I received my Happy Light as a gift. And some of the features include LED light therapy lamp with 10,000 LUX. I moved from the Midwest to the South and experienced having the winter blues. This light helps me through seasonal depression and has became part of my day to day therapy.

I love this light!! It literally makes me HAPPY. As a medical imaging technologist who is always working in dark rooms I have struggled with seasonal depression and sleep issues. I use my HappyLight daily while working.

I was nervous that it would trigger migraine headaches since I have had issues with them in the past. I am pleasantly surprised that I haven’t had a headache since using this little GEM.

This was my third purchase of a HappyLight, and I love it! It has touch sensors on the back in easy reach for changing light mode and brightness level, which (along with it being small) makes it perfect for my office desk.

Just remember that it is an electric light, so it does get warm/hot after a bit. Keep heat-sensitive items away, and you’ll be good, though!.

My friend lives in Alaska The weather in that area of the US has been very cloudy the last several months. So it’s difficult to get exposure to the sunlight when you have a busy schedule. You suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder.

The lamp has included a plastic extension to attach to the base to give it more stability. The lamp gets pretty warm after an hour usage so I let it cool off before I put it away. I feel this is a good product for the price and it has helped me and my friend I hope it would help you guys too.

I would give a plus to the slim, stylish design which gives it additional usage purposes as a desk lamp/backdrop light besides therapy lamp. It stands firm on my desk. The hinge is also very sturdy as you adjust the light up and down, and it can be pulled straight up to 180 degree.

If you sit in front of it, there is ample light to immerse yourself in. The light is more on the gentle side, not intense so it’s rather comfortable, just don’t look straight at it to avoid hurting your eyes.

Beyond the desk space, it does a decent job of illuminating my bedroom space which can lift up your mood on a dark day. I have not experience any mechanical issues with the lamp. The power plug does get very warm quickly, something to keep an eye on.

There is no battery involved.

I was experiencing dizzy spells and having a difficult time adjusting to the climate of the high-humidity/ rainfall area we moved to. I had heard of these lights and decided to give it a try. Within 2 or 3 days I noticed remarkable results! I put it off to one side, about 12 inches away, angled toward me, on the couch arm as I do my morning reading, check emails, etc.

About 30 minutes or so.

This item seems great so far. It is VERY bright, and may take some getting used to. Look and functionality is great. I like it much better than other happy lights I have seen. It feels reminiscent of a Kindle.

Easy to use, easy to assemble (the little kick stand that tilts it up). Quality. well, I haven’t used it for long so can’t speak to how it will hold up, but it seems a little cheaply made – just based on look and feel.

The stand seems like it will probably break if not treated with care. I’ll drop it or knock it off the end table at some point so we’ll find out.

I have been using the Happylight for 2 months or so, since mid-October, and it’s helped me transition into the winter. I use it every day or every second day, while I eat breakfast, and I’m also taking vitamin D supplements.

I think the combination has really helped prevent my usual slip into sluggishness in the winter. I work out every day and I have sustained energy and a more positive attitude. I also sleep well at night for a full 8 hours.

The Lucent ‘HappyLight’ is a powerful, LED light panel with light color temperatures engineered to simulate sunlight. We have been using the light panel – approximately the same size as an iPad – over the past couple of weeks.

We have noticed our moods to have improved, but also our energy levels. The panel is well worth the investment and doesn’t take up a lot of space. The instructions mention the ability to dim the panel, but this is not an option.

We have no complaints about the Lucent ‘Happy Light’ product and highly recommend it.

It’s too early to have a solid opinion ( just a few days). But at this point I can say I enjoy its use. The tone of the light is cheerful, and I enjoy it’s use. It knocks the cloudy blues out of my spot.

Long term I’ll get a better sense of its affect on SAD.

When it arrived, it was bigger than I thought. Which is great! It emits a lot of light and is very powerful. I enjoy using it when the sun isn’t coming out for the day. I will do yoga with it on, or meditate while listening to forest sounds.

If I close my eyes it feels like I’m outside in the sun. I love it!.

Hi, when I ordered my lamp it was out of stock but no one communicated this to me. I waited a few days and my order was still waiting for fulfillment. I contacted your company via text chat and was told that the product was out of stock and would be arriving the next day and would be shipped promptly.

I waited a week and my order was still listed as a waiting fulfillment so I again contacted your company. I was given the same story but was told as soon as it arrived it would be shipped priority post which I appreciated.

