I have been the keto diet for 2 m ths now and have experienced severe muscle cramps two different time frames. About a m th into the keto diet, I experienced muscle cramps in both legs at night. My left leg subsided after a few hours and the right leg took 5 days to clear up.

Love this flavor. It is my favorite. Perfect Keto has good ingredients and good quality. It is a bit pricey. However Kiss my Keto is way more expensive. What annoys me and everyone else is that one tub of this stuff is not a months supply.

Yuck! Overpowering sweetener taste and a long lingering aftertaste from the stevia. Also the container size is small, this makes measuring out your scoop of powder an unnecessarily messy affair. First try at a smoothie produced a clumpy mixture.

I’ve been using this early in the morning (5AM) before my 1. 5 hour run. It provides enough energy while leaving me feeling lean and set to go. I assume it probably has a small amount of caffeine from the green tea.

That probably helps. The powder is sweetened with stevia. This morning I was combining it with another powder based largely on barley greens. My wife could smell the sweet berry flavor from 20 feet away.

I’m not a fan of stevia, which upsets my stomach a little. Frankly, I don’t understand why so many people seem to be fixated on sweet. I could do without the stevia. Berries already contain sugar. Other than the stevia, it is a good formula of alfalfa, spinach, spirulina, wheat, barley grass, etc.

I been taking the keto energy now for a couple of weeks. 2 pills per day. Initially they gave me a lot of energy. So much that I couldn’t sleep at night so I backed off and missed two days. Man I could definitely tell the difference by the second day of being off of them.

I’ve only been taking these for two weeks so I’m not sure if they make a difference or not. I like the thought of not taking as many individual supplements that I have been, although I am still adding calcium, magnesium and potassium because I am 60+ and feel I need it for my bones.
