I switched back to the ADK supplement after getting the ingredients separately from other sources. But again, the other sources had undesirable ingredients and when all three were combined, was starting to approach the cost of the Bulletproof ADK, which had the proper amounts of each vitamin in a C-8 MCT oil for better delivery.

So while I am still concerned about the cost of the ADK, I will pay for better ingredients at the right amounts in a quality delivery system.

I have just started back using the Bulletproof ADK. I had been using another brand that had the same “claimed” dosage of each, but my fall blood test came back as deficient in Vitamin D which shouldn’t have happened if I was actually taking 5000IU as claimed by that manufacturer.

I then switched back and will see what my blood test shows this month using ADK. The price is still too high though, Dave. Even on sale it’s a $1 a dose! Ouch! That is why I left, and it is Not sustainable for me.

I take these along with fish oil as I am just getting started using supplements. It’s hard to know what effects they are having. All of my bloodwork was within “normal” parameters before I started. I trust Dave so that is why I started, I am a very healthy 57 yo who eats well, exercises daily and gets good sleep.

The reason for only 2 stars are I don’t know what it any effects they are having and the 30 ct bottle is silly. If I take the recommended dose they are gone in a month I have ordered 2 refills and have not had to refill the fish oil, why do you not have at least 60 days worth available.

Again I really appreciate and respect Dave he’s really the only reason I even started to supplement, but this small bottle really irritates me.

These vitamins do as expected providing a supplement to daily food, I chose the performance ones as I’m quite active in my late 40’s and the added ginseng does seem to provide energy support. Decent price for a months supply.

Centrum is one of those products people purchase because of its availability and affordability. However, this product does not provide good value for the money spent. It has low effectiveness due to the use of synthetic ingredients with poor bioavailability.

Synthetic Vitamin A and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) may cause mild toxicity if taken in high doses over long periods of time. Look into One daily multivitamins instead.

I got recommended to take Centrum Performance pills to get out of a depression and a slight urinary tract infecton, so I did and what I have to say is, you can take it IF you need a boost and you cannot drink coffee.

This pills don’t give you energy, they keep you awake, that’s it. On the other hand, the expiration date is too soon! If you make the reserch, among multivitaminics they expire after 6 months up 1 year, and Centrum expires within 4 months? It helped me to get out of that miserable picture, but now I’m better I won’t take it, like never.

I am 65 and have been using this product for about 5 years. I really like and feel at my best when taken daily. I have had low iron issues and this product has helped more than any other that I have tried.

Also it contains minerals which I do not think many of the “name” brand vitamins do.

My doctor from India recommended I take b2 tablets to take away my cluster headaches that I have been plagued with for years. You know what they worked the next day and I haven’t had a migraine for months now takingB2 I started with 1 tab a day still on one tab a day.

Excellent product. No minerals. For some people minerals can cause problems. For instance, selenium causes an allergic reaction in me. It maybe that it is bonded to yeast.

I love these little green pills! I’ve been using the advanced orthomolecular research (AOR) brand since the beginning of the pandemic. I have no complaints. These do their job. I felt much more positive benefits from taking ones from this brand compared to really cheap brands which I feel are mainly just placebos.

I feel an actual boost in my energy when I take this.

Hello everyone, Im not going bore you with a sob story but let me just tell you, I was one of those 1 in 1000 patients who almost died and had a PICC line placed in my arm for TPN and couldn’t eat or swallow anything for 3 months after surgery.

SO. that being said it was hard to chew and swallow everything but ice chips in the hospital. but the capsules really helped me get the vitamins I need. and they were small enough for me to swallow without upsetting my stomach after surgery.

You can’t taste anything either which is great for those with sensitive pallets. I feel a difference when actually taking my pills vs. when I don’t. Especially if I skip a few days of taking my celebrate vitamins.

Def. recommend.

Good enough. The chewable is quite large but it is scored. I’m only 5 weeks out from surgery so I break it in half and chew it that way. The flavor is acceptable but it really is quite intense for someone right after surgery as our taste buds seem to change.

Overall I’m still pleased that I can take these. I do really wish it was available in at least another flavor option.

My blood work showed a B12 deficiency. I tried the regular B12 by this brand and on my next test 3 months later, my B12 levels were actually slightly LOWER than before! My doctor had me double my dose if B12, and said if I still wasn’t absorbing it, we’d need to consider B12 injections.

Since the regular tablets clearly did nothing for me and my B12 actually got lower on them, I decided to try the timed release tablets this time. On my next follow up test, my B12 levels had shot up to well within the normal range! Now this could have been attributed to the double dosage, but I suspect better absorption may be a factor considering I got worse on the half dosage.

I’m going to just stick with the timed release now since I KNOW they work for me.

Standard Process Catalyn is one of the only truly natural multivitamins. Others are synthetic vitmains attached to yeast. THe price on these is not bad for a 3-4 month supply. Before this I was taking a high quality, but still synthetic multivite and I just didn’t feel good from it.

I took these vitamins while I was pregnant and they are the absolute best vitamins that I’ve ever tried! I used to be an outside sales rep who had to go store to store to see if they needed what I was selling and I made it a point to go to every single health food store in every town I went to.

The changes have been noticed by everyone! Our sons teachers, therapists, our adult family friends and we have all seen very noticeable differences. It would be hard to say this is not part of his progress.
