I love this product. The flavor is spot on with some of the bigger gum brands out there, but it packs a punch with the added caffeine kick, as well as with how long the flavor lasts! Definitely recommend trying it out!.

I’ve been using this product for about 3 months now. I’m not sure if “Teeth and Gums” really should be the title of the product as I am not sure that I’ve seen any noticeable improvements/results. However, I do notice that my finger nails grow rapidly since taking this product.

I think this product might need to be further product tested or have clinically tested results regarding teeth and gums. I’m hopeful that the results actual show in regards to improvement of teeth and gums, but I think its a very small window of improvement.

I just received my first order today. One day delivery from Amazon. That gets 5 star for fast delivery. I have to try taking these vitamins to help & prevent the dentist, Aspen Dental to be exact in recommending to extract all my teeth.

They freaked me out for telling me that I can replace my teeth with implants and dentures. Not a chance I would do that. I would rather wait for all my teeth to fall and die. I don’t have money for such implants.

I am starting to take this vitamins at this very moment and I will be back in a few weeks or months to give a better review.

This gum is awful for several reasons. It breaks apart in your mouth and the flavor doesn’t last at all. I called the 800 number on the bottle, which led me to a Swanson representative and asked if the ascorbic acid was natural or synthetic.

She told it it was sourced from corn. I asked if it was gmo corn and she said yes. So, the information on the Peelu bottle is incorrect, it is not non gmo.

I was happy to see this small size back in stock. Peelu is what people used for oral health long before someone thought to make dental powders and pastes in tubes. Because most xylitol is corn-derived, my options are limited.

So I like that I’m using something based on the original that’s sweetened by a xylitol that I won’t react to.

I am interested in chewing gum that contains xylitol, a product that works against tooth decay. I will never purchase this gum every again. The chalky tablets are chewable, but the flavor vanishes within three minutes.

Flavor is a big reason to purchase chewing gum. Pass to another brand.

I have been using Run Gum for what seems like forever and was so excited when the Immunity Gum came out. This is a great pick me up in the afternoon and great to know I am getting vitamins too, especially during this time.

This is difficult, because I love and use the gum, but the price is hard to swallow. I use the subscription which is roughly $54 a month for 3 boxes. BubbleGum, Cinnamon, and Wintergreen. My favorite is the Extra, but it costs even more.

I usually chew a piece before my training, and one after. My wife also chews it. My issue is I get caffeine pills 100 a bottle for 200mg pills for 3 bottles at around $10-$15 they last forever. Big price difference, and you can split them so you only get 100mg.

One reason I keep getting run gum is because it does kick in quite a bit faster. The taste isn’t really bad. I’ve found buying the same flavor of regular gum and chewing it at the same time helps the texture and flavor.

If not it just loses flavor quickly, and falls apart especially when working out. All in all I’m in positive opinion of the gum. I just hope they go back to customer love instead of this marketing over load crap they are doing.

Plus only showing love to runners and crossfitters, when there is such a large community of health fitness, and sports. You’d think they would try marketing towards all of it. Oh well. Good product.

I’ve tried caffeinating for my runs in a bunch of different ways, and frankly, unlike coffee and other caffeinated beverages, this one doesn’t wreak havoc with your stomach and leave you running for the bathroom instead of the hills.

The jolt is just enough to light up the afterburners and shave some time off your run, but not so much that your HR monitor is off the charts, or worse, keeping you up all night. I know caffeine is caffeine, but I just feel as though this is a good, balanced product.

The act of chewing it while warming up (I chew it about 5-10 minutes before I run) also just seems to focus me. So while this gum is a little pricey (especially since I chew two tablets at a time – the entire pouch), it’s worth it.

I do save these for my “workout runs,” though – not so much for my easy miles. Not worth burning the resources. But definitely a great product here.

My daughter used RunGum in between her heats at a swim meet. I’m not discounting all the work she has done in practice, but even without a taper, she dropped a significant amount of time that allowed her to qualify for Nationals! Her events were not page apart; she had the energy to power through.

I’ve been using Jym Supplement products for several years now. I’m not one to switch brands around once I find something I like. I like the price point and that Vitafusion multivitamin gummies digest without a pill form and are formulated without iron and without iodine since I’m allergic to Iodine that’s not found in food or large amounts.

Iron is something I believe people can get from their diet. I’ve had bleeding issues and diverted anemia or low iron levels via nutrient dense foods rich in iron on a budget. I don’t like that these gummies not only have sugar, but added sugar as well.

I detoxed off sugar all together and then find that I’m adding additional sugar in the form of high fructose corn syrup every morning when I’m trying to do something positive for my health. I had to go off sugar bc it was making me so sick.

I don’t condone people eliminating entire food groups unless they are for health reasons. Sugar is addictive and detoxing off will cause withdrawals. I will be posting a video on things that can help if anyone is in the same boat or wants to go off sugar.

I still eat fruit, but am cognizant about sugar levels. For example, berries are low in sugar but pack a lot of nutrients! Interestingly yams have a lot of sugar, but that sugar is not digested into fat unless it’s deep fried in oil or something like that, but I find sweet potatoes delicious as they are and they can even be used as toast! Yummy! So I also noticed that these Vitafusion Multivitamin gummies do not have 100% of the daily value of vitamin C nor do they provide any zinc, selenium or Magnesium.

They also do not provide any stress relieving vitamins or a B complex, but it’s nice they claim to have high B-12 levels. I just worry that such a low price point, hydrogenated oils, and high fructose corn syrup are not making for a healthy multivitamin.

Is this better than nothing? I will do a check to verify from a credible source that tests all vitamins. They are an investment for your health and there are programs out there connected to your health insurance in the U.

S. that provide assistance paying for vitamins needed. If you live elsewhere, tell me where so I can look up if there r programs like that. I have yet to find one, but my insurance does offer it I’ve bee told.

It just needs kind assertiveness, knowing I’m grateful for any healthcare still. Advocating for your health can be done in a kind manner while still being grateful! It must done to ensure your health is getting better sometimes.

So, is this product better than saving $ for one that works??? Hmmm I know Vitamin Shoppe has high-quality ones, but the consumer testing website that actually tests vitamins’ efficacy will be of great help.

I have issues with my gums and have incorporated this product into my daily oral hygiene routine. In the beginning it seemed to offer some relief, but after using it regularly for over six months I can say that I have fewer issues overall.