This time it did arrive and was shipped. What I suggest is that if a product is out of stock, you communicate from the outset that there could be delays while you wait for your product to arrive. I understand with Covid that it must be difficult with procuring supplies.

But a note to that effect would have been appreciated.

I was looking for quality lighting to help with winter moods, and when I Googled options, I saw Verilux and recalled the reading lights I had over a decade ago from the company. The two Happy lights I got this winter impressed me just as much as the reading lights did so long ago.

(I no longer have a use for designated reading lights). The Happy Lights are compact, tailored, and visually appealing. Easy to use in what otherwise be awkward spaces. Great light that helps my mood even if I don’t use the lamps regularly.

I did discover a neat, simple way to hang or place the rectangular light and/or the round one next to my treadmill, exercise bike, kitchen work space, dining room table, and bed. Thanks for offering such a quality product at a reasonable price.

I don’t know whether I have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) but I have always found it tough to get use to seasonal light changes to dark first from 9pm to 7pm and then again a month later to dark 2 hours earlier at 5pm.

I received the Verilux HappyLight Liberty Compact Light Therapy Lamp about a week ago. It came quickly and nicely packaged. The assembly is no more than un-packaging the lamp and sliding the front panel in place and snapping the top on.

The lamp itself is very nicely made and durable. It appears modern and new. I like that it is small and can be moved room to room easily and has a cord long enough to reach from a variety of heights to the outlet.

The first evening I turned this lamp on it was quite bright from the lamp base I wasn’t sure I would get use to it. Still, at the same time I really liked the natural light it emitted in the room which is natural and white compared to my regular lamps that emit yellow light by comparison.

The second day the brightness I had experienced was no longer an issue. This lamp and light is relaxing and energizing. So much so I would expect this to work well for someone with SAD. Several days later I am just like having the light on in the room.

This is a nice lamp, I am going to continue to use and see what changes I experience. I would certainly buy this for a friend or family member if they indicated they had issues with SAD.

I still have yet figured out how to turn on the light. I have a HappyLight Model VT42. There is what appears to be an on/off switch on the top but it doesn’t turn it on. all the time. Sometimes I can get it to go on with one click but most times (frustrating) it takes several tries.

I’ve tried holding the button for 10 seconds and sometimes it works but most times it doesn’t. Turning it off is just as frustrating. I finally unplug it to turn it off. Instructions are terrible. hence, I hope to have someone tell me how to turn it on and off here.

When it’s on, it’s VERY BRIGHT. I am having trouble adjusting the intensity of the light so I put a piece of white paper over it to dim it. That works well but it seems odd that I’d have to do that for this product.

Very bad 90’s design! Especially the base and arm that the light box attaches to. Plastic and cheap. Curves and t akes up loads of space on my work top. Arrived used and base was missing parts, so I switched to regular monitor base which was an improvement! The lightbox itself works fine, super bright! Maybe my mood has improved, hard to tell.

Got this way early before it was impossible to find when the time change goes into effect and the days here are too short and dark. I have used the full light on overcast mornings and it really does make me feel better.

It is very relaxing and feels like I am sitting in the sunshine. My cat likes to sit under it with me as well. The task light on it is very nice, too. Good for reading. Cannot wait to try it out in the fall and winter here in Ohio to see if it help my seasonal depression.

I have been using this lamp for three weeks now. As a person with SAD, I wanted to get a jump start on the time change. I felt a remarkable difference in a matter of two-three days and continue to use the lamp every morning.

You just need to figure out where to place it for your individual needs. I am not an early riser, so I have it on my bedside table and read for 30 minutes while still in bed. I highly recommend it whether you have SAD or perhaps any sort of depression (like myself).

I have had an opportunity to use daylight therapy light, I have been using it for two weeks now and I don’t know how I could cope without lamp like this one before. I am a person who stays indoors, rarely going outside and with pandemic and consequently working from home for over a year I have been sun deficient and this affected me in a number of ways.

The lamp itself has a good size, it is portable and compact and you can fit it in your bag if you want to travel with it and use in various places. It has a modern looking cover and adjustable stand that is handy.

I personally keep it on my working desk and use it when I attend virtual meetings with turned off camera or respond to emails and it works for me and I don’t notice the time that passes then. The exposure ideally should be up to 2 hours and if it is built in daily activities rather than separate time is dedicated to the exposure, it is more likely that one spends the recommended amount of time with the lamp.

During first week, it took me some time to adjust to the lamp, I slowly have been increasing my exposure to the light, I have built in a time I spent with the lamp from a few minutes to a longer time.

