I’ve had fairly bad acne for more than 6 years, brought on I think from using a e-cig, because before that I had no problems. I gave that up 3 years ago and while the acne reduced it was still pretty bad.

I’d tried lots of things, even prescriptions from the doctor. Nothing worked and some made it worse. While ordering something else I saw this and got it on a whim. As per the title, a miracle. After a week or so I stopped getting new pimples and after about a month it’s just about all cleared up.

I’ll keep using though, just in case, and I think it makes the skin even better, pimples or not.

This product works ! I have had bad history of acne breakout , I have tried everything that exists on the planet to fix my skin and it only got worse , even roaccutane did not keep them at bay! I have mixed feelings about this supplement. I took it for a month and usually you have to take it for few months to see results. In the entire month that I took the 6 pills in one day, I noticed my skin getting pretty dry.

I researched that Vitamin A cause cause dry skin. It can also be toxic in high amounts. Also, it has Echinacea, which can be toxic in high amounts. As with any other herbs, there’s side effects and risks.

As for my cystic acne on my neck, the first 2 weeks of taking this. I was breaking out quite a bit. In the last week, my neck cleared up completely. The reason I have mixed feelings about this supplement is that it is all marketing.

You can easily buy vitamin zinc, selenium and take cod liver oil which has vitamin A along with omega 3, 6, 9s and get clear skin. The vitamin A in this supplement comes from Beta Carotene (fruits and vegetables).

You can easily eat more foods rich in this vitamin such as onions, carrots, peas, spinach.

My sister who manages a vitamin store recommended this to me for my bad acne. I’ve had pretty good skin since my late teens then all of a sudden in my late 20s my skin thought I was back in high school! I’m halfway through my second bottle and my skin is about 90% better.

I first started to notice my face was looking more glowy after about three weeks. I still get the random acne pop-ups but not nearly as bad as it used to be, and they seem to go away faster. I’ve been using the recommended starting dose which is 3 caps in the morning with breakfast and then another three with lunch or dinner.

I wanted to stop taking medications that alter my hormones and treat whatever was causing my adult hormonal acne.

I started taking these 2 in the morning and 2 at night I have only had one superficial pimple since starting. I am getting compliments on my skin. The vitamin B5 in this is the major difference from everything I’ve tried and I’m now convinced many who suffer with acne have a B5 deficiency that cannot be supplemented though diet.

I have also been getting compliments on my hair a lot lately. The skin on my body feels healthier I can’t explain how. I will gladly take this the rest of my life it if means it cured my acne. This product contains niacin I do not get the flushing or whatever it is others experience.

Selenium is also important for women to prevent breast cancer. CQ10 is involved in every cell of our bodies to function. Biotin helps hair skin and nail strength. Vitamin A also helps with acne and skin but I found taking it alone didn’t do much for my acne and was very drying.

I have very sensitive skin, so I can’t use harsh treatments. I’ve only been using Acnetame for about a month now, and already have seen drastic positive results! I believe in treating problems from the inside out, and that’s exactly what this product does.

I haven’t had any negative side effects (the bottle cautions of that possiblity). I love that this product is gentle but effective! It hasn’t completely cleared my skin (yet!) but it has made it so much better and more manageable.

I’m optimistic with more time my skin will clear more. Also I am only taking 1 pill per day as suggested, so I might just need a higher dose. I saw reviews that other users reported needing at least 2 pills for the best results.

But I am still seeing good results with only 1 pill. A critique I would like to make though, is the pills are very hard to swallow because of their size. I suggest making them smaller and then people just have to take 2.

I liked the fact that it actually does what it says it will do but it needs a little patience. I have been taking the supplements for 5 weeks now. I started by taking half a pill for two weeks and later increased to 1 pill per day.

The first weeks were not easy due to the purging process. If you are an impatient person you’d think it’s not working but that’s how it works by first clearing out everything. Around the 4th week is where I started to see changes.

I used to get hormonal acne during PMS but right now my period is about to come but my face is clear. I have like one pimple. Even when pimples come they’re few and dry out very fast. They don’t stay for long.

I’ve been taking Acnetame for a few months now. Previously I was taking a prescription of spirolactone for my acne, but the dermatologist visits and prescription costs grew too expensive and I began looking for alternatives.

i use to have pretty bad cystic acne due to very oily skin. ive been using this product for over a year now and i can honestly say this stuff works. no face wash on earth would work. you have to fix the problem internally and thats what this does.

Works to clear the large acne cysts for 30 days. Then my daughter had a major inflammatory flare up that we could not get under control. We had to stop after 30 days.

I wish I could just buy 6 months worth of vitamins in one setting for slightly less of a cost per pill since it is rather expensive. I think this would help teenagers and young adults especially who are generally not yet financially stable, but struggle with acne the most.

