20 Best Vinyl Floor Cleaner (2022 Updated)

We clean floors commercially and found ourselves asked to clean 10,000 square feet of the new textured Armstrong non-slip floors. We needed a quality cleaner that did not need to be rinsed, obviously, as these floors need to be cleaned frequently.

So very thankful to have found this Armstrong cleaner made for these floors! It cleaned beautifully with a commercial mop and with our low speed floor machine. Contract work made doable and our load decreased.

This product is the best mopping product. It is litterly “Once N Done”. Has a fresh smell and really does the job. I have been buying from Lowe’s in a larger size. Glad Walmart has the smaller size.

This is not an easy-to-find product (at least near us). But, it is what we prefer to use to clean our tile shower. Thankfully Do It Best made it very easy for us to order and have it shipped free to a local Do It Best hardware store.

And, at a very good price!.

Recently we ran out of the Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner and happened to get the new and improved version. Don’t waste your money! It streaks and leaves a sticky film and the With the new and improved formula, the floor is no longer shiny.

It is now dull and shows prints. The old stuff worked great! With the new and improved formula you are to use a damp mop which gets the floor too wet no matter how much you wring out the Bona microfiber mop, plus it still leaves the floor dull, streaked and sticky.

Bring back the old formula and I’ll give it a 10!.

The Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner (Antibacterial Formula) is a great cleaning product and very useful nowadays. This formula contains 2. 4% hydrogen peroxide as its active ingredient, which is highly effective against most household bacteria, mold/fungus, and some viruses.

Following the instructions on the bottle, the kitchen floor was sprayed and left wet for 10min before wiping. The spray cleaned very effectively, leaving no streaks or discoloration on the tile floor (and kitchen counters, stove, oven door), and no residue/stickiness/film on any surfaces it encountered.

It even seemed to cut through grease quite well, off the stovetop after cooking bacon!!! The spray has a mild odor of a cleaning agent, not offensive or excessively strong, and left the kitchen smelling freshly cleaned.

Being a daily-use cleaner, no noxious odor is very important and this product seems to be great for this purpose. All in all this Bona spray was effective and worked great!.

I bought this cleaner to clean my tile floors because my understanding is that it’s a neutral cleaner. When the professional floor cleaning company came out to clean them, he showed me a crazy amount of film he had to work to get up.

This is the only cleaner I use. What should have only taken the company a couple hours now will take the entire day. And I have to spend extra money to have the film removed. Terrible because I have two large jugs of this stuff.

I was hoping that this was unscented. I looked on the bottle. I researched everywhere and looked to see if it had a scent in the description. No scent was indicated. I am VERY sensitive to scent. I cannot use this.

The scent is too strong and perfume-like. It’s terrible. Sad. I liked the convenience of the mop.

I have used this product to clean my hardwood floors for 16 years. It does a terrific job and is much better than Bono.

A great all purpose cleaner! The smell is very light and last all day. The top helps to keep it splash proof! The price is very affordable as well! If you have a hard time keeping your floor clean and smelling good I highly recommend this.

Specially if you have pets!.

Was not impressed it doesn’t make the floor shine I’ll just go back to hot water mopping.

I bought this cleaner refill because all of these rave reviews in which people said how much they loved the cedar wood smell of this hardwood floor cleaner and how wonderful it was. I have very sensitive smelling and can smell gas leaks in houses I went for estate sales in or outside.

This one smelled nothing even close to cedar wood, with a scent that was close to a very cheap perfume (a little bit like lavender but very CHEAP lavender. ) I told my wife to try some upstairs to see how it worked but instead she tried it in our bed room and all of a sudden I was suffocated after smelling all these horrible smell from this cedar wood floor cleaner.

Therefore, for those of you are easily allergic to any perfume especially CHEAP one, be forewarned and try this at your own risk. They really need to put a warning label on this floor cleaner. Do not every trust any RAVE reviews, lesson learned.

This product was recommended by the re-finisher that refinished my 100 year old hardwood floors. I chose an oil poly finish since I have dogs and it was my understanding it is a bit more durable than water based poly (it’s been over a year and it seems to be holding up very well – although it does take a long time to cure).

I am not wild about the product only because the gloss finish that I had requested is now more like a matte finish. Whether that is due to the product or just time, I’m not sure – but the floors did look glossier when they were first finished.

A matte finish is ok – but my preference for this old house is gloss. The floors still shine very nicely after this application, so I can’t complain. I used a 50/50 mix of Windex and water on another house – based on the recommendation of the refinisher and it too took on a matte finish soon there after.

