20 Best Vitamin For Conception (2022 Updated)

Being in the medical field I Would recommend these products anyday. at 38yrs nd will be 39 in March. Have a 13 (14yrs old in February son). I started taking these tabs everyday since September only taking half of the recommended dosage.

Since I was gonna take the recommended dosage of x2 daily starting December when I had plan to commence IVF. However after it was confirmed by HSG in early September that my tubes was blocked says the doctor.

Although having the contrast going through my tubes during my second HSG but my fertility consult doctor here in America says blockage was noted despite he ensure he pushed fluids through as forceful as possible, which after a week or two I was still experiencing mild cramping effects although he had given me Doxycycline for prophylactic antibiotic after the procedure (this was my second HSG, 1st HSG was done by a technician and fluids didn’t even enter my tubes only went as far as in my uterus).

surgery was suggested after my HSG which was more forcefull. I told him no surgery to remove or fix /assess tubes since xrays wasn’t sure why fluids appeared blocked in the distal segments of my tubes according to this doctor.

Well my partner leaves for 6 mths deployment today and Monday of this week we learnt I was 2 weeks pregnant. Since he came to visit early November for 2 weeks. We even went to Barbados to store his sperm.

so I cud start ivf late December wen my period commence. but I am afraid. a miracle happened and we are now pregnant. he left for deployment today grining from ear to ear.

Okay so I was roughly on these a week and from trying to work out dates etc I was pregnant after the first week of taking these. I didnt expect it. Was trying to conceive for a year after getting the copper coil taken out.

Monthly cycles are very weird with me being over weight so it was hard to try and figure out when I was most fertile etc. I bought the Male version too so my partner and I both had a boost in fertility it seems.

These helped us. I’m now 14 weeks pregnant and baby is doing great. It’s certainly worth a try. I continued taking these for about a month not knowing I was pregnant and it done no harm to baby. If we ever decide to have any more kiddies I’ll certainly be taking these to help conceive.

The tablets themselves are a big capsule. Flavour is horrible and they did turn my urine pure yellow/orange but I did look it up and it seemed quite common to happen. This all stopped after I finished taking them.

I then went on to pregnancy supplements bought from the supermarket. To anyone going to buy these and try conceiving I wish you all the luck in the world. I honestly believe they are worth a try.

Tried from switching from the Zazee version because it can become a little hard on the wallet month after month buying 2 separate pills. First month taking Conceive Plus Ovulation support plus their Fertility support ended up in nothing.

No ovulation at all. Cycle showed up still thankfully but the bleed started off fainter than normal. 2nd month still absolutely ZERO ovulation but it made my cycle extremely late showing up. We are talking a 64 day cycle in comparison to a 33 day.

I am taking this to keep my cycle coming every 33 days due to PCOS so for it not to show up when it has for years using the competitive brand I’ll stick with what works for me. Switched back to my prior brand my cycle showed up right on time so something in this formulation with taking their Fertility support didn’t agree with my reproductive system.

I’m glad that its helped women but when you’re trying to actually conceive its a let down if it throws your cycle for a loop especially if you’re regular while taking myo-inositol d Chiro separately.

So Me and my boyfriend had started trying for a baby in April with no luck month after month. This went on for 4 months that i didn’t get pregnant naturally. I first ordered conceive plus in hopes that it would make the magic happen.

After i finishing the bottle I decided to try something different, the reviews for CONCEPTION were not ALL good, and actually I was a little bit doubtful it would work. But i figured it was at least worth a shot.

The pills arrived 9/8. I took one pill per day until after my mentrual, which was about 3 weeks. As soon as my mentrual ended and my new cycle begin i started taking the prescribed 2 pills per day using them all through my predicted fertile window.

I got a positive pregnancy test on 10/29 and me and my boyfriend couldn’t be more excited. I still have about 7 pills left in my bottle but from what I’ve read in the reviews, these aren’t good prenatals, they are good for conception and immediately after you should definitely switch to a dr prescribed prenatal or there are even some good over the counter ones.

I switched to naturemade prenatals, but there are other great ones out there. From the reviews i read these don’t provide the best support once your pregnant, and may even cause the baby to stop growing or a miscarriage to occur.

This is my same review on the male version and I’ll keep this short. My other half and I are not exactly spring chickens. We’re both in our late 30s, and had begun trying to get pregnant for about six months to no avail.

