I’ve been using these for 10 days & they do seem to be helping with digestion. I regularly struggle with acid reflux/heartburn and that seems lessened. I also feel less bloating when I eat things like raw veggies & fruits that always cause extra air in my stomach.

I’ve had digestive problems for years and I’ve used digestive enzymes and other herbal and dietary supplements in the past without issues. Bye Bye Bloat is by far the worst supplement I have ever put in my body.

I took this for the first time at around 9 pm after eating dinner. About 45 minutes later, I began to experience some of the worst bloating of my life and intense cramping. I felt very dizzy and had a resting heart rate of 52-55 bpm for the rest of the night.

I was skeptical about trying this but I suffer from severe bloating after meals and even just drinking water during the day. I started taking two pills before bedtime but after dinner once a day. At first, it really helped.

I noticed by bloating really going down after mealtimes and I didn’t feel sick after eating. Unfortunately on the third or fourth day of taking these pills I started to feel severely ill. I started going to the bathroom and sweating a lot more (loosing my water weight) which resulted in dehydration so I upped my water intake.

Then I started noticing the severe nausea I was feeling. I’m talking migraines, dizzy, urge to throw up. I put it off thinking it would go away. The symptoms always started around 20-30 mins after taking the pills.

Then I started actually throwing up from taking them. Sure, my stomach was flat, but simply because I couldn’t hold any food down after taking these pills. I practically had to go to bed after taking them so I didn’t pass out.

) Was less than pleasant, actually was terrible and disgusting. I got a 2 month supply to start and didn’t want to waste money so I finished them out. Hey if they’d help me lose weight I could handle some less than pleasant bathroom habits.

I’m giving this 3 stars because I cannot tell if they do anything. I don’t feel any different than I did before I started taking them. Honestly, my tummy still feels as bloated as it did before, even though I’m making better food choices.

They taste awful, and they’re huge pills. You have to take 3 at one time, and it’s hard to get them down. I have lost 10 pounds since I started the pills, but I’ve also been on a calorie deficits and exercising 4X a week.

I started off with one pill a day for a couple of days and I was fine. However on the third day, I upped my dosage to two pills. That night I was awake all night long with really bad cramping and diarrhea.

The next day, I took two capsules and the same thing happened. I decided to scale back to one, but it didn’t matter I was up most of the night with severe cramping. I researched some of these ingredients and at least three of them are laxatives, albiet natural ones.

I guess this might work for some people, but for me, it was a massive disappointment and made me feel terrible. I’m actually afraid to continue using this.

I was a little sceptical about trying something like this but I’m so glad that I did, it’s honestly the best thing I could have ever tried. I can’t remember the last time I’ve felt this good. I suffer with IBS, and stress related stomach issues which can cause crippling pain, I’m always bloated and I was struggling to find anything to help.

Unfortunately for me, digestion/regularity have always been an issue. I try yogurts with probiotics that help but ima o glad I was offered this bottle of Country Life Digestive Balance. Here are my takeaways: PROS- – bloating was gone almost immediately – I was able to mantain a healthy schedule by taking it at the same time everyday.

– Capsules aren’t a bad size CONS – serving size is 4!!! Okay so as with every other one of these comments I have suffered with severe IBS for years. I have probably tried every fiber vitamin possible to help relieve the symptoms that I get from the IBS with no luck.

I am usually very hesitant to try things ordered online but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. After TWO DAYS I was seeing results. I have been taking the gut instinct for two weeks now and have never felt better.

To help relieve some of my IBS symptoms I decided to also try the “Flatter me” vitamin but because the guy instinct worked so well that symptom is completely gone! I will be trading the Flatter Me for another vitamin and looking into other products of theirs.

Worked much better than Gas-X. My boyfriend who has Crohn’s disease also uses these and we have found they work for both of us. If you’re constantly eating gassy foods and think these are going to help as a cancellation, I don’t think that’s how these are meant to work.

These can only do so much, and if you’re having bigger issues than I would probably change your diet or see a doctor. For the people saying they don’t last more than a week: Well if you’re needing to take these daily, then go see a doctor.

I’m pretty sure these are not meant to be taken every single day. This bottle should last a lot longer than that. My boyfriend and I would recommend these as a more natural remedy instead of taking over the counter meds such as Gas-X.

For reference, we don’t eat gassy foods often as we know what will trigger what. If we do, we’re not pounding down gassy foods and think taking Hilma will be a saving grace. We’ve gone through almost two bottles in about a year span.

I purchased this for my boyfriend who has occasional gas build-up I guess you’d call it. He says it feels like there is a ball of pressure sitting in his stomach and even after he passes gass “another one immediately loads into the chamber”.

I found the recommended dose of two pills at once quite harsh on my stomach. Did get gas relief, but also stomach cramps and burning throat from I think the anise (licorice flavor). Tried just one pill and results were better.

