20 Best Vitamin D Spray (2022 Updated)

I have not started using it yet but giving it 5-stars due to an incredibly fast shipment. I got it and three other products by the next day. Unbelievable. Really very impressed. I do currently use the Vitamin D and K2 (though not purchased from Indigo Herbs).

I wished they stocked it on Indigo Herbs, when I wanted to buy it, I would have picked it instead. That’s the one I would have preferred, really. Please, try and always stock the Better You Vitamin D and K2, too.

I’ve been taking this daily without fail for over 2 years. A few weeks ago I had my blood tests done via my GP and it turns out I’m vitamin D deficient?? Now on vitamin D tablets my doctor has prescribed me.

It has obviously been a bit of shock considering how much money I’ve plowed into this. I’ve been taking it with fats (during my lunch) and under the tongue/into cheek as directed. GP suggested the spray could be watered down?! Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience to me?.

I bought this spray as I have trouble with gastroparesis, therefore taking effervescent vitamin solutions through my jejunostomy tube or orally made me feel quite nauseous, I also tried the ‘jellies’ available elsewhere and these just stuck in my throat and made me feel ill.

I heard the advertisement for these on the radio and checked them out online. For me personally, this spray is a perfect solution for getting more vitamin D into my system. Brilliant.

I bought this to help with the inflammation of eczema as advised by my nutritionist, and it has 100% helped me to improve that. It’s so easy and quick to use, as well as effective. First, the vanilla flavor is THE BEST vanilla flavor. It is not overpowering. It is heavenly delicious. The spray works well. I have been using this product for about 6 months. Its a great value. It squirts directly where I aim it.

My son has been diagnosed with soft bones. He requires 4 sprays to equal 4000. It is far easier for me to administer the sprays than him taking multiple pills. He also uses your Calcium chews once a day.

Just started using the sunshine mist for the first time and I spray under my tongue twice x 3 a day, instead of spraying 6 separate times/day. As for the taste I don’t like it since it has this strong sweetener taste and it puts me off cause it tastes like aspartame or stevia for that matter.

To clarify it is NOT aspartame but instead stevia, I think. Anyhow, I’m kinda used to that taste by this time anyway so I’m ok about it now I guess. It’s good that it has thus orangey flavor for me to focus on.

I’d previously been using oil drops to get my vitamin D, which was fine except for the fact that I sometimes had what seemed like a very long wait for one drop of oil. I figured a sprayer would be better, since I could pull the trigger and control exactly when it’s dispensed.

The dispenser works great, as expected, but the trouble is the taste of this stuff. At first it’s slightly sweet (I suppose from the glycerin), which is fine, but then it has a weird bitter aftertaste that made me want to wash my mouth out to get rid of it.

The only ingredients besides vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) are purified water, vegetable glycerin, and potassium sorbate (as a preservative) so I guess either the preservative or the vitamin D itself is what makes it taste like this.

It might not be so bad if I spray it and eat something strongly-flavored immediately afterwards to wash it down. I’ll have to experiment to find some way to tolerate this, since this little bottle contains nearly a year’s worth of daily sprays, each spray containing 1,000 IU of vitamin D, which the box says is 250% of the recommended daily value.

They must have gotten that 250 number by calculating from the RDA for babies up to 12 months old, since the RDA for babies is 400 IU. (250% of 400 is 1000. ) The RDA for most people is 600 IU, and the RDA for the elderly is 800 IU, so this dosage isn’t 250% of the RDA for most people.

Anyway, this dosage is pretty high. There’s some disagreement over how much vitamin D people really need. It’s not recommended to take more than 4,000 IU per day, so don’t take more than four sprays per day.

The bottom of the box has 01/2020 printed on it, which I assume is the manufacturing date, not the expiration date, since I received it in 09/2020.

It’s that time of my life when I need to be more concerned about my vitamin D levels. Due to my living circumstances, I do get plenty of bright reflective sunshine always shining down on me but I don’t actually go outside as much.