We carefully followed her ovulation schedule. I put in a lot of extra “effort” (I’m not 19 anymore, mind you). Nothing. She decided to try taking the female version of Conception. We used that for a month, followed her ovulation schedule, nothing yet.

I was getting ready to face the prospect of shelling out the cost of a Lexus for invitro/fertility treatment like a lot of other friends who tried getting pregnant well into our 30s. I was not happy about that.

And then one night while drunkenly perusing Website, I noticed there was a male version and it contained a lot of the same stuff I used to use as a younger male for results in the gym. Amused, I ordered a bottle.

These are so good! After I bought these I read up on the reviews out of curiosity of what others had said about these, there were reviews where they said it doesn’t contribute to fertility? and how they’re useless and don’t work? etc.

Well you should ignore these reviews as it had me overthinking about the tablets when in actual fact they’re really good! i took these for 2 weeks and fell pregnant straight away!! I had been trying for a few months and nothing.

until I came across these and now im pregnant!! I took them 2 days before my expected period and my periods are regular, it did delay my period for 2 days so it does affect it that way, But I think its worth it if you want a baby!!.

Definetley give these a go , everyone is different if they don’t work for you then you’ve got nothing to lose. P. s they also make your skin really good too!.

After speaking to doctors, I was advised to ensure I take folic acid for ideally 3 months before trying to conceive to protect the baby. This product gives me that reassurance. The reviews below stating it helps them/doesn’t help them get pregnant should be ignored – this is not a fertility booster! It is some vitamins and minerals in one handy pill.

It doesn’t help you conceive. Great product – expensive but certainly worth it for the piece of mind and ease of having it all in one pill.

I promised I would write a review if I conceived. I started taking these 2 months after I miscarried last year, within 2 months of taking them we conceived. I want to be very clear the tablets dont make you fall pregnant but they do give your body the essential vitamins you.

I took only folic acid before and it wasn’t enough, miscarriage wasn’t related to anything just wasn’t meant to be!.

In 2013 I got pregnant but because of personal reasons I terminated the pregnancy (I regret it everyday). I haven’t been actively trying to get pregnant but in all these years I Havent got pregnant which is weird because I have been in 2 long term relationships since and nothing happened (we wasn’t trying but wasn’t preventing it either).

All these years I just figured I couldn’t have kids because of the previous Abortion. I researched this product a little skeptical about getting it but I went ahead and was like “it can’t hurt might as well try it”.

I started these pills right after I went off my cycle and during my fertile week as well as having intercourse everyday of that week. I started my last period November 27. Here it is December 30 and I am 7 days late (according to my period tracker).

May be even later then that. These last couple of months my periods have been running every 23 days. My period tracker originally said I was suppose to start my cycle December 17th (day 21) because I didn’t start it extended my period out until December 24th (Day 28).

I still have not taken a test though. I’m nervous, I don’t want to get my hopes up and it won’t be the outcome I’m looking for. So I am going to wait one more week (the first week of January) and see if anything happens.

I have recently started taking these fertility support multivitamins. They are easy to swallow and don’t leave behind no weird aftertaste that some other vitamins do. I was very impressed by the ingredients, Ashwagandha and Vitex and the fact they contain a Antioxidant Blend supporting your body’s natural defenses.

They are also vegan. No Dairy, Soy, Nuts, or Gluten too which is a must for me. So far I have felt more energized and my hair has also felt and looked so much better.

So, I am on a journey on trying to conceive with my first. I have my fiancé on the male supplement to increase our chances as well as myself taking this one. As a woman that struggles with PCOS I’ve tried everything under the sun to try and up my chances in conceiving.

I don’t have any complaints with this product. I wish the scent of this product wasn’t as strong but other than that I feel a change within myself as in I have more energy and my hair and skin look and feel so much healthier.

The herb blend is not safe for early pregnancy. I’ve enjoyed taking this vitamin while preparing to TTC, as well as throughout trying, but I was shocked to find out today at 4w3d pregnant…Ashwagandha is NOT safe for pregnancy! I am a worried wreck and wish that this company thought through the implications of this before putting a potentially harmful herb in a supplement that may be taken in the most vulnerable days of pregnancy.

