20 Best Vitamin For Breastfeeding (2022 Updated)

I have cancer and start taking these vitamins about four months ago. My lab numbers have gotten better. I take Iron (my white blood count is normal and my red blood counts are one point off from being normal).

My Iron has gotten better, not fully where they need to be just yet, but hopefully on the next test we will see my iron improve. I take Iron for anemia and for my blood counts. I take the one a day multivitamin, I take vitamin D to help with my bone health.

I take Magnesium to help with taking the iron, so I am not constipated, and I take turmeric and ginger to help with arthritis. My hip is not nearly as bad with taking the turmeric and ginger and my laboratory numbers have gotten better in just four months.

I am looking forward to seeing where my lab numbers will be in a year. I also started intermittent fasting around the same time (16 fasting/8 eating) so not sure which of these have made the greatest impact but with them together, I am hoping my condition improves over time.

New mom here. My baby was two weeks early and struggled to gain weight. Being stressed my milk also came in late which didn’t help. Read a lot about these products and decided to try them out! The lactation booster tastes amazing, although doesn’t fully dissolve in my hot beverage.

I saw a recipe on Majkas instagram for lactation cookies and I’m SO glad I did! I’m going to make these all the time! They taste like Christmas shortbread cookies with the benefits! I’ve only been using the booster for a week and my milk supply had gone up! Went from pumping an oz all together to almost 3 oz which for me is a blessing! Definitely happy with these products and want to try the protein powder next.

I can review the effectiveness of the product yet as I’ve only used it twice but not consecutively. They being said, I wanted to drop some advice. On first use I just made hot chocolate and added the powder but wasn’t very impressed with the taste.

However, the second time I made it (just a few hours ago), I followed the recipe on the lid and found the drink to be very nutty and tasty. I’m sure others who have been taking the powder for a while have developed recipes they really like, but for someone new to the product, I highly recommend following the provided recipe for the most enjoyment (and hopefully effectiveness!).

Sooooo delicious. I’m not sure whether I notice an increase in supply/production however I do love the taste and notice an increase in energy overall. But, the number one reason I’ll continue drinking this is because my baby has had constipation issues since he was 2 weeks old and it had been a struggle.

I am a buyer in US and pay $40 for international shipping, that’s why I tried to stock a good amount of product each time. While there is no warning when I check out online saying the product they sell could be soon expiring, I bought a year’s supply but I received all bottles expiring in 7 months! I talked with customer service, they quoted a QA session mentioned “it’s a risky to buy for more than 6 months’ supply” then please stating on the check out page or anywhere can be found out obviously! In all, product wise, I just started on this one and I believe this is a good product since I bought the Elevit prenatal and men formula and liked it.

(and last time I received all product good for 2 years).

After having low supply issues breastfeeding my first child, I wanted to ensure that I had good supply with my second child. I started taking these multivits, from the day of delivery. Happy to report abundant supply, and my baby is putting on lots of weight, very fast, from breastmilk alone.

Maybe the good supply can be attributed to luck, or because I’m breastfeeding my second child or maybe the Elevit. I am happy to pay a few dollars for the peace of mind that I get from taking these supplements, while watching my child grow and thrive.

I’m really really excited for this one. I have been looking around for some other formulation that has more than fenugreek. Fenugreek Is very good, but there are also tons of other ingredients that help with increasing breast milk supply, and I’m glad to say that this product is unique because it contains other components that are traditionally known to increase supply! I’m glad that I managed to find this gem.

This is my first time actually taking the time write a review, but these work so well. I looked at different snack that help with lactation but they were all so pricey and I didn’t want to take the chance of not liking them.

These capsules are easy to swallow and worked immediately. I took them at night and the next morning I was lactating heavily.

This product helped me for about a week then my milk supply began to dry up. I’m not taking anything now after a few days of no pills and my flow of milk is beginning to come back. I’ve been looking into milky moma and I’m waiting on my shipment.

I love these postnatal multi vitamins. I’ve been nursing my daughter for 21 months and started using these vitamins 2 months ago. They have definitely helped with my energy level and with mood. I have also noticed that it has helped with water weight I tend to struggle with.

I’ve tried 3-4 different brands of multivitamins by now and had nausea from each of them: either smell was too strong, or the aftertaste was very bad and lasted very long. With Gobiotix I was surprised to find myself totally fine after taking the capsules.

I’ve been on the hunt for a multivitamin that’s perfect for me. Other multivitamin brands had way too many vitamins that I didn’t need plus they were overloaded with the amounts. I’m quite sensitive to multivitamins and usually get headaches and nausea when taking them.

I did experience those side effects with Ritual until I figured out that taking them with a meal with fats eliminates those side effects. Initially, I didn’t feel anything ~magical~ happen after taking these multivitamins.

About a week later, I noticed that the Ritual multivitamins possibly improved my mood, depression, and anxiety because of potentially low Vitamin B12 levels (my Vitamin B12 levels were also wrecked due to antibiotics for a stomach bug).

I love this brand for supplements. My main reason for choosing them is because they are “MTHFr safe” and I’ve NEVER seen vitamins that are safe for that. They use folate instead of folic acid which is amazing.

I was really glad to find these, as its hard to find a good postnatal vitamin. They helped me while nursing and I feel like I did better with nursing because of these. There was no bad taste like ive experienced with other vitamins, and they were easy to swallow.

Came off the pill, had endometriosis history, cannot blame the vitamins solely, but realised for 2 months, when I missed 2 consecutive days my spotting started both months. And Im constantly on my period! 21 days! Spotting and bleeding.

Cannot figure out when is my period when its irregular. Even psychologically taking these pills and seeing them was making placebo effect on me already, but will stop and switch to regular b complex, iron, zinc tablets for a while and see my periods.

I chose this prenatal due to having the MTHFR mutation and it’s got all natural and accivated vitamins, especially folate. I’m pregnant with my rainbow baby and it’s kept me and baby in optimal health and I believe has really helped maintain this pregnancy.

I’ve been using these for a ocupen of months on recommendation from Diana Boot and my Midwife. They are easy to take and the best part is I don’t seem to get reflux as I did with other prenatal supplements at times.

This product has exactly the right combination of multi vits for women keep to maintain optimum levels of health. I esp like the high levels of Vit D and as a non-dairy consumer the calcium levels. The cost a bit more than supermarket mutli vits but are worth it (I have been taking these for about 5 yrs now).

Being female, and having osteoporosis, my chiropractor recommended I take these as it contains all the necessary supplements. You’ll notice your urine will be very yellow which means they are going through your system and doing their job! I was also told these should be taken, then given a break then start again.

If no break is given you’ll notice your palms start itching. I usually finish a tub then give a break of a month then start again so I’m taking these every alternate month.
