I am really impressed with this particular product. It has a great finish, it stays on but doesn’t damage the wall when taken off. I have a wall decal in my RV bathroom made with this and it has STAYED PERFECTLY! Don’t forget to wipe your surface with alcohol to prepare surface for product! I believe that could be the low eaters issue because this is a great vinyl!!!.

I really loved the look of this vinyl but it would not stick to prepped canvas like other vinyl does, it kept popping off the canvas. It is thicker than regular and I was able to get it to work with a layer of mod podge over top.

I have quit using it on canvas and have not tried it on anything else. I love how the copper looks and will try it on smooth wood. I bought it for canvas signs so am disappointed it takes so much extra work to make it stick.

This is by far the best vinyl around. It cuts well with the Cricut and weeds great also no matter how intricate the design. I don’t have to worry when I go to transfer the design when cut on this vinyl.

This color is perfect. It makes anything you cover look better than new. I keep it on hand because I’m always in need to cover a “boo-boo” on my furniture and using this adhesive sure is cheaper than having to replace the piece you need to cover.

I wanted to use on a Varnished MDF shelf of my dressing table. It served the purpose and looks awesome. Easy and simple to use the grids at the back of the sheet makes it even simpler to use. Well done DC fix.

This Adhesive Film is easy to cut and easy to apply! It is a very cost effective way for a quick furniture surface look changes, especially when you want to fix some damaged surfaces.

from a beginner experience I am new to Cricut and Cricut products but using this premium vinyl turn out great , I wanted to help my mom make a wood sign and put lettering using transfer tape and vinyl.

from cutting it my Cricut Maker machine did great, such smooth easy cuts I was a little worried due to my aching have some cutting problems in the past, but this came out perfect. The wedding was easy, I did have to go to a brighter room with extra bright lights and use my weeder tool but it came off good when when weeding the access away.

then came transferring it to the wood board it worked perfectly. then came the transfer tape now this was tricky I won’t go over all that but I had help since it was such a big piece of vinyl and transfer tape going on a big sign.

finally applying the vinyl to sign was easy it turned out at end to be wonderful.

I make tumblers with this vinyl and it always holds on fantastic, seals nicely under the resin, and cuts easily in my explore air 2. Good thickness and easy weeding this product. Lights years better than Siser.

One recommendation is before attempting to remove it from the tube, put fingers in the middle of the tube and give it a good clockwise twist to loosen the vinyl from the inside of the tube. I’ve run into, and have spoken with others with this same issue, where the vinyl must be on a conveyer line and dispensed into the tube via a machine because it will be sealed into the bottom plug.

A quick twist before removing ensures yours was loaded correctly. If not, carefully cut the bottom plug off the tube.

I had other vinyl that was a brand from a craft store and it was not working at all for a project I had that was small, fine letters. I tried completing it three times with the other vinyl until I finally said I needed to try a different vinyl.

I was able to complete the project the first time I tried it with this vinyl. Saving a couple dollars on off brand vinyl is not worth the time and frustration. I will be purchasing this again. Much better quality and results than what you get with other vinyl out there!.

This Is The Worst Vinyl Cricut Sells In Opinion. I Do Shirts As Well As Personalized Items And I Threw So Many Of These Vinyls Away Both Iron On And Regular Vinyl. I High Reccomend You Buy The Mat For The Joy And Use Regular Vinyl.

What a beautiful sampler set! These colors are so cute and a good starter set for those that want to play around with the different capabilities of the Circuit Joy. I have used this set to make 2 animal decals for my craft room, a monogram set for my rolling craft cart, a cute sticker for my coffee mug, and still have plenty of paper left over for many more projects.

The permanent vinyl sticks well to all kinds of items, I have used it on metal, plastic, glass, and wood with no issues.

I bought this to create words to attach to a glass bottle following my in store training I attended for my Cricut Joy. During my session the tutor showed me how to do the lettering & use the transfer tape.

However we didn’t use the shimmer effect vinyl. I replicated the process at home but really struggled to get the lettering to adhere to the transfer tape without all the wastage as well – no matter how much I rubbed all the lettering (back & front).

I did succeed eventually but it was very challenging – wonder if other novices have experienced the same. I will try the regular vinyl for a comparison. Beautiful colour & effect once completed though.

I received this today and set to covering my desk after watching a short video by d-c-fix on YouTube. I neednt have been nervous as it was really easy to apply and simple to cut and fold the corners.

I may have pulled it a little tight over the sides and stretched it as I have a couple of wrinkles but no ones going to be looking under there and the top covered wrinkle and bubble free. I cant wait to cover my worktops next.