I have been trying to have conceive since 2020 and unfortunately I had no luck, But in a way it was a MAJOR blessing in disguise. I was trying with an ex and had been off birth control for the longest.

I finally got this product and would take it, however I would not take it consistently and then finally realized the man I was trying with I did not want to be the father of my child. I was under a lot of stress and he was a narcissist so it didn’t help at all.

We ended up divorcing and THANK GOD we did not have a kid together, but I had gotten remarried and was trying with my husband now and we were trying so hard for longest and I remembered I had this product pushed in the back of the cabinet and I retrieved it and started taking it consistently.

During this time I asked my doctor for some blood work to be done to see if I was able to get pregnant and if my fertility levels were good. She called back with the results and told me that everything was good and I should have no issues and to not think so hard about it because it could cause stress on the body during this time.

So I continued to take the product and stopped trying so hard and we both accepted the fact it will happen when it happens and I would take a test every month and still no luck… UNTIL March 11 2022 I took a test and two red lines appeared on the stick almost immediately! User Alright, so, I never leave reviews, but I felt obligated to because these products worked for me. I stopped birth control in June 2020 and my cycle was “normal” for 2 months and then started to get longer and longer (ranging from 45-54 days).

I do not have PCOS and have never had issues with my cycle but I was on birth control (the pill) for 12ish years. I was using test ovulation strips as we were trying to conceive, so I also knew that I was ovulating and everything was “working.

I was a little disappointed and thought, of course it’s not going to work for me, but I did buy another month since they recommended 1-3 months.

During my second month of the drink, I ovulated early! And my cycle would’ve been about 34 days, but I GOT PREGNANT! I never leave reviews, but wanted to be sure Premama got credit where it is due! I started taking this on Day 1 of my most recent cycle. I have ranged anywhere from 26 to 43 days with Ovulation landing anywhere from Cycle Day 13 to Cycle day 24.

This has made trying for our first baby extremely difficult and stressful. The first month I incorporated Premama Wellness into my regimen, I finally had the most “Textbook” cycle I’ve ever had. I ovulated around day 14, noticed a significant improvement in my fertile signs, and had a reliable Luteal Phase that ended 14 days after ovulation, giving me a basic 28 day cycle!! (Super rare for me, mine have been very unpredictable.

) Cycle Day 1 of the second cycle was much more manageable, and I am really thankful to say that my cramps were less intense. I usually have extremely heavy and uncomfortable periods, but this has helped bring them down to a more manageable level.

These gummies are dangerously delicious. Honestly better tasting then gummies that do not have vitamins or nutrients in them. Plus very little sugar. They taste like a ripe strawberry. The gummies are soft and easy to eat chew.

One major thing is I love is that this product was prayed over. It has Myo-Inisitol , B vitamins folate. This company and its customer service are amazing. So kind!!! I emailed them asking a question about their fertility tea and if I should stop taking it and they sent me the nicest email back and sent a card with these gummies and fertility sweets to start using.

I bought this products and tried it for an entire month before creating a review. I would have continued to buy this product, but I didn’t need to after one month. Just a quick backstory we tried to conceive after the birth/death of our second daughter.

We tried unsuccessfully for several months before I found this company. In the past we have been able to get pregnant on the first try. This time I was struggling with grief, irregular periods, and Gods timing.

I started taking this product to help regulate my cycle. While I fully believe it’s all in Gods hands, we ended up pregnant into one month of using Pink Stork products. I have been tracking my ovulation in the past and it wasn’t happening until I started taking this product.

My girlfriend and I have decided to try for a baby. I’m 30 and she’s 23. I had testicular cancer at 23 and lost my right testicle as a result, but I had my daughter at age 25 with another woman, so clearly I’m fertile (Yes i had a DNA test, she’s definitely mine).

I’ve been taking these for 4 months now and not only have they gotten rid of my cystic acne but they have also given me periods! My period stopped back on March 2020 and bloodwork didn’t show anything, an ultrasound showed two little cysts, I have pcos, but nothing out of the ordinary.

A month after I started taking these I started with a little spotting and that’s how November, December and January went as well but 3 days ago my period started and it was NORMAL! I exercise for 20 mins a day, nothing crazy and I’m sure that helped as well but these Pills are the only thing I have changed and I couldn’t be more happy.

