (under a bed, perhaps?) was a fabulous feature. UNTIL I received it. It takes SUPER-HUMAN strength to get all the loose bungees locked in position, and they must be removed again before folding is possible.

My poor husband’s forearms were sore for two days after getting this set up for me. Other than that, it seems like a great trampoline, quiet, and very high quality.

I have both this model and the 220. I love this trampoline. I was rebounding on a cheap make from Walmart, which was just fine. I decided to buy a more expensive model, only becuase i rebound on average an hour a day, and boy.

i wish i bought this a long time ago. I really didn’t think there would be such a drastic difference from my walmart model. Jumping on the jumpsport is like bouncing on an actual trampoline i would jump on in gymnastics as a child.

For anyone who plans on rebounding consistently, a Jumpsport rebounder is an excellent choice. I liked my jumpsport 220 so much i decided to buy this one as well. In case i ever needed to travel i could bring it along.

I tried the budget versions before this one, but they’re just so tiny I felt like I was going to fall over just trying to get onto them. If you’re looking for the ones that gyms use – this is it. Pros: Large stable platform.

I weigh 275 and it didn’t even blink when I stood on it. It’s so large you won’t misplace it. Great for improving balance and strengthening your ankles/knees/hips in a low impact fun way. There are a ton of videos on youtube showing you exercises you can do on it PLUS the product pamphlet included has a link to a free DVD download and wall chart download so you can get the most out of your balancer.

Gym quality without the monthly fee. Cons: Difficult to get the ‘plug’ in to seal it up after you blow it up because the rubber gasket material surrounding the hole is highly flexible. It’s heavy (it’s only slightly a con because in order to be sturdy it makes sense that it’s heavy).

It’s expensive – however – again it’s a trade off. If I pay for gym membership but I don’t go (especially during COVID) then I’m wasting my $. At least this way I have something to show for my $ and I don’t have to go anywhere to use it.

I bought the NEXGEN BOSU and am very pleased with it so far. I love the texture on the dome, as it helps with hand placement. I just did a full BOSU workout and it hit everything- core, legs, cardio.

This is a multi-purpose, great add to my home gym!.

I have been using a BOSU trainer at my local gym for the last six months, and it has helped challenge me by incorporating stabilizing muscles into my routine. With my gym shut down due to COVID-19, I found that I could not live without it when doing workouts in my home gym, so I had to purchase one.

This model is slightly different than the one in my gym (I think it is a Pro65 there), but it did not disappoint, and I like the textured surface better when stepping and jumping onto the ball. This BOSU balance trainer is a great, high-quality product that I would recommend to anyone trying to incorporate variety into their workouts.

VersaClimber replaced my rowing machine for bad weather exercise. Smaller footprint, so I can step right on and go. I have to fold the rowing machine for lack of space, and with severe chronic fatigue I am tired out just from unfolding and moving it.

At first, I set the resistance much too low, and could only do a 2 minute interval. Max resistance minus 1/2 turn or even 1/4 turn allows 12 1/2 minutes so far, hope to increase to 30 minutes. At such high tension, I feel and hear a small pulse in the chain for each sprocket tooth.

I am looking for advice whether this is normal, or whether the chain is too tight. VersaClimber hasn’t answered my query. When not in use, the display is annoyingly like an arcade game come-on, so I unplug between use.

Lack of heart rate max/min/ave is too bad, but I get that from a separate device. Distance travelled disappears in a few minutes, so I need to record it promptly. The description seems to imply that you can switch between parallel and diagonal hand/foot motion, but it comes set for parallel, and the diagonal requires a custom build with a different chain configuration.

The description is ambiguous regarding whether the heart monitor strap is included. It is, which saves a separate purchase and about $80 if you don’t already have the right one. There is a warning about supporting the unit while unpacking.

The warning is in the middle of the manual, so of course my movers overlooked it, bent the metal slightly, cracked the plastic slightly. No loss of function, but such a warning should be on a prominent sticker to be seen immediately on opening the box.

The driving factor in my review is that the resistance between left pedal and the right pedal is not equal. I thought it was a symptom which would dissipate after breaking the machine in but the problem persists.

I put one pedal at the top of its range of motion, attached a heavy weight, timed the drop and did the same with the other pedal. The times were different and I can feel the difference when using the machine.

I did the test because I thought I had a physical imbalance instead of the machine. I’m reaching out to the manufacturer for help, if they figure out the issue and help me balance the resistance then I will consider this a near perfect machine.

I have Tourette’s and ADHD and can’t stop moving. I run so much my legs break, but this gives me a fantastic low impact alternative that gets my heart rate way up. My back is also much stronger and I feel like it’s made me a stronger runner who is now less prone to injury.
