I started taking biotin gummies a gew months ago after being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis which caused my hair to start falling out more. These are the third brand of gummies I’ve tried so far and I’d say my second favorite in how well they work.

I have taken Garden of Life multi vitamin products for women for years, but recently purchased this product: vitamin code 50 and wiser. There was an issue with the outside of the number of the capsules where there seemed to be an irregularity/ hard to explain, but almost a wrinkle / unevenness that made me uncomfortable.

I wanted the company to know for obvious reasons and called and explained the situation along with providing them with pictures. I didn’t assume there was any tampering, but I was certainly not going to take them.

I am so happy that I found an easy to take multivitamin with Centrum Multigummies. They are small and easy to chew, not rubbery at all. The flavours include Orange, Cherry and Berry which are refreshing and like a delicious little treat to take in the morning (as directed).

I like that this product is designed for women and has more Calcium, Vitamin D And Magnesium. I am dairy free so I need to get a lot more Calcium from my vitamin. You have to stay consistent with multivitamins to really reap the benefits including more energy and glowing skin.

Thats why we see it sold separately in such large pills. Also, your body can only absorb so much at a time. generally about 1/2 of your daily intake. Things like this is why you will never see 100% of everything in a supplement.

Same with Omega-3. If your child doesn’t regularly eat fish, you need to supplement omega-3 separately not in a multi bitamin/mineral supplement. With all of that being said, this is one of the most comprehensive multi vitmain/mineral supplements I have found for children.

On some bad advice from a PA (not my usual one), I was told I should take a thyroid supplement as my numbers, though “in range”, were on the low side. I wondered if this was why I was struggling to lose weight, despite running 6 miles a day.

I have always trusted MegaFood products, so I bought a bottle of Thyroid Strength. As I am on HRT, I did what I thought was good research on the ingredients to see if they would conflict. My first round did not suggest that they would.

It could take months to return to normal levels. I did more research, and discovered that some of the ingredients CAN affect estrogen levels – which, if I weren’t on HRT might not be a bad thing. (Please check with your physician.

I received this product free from Flintstones Vitamins and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. So it has been a struggle with my kid to find the perfect daily multivitamin for sometime. We’ve gone through jelly beans, chewable tablets, gummies, and she does not seem to like any of them.

Flintstones Sour Gummy Children’s Multivitamin were such a huge difference to her. She even hummed with delight eating them! She likes that they are soft, but not sticky. She enjoyed the flavors they are sweet and just a little tangy.

I can see my daughter taking these daily and not being bored by the repetitive flavors. I highly recommend them for children who are bored of the everyday vitamin flavors!.

Packaging is super fun looking, color is vibrant green. Love the idea of a SOUR gummy vitamin. Very unique and different. Gummy is soft, but a bit more chewier than a sour patch kid, which I think is great, because it differentiates itself from being a “candy”.

Taste is sweet, not too sour. Has an after taste of a vitamin which isn’t too terrible, I’ve had worse! Daughter likes the flavor, it was really sweet and sour. Texture is big for her, she liked the density and how not too sticky it was, but did not particularly enjoy the sugared part of the gummy.

I hesitate to write this review because I feel like this could be the placebo effect. I don’t want to lead anyone astray but I also want to share information with anyone like me whose child might be struggling with attention issues.

Our daughter has always been a little odd but recently it’s become an issue because she doesn’t pay attention to schoolwork and can’t complete a task. She’s 5. We had a recommendation from a developmental pediatrician to give her fish oil, vitamin B complex, etc etc.

I searched for a kids’ vitamin with fish oil and this was one of few I found. We got this recommendation from the pediatrician around Dec. 18, while our daughter was on Christmas break. We started noticing that our daughter seemed to be behaving better almost immediately.

Also, she’s always had issues getting “regular” and has had to take Miralax. We ran out of miralax over break but she stayed regular anyway, and I think it may have been because of these vitamins. They seemed to lubricate things as well for a “clean break” LOL.

This week was the first week our daughter’s been back to school, and the teacher’s reports have never been so good. Our daughter has never completed her worksheets independently, but she did so every day this week.

My son absolutely loves these vitamins. We have tried several different kind over the years, including store brand, other Sundown vitamins including Disney toy story, cars and also the Spider-Man ones.

I make my 2 kids to take the intraKid daily as a No Choice option for them. so they have been taking it not liking the taste of it at all, so they mix with some juice or yogurt and always complained.

the new bottle arrived last week and immediately my kids told me something is wrong, they hate the taste and smell. as always i ignored them and said it is good for you so you must take it and usually this worked.