Hopefully I can update when I am able to conceive! If you have non existent periods, have pcos like me and only The Pill is what the doctor recommends, trust me and get these.

Im 29 years old, I have ALWAYS had irregular periods. like so bad that I just thought it was normal. Infertility issues as well, like 10 years of no protection, no pregnancy. Never have I had an actual “normal” period or a positive ovulation test or pregnancy.

I do however have PCOS, badly. I’ve been taking these for almost two weeks now, and started them when I was day 3 of my cycle. (I haven’t had a period in over 6 months prior. ) My normal cycle is like 4 days of spotting, never heavy, never consistent & never normal.

I am currently on day 16 of my period and it is HEAVY, I have NEVER had a period like this before. No cramping, a few moments of bloating and pressure on my ovaries but never full cramps. I usually don’t cramp anyways, just a few sharp pains from the PCOS, but that’s it.

This is the 4th bottle I order and while I’m not actively trying to conceive today I am preparing for attempt to get pregnant with my second child after 15 years of having my last one. I’ve worked hard these last couple of years to get my weight and all other health aspects in optimal condition and began taking this supplement.

I’ve been ttc with my boyfriend since March 2021 and no luck, and in a previous relationship I never used birth control or condoms and never got pregnant so I basically thought I was infertile and i didnt have to worry.

I’ve used things like essential oils that didn’t do much and then someone told me i should use a fertility tea to train my womb. I looked some up and found pink stork. I ordered the fertility bundle, the myo/chiro pills, and the bluestork pills for men.

I drank the tea for a week and liked it but i stopped because I noticed it was slimming me down which isn’t bad at all! I just love being thick so I stopped drinking it 😂 and decided to just use the pills.

I’m a big believer so i did believe the products would work. Honestly i was never consistent with it but towards the end of September my boyfriend was taking his pills more often than me even, and so i would take a fertility pill and myo/chiro pill about once a day for about 1 week in the month.

Mind u i’ve only had it since Aug and it’s not Oct so i barely took the pills in total. It was seriously so random when i took it but since the beginning of October my boobs have been sore and looking bigger or fuller.

I took a pregnancy test somewhere in the beginning of this month, oct, and it was negative, just like every other test. So i was like whatever I’m not pregnant. But yesterday i just decided to test and got 4 positive pregnancy tests.

I really believe that although i wasn’t consistent taking these pills, im positive it’s what got me pregnant because i dont think i ovulated for the past 2 years until i was taking these. I def recommend what pink stork has to offer! Thank you.

Unfortunately, using this bundle has thrown off my very regular cycle. After using the supplements and tea very consistently, I had what I thought may have been implantation spotting about mid-cycle.

I was so hopeful thinking they may have worked and couldn’t wait to test. All of my tests came back negative and I began spotting again (which I thought was my period) on Cycle day 35. I have been spotting for 9 days.

My periods are usually 7 days and very predictable. But I have not had a period flow at all just random spotting for 9 days. This is truly disheartening and quite frankly ridiculous. And I think there needs to be some kind of disclaimer on this bundle.

If it is effecting many women with the same effects, your company should make the potential side effects blatantly clear!.

First off, I love the taste of the tea and I also love how the pills taste. They don’t leave a bitter aftertaste but be careful to take them with food or you may throw them up. I noticed if I didn’t eat first I’d get sick.

The candies are good but tend to leave a weird aftertaste. As far as effectiveness, I finished my first month and I used the pills and tea religiously and unfortunately I got my period yesterday. I don’t feel it really affected my cycle.

On bc I was always regular generally having about a 26-28 day cycle. Off bc it’s about 30-34 days. I never had any spotting or cramping other than the week leading up to my period while taking this either.

It was only month 2 of going off birth control pills and really trying so I’m hopeful! I did three stars because of my comments about the products and also because I am not pregnant yet. I will update my review if I get pregnant or notice anything with these products.

So I bought this product as a supplement to better my egg quality as I have taken the pills before and they worked and I was able to get pregnant but I hate taking pills. I have a regular cycle and have never skipped a month with my period.

Started taking this the 1st of January and my period was supposed to start on the 18th of January it never came and still haven’t and it’s now the 12 of February. This has totally messed with my cycle and I don’t know how to correct it now.

I am very disappointed 😔 and Sad 😩.

