20 Best Vitamins For Bodybuilding (2022 Updated)

I have been in the weight lifting scene for quite some time now. The past 4 months I have decided to take it to the next step because I felt myself not getting as strong as I wanted to be. I have taken Build XT now for about a month and I can confidently say that I am starting to see the results.

For example: I have a heavy/high rep day on bench where I do 7×5. About a month ago I was doing 225 for all 7 sets, but just two days ago I was able to do 245/255 for all 7 sets. It really does work, but just like all strength building supplements.

you have to also be willing to put the time in at the gym as well as the kitchen.

I don’t know if it was just me personally, but when I take my dose, it makes the subsequent sip of water taste like blood. Fair warning! But that’s my only complaint. Otherwise, this is an amazing supplement.

I’ve dealt with iron deficiency anemia, severely low ferritin levels with low-normal iron, for over 1. 5 years now. My symptoms are very severe. I’m currently taking the highest dose of ferrous sulfate by prescription, but the side effects of nausea and constipation are horrid.

Taking that twice a day is very rough. I was recommended by a medical professional to take BloodBuilder daily as a booster to the heavy ferrous dosage to help with the side effects and help absorb the iron as it has superfoods and vitamin C.

And it did!! I’m back to being regular again whilst still taking my prescription. I found this very helpful for the chronic anemia because it allows me to get my levels up even higher without feeling sick to my stomach.

It’s great as a standalone for someone with mild to moderate anemia, but I don’t recommend this as a substitute for someone with severely low levels, it’s not enough iron to combat dangerous lows by itself.

All in all, it’s a very great addition to the medicine cabinet.

I have had a lifetime of low iron then I had some bleeding issues and doctor prescribed Iron pills. I was so constipated and had the worse stomach aches and it didn’t raise my iron levels at all! I took those for over a month with NO improvement.

I don’t remember how I found out about Blood Builder, but I took it for a week before going for a checkup and my iron levels have never been so high! It was finally in the high normal range! I have been using Blood Builder for years now.

So back in October, I purchased a couple bottles of Vitamode by EVLution nutrition and a bottle of bodybuilding. come signature multi vitamins for a replacement for another Multi vitamin i had been taking for a long time that was just getting way to expensive.

I started taking the Vitamode vitamins first and loved them. I recently decided to try out the bodybuilding. com signature vitamins since i noticed they had a sale on them and was looking to possibly get some more but wanted to test them out first before buying multiple bottles.

After about 3 days of taking them, i started breaking out in a rash all over my body. As it turns out, the bodybuilding. com signature vitamins have Nickel in them and the other multi vitamins i have taken in the past does not.

I stopped taking them immediately and after about a week and a half of discontinued use and Benadryl 4 times a day, the rash is completely gone. Also one thing to note is when i discontinued the bodybuilding.

com multi vitamins, I switched back to the EVLution Vitamode and continued to take those and the rash still went away. I believe and talking with my friend that is a dermatologist and the Urgent care doctor i went to see, it was an allergic reaction caused by the Nickel.

So with all that being said, I still believe the bodybuilding. com signature vitamins are good vitamins. The short time I was using them, i felt great, the same as when i was taking the Vitamode vitamins.

Its just unfortunately, I can’t take them due to the nickel allergy I never knew i had. If not for that, these would be my new go to daily multi vitamins. 🙂 I would still recommend giving them a try but just be aware if you have a Nickel allergy, you may wanna pass on them.

Over all, i will still give them a 10 and suggest trying them (again, not if you have allergy to Nickel haha).

I started taking a multi vitamin because I would get colds or not feel good more often than my friends. I was in college and didn’t eat very well and my circadian rhythm was always off. Ever since I started taking these I have yet to get sick or even a head cold.

Other things in my life changed too but I definitely think this had a helping hand. And with lifting 4 days on one day off this can’t hurt my goal of trying to build more muscle. I take this along with the Vitamin D3 by signature together everyday with my first meal.

