This was one of the better quality Menopause supplements I’d tried, and I’ve literally tried just about everything on market. Conveniently bundled in daily packets helps to remind me to take them. I had a hysterectomy at 29 & my Dr at the time didnt want to put me on any hormones.

At 35 I hit menopause hard! I did try prescription hormones at that point but they aren’t long term options for my age so I weaned myself off but the hot flashes came back with a vengeance! I started doing research into what supplements was best for my hot flashes, extreme mood swings, and general dumpy feeling.

Black Cohosh is definitely a good choice but most all other “all in one” supplements have high doses of Black Cohosh and I did find that it can lead to health issues when on a long term supplement. 40mg is a dose I’ve found to work great for me.

This supplement packet also adds other ingredients such as Soy isoflavones to give the hormone balance an edge too. The issue I had was halfway thru the month I was taking the fish oil out because it was giving me heartburn after taking.

This is a very great deal for cost wise. I took the product to my personal Dr & he said its definitely one he’d recommend as well. I would recommend to anyone looking for relief of hormonal imbalance or menopause.

I’m 41 and had a total hysterectomy, I was nervous about taking the hormones pill Estoridal because it takes away the hot flashes, but I would get a side effect. I decided to go the vitamin route. I have never been consistent on anything but I have been faithfully taking these vitamins for 3weeks now and my hot flashes have went from sweating like I did a 3mile run to just warm for a few seconds.

The nighttime is the worse for me but I just have my fan on and I have been sleeping a whole lot better. Plus I have started to exercise 30min a day because I am overweight. It has been a journey but overall I feel a whole lot better.

These vitamins are very helpful if your symptoms are only hot flashes. This was my issue. I hope this was helpful to women with a similar situation like mine.

This stuff is great! I’ve recommended it to several people. I refuse to take hormone replacement therapy and wanted a natural way to deal with my symptoms. This is it! Currently I can take them every other day and do well but if I need to take them daily I can.

I was experiencing hot flushes, low mood (which is not like me) and exhaustion, all brought about by menopause. I am 49 if it makes any difference. I am often sceptical about supplements but thought I would give these a try before hammering down my GP’s door for HRT.

I am astonished at how well these have worked. I have taken them for 2 weeks and the hot flushes are drastically reduced, my energy levels are back up but my sleep is much better too. In addition to Menopace Plus, I have taken St John’s Wort for the low mood so cannot say whether it is this or the SJW that have helped lift my mood.

Either way, I recommend these highly and no longer want to see the GP for help.

I really wanted to like Gennev Vitality and discover the benefits it has provided for so many other women. Alas, after almost three weeks of taking the pills, I had to stop due to incessant diarrhea and severe PMS-like symptoms that I haven’t had in years.

(I’m 52 years old and have had an IUD since 2016. ) About two days after starting Vitality, everything I ate turned to liquid and I found myself running to the bathroom several times a day. This happened when I took the pills with food (no matter what kind of food).

Even after experimenting with taking fewer pills and distributed throughout the day, the diarrhea persisted. About one week after starting the pills, I started to feel bloated and crampy with lower back and abdominal pains, and my boobs started to swell and get very tender and painful to touch.

Those were common and unpleasant symptoms from my pre-IUD days when I had regular periods. I stopped the pills and the diarrhea immediately stopped, the body/boob pains reduced over a few days, and I had a few days of light spotting.

I’m disappointed that the product didn’t work for me and need to search for another solution.

I’ve had trouble in the past swallowing a bunch of pills at once and was worried that these Vitality pills would repeat on me and just be too difficult to take together. I decided to give it a try when I felt like the benefit might outweigh any issues I might have taking them.

Unfortunately, I found these capsules just like all the others I’ve tired. They smelled yucky and didn’t go down smoothly either. I forced myself to swallow them but it was exactly as I thought. difficult and not worth it.

I still have the entire box sitting here and I wish I could send them back. Since I could only get them down for three days, I didn’t notice any real benefits.

