I love this product! It’s a boots of energy without the jitters that caffeine can have on our body. You take it 30-45 min before working out. It improves circulation, oxygen flow and performance. Hopefully it will be back in stock soon.

Purchased this item to see if it was worth the Hype, but after 2 weeks, I haven’t felt, or seen any benefits from it yet. I’ll give it till the 1st of 2 bottles are used, which should be soon. Not too optimistic on the overall outcome, to tell you the Truth.

I don’t know if it was just me personally, but when I take my dose, it makes the subsequent sip of water taste like blood. Fair warning! But that’s my only complaint. Otherwise, this is an amazing supplement.

I’ve dealt with iron deficiency anemia, severely low ferritin levels with low-normal iron, for over 1. 5 years now. My symptoms are very severe. I’m currently taking the highest dose of ferrous sulfate by prescription, but the side effects of nausea and constipation are horrid.

Taking that twice a day is very rough. I was recommended by a medical professional to take BloodBuilder daily as a booster to the heavy ferrous dosage to help with the side effects and help absorb the iron as it has superfoods and vitamin C.

And it did!! I’m back to being regular again whilst still taking my prescription. I found this very helpful for the chronic anemia because it allows me to get my levels up even higher without feeling sick to my stomach.

It’s great as a standalone for someone with mild to moderate anemia, but I don’t recommend this as a substitute for someone with severely low levels, it’s not enough iron to combat dangerous lows by itself.

All in all, it’s a very great addition to the medicine cabinet.

I chronically suffer with low iron. Not quite anemic, but it’s lower than what my doctor would want for me considering I also have a menstrua cycle. Previous iron supplements would definitely cause issues during bowel movements.

I also suffer from IBS so this made going to the bathroom even worse. After working with a dietitian to help me get more regular with less pain she recommended this supplement. I am extremely happy to report that I don’t experience issues when going to the restroom.

My iron levels are still low, but as most medical professionals will tell you it takes awhile to see your labs increase. It’s been 1 month since I have consistently taken this pill once a day. Never once have I had issues.

Only thing is it does have a strong metal taste, but I don’t think any iron pill can take that out.

I have not seen a real improvement from this product for my recent leg vein issue with a few visible veins and a bothersome swollen heavy feeling in calves. I tried my usual regiment since I had a varicose vein here and there since my 20s but most of the time it would disappear again with sleeping with elevated legs, headstand (yoga), vinegar or lemon water, massage with vinegar or castor oil and horse chestnut or gotu kola supplements.

This time it was different. Nothing seemed to work including this product even though it was supposed to be superior. I also tried Butcher’s Broom which I liked and drank lemon water and grapefruit juice and finally found Diosmine and Hesperidine that is in a popular vein supplement in Germany and that one really worked for the swelling.

I also do foot and calf exercises during the day whenever sitting or standing too long. And I am taking this product too hoping for long term benefits (delayed release). So far I still see the 2 troublesome veins.

After knee surgery, my left ankle became severely swollen. I had to cut out the side of a shoe to put it on. Several months later, the swelling was reduced, but would still increase and decrease. Have been a Swanson customer for many years and tried their Leg Vein Essentials.

05 at most per spoon?) and I was told to either go online and purchase one or use a little more on a 1/4 tsp measure or less on a 1/2 tsp measure. I don’t believe in the 50 or more canisters of protein powder I’ve purchased that I ever got one without a measuring spoon.

This is a great stack pre workout with Taurine, Creatine HCL , Beta Alanine and L Carnitine I think since adding the Carnitine it’s also helped with strength and endurance. Either way anything you buy from bulk supplements is a win.