I felt a slight eyes discomfort during the first days but it subsided with time. The instructions of the lamp was clear and I find it helpful, I knew what to expect and how should I plan using the lamp and what should I be alerted to such as potential headaches from exposure at the beginning of using it.

The effect of using the lamp exceeded my expectations, I feel more energised and not as sleepy as I have been in the last few weeks. It is too soon to say but I have noticed some improvement in my mood.

I like the fact that it is a medical device and provide a good explanation of how the lamp works and what benefits can be expected. I was surprised by the strength of the light (10,000 lux) that the lamp releases, additional benefit is a long shelf life which is reassuring that the product will last for long.

The only thing that I thought would be useful, but I am not sure how feasible it is in terms of design, is cordless design. At this moment the lamp works if is connected to power and it limits locations that it can be used in.

I am happy that I have this lamp in my house, I have benefited enormously from the lamp and although the beginning was tough as I was getting used to the exposure, with the time it has got better and better.

I do recommend this device everyone but especially to people who are sensitive to seasonal changes, it makes a difference.

Boyfriend likes them enough he leaves others at home! That’s saying something!

Amazing lamp! I could never say enough good things, but for the sake of brevity, I’ll just mention the highlights. I got the Touch Plus model because of the option for colder/warmer tones and selective brightness.

This is a game changer. My apartment is small, so due to proximity I find the lowest brightness effective most days. The sun is on a dishearteningly short schedule, but the HappyLight has helped me wash my pineal gland in warm, lovely sun while we weather out these cold, short days.

This is the first winter my seasonal depression hasn’t been debilitating. Thank you HappyLight team! The form factor on these lights is exceptional. You can tell they are built to last. Surpisingly sturdy base and long cord allows the HappyLight to tag along with me whether cooking, reading, or in my workspace.

I have tried 3 other sun lamps and this one is the brightest without eye fatigue because of the light dispersion and most cost effective because it is LED. Really a must-have if you suffer from SAD or are just generally needing a little more sunshine in your life.

I have been looking at getting a therapy light for some time to deal with my winter depression and a friend of mine recommended getting a Verilux because her boyfriend loves his. So I went ahead found one that gave me a lot of options: bright vs gold light, a timer & brightness levels.

I love that aspect of my light – I’ll use mine while I’m getting ready for work in my bathroom, but from the start I think there were some wiring issues with mine. When I go to set the timer, my light will flicker between either the gold and bright light and sometimes it doesn’t even register that I’m trying to set the timer.

I’ve checked my lights plug and the wall plug – no issues there. Then while I’m using the light after setting the timer, the light will change between the gold and bright light – if I try to change it back to the color light I originally wanted it won’t register the button at all.

I’ve actually noticed if I adjust the brightness level that will get me back to the color light I wanted. All in all, I’m not upset by the product at all, I feel it has helped me tremendously with my winter depression – I just think mine has some wiring problems.

I still use it, but do get frustrated when I can’t set the timer or when it shifts between color settings.

Thought this would be more of a gimmick than anything else, but boy was I surprised at what a little bit of intense lighting can do for you in the morning! I am not a morning person by nature, much more of a night owl, so getting up & getting energized in the morning is always a process for me.

Snoozing my alarm is a regular part of my extended wake-up process, and I’ve become accustomed to it. I tried using this light in the morning consistently for a few weeks, and I actually did away with the snooze routine within the first couple of days of use.

I still stay up later than I probably should, but my sleep has become deeper, to the extent that I feel much more rested and energized throughout the day, no doubt due to the invigorating light this thing kicks out.

I also use it for when I’m Zoom calling from my office at work (which is currently only one day a week) since my office has lots of natural sunlight that makes lighting adjustment with my web cam challenging.

This is bright enough to amp up the overall lighting near me enough for it to register on my camera in spite of the natural lighting outside. My office has very dim lights and does not have blinds or curtains, so my camera is awful and always misreads the natural lighting of the room, making me look like a shadow on screen without this lamp.

The lamp looks very nice and has a few different lighting levels. Its big enough to provide effective lighting, but small enough to place it just about anywhere you can supply it with power. It almost looks like a picture frame at first glance.

I’d recommend this for the help with energizing you at the start of your day, and just as a lamp with great lighting for video calls (or just in general if you can use a stylish lamp somewhere in your home).

I personally did not feel any impact or change to my natural inclination to stay up late, so it didn’t appear to impact that part of my circadian rhythm, but it works better than I expected in general, and I would say that I do sleep more deeply and wake more energized since I’ve been using this, in spite of still staying up late.