I live in Germany so even dealing with the international shipping and customs is worth it. I have been taking is for over a year now (with black cohosh 2x a day and magnisum at night) and I could not imagine going back to life without it.

I ordered three packages and it came really fast by OnTrac shipping. I ordered these because they didn’t have a high percentage of vitamin K in them. It’s hard to find multivitamins without K. I wanted potassium and magnesium but these don’t have any.

I had a hard time finding vitamins that had a low level of K that also included magnesium or potassium so I’ll have to keep on looking or buy those separately. I also wanted vitamins that were easy to swallow and these said petite, but they weren’t very petite.

They’re more like medium size. I wish they would actually make small tablets. Three a day wouldn’t be unreasonable one with each meal if they are just easier to swallow. I don’t like horse choker pills.

While these aren’t that big, I don’t care for the oval shape.

ProFema is fabulous! It has been a game changer for my menopause symptoms. I spent 3 years in misery and humiliation with profusely sweating all the time, when my sister introduced me to ProFema. It was suggested to her by her doctor.

I am thus far amazed by this product! I am still not 100% positive it is this product alone that relieved all of my hot flashes~ but seriously~the flashes ceased the same week I started taking this product!! I take it at night.

It has 5htp which I was leary of taking~ it is a serotonin precursor. I am not a Doctor but I do know that anyone considering this medicine ~and it is a medicine~should read about the interactions and cautions that come with this med.

I considered not taking it, but I am so glad that I did!! Start small and at night~it makes most people tired. I don’t have any symptomatic or adverse reactions to this, but it could be strong for some so be cautious.

And if you are taking anything for depression check with your doctor. Before I tried this I tried a few different remedies. The most effective was: Herbal Equilibrium -Women’s Health Network~until I tried the NOW menopuse support.

I would recommend that too ~especially if someone wants to try a supplement without the 5htp. I only take one or 2 of the NOW MenoSupports a day. If I forget to take it at night, I bring the Herbal equalibrium with me and judge if I will need it.

Or I take one of the NOW’s early on, but I usually just take it at night. Like everyone remarks: different meds help different people~ and I may find that I need to switch to something else in a while as my hormones change, but for now ~ and as far as I can tell this is the godsend.

I am just a customer who bought the product and I do not benefit from writing this~aside from hopefully helping someone else as they try to find some relief.

I think it’s good product for women who have trouble with menopause. And it contains many good materials but also cheap price. I recommend this product.

My mother took this stuff over 20 years ago when it first came on the market. So it’s been around long enough and proven. I started taking this when I became pre menopausal. I wanted a more healthy approach since hormones have been proven to cause breast cancer.

I am very happy with these vitamins. I have only been taking them for a couple of weeks but I am very pleased with the results. I had been taking a different multivitamin previously to finding this one and it required me to take 6 pills in order to get the equivalent of what I am getting with these by only taking one.

I take the multivitamin in the morning with other medication‘s and then in the afternoon I take the Omega‘s. I have not had any kind of unsettling feeling on my stomach like sometimes vitamins can do.

I am on a subscription of these now and will continue to get them monthly.

These definitely helped relieve all symptoms and were more effective than the name brand product (for me). I’m not a good candidate for HRT so I tried the name brand first, but these are less expensive and work better in my opinion.

In my opinion, Gynovite is the BEST vitamin for women starting menopause and for post menopausal women. I have done extensive research on various vitamins for this age group, and find that the combination of vitamins and minerals in Gynovite is far superior than anything else in the market, (unless it is a knock off of Gynovite ).

Calcium magnesium ratio is Formulated especially for preserving bone density. 600 mg of magnesium hells calcium utilization by bones and not be deposited in soft tissue. Most vitamins have higher Calcium % than Magnesium and opposite of what is needed for the bone mineralization.

I have used Optimox vitamins for many years and they have been a great supplement for me. I can definitely feel the difference if I have not been on them for a few days.
