I starting taking the pills going on 3 weeks now. I already feel better. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis 25 years ago. and it has been challenging for me. I’ve tried other Pre and Probiotics, that they never gave results.

These do work. I am giving them a 4 star review only because of the taste. But I understand the pills work better if they begin to dissolve in the stomach. I do take them right after dinner, because they work better after eating.

They have also helped me with Chronic constipation caused by the UC. I highly recommend this product. Just wish they were lightly coated because they do taste bad.

The first bottle I got worked fine. The second time I ordered them from Amazon and became extremely sick. I vomited every time I took them. I thought maybe I had a bad batch. But then I ordered these again from Vitamin Shoppe and they were different.

You no longer had to take them 3 times a day and the ingredients were different. These made me sick as well. I found out that I had Gallstones shortly after receiving these and I figured that’s what it was making me sick instead of the vitamins.

So it’s been a few months and I decided to try them again just to see, and also because my Gallstones haven’t given me any issues lately. Well here I am extremely nauseous as I type this. I don’t think these are good for people with actual digestive issues.

This product is a collagen powder you can put on any drink. I found it however, that if you put it with just water (since I mostly only like to drink water), it transforms your water into a refreshing drink with its cucumber flavor.

What I like even more, is that it has a good flavor without all the sugar. I was surprised to find how little sugar it contains. Moreover, I do have a more clear skin. I have noticed less acne from wearing face masks, and just overall good skin.

Does nothing for my digestion. Nothing. A simple papain formula (papaya enzymes) does way more. I wondered why that would be. Well, it has whole mess of enzymes. Great idea at the time. The problem I suspect is this has so many enzymes, none is in an appreciable amount.

I have had GERD since 2002 & have used a prescription since. I was unable to eat dairy, suffered with constipation & extreme fatigue. Two years ago I ran a fever (103F) had extreme nausea & muscle cramps.

I vomited a ball of thick, completely undigested food from a meal eaten 24 hrs prior, that had soured in my stomach (YUCK) After a few days I was back to normal & dismissed it as a virus. Then it began happening every few months.

(A drug in a class action lawsuit YIKES). She then suggested I try a digestive enzyme & a probiotic (refrigerated) So I did. I have been using this product for a year. I take it 5-10 minutes before a meal with 1/2 glass of room temperature water.

(too cold or too little water lowers the efficiency for me) For heavy meals (meat, processed etc) I may take another after I finish eating. I now eat most foods symptom free! My GERD is better (NO tomatoes or tomato sauce) I eat ice cream w/o fear! I tried a less expensive & an alternate version (same brand) Neither worked very well for me.

At times I forget to take this before a meal (when I’m famished) or away from home (without it) I instantly regret that. I use probiotic Ultimate Flora 50 million and True Athlete whey protein powder.

I had previously ordered Oregano capsuls, which were great! Upon trying to reorder, I was told this was the same, only name changed. It isn’t. Also received a canister of Super Greens which I did not order, (but was charged for) because I am intolerant of kale, spinach and broccoli.

I had no idea than Enzymedica had also a dedicated multivitamin for men! After trying this Enzymedica multi, I figured out that it’s much easier to digest than Now Adams given that it includes digestive enzymes and vitamins are provided in much more natural form.

The other multi may have more vitamins advertised but there is no point to eat an astronomical amount of vitamins if you are not going to digest them anyway!!! I also do intermittent fasting and when I am fasting, I can eat this multivitamin on an empty stomach with absolutely no issue at all! It’s on the expensive side but if you can afford it, I highly recommend it.

I’ve been taking this regularly and everything’s been running smoothly. Yesterday, I went out early for a big breakfast and couldn’t take the product until I got home. After breakfast, the food ‘sat’ in my tummy like a rock!!! And I was wishing I never ate.

What a great new find! I like probiotic gummies over pills and these taste berry good 🙂 and aren’t too sweet. The biggie for me is that most gummies are made from gelatin which comes from animals but these are made from pectin which is from plant fiber.

Oh and they’re sugar free vs. corn syrup. Better all around.