Got this to protect a wall behind a shoe rack, and happy with the look and the washable surface. The only issue is that the roll got a bit flattened in the post so there are faint ridges on the material.

I used this to up cycle an old table. Im not very skilled at this sort of thing but it was really easy to use and the end result looks brilliant. Really speedy delivery too.

I wrapped my kitchen worktops after I ruined them with oven cleaner. It looks brilliant, they dont look like they have been wrapped. Im in the throes of getting some worktop savers now so I can keep them looking lovely.

Advice is dont rush applying it, take your time. Have a small craft blade to hand for tricky details you may need to trim around. The colour of grain effect vinyl is more of a mushroom colour than a grey.

used this to wrap some window cill boards in my living room. turned out superb can’t tell they are vinyl wrapped. very sticky which makes tight areas tricky but i removed backing in separate areas to make easier.

final trimming with a sharp craft knife. Colour has a lot of beige/brown in it more of a limed oak and after 2 months hasn’t lifted any edges so should last. well worth the effort.

Brilliant stuff and easy to use. I was a bit nervous but once I started I found it easy. I used a plastic wallpaper smoother and just did a bit at a time. I never had one air bubble and I covered the tops of three bedroom units.

I used Harris Taskmaster snap off blades to trim, 2. 49 in BM Stores. Would definitely recommend. Am thinking of covering my kitchen cupboard doors with it.

I bought this a month ago and put it on the wall. Stuck fine. It did however tear when i separated from the backing. Strike 1. Decided to piece it together a bit and try to use it. Time to test. Wrote one simple test message on it.

Let it dry for a bit and when i tried to erase it the board was stained with the message. To me that means that this is junk. While i have dry erase board cleaner and am not opposed to using it, i am not going to use it on a brand new board anf use it everytime.

I have many dry erase boards and they all erase beautifully, i use the cleaner monthly and they are many years old. Also. have fun removing it. It comes off in little chips, not a sheet. or in my case, 2 sheets since mine ripped to begin with.

I bought Siser Vinyl and made designer shirts. There were many different colrs to choose from with everything stacked neat, where you can easily see all colors of vinyl that they had to offer. The sales are great too!.

When i bought this i originally thought it was iron on. But nope. I’m sure it’s fine for other projects though

This is a very pretty vinyl, and exactly what I wanted. Although it’s a little difficult to weed and transfer due to the texture. You will definitely need the strong grip transfer paper which comes supplied.

The textured feel of this vinyl was what drew me to it. The color selection in this sampler are really lovely neutrals with a little sparkle to them!

The look of the brushed is AWESOME. Need to add extra to the cut but otherwise perfect

Looks good. My husband said to get snap lock from now on though as he found this to be a pain to install. ***Update 1 month later**** DO NOT USE THIS ON FLOORS. I used this in my office on the floors.

Looks great but with me moving in my chair the floor shifts. There is still sticky adhesive coming up through the seams. I may replace it which is a shame cause it is not cheap and it is pretty.

Used this product to finish a wall in our spare bedroom that had had a bad sanding and mudding job done on it. Worked like a charm and looks great. Used an electric brad gun with coloured nails to apply and was a really easy project.

I have used it mainly for my table mats as the underside was fine but the tops were worn and they look lovely and fresh. I also covered an empty Slimfast tin and used it in my blue and white bathroom and it looks fantastic with the toothbrushes in.

I am wallpapering our bedroom ceiling with this, it looks awesome, and I love it. But. the rolls are really short so I had to purchase many more rolls to finish the project. I would still do it again.

IIve used these before. This company has two types the smooth ones and the ones with the ridges. These are the ones with the ridges and they last for years and they will take a beating. I had these in a hallway that went from the garage to the backyard and that hallway took a beating.

everything you can imagine went from the garage to the backyard. the planks that were in there had the ridges and actually looked decent by the time we took them out to do a remodel. you can tell they were worn but they lasted 10 years.

i just did a kitchen remodel And added a laundry room dont like carpet And am out of money so the only thing I could do is put these planks down. They look nice and will last a few years without damage.

The guy from the store that delivered them was so nice I had a cart and he put them all on the cart and got into his car. He saw i was having problems and asked if I needed help. He came right back put them on the cart and then actually lifted the cart so I could get it in the house they weigh a ton!.

I was skeptical but this is not the vinyl peel n stick of the 1970s. The install is easy but be sure your concrete is smooth and I used a primer made for vinyl peel n stick. Scrape off any carpet adhesive or surface blemishes.

it cuts easily. Use a chalk line to mark exact center of the room, Follow the instructions. You will be tempted to start along a wall, DONT! Of course few walls are perfectly square but the planks are.

