16 Best Vitamin B12 Patch (2022 Updated)

I was excited to try this B12 micro lozenge, but the taste is truly awful. I even tried swallowing one whole since they are pretty small but still got a terrible aftertaste that was hard to get rid of.

With the pill being so tiny, the manufacturer would be better off simply coating it and selling it as a mini caplet that should be swallowed. I recommend trying Nature Made fast dissolve B12 instead, which actually tastes good.

The Vitamin C Plus Patch is easy and simple to apply. I have a Colostomy, and I constantly needed a better way to obtain specific vitamins to get my levels in line with my health needs. This patch works very well.

I highly recommend Patchaid products to Chronic GI suffers, especially ostomates like myself.

Form factor and ease of use is great! Not one bad reaction. The dose and cofactors are pretty cool although it is tough to know how effective (percentage of absorption wise) the transdermal is. I just started using them so we’ll see!.

Love the ease and accessibility of this product. AS a Canadian no extra custom charges with this product so far. They just let the envelope through. As an avid Traveller they pack so easy. My blood work in 2 months will tell the tale tho.

Will Update then Only quibble? I seem to be having a slight allergic reaction. Leaves behind an itchy raised red square same size as patch. Kinda looks like a sqaure hicky. Will try to always use same points or try different spots to see if this minimizes reaction.

Two weeks of either option same spot ot moved around should determine answer. I DONT WANT TO GIVE THIS UP.

I’m using this patch along with 4 others that are specifically for gastric bypass patients. I have noticed an improvement with my nails and skin. However I can’t attribute it one specific patch but most likely a consistent regimen of many nutrients.

I have had lab work done and everything is well Wooton range which tells me the patches do work. They could stand to have a little better adhesive but I wear them overnight to minimize the risk of movement.

I have a monthly subscription and intend to continue taking as an effort to replace/regrow an hair that might be lost as a repercussion of the gastric bypass.

I recently received my order, and have been using for about a week now, and can not rate the effectiveness of the patch yet. I am not really good at taking pills, so having the patch will definitely work for me.

I am impressed with the size. They are as big as a medium size bandaid which is nice and discreet. I have not had any issues with stomach cramps so that’s a big thumbs up 👍🏾.

Prior to taking this supplement, 8 years ago my annual physical revealed that I had a low vitamin D level. The doctor gave me a prescription I had to take for 12 weeks to increase my vitamin D level to a normal level.

In my research I found that vitamin D is important as it works with calcium to improve bone strength. At the time, testing revealed that I was also starting to develop osteoporosis. Coincidentally, we were also taking my 92 year old mother to a doctor who prescribe a vitamin D supplement for her that provided over 10,000 IU of vitamin D.

After a couple of months she got sick and, with more research, her symptoms seemed to indicate vitamin D toxicity. Thenext day, we had her tested and her doctor said he had never seen a vitamin D toxicity level so high.

It took over 3 months for the vitamin D to work out of her system, and for her to feel healthy again. So, naturally, I was hesitant in choosing a vitamin D strength for me to take. I know there are much stronger doses of this vitamin that some people take, but having seen the results of toxicity in my mother, I wouldnt risk a high dose.

I have been taking this supplement for over 8 years, and my vitamin D levels are at a normal level when I have the annual blood tests done. In addition, with this supplement and the bone supplement I take, my bone density tests have improved over the last 6 years.

I only use Nature Made vitamins. I read an independent study done and another by consumer reports and both found that Nature Made and Kirkland were the ONLY two brand of all the popular ones that had exactly what is on the label! Shockingly, some even had adulterated their products with non labeled fillers of all kinds and only had trace amounts of the active ingredient (vitamin).

I came into my fifties and began having blood values that were low (B12 and D3). I was depressed and lack of energy. After a few weeks of taking my prescribed amount of vitamins I was and still am feeling better.

These Vitamin tablets are small in size and easy to swallow. I honestly prefer the soft gel. I have yet to try the gummies. My physician recommended I take at least 2000iu daily due to deficiency. I have several medical conditions; autoimmune disease, rare blood disorders polycythemia neutrophilia, and I also have celiac disease and have an ileostomy which makes absorbing nutrients difficult.

Supplements are necessary. I prefer Nature Made brand and can often get my supplements buy-one-get-one free from Rite Aid making it affordable.

I love products made by Nature made because their so good. These vitamin capsules are super soft and easy to swallow. They made them so soft inorder to deliver the appropriate amount of vitamin b12 into your body:) I recommend this brand because they are effective and trust worthy.

I really like this product it’s like it’s made just for me. It’s long lasting, last all day usually even on long days. I couldn’t think of a way for it to be better. It’s completely incomparable to other products quality wise.

Okay I REALLY like these. I wanted to stop vaping so much because I was hitting my vape constantly throughout the day and always had a sore throat. So I bought the sample pack of these, and the sample pack of their competitor, inhale health.

I like these so much better from a design standpoint, as well as flavor. They actually do produce a little vapor, and are a great way to not inhale a bunch of ick, but still satisfy the hand to mouth habit without resulting to food.