In the end, felt like bloating was getting worse, and quit taking the pills. Guess what? My stomach has been so much calmer without them. Am going to return to plain peppermint tea in future. Something in these pills makes my situation worse.

I tried this product on a whim when I got my pain management Dr to agree to giving me time to get back down to what I call my threshold weight, or lower to help ease the pain of my condition BEFORE he forced me to get injections.

I knew probiotic had a lot of advantages and I had tried a super cheap brand years ago and couldn’t tell a difference. So I did some research online to better understand what to look for and not break my budget.

I saw this at the store and am so glad I tried it. Because of my diagnosis and Dr not listening to me or reading my medical history I wasn’t able to be as active as one would typically be when trying to lose weight so I called it an “idle diet” as I mostly made changes in how much I ate, stayed away from sugary food and drinks and no greasy food.

I’ve tried many different dietary supplements in my adult life with varying degrees of success. Needless to say, I’m skeptical of them. Admittedly though, I’ve never tried one that’s ALSO a probiotic.

Diet supplements and probiotics individually, absolutely, but not together. I tried Probioslim a couple of days after receiving it and followed the instructions to take two tablets with food. The very first day, I noticed I wasn’t as hungry throughout the afternoon as I normally am.

I didn’t necessarily feel more energized, though. I took two more tablets as instructed with dinner and continued the pattern for the next several days. My observations are that Probioslim definitely helps keep you “regular” when you take them regularly, which is expected with the probiotic portion.

Because of that, I noticed a reduction in feeling bloated almost immediately, which I love! I don’t notice much difference in my energy levels, but the pills do help to thwart hunger. I have noticed that if I forget to take them with food or even with just a lighter snack, I don’t feel well.

It’s a combination of dizziness and light nausea, so they definitely need food to help you function optimally. I don’t necessarily feel like these help you lose weight, BUT they do reduce/prevent bloating, help regulate you, and ward off hunger, so they’re great for weight management.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I was prompted to write one for Bloatamin because of how absolutely incredible the results are. I’m on a very healthy diet and exercise regimen this summer and was looking for that extra help to flatten my tummy, especially after meals since I love wearing crop tops but bloat like crazy if I have even a tad extra protein, or carbs.

I’ve taken 1-2 pills for lunch and dinner over the past week, and it is amazing. This stuff DOES work. I ate a lot a couple of days to test out the pill and it does depend on HOW much you eat to determine if you need to take 1 or 2 pills. But I used to bloat a lot and I used go get cramps and my stomach blew up, had to go to the bathroom, stomach was hard and when I take a pill, it calms down EVERY symptom.

Holy grail of ending gassiness, indigestion, etc is to take a chewable Digestive Enzyme tablet (Amy Meyers makes a great one!). But when you forget to take your enzymes, or if those don’t quite stop the gas, these pills are AMAZING.

No other gas reliever has ever really worked for me. I’ve tried several, and this is by far the best at getting rid of poots. Takes about 20 mintutes to work, but once it kicks in, bye bye poots.

Let me start by saying I am a physician with a strong interest in living a healthy and active lifestyle and don’t generally believe in the use of OTC dietary supplements without a physician’s or registered dietitian’s specific recommendation, particularly for those of us who already eat a sensible and reasonably balanced diet.

The vast majority of OTC dietary supplements, in my opinion, are a huge waste of money. The only reason I considered trying these is because they were suggested to me by two trusted GI specialists and my own personal research into this strategy proved supportive as well.

All that being said, my wife and I both found these gummies helpful in quelling irritable bowel symptoms, improving regularity and diminishing intestinal gas, though they didn’t seem to work as well as I would have liked until I coupled their daily use with consuming a daily serving of Greek yogurt (with live cultures, of course) as well.

Using just one or the other alone (gummies or yogurt) was not nearly as helpful or efficacious as using both together. And, in my case, it took several weeks of use before I noticed a beneficial effect, so it appears you have to be patient while your gut’s microbiome is being modified and enhanced by this new eating regimen.

The gummies themselves taste great and have a pleasing texture when chewed (which can’t be said for all such live culture gummies) and so my wife and I look forward to taking them every day. Definitely worth the expense if you suffer from common, benign GI problems, but consider adding in Greek yogurt or some other whole food probiotic source if the gummies alone don’t seem to be cutting it.

WORK! Taste like candy and best of all really work! I was experiencing some stomach pain EVERY single morning upon waking. I chalked it off to being a side effect from one of the meds I was taking but it was so annoying.

I just bought the liver complete bundle and the shipping was great. I started taking it January 1st. So far everything is good. Everything tastes good. The chanca pedra is slightly bitter but I like it.

No upset stomach. I mixed the liver complete in prune juice. I am also looking at trying the digestion complete when I am done with the liver complete. The liver complete program is 8 days total which is not bad at all.