Its a solid, and very bright lamp.

I can only comment on the Lumine lamp as it functions on its own. And as a lamp, it does a very good job. The light output is very even across the surface. It’s very clean and white, and according to the manufacturer is meant to provide 10,000 lux of illumination to simulate a sunny day ( not 10,000 lumen as others incorrectly say ).

It’s a nice size, not too obtrusive, and has a long 2m power adapter. The power adapter is a typical wall wart, and could be better if it was sized or angled to fit in a standard plug spacing. The frame angles the light back, about 70 degrees from level by my protractor.

Subjectively, I like the basic, simple design and color. The touch sensitive button at the bottom is the lone control that cycles the lamp between its three brightness settings and off. The biggest downside is a side-effect of one of its strengths: the lamp is very, VERY bright at 700 lumen output.

For comparison, a 60W equivalent bulb is 800 lumens. That lighting contrast between the lamp and ambient light can be uncomfortable. In a bright, artificially lit room with florescent, tungsten, or other off-white lighting, the Lumine would be a nice pure-white lamp.

Using it a dim office is quite harsh, even on the lowest brightness setting. Ironically, those who work in darker areas without any outside, natural light, are likely the ones who would benefit most from a light therapy lamp.

If it had additional dimmer settings, or just a bigger output difference between the three existing settings, the lamp would be useful in far more situations. Other small complaints are that the touch-sensitive button is very easy to accidentally press and the base is a fixed angle.

Even with the high light output, if the light was more adjustable in what direction it faced, that would be better. I also found the fit and finish a little lacking for a product costing this much. Attaching the stand base out of the box was rather difficult as the plastic tabs didn’t line up as well as they could have.

Overall, it’s a solid lamp that performs well, it just might not be exactly what you need for your home and work lighting situation. It also functions well as a low-cost key light for better video quality when recording, streaming, or teleconferencing ( proper mounting and light direction takes some ingenuity ).

This little light puts out 10,000 Lumens. To put it into contrast, a 100 watt incandescent bulb produces 1600 Lumens, that’s over 6 times as bright. Some police security flashlights are rated as high as 3300 lumens, and we are not even halfway there.

So If you like bright lights, this is perfect for you. Although, this light is a therapy light, not a regular room or shop light. It is designed to bring the happiness of the sun indoors. The light expelled from the device is set to mimic the full spectrum pure white light from the sun, minus the harmful UV lights.

UV lights can not only damage your skin, but also your eyes. I tested the light with a Blue Light detection device, and no harmful rays were detected. There are three kinds of “Blue Lights”; violet, blue-violet and turquoise.

Both violet spectrums are harmful to the eyes, but the turquoise spectrum is considered safe and is the spectrum that helps maintain a healthy sleep cycle. When the eyes detect this spectrum of light, it stimulates the brain’s hypothalamus region, and biological clock.

This influences the circadian rhythm. Circadian rhythm is a natural, internal process that regulates the sleep–wake cycle and repeats roughly every 24 hours. Without the proper stimulus a person’s circadian rhythm can be thrown off cycle, making for irregular sleeping habits or a lot of sleepless nights.

This light tries to help you regulate your circadian rhythm by giving you control of when you are exposed to the proper lighting. The light does have a dimmer, so if the full 10,000 lumens is too much for you, there are 2 lower settings that appear to be 50% and 25% of power.

After prolonged use of this light, it can not only help with correcting sleep patterns, but can also help with regulating hormones, alertness, reaction times, mood and general behavior. Everything can fall into line with the right patterns in life.

Some people even believe these overall health benefits can help stave off illnesses and some diseases. With most of the world hiding indoors the past year, the lack of sunlight has most definitely affected the mental health and sleep of a lot of individuals.

Depression is one of the most common disorders from lack of sleep and proper stimulus. If you are still limiting your outdoor exposure then this could really help a person bounce back. I can’t really attest to the long term effects of this light, as I have only used it for a week.

However in the past week, I think I have noticed some more regular effects of the light. Just as a test the first morning I woke up after receiving the light, I turned on the brightest lights I had in the house ( my kitchen has 4- 100 watt bulbs).

It woke me up a bit, then I turned on the Circadian Light and instantly I could feel the impact, it is so much like walking outside around noon, except without the heat. I had to turn the light away from my face, as the direct light is just too much for me right now.

After a week of daily exposure for about 6 hours a day, I seem to fall asleep at night a little better, and feel more alert in general. so I am eager to see what might happen after a month or more. The light itself weighs almost nothing.