The last doctor I went to said that it could be pcos. I figured that to be the possibility. When I get my periods recently they have been long like almost 10 days. The doctor said that’s because I miss so many months.

This company is a huge blessing to me! I just happened to stumble across the His/Hers fertility vitamins one day at Target while searching for ovulation tests and bought them because I’m a sucker for anything to help me get pregnant at this point.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but thought I needed to for this. I don’t have PCOS, but after having 5 kids I was desperate to find something that balanced my hormones and brought me back to life. My hormones never regulated after my 5th kiddo who is now 2, and I lacked motivation and energy to do anything, which is awful when you have 5 kids depending on you and wanting to play.

The first two week of taking this I was bloated, and my cycle was trying to regulate (it made it worse at first), but after giving this a fair shot and taking it for a month, my cycle is normal again, the bloat is gone, but the best part is I have all the motivation and energy in the world! It seriously brought me back to life! I now do multiple crafts and games with my young kids during the day, and am able to get through my housework without an afternoon slump.

I am thankful that I found something that works for me, and that I feel like I did 10 years ago, again! I would say if you try this, understand it’s going to help regulate your hormones if they are out of whack, so initially it will seem like it makes things worse, but give it time to get you adjusted and it will be worth it!.

I have to say since I been diagnosed with Pcos over 18years now and it’s been a roller coaster for me. Since I have had my son who is almost 5 years old. I have been trying to have another baby, but with my pcos it’s been tough.

I started taking myo-inositol in Late Dec 2021 (approx. Dec 22nd-ish) after being diagnosed with PCOS in June 2021. I started my period two weeks after starting this. Here we are about 4 months after I started taking it…I am 8 weeks pregnant! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I seen two pink lines.

Not only did this supplement help regulate my cycles, it reduced my acne, facial hair, and started relieving the constant lower belly bloat. I really can’t say anything but great things about this! It took over a year and a half to get pregnant and it happened with the help of myo-inositol.

I was skeptical at first and decided to try it because why not, right? If you’re on the fence, I would definitely give this a try and see how it works for you.

Great mix of vitamin and healthy supplements in a flavorful drink that not only goes straight, but mixes with both berry, apple and citrus flavored drinks. Very strong on B vitamins especially which I think I don’t get enough of.

I like that it mixes easily and dissolves without effort in water. I suspected that though as when I got the scoop out I noticed there was a moisture absorbing pack in the powder. This typically means its a hydrophilic substance that tends to attract water.

Leave that packet in, and make sure you close the cap tightly, and keep in a dry place if possible. The “fertility component” didn’t change my voice or anything, so I thinks it’s safe for males as well as female users.

It has a nice group of vitamins and decently high potency and is easy to take. Not much more I can ask of a vitamin and supplement complex. Started by a women who’s mission statement is on the bottle, that usually gives me some confidence that not just a quickly thrown together supplement, but something the group takes pride in.

First of all, I love this product for many reasons. I honestly bought it because I trust pinkstork products. Compared with other products, the last of this product is woooooooooooow – I wish I can take more than one scoop, but I can’t :).

I have been taken it for almost two weeks, but I am noticing difference like early ovulations compared to other products. I think I might even get my period earlier than I used. I usually wait for months, but I think my period is coming soon which I will be so happy to have without inducing it with medications.

If I want to change the product, I would only recommend to have individually wrapped servings, so you can take it with you in bag and not to mess up the surrounding area with the powder. Over all, I will definitely order the product for additional two months because I am getting what I am looking for which is early ovulation!.

Pink Stork is one of those products that obviously you know what the name is when you see it because it sounds like fertility, but it’s a very well known brand. I don’t mind the gummies personally, so given the chance to try the cranberry lemonade, I jumped! It may seem a bit pricey for $30, but it’s about the same price as your regular flavored electrolyte drink mixes.

This one is just specifically for ovulation and fertility related nutrition instead of electrolytes. It’s not overly sweet. It’s actually something you could serve to someone and just say it is cranberry lemonade and they would never notice.

It’s very tasty and even refreshing on a hot day if you wanted to drink it during that time. I mix it with about 12 oz of water and it is really tasty at that measurement. 8 oz of water is good, but I like a nice thinner lemonade.

I can’t say I see a difference in anything, but it is more enjoyable to take my supplements in this than in pill form.

