20 Best Vitamins For Concentration (2022 Updated)

The Customer service is so bad. My order was returned because of a missing apartment number. Which was my mistake. I contacted customer service via email. They seemed unbothered that it was returned so I just requested a refund since the product was Returned to them.

I was told NO on the refund! Never Came across a company that did not want the customers to be satisfied. I was asked for my full address over four different times which I gave and was told that I would receive my bottle when they get a new batch.

I did finally receive the bottle. But Since the customer service support was so poor I unfortunately I will not order again.

These little tabs are helping me get through hospital night shifts! I often work 7pm-7am. 3:00am is my kryptonite. I was drinking coffee & eating chocolate covered espresso beans, but they just seem to help for the moment.

I feel much better after taking a Clear & Focus at 3:00am to finish off till 7:00am. When I’m done, I can sleep just fine too. It doesn’t prevent me from sleeping when I need to. It’s helping me stay awake and focused on my job.

FYI: the tab is chewable & has a very strong green tea/herbal taste. It’s not a deal breaker, it just has a strong taste. Still very happy with this product!.

Have been using this for just over a month and it has really made a difference in the length of time I can sit down to study without getting fatigued – the B vitamins would are very beneficial here. Also feel more focused before I even sit down to study.

I think having the Brahmi especially makes a difference as I’ve used only Gingko supplements in the past and to no effect. These supplements also help me remain focused at work too, so not just great for staring at a book! Does take a couple of weeks to start working regularly bit definitely worth the money and time investment.

Purchased this product 2 weeks ago and within days noticed a big difference in my concentration and decreased levels of stress ! Highly recommended!

The label lists all the B vitamins, starting from B1, and their DVs, ending with B5. All show 100%. Great, finally, a balanced, moderate B vitamin supplement. I saw the additional two listings at the end, including B1 from a different source and the dosage 150 mg, no DV.

I was a careless consumer and did not realize that amount of B1 was 100x DV; its the source of all those “great energy” comments. I feel misled by the unbalanced mix of B vitamins. Bottle is going in the trash and I will be very, very careful before I purchase another ONNIT product going forward.

Why not group this entry with the other form of B1? And why not show the DV? Manufactured in Austin Texas where I live too.

I can’t believe this supplement doesn’t get talked about more. The energy boost from this is insane. More importantly, it feels like real energy, nothing like the stimulant type rush from caffeine, more like the feeling of the energy after a healthy meal and a good nights sleep.

If feel like my mental cognition is exponentially better when taking this. It’s essential after a night of boozing and any other time I feel mental fog. I work in one of the nations busiest Level 1 Trauma ERs and this is a pre-shift must.

Finally, I B12 supplement my body can tolerate. I have the MTHFR gene mutation and have tried chewables, injections, and tinctures. Oddly, I would crash and feel sick. I find this product easy to digest and does what I feel b12 is intended to; restore energy, less brain fog and more clarity.

Too soon to tell really, 30 days, so I can only say her attitude and personality have improved greatly. We watch the old classic movies and regularly quiz each other on the old actors and actresses names.

She was always good but seemed to be slowing down and blaming it on age (81). Her speed at remembering seems to be much better, better than mine now. Thankfully, her husband We will reorder.

I love Bpn and all the products but this one leaves me feeling uneasy. When it tells you to eat before, it means it. My usual breakfast consists of eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, granola and some fruit and I will take these vitamins right after I eat and still feel sick sometimes.

I took them the other day after taking a break and had a big breakfast and threw up right after my first set in my workout. I feel solid with them it’s just the first like hour after you take them you feel light-headed and have a weak stomach.

I don’t know if im eating too much or not enough but i’ve tried eating less/more and still cannot seem to figure them out. No other multivitamin has had me feeling this way, probably won’t buy again.

I have to say that for almost $40 for a one month supply of this vitamin supplement I am not impressed. I’ve been taking this for almost 6 months straight now, mainly because my insurance pays for the OTC so I have nothing to complain about there, but I would not recommend purchasing this at all if you’re paying the hefty sum yourself because, at least for me, I didn’t notice a single difference in my memory or cognition at all.

And trust me, I could use a supplement like this. I guess I’m not completely surprised though, having an extensive background in pharmacy and natural medicine I’ve picked up a lot of random info through the years and have been almost fascinated by these trending products that work such bold claims.

