I found out the hard way that those of us that are allergic to bees and bee stings should not take this product. I had severe swelling (lips and eyes) and hives on my body as a result of taking this natural supplement.

Aside from being tasty, they are also easy to grab on the run as I don’t have to take them with water. Plus, I really hate the huge ‘horse pill’ size that most multivitamins come in.
