I CAN’T STAND THESE. As soon as you open the bottle, this putrid stench comes out of the bottle. I’d literally have to hold my breath while taking it and then a couple seconds after swallowing. I’d have to immediately follow up with eating something good right after taking this pill to mask the stench, or else the taste and smell lingers in my mouth and esophagus.

Even still, I’d burp it up sometimes and the smell lingered on my fingers. I gag nearly ever time. It’s not worth it. Get multi-vitamins from a reputable brand, like Kirkland or One A Day. I got Target’s Up&Up and it has no scent whatsoever.

Trust me. IT’S NOT WORTH IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF. THESE TASTE INTOLERABLE AND REPULSIVE. Even if they were free, I wouldn’t take them. If I could rate this -10 stars, I would.

Finally found a multi-vitamin that is truly a SUPPLEMENT not one that is formulated to OVER supplement with the extreme percentages. Sometimes more is not better! No bizarre fillers. It’s a Swanson brand to top it off.

I truly feel better with this formula. I’m a 74 years old woman. Sometimes if it’s going to be a busy day I’ll take two. At about $5. 00 for a 30 day supply I’m glad I ordered it!! I have purchased from Swanson for many years (even before computers) when they were a “snail” mail catalogue and you had to call to place an order.

I am very satisfied with their quality, selection, customer service and real unbeatable pricing. During that time I admit I “wandered” but I always came back.

I have been using the Swanson Multi Without Iron supplement for years. I have found that it fulfills most of our daily vitamin and mineral needs all in 2 soft tablets at a very reasonable price. This is a perfect supplement for most men who do not need supplementation with iron.

There are other supplements that contain all the high potency completeness of this product, but generally at a much higher premium. Cheaper one a day type single pill multi’s don’t have the completeness of the Swanson Multi.

Been taking these a long time however over the course of the last 6 months I have experienced severe bloating. Hard abdomen looks like I’m 5 months pregnant. Normal colonoscopy, ultrasound and pelvic exam.

Not sure if it’s placebo effect or if they really work but I have been feeling a little less anxious since taking these supplements. I used to take prescriptions for anxiety and depression but I stopped because the side effects were awful.

I didn’t want to review these right away so I went through my first 30 day supply before writing this review. While I still have anxiety, stress, and general feelings of blah, these seem to have lessened it to a more manageable level.

They do enough to make it so I can do my mindfulness and other cbt tactics to combat attacks and restlessness. The only thing negative I’ve noticed is sometimes I have some stomach upset when I take them l, but it’s not horrible like I’ve experienced with other supplements.

I am always wary of trying new vitamins for this reason because I have such bad side effects, but no side effects at all!