I take this form of vitamin b12 because it pairs well with the folinic acid I take to treat MTHFR gene mutation. I can’t take the methylated vitamins usually used to treat it.

I’ve bought these twice now. I won’t buy them again though. Though they are in a capsule that makes them slippery when swallowed, they’re just too big for my comfort. Its not so much a horrible fault.

Wonder what the ratio is between people who take big pills and gag on them? I do. I have to swallow 16 big white chalky pills EVERY DAY! And struggle, and I cannot live without these pills, or move to getting a pic-u and start dialysis.

This is why I take B12, and other pills/vitamins. Rare autoimmune disease kidneys don’t filter toxins. So I have a chronic anemia. These pills worked though. I took one capsule a day, and my follow up back in May 2021, my Nephro told me to back off on them because my b12 levels were TOO high.

I know when my b12 is dropping, because I get painful ulcers in my mouth. Can’t even eat ketchup when those fire up. A couple days with one capsule, and they go away. The other reason I won’t buy them again, is there’s a weird flavor, like stale-ish kind.

I”m not saying they are, but being a big pill and a funny taste, just strike two. Don’t need a third strike. BUT THEY WORK. I prefer those little pink pills, and I always keep the sublingual kind on hand to help with relieve the mouth sores.

It does not state in the Supplement Facts there is carrageenan in this product. Carrageenan is a carcinogen it is an inflammatory that can cause inflammatory bowel disease beginning with stomach issues like IBS.

It can cause colon cancer, gallbladder inflammation, Glucose intolerance, food allergies and the list goes on. It is used as a cheap emulsifier. I am so irritated because it never used to have Carrageenan in it.

Then I noticed stomach issues and the capsules had changed to a larger size, I called the manufacturer to ask if the formula had changed and found they added in carrageenan ( that is why it is so cheep.

) They said they would update the AMAZON supplement Facts which they never did. Still there, and so I though that they had gone back to the original formula so I bought it and sure enough when I opened the bottle I saw they hadn’t ,but at least the label the on the back stated it did.

So I am returning it. If you have any of the above issues please beware and make your own decision. It isFDA approved but we know how easy it is to look the other way. Especially when the FDA has to rely on the suppliers for the research since they have very little funding.

Its like putting the Fox in the henhouse to keep them safe.

I know everyone’s body is different but B12 has always been an issue for me. My Dr had me on a RX and at some point I got sick on it and had to stop taking it. Some people’s body can’t handle vitamins.

Recently I had a virus and had it checked again in April and May. A different Dr suggested B12 again. I bought this brand and started it June 3 and look at the numbers just a month and half later. I was suprised the difference in such a short period of time and it not be and RX.

You hear about fillers sometime in OTC vitamins.

My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic and he lost his ability of taste and smell, also he seemed to be losing his memory a lot and getting slightly anxious or paranoid in general. The doctor ran blood lab tests for many things and found that he was seriously low in B-12 so he had to get a shot and then was told to get this sublingual B-12, so that it would enter into his system without going through his digestive system.

While the tablets are fantastic, I can’t help but be bothered that Target letter vitamin bottles are massive and a waste of plastic compared to the tablets inside. It is so unecessary to have so much plastic waste for these.

Please reconsider how much plastic you’re using for small vitamins.

Been taking these for about 4 years now. Used to be sick all the time! They taste pretty good too! Take them everyday, helps keep my energy level good & keeps sickness under control!and you can’t beat the price!.

I liked how these had 5000 mcg where other brands had lower, plus it was a good price. As someone who was used to swallowing vitamins, it took awhile to adjust to the taste of these but after a week it wasn’t bad at all.

In fact, I think they taste decent now.

I didn’t receive my vitamin B12, a mistake was made and I got vitamin D which I didn’t want, but I really like the vitamin B12 my husband has a vitamin B12 deficiency which helps keep his energy levels consistent.

I have seen a great improvement in my energy since using this product. I had been taking a regular slow release B12 for almost a year with no results. After 3 weeks of the Sisu B12, I can feel a significant difference.

As the title says, I was taking this thing for weeks. I am not a panicky person, nor do I have severe anxiety, but while I was taking this, I experienced the worst anxiety one can experience. I wanted to jump out of my own skin.

I was shaking and had to use xanax to calm myself It took me several weeks to realize it was because of this supplement. It may work well for some, but for me it caused the worst few weeks of my life and I’m not sure how to even process this.

I really enjoy this little supplement since I get to chew it – instead of swallowing yet another capsule. It has a pleasant minty taste. It gives me a lot of energy – in fact, I am considering adjusting my dose to either half a tablet or every other day, as I can’t seem to wind down at night after I starting taking it.

I may have to be diligent and take it immediately upon waking to give it time to work through my system? The methylation must enable it to be much more effective. Everything I have used from Bulletproof has been of the highest quality and value.

I made the mistake of taking this supplement without getting a blood test done to test for B12 deficiency. The experience was terrible—I couldn’t sleep, my muscles were spasming, I had so much anxiety.

I only took it two days and both of those nights were uncomfortable to say the least. This supplement is not something to mess around with. Please get a blood test before deciding to take it. Of course, this is not Bulletproof’s fault.

I should have done some research before taking it.