I tend to chew them up also for better absorption but I’m not sure if that helps or not.

Been using these vitamins on and off for years and to be honest I keep going back to them and I’ve decided to stick with them as i’ve found none better. some of the RDA % levels are through the roof but this helps me with my training, hectic work routine and even Celiacs disease.

You won’t find a better multi vitamin. Be aware, the pill is quite a big pill to swallow but you do get used to it. the dosage is 2 pills per day so a bottle lasts 45 days if taken continuiously.

I have been shopping with Redcon1 since January of this year. From Total War out MRE pre-mixed drinks flavors are on point! I personally use Bravo 11, War Zone, BoomStick, MOAB, and Tango in my daily routine! My results are unreal!!! From added mass, energy, and overall wellness I feel more able to tackle the day, perform better in the gym, and am enjoying EVERY BIT OF THE JOURNEY!!.

I’ve been training for years competing in the NPC as well. Always been stuck on Animal pak but branded out tried this and I will never go back to any other multi-vitamin. Recently told one of my clients I Personal train about this who was getting ready for a show.

First of all, I want you to know that I am a lady powerlifter. getting ready to compete again next month :). To be honest with you, these vitamins have truly been a blessing in my life. I have tried thousands of other kinds of vitamins to help me recover from the brutal training that I put my body through week after week.

Believe or not, it does make a huge difference. Even though I am eating around 4,000 calories a day, I have been feeling incredibly lethargic, exhausted especially since I have been maxing out on my lifts.

I had run out of these vitamins, but today I reordered them. I had taken a break from them and ordered another liquid vitamin, but my body did not recover as quick. I do recommend these vitamins, but I am giving them a 9/10 because I wish that they did not have any artificial coloring in them.

They are loaded with yellow/red coloring that is not all that great for the body. Regardless, I need the pills, if I am going to continue with this brutal powerlifting training. because frankly, there is nothing more satisfying than lifting crazy, heavy weight.

especially for a girl like me :).

These packets have everything!! I feel good on them. You can order online, Rocks, and Amazon. For what you get with all the vitamins in this pack is worth it. I pay about 35. I get 30 days. Digestive enzymes, multivitamin, fish oils,minerals and antioxidants.

This supplement is an almost perfect all in one capsules for all needed supplementations. The only thing missing in my opinion would be omegas, and stress support such as ashwaganda. You can feel the difference when taking the product; you feel more aware and alert due to the massive doses of b vitamins, and tiny amount of caffeine.

Issues with this product would be the excess in vitamins. I believe it would cause issues with bones and joints, for me I’ve never had issues with my knees or hips until I’ve used this product and I also found it to bloat my stomach after taking.

I sometimes can also feel pressure in lower abdomen but overall I feel amazing using this product and these issues are not too bothersome. I would say give it a try and be wary! Hopefully in the future they fix the excess vitamins and bloating.

I am a little skeptical on how trustworthy it is for daily use over a prolonged period of time.

If you use it how its SUPPOSED to be used you will see crazy results. Basically you get 3 months of work out results in 30-45 days. I’ve used it 3 different times over the years and each time I have gotten shredded each time quickly in a quick time.

You can even take half doses to make it last longer and still have some benefits. You WONT see results if you take it and just sit on the couch. Gotta get up, work out hard, and drink protein, along w this stuff and you wont be disappointed.

I will say the first week you emotions may be a little off while your body is adjusting. Meaning like your anger levels or aggregation. Things will make you a bit madder easier the first week but then it levels off after a week and your chill.

It def doesnt affect u all the time with the emotions side but you will def notice small annoyances a bit more until your body gets used to it lol.

I’ve tried several of these supplements and they really are all close. My intensity of training seems to correlate with how well I think the supplement works. I’ve been lifting pretty hard 4 times a week during this 8 week cycle.

Yea, I feel really good and I have energy and stamina. It all depends, like I said on how hard I train. The supplement inspires me to work hard. We all want gains and if a supplement can help, I’ll try it.

