20 Best Vitamin For Metabolism (2022 Updated)

I’ve only taken it a week, but have had no adverse effects, and do feel my energy is slightly increased. I would have preferred a review after two months of taking it, but already, I do feel I will likely purchase this product again.

These capsules are easy to take and aren’t huge like others. They’re high potency and help nervous system. I also have more energy since I started taking them.

I have only positive things to say about this product! Definitely helped me not only lose weight, but increase my energy levels. That, in turn, helped me with exercise which only further helped me lose weight.

One of the best complete vitamins ever

I have reached the time in my life where my metabolism has slowed down to a crawl. I decided to try the Olly Metabolism rings because they have both apple cider vinegar and Vitamin B. My body needs more vitamin B and apple cider vinegar has been beneficial in the past.

When I initially opened the gummy’s, I was concerned that the apple cider vinegar would overpower the flavor, but it DIDN’T! Wow! Seriously, I was sooo impressed. You do get a whiff of ACV when you open the bottle, BUT there is absolutely NO ACV taste to the gummy’s.

They are apple flavored and taste AMAZING! I actually went back and reread the dosing. it is one a day. ( I was hoping for two because they taste so good!) I will say I was nothing short of amazed by these.

I swear, I noticed a difference the first day and night. I did not have the 2pm brain fog or crash. Oddly, I sleep through the night when I take these. I am not sure if that is a benefit of the ingredients, but I am telling, it is happening.

I tested and skipped a day and struggled that night. I will definitely continue these and have been telling all of my friends about it.

Pros about this gummy is that the rings taste pretty good, I do not taste the vinegar flavor one bit thankfully. When the container is opened, I can smell the vinegar but that’s the only time I even notice it.

They’re very easy to chew and swallow and you only need to eat one per day. The cons would be that I haven’t really honestly noticed much of a difference after taking these. I am not sure what really to expect, I don’t feel a random burst of energy or anything like that.

I notice I yawn less during the day though, than usual. I had worried these would have me going to the restroom a lot but they haven’t seemed to affect my digestion. Maybe the longer I take these, I will start to see more results but so far, I haven’t really noticed much so therefore I’m going to have to rate these as average.

Would I recommend them? I know what affects me a certain way could end up being different for someone else so I’d say sure, try them because they might help you a lot. If I start to soon see a more noticable result on how these affect me, I will update my review.

I have been wanting to try an apple cider vinegar supplement to boost my metabolism for a while and I am glad to have finally gotten the chance with the Olly Metabolism Gummy Rings. I eat one per day, at night- around 8pm- on an empty stomach.

So far I can say that it seems to have helped with my metabolism and digestion. I get stomach-growling hungry a couple times throughout the day which is something that is not normal for me. At times I could go a whole day without being hungry and only eating because I felt like it was the normal time to eat.

I can’t say I have seen any leaner body mass from it just yet but I feel like I’m off to a good start with the digestion aspect of using them. The gummies have a great apple taste but they are a little on the hard side so they take a few minutes to thoroughly chew.

Overall this product has met my expectations, I am very happy with the gummies and I will buy when I need more.

Not the best tasting shake but drinkable. I drank this every morning for a month and felt a noticeable difference in energy, gut health, and felt much better than when I wasn’t drinking it. I am currently drinking the Phase 1,2,3 shakes but plan to go back to this one after the 28 day diet.

I received these supplements when first going the FMD movement a year ago. But, I didn’t really start taking them until about 6 months ago. It was an almost immediate reaction in my energy levels and I started sleeping much better.

I feel good about knowing these supplements are pure. I’ve often wondered if what I’ve purchased off the shelf has the potency claimed or whether or not the off the shelf versions of a multi vitamin are”clean”.

I can tell by taking these multi’s that they really are helping my body function properly.

No more midday naps, but apparently no more sleeping at night either. I would take these upon wake up and not be able to fall asleep until 4 or 5am, the next morning. Days I didn’t take it the dark green caffeine pill, I slept 8-9 hours easily.

I am a regular caffeine drinker and never had an issue sleeping. I did not consume any additional caffeine on purpose the days I took “energy”pill in the pack. I gave 3 stars because this is still a good supplement pack without taking the extra caffeine pill.

So I will start with I have never had anything like this happened to me in my life. So a friend of mine bought Macy’s vitamins the GN see women’s multivitamins with energy and whenever metabolism so I stopped taking my other multi vitamin and I started taking this one and before the vitamin I had thick healthy hair and that’s after I bleached my hair at home myself it was still healthy as complete.

So about a weekend to take in the vitamins I noticed 1 morning brush in my hair that a little bit extra hair fell out and you know it was a pretty good a mountain I thought wow I must be exaggerating it’s not as much as I’m making it out to be so I’ll let it go 3 weeks was this Sunday I took a shower I got out and I don’t drop a hair I’ll excuse with I just spray it with my leave in condition that I’ve been using for years and I just shake it and Pat it dry and let it air dry.

I’m a huge fan of GNC’s vitamin programs. Most multivitamins make my stomach feel unsettled and some have even made me extremely nauseous. I found that that can occur with other brands whether I have eaten or not.

These taste so good that if they didn’t say vitamins on the bottle i would believe they were candy. Yes they are that good, sweet, soft, chewy with the flavors of different fruit. These vitamins do not bother my stomach either, like other vitamins do.

For that matter i don’t have any negative side effects from these. They do seem to give me a boost and might even slow my food cravings. My only peeve is that you have to take 2. This isn’t a problem since i take 1 in the am and 1 in the pm but the number of vitamins in the bottle is for only 1/2 the amount of days.

I like the variety of tastes and specific vitamins so i would buy again and would recommend to others.

I travel, or used to weekly for work on from CST to PST for a full time job and am in school full time. I am exhausted and often look for more natural products, have decided to give up the energy drinks.

I saw this one and based on the reviews ordered. I have been able to stay alert and awake for the full day. Around noon I do get a little tired but just decide its a good time to take a power nap. I wake at 5am.

I was taking one in the morning and then another in the late afternoon. That was a mistake as I had a hard time falling asleep. Now I take 2 in the morning before working out. I have not had any issue taking on an empty stomach.

I have since ordered another one of their products that still include the energy piece but adds the hormone balance. I have hot flashes so maybe it will help with that. If not I will go back to this one.

Also I have not taken for the full 30 days yet but so far I have been pleased with product.

So far I’ve taken this for a week. I started with one a day and I could feel a difference. My mom noticed I was very chatty and full of energy and she did not know I started these supplements. (This was my first day taking them) After a few days I did not feel they worked as well with one and my body had adjusted so I started taking one in morning one in afternoon.

It just makes me soooooo nauseous that’s why I gave them 4 stars. I do not like feeling like that and it is INTENSE. To the point I truly feel like I will vomit. I take them with food but that does not make a difference.

I’m going to continue to try these to see if my body adjusts and eliminates the nausea because I do like the energy and it does not make my heart race. My mom asked to try some too. She said two definitely worked for her but she too had strong nausea.

I’m still hoping for some weight loss too but I am a post bariatric patient and gained weight after pregnancy. Need to exercise more to know if that’s helping. Oh! They make me feel hot not long after taking them but that’s temporary.

I purchased this product as it seemed like I couldn’t lose any weight, no matter how much I starved myself. Not only that, I couldn’t stop gaining, no matter how much I didn’t eat, so it really felt like something must be wrong with my metabolism system.

Overall I loved the product- energy was good. I stopped taking in February just because I forgot to reorder. I’m not a big fan of meds & I was still feeling good so I didn’t reorder. My hair started to break off by the beginning of March and my nails became dry and weak.