It comes in two pieces, the stand and the light. No tools are required, as the parts just click together. The power cable plugs into the back of the device, and the power button in the front is touch sensitive.

Even though it feels light, everything looks well constructed. The bulbs have a 50,000 hour life expectancy, and the unit comes with a 2 year warranty. Also, just to reiterate, this light does not put out UV rays, so even though it mimics the sunlight to your eyes, it is nothing like sunlight to your skin.

Meaning, this is in no way like a tanning light.

The stand is stored on the back of the lamp. There are slots on three sides of the back to put the stand in, depending on which way you want it to stand up. It is rather thin and somewhat smaller than I expected, but WOW, when you turn it on, it is BRIGHT! It’s about the size of a Nook Color Reader, only lighter weight.

You plug the adapter in the back and there is an orange color button on the right side (if you are facing the front of it), which is a basic on/off push button. The lamp casing is white with black lettering.

The storage bag is felt that has the brand name embroidered on it in orange and has a Velcro fastener on the back. The only drawback that I can see, is that when you turn it on, it is SO bright, it is almost blinding.

You wouldn’t be able to have it sitting in your line of vision as it is too bright to look at directly. The directions say to “periodically look directly into the light briefly. Do not stare directly at the light for extended periods, since that could lead to over stimulation of the retina”.

I have talked to people are trained eye professionals and they say “DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE LIGHT, EVEN FOR A BRIEF SECOND!” It is a good test of this lamp to get it at this time of year (autumn), as we do not have a lot of sunlight at this time.

I believe this lamp would definitely help with Seasonal Affect Disorder. It definitely gives off the light that we lack during the autumn and winter in my area. I would recommend using this light in the background, but with the warning that it is NEVER safe to look directly into this light.

The Beuer Daylight Lamp is a great item to have for those people who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). For years I have had problems with the fall and winter seasons. Don’t get me wrong I like the seasons to change but I experience trouble with tiredness, low energy, feeling very sluggish.

I have some trouble with concentrating, definitely having sleeping issues and my craving for carbohydrates go through the roof. After researching and speaking with my doctor, I have SAD. The treatment is very easy to do and I have felt a difference.

This year has been very overcast and cloudy so I have made good use of this light even in the spring and summer months. This is a light that simulates daylight. It is portable and small enough that I can take it with me wherever I need to go.

It fits nicely on my desk or on the table beside my chair. The LED light means that I am saving energy and it will last a long time. More important is that it is UV-free. No chance of any damaging UV rays from using this light.

There is a stand that allows you to use it vertically or horizontally. Comes with a storage bag, AC-adapter and of course a manual. Even if you have not been diagnosed with SAD, if you miss the sun this is a great way to get some energizing light to brighten your day.

I dug the tall portrait size, the stand-up nature, and iPad like clean aesthetic. (Altho I liked the base of one of the other models with a tiltable base/easel (‘Happy Lite Full Size’), but got the LUXE for its 4 variable modes of light.

). Its good looking, clean, slim. My teenage daughter isn’t embarrased to have it up in her room, which makes it a functional daily tool – like I’d hoped. I have nearly given up on getting her to take movement and eye strain/bent studying body breaks.

She has a skylight, for goodness sake. But concentration and depression are real. I want her body to keep up with its natural vitamin D making process! *FYI – (The blog articles on Verilux were astoudingly practical, responding to these Covid times of in-home working/learning, and constructed in a lay persons terminology!).

I am using this lamp differently than most. I have always been very sensitive to sunlight, so I’m not sure why I expected this to be different with this lamp. Using it as instructed gave my instant nausea and headaches.

BUT i found a way to use that’s perfect. I wanted this because I work from my basement (its only half underground) and in winter, the sun never shines in. I placed this lamp in the basement window. The direct light is blocked by a cabinet, but the indirect light bouncing off the walls and spilling into the room mimics the sun that usually shines into the room during the summer.

Since I cannot see the lamp directly, I use the light for a few hours in the morning. I do notice I feel more alert, more quickly in the mornings. I am definitely not receiving the recommended 10,000 lumens, but it still seems to have the effects intended.

I probably would select an adjustable brightness model next time since I am light sensitive, but otherwise have no regrets. The light isn’t as warm toned as sunlight, but the brightness seems to be what matters for mood and combating mild SAD.

As soon as I saw the package from Verilux, I sighed in relief. I have seasonal affective disorder, as in DISORDER, and I can’t take meds. My light has kept up off the floor for years. My old one finally died.

