I am laying in bed feeling bad and thinking about taking my daily vitamine. This is a brand I trust because it is the brand my doctor trusts. It is affordable and it is good quality. The pill is a little hard to swollow.

I dont personally have any trouble swolling it but my husband does. I tell him suck it up butter cup. LOL! When that does not go over well I just put a little coconut oil on it for him to help it slide down a little better so he can swollow it.