Additionally, this would be a more eco-friendly option as it would save a lot of packaging. Throwing out a plastic container every month is something I try to avoid. This is personal preference, but I also generally try to avoid subscription services if I reasonably can.

I knew Skin Discipline got good reviews, but I was not expecting the results to be this impressive. It’s important to mention that I am using Retin A and Amzeeq as well so I am not relying solely on this supplement to clear my acne, but it has still dramatically improved my skin within a few weeks.

I’m almost 42 years old and have struggled with acne since I was a teen. It’s been a horrific ride. I’ve never had horrible cystic acne or anything, but just constant zits all the time. Like, having a zit-free face for a few days was a freaking miracle.

Then I started Curology, which really helped a lot for several years, but then I hit my late 30s, now my early 40s and my acne just seemed to be getting so bad, especially around my period, that one day I said “THAT IS IT” and decided I’d try Skin Discipline because I’ve never once used an internal method to treat acne.

I had used ZitKilla patches in the past and loved them, and had seen Skin Discipline advertised several times. I said what the heck and ordered it on subscription. I was now paying a fortune for that + the Curology, but it didn’t matter to me.

Now, however, 16 weeks in, I still get a few small pimples around that time of the month, but I use some patches on those and WOW has my skin cleared up. I went through a purging period for about 4 weeks in (which was kind of awful, I won’t lie), which cleared up after about 5 weeks and now I’m really starting to see results.

During the initial week I got breakouts. By 2nd week it is gone except my chin area. The blemishes/dark spots I see only little improvements. Will review again on the 3rd weeks. UPDATED- I only took this for 10days and stop taking them since I got my menses.

After my menses i’m still lazy to take them for the next 2 months but one thing I do notice is that I don’t get breakouts and oiliness anymore during that 2 months BUT after 2months my breakout came back again.

I am not really one to write reviews, however, after having taken this particular product for 9 weeks I changed my mind. I had initially started the supplement with the previous formula, which had much higher levels of each ingredient and even included vitamin B2.

While using the old formula my face did purge for the first two weeks, but within the third my acne cleared substantially. To be quite honest I thought I had found the solution to my acne. Unfortunately, with the new year came a reformulation of the supplement.

It is with this version that I had a purging unlike anything I had ever experienced. The cysts that developed along my jaw and chin were very painful and made even resting my face on my pillow an uncomfortable experience.

I used these pills for 2 years and my acne was kept at bay. I had the pills coming on auto ship/monthly subscription for them and was very upset when I realized they had changed the formula. I was even MORE upset when they didn’t acknowledge the formula change anywhere or inform me that my auto-ship was now essentially a new product.

I can’t find an announcement of the formula change anywhere but, where I received my new bottle, I compared the label to the prior months and the vitamin doses are quite different. A notable example was the biotin change, the original bottles had 50% of the daily dose of biotin and the new bottles have 200% of the daily dose.

This is upsetting to me because biotin is a known link to acne, many studies have been done on this. Now why would I want to increase my chance of acne when I purchase this to PREVENT acne. Other vitamin amounts (in the new bottle/formula) were slashed significantly, which makes me feel, as a customer, ripped off.

I immediately canceled my auto-ship and am officially on the hunt for a new product with similar doses to the original formula.

I did a lot of research, and here are the reasons I picked this brand: Organic, Whole Food, Non-GMO, Raw, Sprouted, Fermented, Vegan, and it contains Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes, Omega 3, Magnesium, D3, K2, Calcium, Iron, and many extra vitamins not found in other popular multivitamins.

Additionally, the sourcing for each vitamin comes from quality, absorbable, natural, vegetable source, such as Lichen. After using for a while, I have more energy (I naturally get up early in the morning).

Lastly, when I use this multi-vitamin, it appears that my body is actually absorbing the vitamins rather than filtering them, because my *** is not yellow. Every other multi-vitamin I’ve ever tried turns my *** bright yellow, probably because my body was not absorbing them.

Skin Accumax is quite expensive but it actually WORKS (unlike everything else I’ve tried for my skin). My skin is much clearer and smoother and I don’t get painful lumps and bumps anymore. I do still get the very occasional break-out, but nowhere near as bad as before.

To put into context, I’ve only had one bad break-out in the last year, whereas before I started taking Skin Accumax it was a regular thing for me and really damaged my confidence. I would make plans to see friends or go on a date, then my skin would flare up and I had to cancel.

So I would definitely recommend this product, but it’s important to be patient as it took me several months before I started to see results.

I’ve found that this product does work however you need to be patient for results to start showing as well as being consistent on taking them, I started increasing the dosage as needed following the package instructions as I wanted to see the full benefit.

I’ve struggled with acne for 10 years and have tried countless products nothing has ever come close to working so well this is clearing up my dark spots and blemishes, it has also reduced the amount of breakouts I get if any now thanks to this product.

I will be ordering more knowing that this product works for me.