Not one has stood up since the late 90’s and the introduction of ephedrine into diet pill supplements. Those were the days! You might risk collapsing from a coronary but hey, you got some pep to your step.

Regardless, I know enough to know that this is basically a bunch of b vitamins mixed with newly marketed fancily labeled “coffee fruit extract” that once again dangles the carrot in front of our dazed and confused eyes, promising to kickstart your brain into high gear.

It’s just another supplement rip off. Look at the ingredients on the box. It’s basically a B6/B12 supplement with a couple of obscure things you’ve probably never heard of. It’s meant to be taken orally though once you see the pill you’ll find yourself thinking it’s a suppository.

Definitely don’t want to leave these out where any kids can get into them. I would expect it to be a serious choking hazard for them. I definitely recommend that adults take it with water. If you really want to give this a try, have your doctor run a simple blood test to check your B12 levels.

Apparently, it’s not uncommon for folks to have low B12 levels as they get older. Instead of paying $1-$2 per pill, you can get a B12 or B-Complex pill for a few pennies. I’m not bashing Neuriva just to be mean.

I have actually tried it. After taking it for a month, I can tell absolutely no difference. Nada, zip, zero! Now if I stop taking my B12 for 2-3 days, I notice a big difference. I don’t doubt that some folks take Neuriva and see a difference.

My money’s on their having low B12 levels. Also, don’t waste your time on their “rewards” program. You get points for entering a code off the Neuriva bottle. Get enough points and you can redeem them for a discount code when you buy them at full list price from the manufacturer.

Except that the discount code can’t be used on Nueriva. Then there’s the fact that they have a wonky fourth-rate website. They give you extra points to complete your profile except the function to update your profile doesn’t work.

I loved the email that promised me 25 whole points that only got me a grand total of FIVE points. Also, the website has been displaying a message that technical difficulties are affecting the accuracy of the points total displayed and that you should check the rewards catalog for an accurate total and a month later it’s still there.

Clearly it’s getting priority focus.

I got this free sample of Neuriva, in tropical flavor, free from Sampler. I tried it this morning. It tasted really good for what it is, an energy shot, but still not really good at all, you know? Drinkable though! Some of these energy shots aren’t even drinkable in my opinion.

It makes great claims that its coffee fruit extract enhances brain function over time. I feel like a drank a good cup of coffee. I’m awake and alert which is unusual for me with my ADD and fatigue.

🙂 But. I would really rather just drink a really good cup of coffee. It’s a much more enjoyable experience for me! And I’m looking into adrenal support supplements for energy and focus and stress relief, I will review those if possible after I’ve tried them.

Good luck in your quest to find energy and improve brain function. This isn’t a method I would choose because it’s not worth the expense for a little kinda-gross energy shot with coffee fruit extract and caffeine in it.

If you want a caffeinated alternative to coffee that tastes great and is fun, try Awake Chocolates. Those are brilliant.

Liquid vitamins as a rule, never taste good. They don?t. And the more that?s in them, the worse they taste. That said, Source of Life Gold is the worst ever. I do not believe ANY of the ?reviews? that said it tasted wonderful.

I guess it tastes great if you enjoy the taste of vomit. Those reviews have to be fake. I realize taste is subjective but this stuff is truly putrid and to say it tastes delicious has to be phony. I have to hold my nose and chase it down with a huge glass of water.

Even then, the aftertaste lingers and makes you gag long afterwards. I?m not saying don?t buy it. If the ingredients are accurate, the bad taste is understandable. But you have a right to know the truth about the taste.

A good multivitamin should cover all the basics, so you minimise the need to buy other supplements to fill the gaps. This is the most complete I’ve found for my needs. Good amounts of vitamin A, C (1g dose per serving!), D3, etc.

It even has good amount of vitamin K2, which is essential for the body to deposit Calcium into bones and teeth instead of arteries. Beyond the basics, it has enzymes, adaptogens, probiotics and Omega-3s.

If you are looking for one product to cover all your needs, this could be it. One caution is that it contains a huge amount of Vitamin B12 (1mg or 16,667% of DV per serving) so be sure you are ok with that.

Another downside is that the pills are huge, and might be a challenge to swallow for some, but they also come in capsules and in liquid form. Personally, I don’t need to take 3 pills or 1 serving per day.

I’m currently taking one a day, in the morning and I can definitely feel a lift in energy compared to my previous multivitamin. When my previous multivitamin runs out, I’ll take 2 pills of this per day in divided doses, and see how that works out,.