There Are No Side Effects That I Have Noticed Within Myself. No Other Changes Within My Outer Or Insides. If Anything It Is Just A Hassle To Remember To Take One Pill A Day. But Having Another Bottle For Your Partner Then Can Be Easy To Remember To Take Them.

This Is A Prenatal That I Would Be Recommending To Other If That Happens To Be If They Are Looking For A Multi-Vitamin Or As The Prenatal Itself. This Could Also Be A Great Bundle For A Couple Who Is Trying To Conceive.

Or Just Trying To Keep Up With Each Others Health. I Am Very Happy With My VoxBox Will Be Continuing To Take Them.

So I received a box of One a Day Pre pregnancy Prenatal Vitamins for both Him and Her. I received them for FREE From Influenster. My husband and I have been taking them regularly every day for the past month.

First of all I’d like to say they are wonderful. Usually vitamins give me nausea (except Flintstones vitamins). These leave no after taste. They are medium sized so If you have a hard time swallowing medium sized pills then these aren’t for you.

Now let me tell you the great part about these. So I’ve been taking these for about 3weeks. My nails haven’t looked or grown so perfect or strong in a long while and my hair!!! OMG!!! It’s literally grown about 1 and a half inch and it’s like so shiny no lie! I absolutely love these vitamins!!!! I’d even recommend taking them even if your not trying to get pregnant, just to get healthy.

I, definitely will be purchasing and continue taking these One a Day vitamins in the future.

When Influenster chose me for this campaign, I had actually just run out of the ones I’d been taking—which happened to be the same ones! I’d been taking the women’s prenatal for a few months and I really like them.

It’s a liquid gel, it’s easy to take, and it has most of the recommended vitamins. I LOVE the idea of this two pack, so both partners ensure they’re taking the necessary supplements. I’m a big fan of supplements to ensure a complete diet.

Both contain great supplements. Sadly, my husband has difficulty taking pills and these are pretty big. He had to cut them in three pieces and that was too much hassle for him most days. I took the entire bottle and he’s only taken about half.

So, my only suggestion would be to make them smaller, even if that means having to take two instead of just one.

Brought these a couple days ago. took my first one yesterday morning was fine the whole day. Throughout the night, I was having stomach cramps, nausea, burping etc. I was in so much discomfort to the point I couldn’t lay down.

I had to sleep sitting up. Feeling so awful throughout the day and all of a sudden I starting burping and it smelt like rotten eggs mixed with hair removal cream or that hair perming smell. Hadn’t eaten all day and then I very quickly ran to the toilet and threw my guts up.

My partner is normally very good with me being poorly but the smell was so bad he couldn’t even stand it. Been feeling slightly better since being sick but the stomach cramps and discomfort are still there.

Burps still smelling like rotten eggs too. Considering I’ve only taken 1 tablet. I definitely will not be carrying on with these tablets.

I was taking these tablets on and off since last year. Except for one episode of spotting and slightly late period (3 days) I found them ok and once actually got pregnant but sadly miscarriaged. I have stopped taking them for a few months and started last month.

Unfortunately this time I have exactly same problem like some other reviewers. My period working normally like in a clock but now is late 5 days, I took 6 tests and all came negative, so I’m not pregnant.

Around my usual period time I’ve got cramps, painful breasts, nausea and generally very similar signs as I had when I was pregnant. I feel also more emotional, get upset easier. So unfortunately, I have stopped tablets now and will swap to different brand.

It’s such a shame as until now I didn’t have anything wrong to say about Pregnacare but this is the last thing you need when struggling to conceive- to have pregnancy-like symptoms and late period when every month you try to eat well, not drink, take tablets and calculate exact ovulation day.

I really hope that I will even ovulate this month.

the tablets are so expensive for what they are. They have nearly identical vitamin table as the pregnancy ones, so i don’t understand why these come as a daily dose of 2 tablets while the pregnancy ones are just 1 tablet a day.

So while the packets states 80-somethingg tablets, you can divide it in 3, as the pack also contains omega 3 tablets. The omega 3 tablets are a weak concentration. You may as well buy a very good quality, strong tablets for fraction of the price and drink them with the normal pregnancy tablets, which will equal these breastfeeding pack.

You will save considerable money and will avoid consuming bulking agents.