This supplement was a little higher in cost than I am used to paying. Over $80 with shipping for a 30 day supply. Some say you get what you pay for and I believe that when it comes to these supplements.

Everyone is different and the effects vary. If you’re over 50 and trying to do something in the weight room and have your finances straight, then try it. It’s an 8 week cycle, remember that and it needs to be taken as directed.

Do I recommend it? Yes, I guess so.

I have used this product for over 4 years. I like it because it is natural and well balanced. I am not trying to weight lift to get massive, or looking for radical differences which are not realistic.

I am not concerned with increasing sex drive. Simply as someone who has worked out and lifted my whole life I wanted something that would keep me energized and keep my physical abilities up. I was noticing a drop in drive, energy, and an overall sense of physical capability.

Using P-6 made a noticeable difference. Muscle mass, ability to keep fat off, and just a general ‘youthful’ feeling in terms of muscle flexibility, lack of stiffness in joints etc. I feel better at 56 than I did at 43.

and certainly, this is because I workout and do physical things. So P-6 gives me the motivation to workout, and definitely feel like it increased my physical capabilities. Interestingly, I stopped for about 6-9 months for a variety of reasons.

I’m generally hesitant when a company claims something that sounds too good to be true, Animal is different! Their Cuts is an extraordinary product which I swear by! And now this M-stak is my new favorite! After a week I noticed more strength and motivation in the gym.

I know building muscle is a very slow process so you’re not going to see a difference in a week, but just a few more reps with five extra pounds adds up! I personally save the stim blend for my 4am dog walks and that puts a serious pep in my step! Animal hit it out of the park again on this one!.

If I could give this no stars, I would. This creatine is an absolute waste of money. WORST creatine I’ve ever tried. I’m actually quite annoyed as the many positive reviews are CLEARLY FAKE in order to lead people to buy more of this crap.

YES, this creatine does have a taste. It is SUPER BITTER and makes everything you mix it with unbearable. It is terrible to try and ingest. It also says 75 servings but it’s actually only half of that as you have to take 2 servings to get the full effects according to the fine print (and employees at the vitamin shoppe).

so i was taking brutal force aka 4anrdo and i was on it for 6 weeks. on the 5th to 6 week i was curious to see where my testosterone levels where because this product claims to convert into test. so i got my results back and they where 240 ng/dL if you didnt know, the normal range varies to 280ng/dL-916 ng/dL so this is very low.

i took the recomended dosage at 2 tablets per day. i am a frequent buyer from this site. but after these blood results i wont be wasting any more of my money here. the blood never lies so if you dont believe me go ahead and get your own blood work done while your on this product and see what you get also I GAINED ABOUT 10 POUNDS ON THIS PRODUCT.

Happy with Blackstone 1 and 4 andro. in my experience I’m coming up on my third week. After first week my body started hardening and filling out like other reviews that I’ve seen. After second week you do start putting on muscle much faster than normal.

also you do notice pretty big strength gains. I did think that I would be able to work out every single day while taking this and eating right. false. Once I gave myself two full days of rest with a high protein and high carb diet that’s when I really saw the gains.

I know some of it’s probably water weight. I plan on doing the 1 and 4 cycle for 4 weeks. Then just taking 1 andro for the 4 remaining 4 weeks then a strong pct following that. In my opinion and my experience with this it definitely works.

Because due to the coronavirus I’ve only been able to do at home workouts. I do go pretty hard though. Hope this helps anybody debating on whether doing it or not.

Only been taking 2 1/2 weeks and haven’t noticed anything significant, gonna give it a chance though. Even have 2nd bottle ready to go to complete full cycle and I am hoping to start feeling promised results soon.

According to what most people say, I should really be feeling this stuff kick in this week (I hope). Just staying patient, however I just received and started a bottle of Abnormal and will finish cycle of Brutal 4ce stacking with it.

So I realize results might be due to addition of 19-nor. Just hoping to not be disappointed-will keep you posted.
