I’ve suffered with bloating (to the point I have no appetite), vomiting after eating, heartburn & acid reflux for about 4 years now. It came on suddenly when I was on holiday and never went away. I’ve been to the doctors for gastro tests and taken endless courses of omeprazole which hadn’t worked.

I’ve had digestive problems for years and I’ve used digestive enzymes and other herbal and dietary supplements in the past without issues. Bye Bye Bloat is by far the worst supplement I have ever put in my body.

I took this for the first time at around 9 pm after eating dinner. About 45 minutes later, I began to experience some of the worst bloating of my life and intense cramping. I felt very dizzy and had a resting heart rate of 52-55 bpm for the rest of the night.

(My normal is 65-67 bpm. ) I woke up the next morning to find I’d started my period, a week early! I have an incredibly regular and predictable cycle so this was very concerning to me. I researched the ingredients.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I was prompted to write one for Bloatamin because of how absolutely incredible the results are. I used it in addition to my allergy medicine and noticed a big difference in symptoms. Then I stopped using my allergy medicine and the product was just as effective. So no more allergy medicine. The vitamin C that is packaged with it is just a tiny bonus.

I received these products for free from Influenster and The Nue Co. in exchange for my honest review. These really do help with bloating (I have PCOS and bloat just from looking at food) but they are incredibly expensive.

They may be the best “bloat” supplement I’ve tried however, and the container is glass, meaning it’s reusable. I tried these for a period of a full month and had no ill effects, just a lot less bloating! Like, I think I felt bloated ONCE during the month, and it was literally when I overate.

I have been seeing some users claim weight loss daily from these however I’d be skeptical of those claims. I did not experience this and I eat and added exercise to my routine while taking these. Be skeptical about any such claims.

I was super excited to receive this from Influenster this month. I fell in love with the overall look of the packaging and the bottle. This is a high end bottle with quality ingredients. I was struggling with feeling bloated and just overall uncomfortable so this came right in time.

I used this for a month, initially I had stomach cramps during the evening and a lot of gas. However after a couple weeks, those symptoms subsided and I became more regular. I definitely noticed if I skipped a day of taking it, as those bloating symptoms came right back.

I would recommend this product for someone who does not have a sensitive stomach. The reason for my 3 star rating is just because of the discomfort in the evenings.

I frequently gets indigestion whenever I consume food that contains shrimp paste or fish sauces. Stomach will feel bloated and will get diarrhea and in the end need antibiotics to suppress it. I have been using the multivitamin and other invite products for a few years and I do like them. I would prefer if the vitamins could be combined into one, but, on the other hand it forces me to drink more water which is good.

This multi is more complete than any other multi I have found and I have been looking. I feel like if I take this, and nothing else, I am covered. It is very expensive though, which is why I am still looking around for something comparable.

Fresh and reputable supplement, short of eating mushrooms or getting out in the spring, summer, autumn and winter sun for yourself. This provides a hit of the D. You don’t need to take it everyday, that’s just a sales pitch so that you buy another bottle every month or few.

You can take one capsule every couple or three days or whenever you feel you need it. You don’t need to take a capsule of these on any day that you get sunlight for example, it just wouldn’t be necessary.

If you’ve had just five minutes, ten minutes of sunlight, or any sunlight at all, it shouldn’t be needed. I suffer with Fibromyalgia, and with it, terrible IBS. I had been taking other cheaper tablets to help with digestion, but they really only worked 50/50. I have tried so many multivitamins over the years! Last one I was taking was Now Adams. I have found this one by chance because I was also taking digest Spectrum enzymes from the same brand. I had no idea than Enzymedica had also a dedicated multivitamin for men! After trying this Enzymedica multi, I figured out that it’s much easier to digest than Now Adams given that it includes digestive enzymes and vitamins are provided in much more natural form.

The other multi may have more vitamins advertised but there is no point to eat an astronomical amount of vitamins if you are not going to digest them anyway!!! I also do intermittent fasting and when I am fasting, I can eat this multivitamin on an empty stomach with absolutely no issue at all! It’s on the expensive side but if you can afford it, I highly recommend it.

My daughter and I both got struck with the FLU 2. 0 , and part of our symptoms were headaches, nausea, bloating and body aches. As soon as we tried these, they seriously began working within minutes for especially headaches and nausea.

After 20 or so minutes, bloating would be nociceably dropping down. My daughter is more prone to migraines, so these worked about 95% of the time on her. In the harshest week, she only had 3 days where she needed to take a single dose of Aleve.

For me, it was closer to 99% effective on my headaches. I only had 1 day of needing to take an Aleve. We took more than the recommended 2 per day though. Some days we had up to 6 each. (–not something I would recommend daily to do, but it worked for our worst week.

I love ginger and these gummies have wonderful real ginger flavor. They are not overly sweet and they have just a touch of tumeric “earthy” flavor. They got the gummy texture right-on as well – they are slightly chewy, smooth, and very satisfying to munch on.
