Been using for about a week Works really well Stomach hasnt felt this calm in over a year and Ive seen many doctors and have tried other meds at a much higher cost. So far these have provided great relief in my stomach issues Final assessment.

It took me a few weeks to get completely regulated on the pills. After that my IBS was better than it had been in many, many years. Most of the time I just feel completely normal!!

This has been life changing. I began taking these 4 weeks ago and it has provided soo much relief. I want tell you a little bit of my story because I know that I really appreciated some of those reviews here when I was looking for some answers.

I am sharing honestly to help out not to be shamed. But here it goes: Six years ago, after my first child, I began having bad gas. Not that often, but it happened. And by bad I mean stinky like someone died.

Then I had my second child 2 years later. Gas continued, I honestly thought it was that I had been a) pregnant, b) nursing, etc. so for 3 years I thought it was part of that. But it continued. Changed diet and lost 15 lbs.

Symptoms reduced a lot. I thought it was that. But in 2020 things just go out of control. And I didn’t know what it was. Uncontrolled gas, cramps, constipation, bloating. Just awful. Finally after begging my doctor they found out I had H Pylori.

A bad bacteria. I was on antibiotics for 6 weeks. Bad stuff. Things got better for a little, but they continued. I am not allergic to any foods. I got a colonoscopy just to make sure it was nothing else.

So the final diagnoses IBS-C type. Please note that it appeared I had H-pylori for years and that can damage your gut with so many symptoms. I asked, What can I do to relief symptoms – doctor says miralx, eat better, etc.

Essentially – be with God cause they didn’t have any suggestions. I found IB-guard and it literally in 1 week I felt amazing. I wanted to wait until my 4 week – 6 pills a day treatment to share an update because 1 week can be just a coincidence.

But 4 weeks, no. I will say I am starting today to go to 4 pills and then next week 2 a day. My symptoms were so horrible that I want to go down two pills slowly. I will give another update once I am on the 2 pills.

Because I don’t want any of us to be on pills all the time. Plus they are pricy. But given the relief I am getting, oh my gosh, is so worth it. I would say that I do not have any gerd issues. The pills do make me burp a little more but since that is not a problem for me is not bothersome.

And is just a little for me. But everyone – no cramps, it has regulated my gut, so no constipation and my excessive gas has reduced by 75%. I mean, oh my gosh. Totally recommend it. Wish you all best of luck!.

It is very effective in calming an inflamed colon/ gut. Much easier on the system than regular peppermint oil capsules and will not give you re-flux. Don’t expect miracles if the problem is long-standing and complicated with SIBO, Blasto, immune reactions, etc.

but it should be part of the repertoire for anybody suffering severe IBS symptoms. I have used it in combination with Querticen, bovine, serum-derived immunoglobulins or dried bovine intestinal capsules to great effect as part of the management of such conditions.

I do wish the price was less expensive.

Omg! This product has changed my life. For as long as I can remember I have had IBS issues. I couldn’t go to a restaurant and order food off the menu without having to go to the bathroom almost immediately.

I can’t really say if this is doing anything for me but I take it along with several other supplements so who knows. I haven’t had an bad reactions to it so thats good. Its easy to take. I wish it came in a larger quantity though.

I take probiotics regularly but don’t always remember to take zinc. I love that these capsules have so many benefits in one. There’s a probiotic strain that’s not in my current probiotics, plus vitamin A (which is great for the eyes), plus vitamin c, zinc and echinacea which is great for immunity.

On top of that, there’s vitamin E and all these other beneficial goodies in there – all in one capsule! I have been taking these with food, though I wish I could take them with my daily morning vitamins pre-breakfast.

Happy that they don’t make me nauseous as some other zinc supplements have. I’m a big fan of combo supplements and this is definitely a well combined one.

The Centrum Adult Immune & Digestive vitamins are some really good vitamins to take daily to build up your immune system. These are some good vitamins and they are not hard to swallow at all. I love the fact that this one pill has vitamin C, A & E in it which we need and much more.