Either way, I will continue to use this product since the floors do look really nice after a good cleaning!.

Have been using Bona Wood Floor cleaner for 2 year. I like that it was scentless. This product no only is safe for hardwood floors my cat and does an excellent job cleaning. Very easy to use and it does leave a nice shine without a dulling residue like other cleaners left.

I bought this product to use on wood look tiles, at first I was pleased with the lovely shine and color of the tile. Then life happened. My husband sat of the bar stools in the kitchen = scratched surface (I let it cure for 2 days before using the stools) then my dog had an accident = finish disappeared in the shape of her urine puddle.

The finish has continued to scratch easily. I emailed rejuvenate and they did reply is a short amount of time but the reply was to let to floor cure for 2-3 days before sliding furniture over it (areas that had not been used for 4 days wore off in a similar fashion).

They also said that dog urine will remove the surface – this is not mentioned on the web page or bottle that I could find. I will be removing this product from my floors. Please note the two about considerations when using this product.

It may have worked better on wood floor but not the tile despite being on of the valid floor types.

My mop handle wouldn’t snap into place either and it has to just right to spray. It did leave residue compared to swifty mop. I tried to buy the wood cleaner but when I got home I realized it was a different shaped bottle and it wouldn’t work on my rejuvenator.

I do like the cloth that you mop with. It picks up. I wouldn’t recommend this to people with little strength the spray handle is tough to squeeze over and over and having to pop it into place. I guess I would prefer having a mop that you can put lysol into it to refill it.

I just purchased my first Rejuvinate mop kit at Lowes. I have tried too many cheap mops and pads over the past several years. Most are too bulky to use and they never give me the shine I’m looking for.

Many have cheap, oversized pads that flop around making it difficult and frustrating for me. So today I tried my new mop and couldn’t wait to thank Rejuvinate for the best simple mop around, hands down! Don’t ever change your product, please!.

I spec Karndean’s LVT for most of my medical and dental offices. After installation, I provide the Karndean cleaning specs and give them a container of Karndean’s Neutral Cleaner, along with the 800# so they can purchase it.

I have a Kardeen floor and this product is difficult to find in my area. My floor looks like the day they laid it, as this product works so we.

I had been using bleach water in a spray mop in between steam mopping my tile floors. Unfortunately when my dogs walk on it it leaves footprints and there is a residue. Somehow I came across this and the reviews were good elsewhere so I purchased it at Publix and tried it out.

It seems to work really well and no marks after mopping or when the dogs walk across it. Will definitely be purchasing it again.

Having recently put down vinyl floorboards, I was having trouble finding a cleaning product that would not leave a film, and show up footprints, even after it was dry. I did some research and found Bona Stone, Tile and Laminate Cleaner which came up with great reviews.

I purchased it from National Tiles, and it turned out to be perfect for our flooring, tiles and vinyl floorboards, with no film left behind, and no footprints! Highly recommend!.

This is the real deal! I was tired of less effective and more expensive cleaners. We clean after our pets every day, and the perfume from some of evernthe most expensive cleaners gets really overwhelming.

This product cleans very well, has an inoffensive odor, and when diluted with water as per the instructions, will last us a year! ZEP is the real deal.

We purchase this to use on our business floors (in the lunchroom). It does not damage the floor. It gets up all the icky gross stuff. It has a pleasant smell. Couldn’t ask for more in a floor cleaner.

i have used this for years! If you want your floors to have that squeeky clean look this is the product! Plus it really shines up your tile as well. Then get a product called a product called Shinekeeper Resilient Floor Finish.

Use that every 6 to 8 months and your floors will look brand new!!!! When I first purchased my flooring, i was told ONLY USE Armstrong products to warranty my floors. And I have done that with all my homes!.

No other cleaner on our ceramic tile floors have come close to the results of Once n Done floor cleaner. We have pets, children and grand children and highly recommend it. John & Susan Thornton

PROS: Great cleaner for my Bellawood floors. does not leave milky haze like the Bona or other cleaners do. worth the trouble to special order from LL, but I wish they’d sell it on Amazon to make it more convenient.

CONS: The spray bottles are TERRIBLE!! The purple caps fall off constantly, and the triggers leak and dribble cleaner all over your hands and the outside of the bottle every time you squeeze it. Seriously guys, get a better supplier.

the old spraybottles were a lot higher quality and didn’t leak/break like this.