If you start against a wall, any small differences will follow you across the entire floor, resulting in a very thin gap that will grow as you move outward and lots of anxiety and pulling up to start over.

It’s counterintuitive to start in the center of the room but then you are starting square and have wiggle room, small differences will end up under or against the baseboard. I removed mine and went under a 1/4 or 1/8 inch.

Butt the ends up as tight as possible, ( no gap at all. ) It’s forgiving and I did peel one or two up and repositioned them. I did use an adhesive carpet type tape in a few places and a construction adhesive but done correctly you really don’t need it.

You can rent a heavy roller to run over the floor to achieve full adhesion. I walked on them and used a heavy oak rolling pin. I had no problem with detaching but if i did it again I would rent one. if you’re not a good do-it-yourselfer, just take your time.

TRUST the chalk lines and instructions. You can’t tell it’s not wood unless you get on your knees and inspect the seams. It feels good to walk on. Adds just a very slight “give” that makes it feel more real.

There are arrows on the peel off back, be sure to lay all planks with that arrow in the same direction. This is due to the grain pattern that repeats, you want it to look random. I marked the arrow on the top with charcoal because i got mixed up, worked great.

Also stagger the rows for example Ii started the second row with the first plank cut 12 inches shorter and then the ends are staggered and look better on the top surface, not the glue side. Be sure to butt the uncut edge of any trimmed planks, not the cut end, then both ends are square to the next Have a good sharp razor knife and straightedge.

I used a speed square and metal yardstick. I marked cuts with a charcoal pencil that rubs off later. Lay them out dry ()unpeeled) before placing. You score the plank on the surface not the glue side and then just snap it.

We have it in a very heavy use hall. It’s held up perfectly. Be sure to anticipate transitions at doorways. one of mine had tile and another carpet. Get the right type for the application and any elevation changes.

I love it but there is a learning curve. Each box covers 15 sq. ft. They recommend buying 10% more for mistakes. mine was more like 15 or 20% but if I did it again i wouldn’t need any extra.

If only I could post a before and after picture, made a old piece of furniture like new. Why buy new when you can up cycle. Very pleased with the end result.

I bought this a month ago and went to install it. not only are the grooves and tongues damaged, the underlayment is tattered and deteriorating. this is new stock. $1000 for the kitchen. It’s getting returned.

Be VERY skeptical about these reviews! There’s lawsuits related to quality for this company. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! And I will not call the 800 number. I literally don’t have time for this garbage.

I do love my new Cali floor that was professionally installed throughout the entire house, however I am finding that no matter which pair of shoes we are wearing, the footsteps are very loud. The padding was placed underneath, so I don’t know what the issue is, and prior to this flooring, there was a cheaper flooring down that was 16 yrs old that didn’t make any noise.

This is a slab, and I know it is concrete underneath, however, I feel as though in the morning I have to walk barefoot if I get up before my husband in order not to wake him as my slippers will make to much noise walking down the hallway.

How can this be resolved? As far as the floor itself, I love it! I just think it is a noise factor in this house and I don’t know why.

I normally love all siser vinyl, especially the easy psv, because it is so easy to weed. But I’ve noticed the single sheets are much better and easier to work with. The actual rolls are not truly matte and not the same as the sheets.

They have the same name but they are not the same. I bought a roll of the black cat matte and the white cloud matte because they didn’t have anymore single sheets. The rolls are being wasted now because they’re so hard to weed, as they aren’t truly matte and not the same as the individual sheets.

I’ll have to go through the hassle of returning them, if it’s even allowed after they’ve been opened and cut. Very disappointed. I’ll have to go out of my way to a different city to get the individual sheets.

I don’t order them online because they’re always delivered bent up.

I used it as a topsheet for a snowboard, so it’s taking a beating. It’s met my expectations for durability for sure. Has stayed on through lots of flexing, temp changes, and wetness. Any chipping or breakage that has occurred is completely within what I expected / was in areas of the board that were already damaged.

It was a fun experiment for me and I’ll probably do the same thing on my next snowboard.

I’m new to the Cricuting world, and heard good and bad reviews about Cricut’s transfer tape. So I wanted to pick up another brand to try. Siser’s application tape isn’t bad. There were a few designs that I couldn’t get the tape to pick up.

I’m just not sure if it was user error or that I was using a shimmer vinyl. I do wish that it was more transparent like Cricut tape, Siser has a bit of a frost to it.