The lights are very bright so my preferred setting is relax as the light has a pinkish tinge to it and is not as bright as the other settings. I keep the light on while I’m working and it definitely helps to lift my mood and make me feel calmer.

It is the perfect size to sit on my desk and looks very stylish. The buttons along the bottom are easy to see and it is very easy to switch from one mode to another. It comes with quite a long power cord which is very handy for moving it around.

For anybody who suffers with SAD this is an absolute must have product. The price is very good and its super easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this lamp in particular for the three different light intensities, as the full therapy setting is a shock to the system when waking up early on a dark Winter’s morning. I build up to it with the Relax one first.

The only problem is when you first switch it on the default setting is the full ‘therapy’ light, so I’m fumbling about -blinded- trying to find a lower setting. It has helped me feel a bit more awake when I’m getting ready for work.

The low mood hasn’t lifted yet but I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks so I’ll persevere.

Very compact and easy to use; you just have to stand it somewhere close by and choose your setting. I used it mostly on the relax setting as I don’t work in an environment where I could have it with me during the day.

I started off with just a couple of minutes, an hour or so before bedtime and after a couple of weeks use I did find that I slept a bit better. The instructions do warn of possible aching eyes at first as you have to look directly at the light for short periods of time, but this didn’t last long.

I would think that using it over a longer period of time would glean more positive results, so I’ll continue with it and see what happens. So far though, it seems to be a decent product.

The last time I had a light therapy light it was enormous and as such completely impractical. This tablet design is the perfect size for my (kitchen) work space. It can be changed it from portrait to landscape by unclipping and repositioning the 2 inch plastic stand which can also be tucked away into the back of the light for transport.

It is easy to switch on/off with a single button – I prefer this to multiple setting and adjustments. The lead is about 6ft and sufficient for my desk set up and if when I use it on the bedside table – I’ve tried reading with it too and it provides a great source of light.

Also it makes me look less washed out on video calls!! There is a guide to how long b to have it on depending on how far away you put it. I can’t currently say how it has helped my mood etc but I know light therapy has helped in the past so I have high hopes leading into the winter months.

But because of the size and design I’m going to use it more than I would the old style ones as it is on my desk unobtrusively and ready to use whenever I want a boost. I would also take it away with me as it is small and sleek.

This is a premium quality lamp. It is compact and sturdy and very easy to use. You can use it horizontally or vertically as it has a little stand which you can adjust, I prefer to use it horizontally as I feel that it covers my whole face.

I have been using it everyday for 3 hours, it is next to my bedside cabinet in my bedroom and it is really bright, like being outside on a sunny day, very therapeutic, it also helps me with my reading and I have noticed a vast difference in my mood which is much happier, I feel more motivated and ready to start the day with more energy, as before I felt tired in the morning when I woke up, but using this lamp has most definitely changed that for the better.

As it is compact, you can take it everywhere with you, it is a pity that no storage bag was included, apart from that it is a fantastic lamp and great for helping with depression and boosting your energy levels throughout the day.

I have suffered depression and seasonal affective disorder for years, nothing was helping. This daylight therapy lamp is amazing your supposed to look into it for 2 minutes let your eyes absorb the light and leave it next to you.

It simulates normal daylight. For me it has helped massively with concentration. I have it next to my desk and leave it on all day. About and arms length away. I can’t recommend this product enough.

The winter months are usually very hard on me. After just one 2 h session I slept good for the first time in months. been sleeping good every night since. I have more energy, I feel lighter, happier and more balanced overall.

Will never be without it now and I want everyone I know to also get one! System restored.

Great bright white light. Easier to have that sunlight feeling in the house. No sound/buzz (which I’ve read others do have). Would like there to be the facility to set it to come on at a certain time & gradual ‘rise’/increase in brightness (more like the sunrise), so it would gradually wake you up, more naturally.

Great for daytime use too. I use mine with a timer plug, to address not having to wake up & get up to switch it on – if this was easy for me, I wouldn’t have felt the need to purchase such a light.

Excellent. I was fed up with feeling so flat and was willing to try anything. This has been an absolute boon. I use it at work and although this initially caused a stir amongst my colleagues, they are all coming around to the idea too, one has even bought a wake up alarm clock with a similar function because she rates its efficacy.

This is easy to use, not overly hot (I was conscious that it might make the office too hot as some others in the office like it to be cool), it doesn’t flickers and I am happy with my purchase.