Being a lifelong hater of milk, I always need to make sure that I get some D elsewhere. I love many of the nut milks which often have D added but I’m never really sure if I’m getting enough. Will be tested within days, so will know more soon.

Couldn’t be any easier. The taste is pretty good too and it’s mild so doesn’t linger. Reminds me of an orange creamsicle. However, it is extremely important that I deduct at least one star from this particular product solely for the reason that I was sent an expired item.

The sun has sent on this bottle by three quarters of a year. I’m sure there’s still some good shelf-life left but you don’t go distributing outdated vitamins to the public like this. I certainly hope that the ones they are selling have been freshened up.

Vitamin D seems to be all the rage these days. seems like everyone is talking about its health benefits. My boyfriend tore his achilles and I was picking the brain of the orthopedic surgeon for this recommendations on supplements and whatnot, or anything he thought my BF should be taking for his recovery.

Vitamin D is available in some foods and from the UV rays of the sun (they’re not all bad! 😉 ), but it is essential for so many things in the body like calcium absorption, bone health, cell growth, muscle health.

My boyfriend is inside working all day and rarely sees the sun, plus we aren’t really dairy people so I found it to be a good idea to get the supplement. My bf is also a big baby and does not like to swallow pills, so the spray form worked out.

The spray has a slightly sweet taste that is actually kind of pleasant. Having the spray around and out on the counter seems like it is easier to remember to take a few sprays than pill + water. Overall, we are happy with this product.

It is so hard to find supplements without any extra additives/emulsifiers/sweeteners. I was excited to see that this product seemed to only contain coconut oil and vitamin D. However, upon receiving the product, I saw the ingredients list was full of emulsifiers, sweeteners and other thickening agents.

I double checked and it was the exact same product. The company must have recently changed their ingredient list, and the website has not been updated. Really disappointed as I had to return, and am now looking for a different way to get my vitamin D!.

I have only been using this spray a short while, so too early to detect any effects on my health. That said, it was the most promising form of vitamin D that I found – I like the fact that it’s in the form of an oral spray (as opposed to tablet form), and the taste is a pleasant minty flavour.

I just picked this up as it was the only one left in the range. I like their vitamin D sprays because of the peppermint taste. But this was yucky! No taste and just oily! Really unpleasant. Don’t know why.

Thankfully I mix it with the Vit B spray I use but I won’t purchase again.

Great for the kids to use, they enjoy the novelty of doing the spray themselves, much easier than drops.

It’s hard to know if supplements actually help so I think a lot of the time you’re taking them in faith! That said, this is an extremely palatable way of taking extra Vit D3 and I can persuade my tablet-averse husband to take one spray a day, which is encouraging! And there seems to be evidence that it is protective for all sorts, including lung health etc so is on balance is therefore worth taking.

As I have problems swallowing the Oral spray was ideal.

I’d previously tried another brand of D3 & K2 in the form of drops which tasted horrible! It was also rather messy and difficult to know if you had taken the right dosage. Decided to take a chance on this ‘Now Foods’ spray as it was very good value for money.

After reading about the importance of Vitamin D3 I started taking it everyday. It is probably one of the most important vitamins since your body uses it to synthesize so many other hormones internally.

You can get vitamin d3 from sunlight…but good luck! It has to be UVA (not UVB which causes cancer). UVA only can shine through on a perfectly sunny day in the summer. Windows block it, clouds block it and of course Aerosol Stratospheric Injections absolutely block it!!! And you have to expose over 50% of your body for hour and you can’t take a shower for like 2 days for it to sink in since its captured in the outer skin.

So do you get Vitamin D3 from sunlight, no you won’t not enough. Take the best organic and cleanest sourced Vitamin D3 ever!!!!.

This is another case where my husband and I have been using this product for a while now to give it a real chance and our blood work will not budge off of the 30s. We arent absorbing this well enough and I have to look online AGAIN for something thats high quality but gets the job done.

I know I have a vitamin D deficiency and have had one for years, but I heard it was common. I had taken capsules in the past but never was consistent. I’ve been struggling with chronic fatigue, poor digestion, weak immunity and terrible mood for the last 5 years.
