20 Best Vitamins For Mood (2022 Updated)

Before I started taking the Olly Hello Happy supplement I did some research. The main active ingredients in these are vitamin D and saffron. I’m chronically low in vitamin D and I already take a vitamin D supplement, so I already knew about the benefits of that.

Saffron, I was surprised to learn actually has a lot of scientific backing for lots of different things, chief of which is helping with depression (which I have issues with) when 30 mg is taken consistently.

The Olly gummies do contain 30 mg per 2 cute gummy worm serving. After reading lots of info about saffron, making sure I wasn’t getting my info from bogus sources, and checking to see if the supplement would mess with any of my medications, I started taking it.

Another person in my household started taking it at the same time, and we both saw a change in our mood, feeling less sad, more positive and upbeat and experiencing less agitation within a week. I’ve been taking them consistently for three months and they do work for me.

I have noticed though that over time they seem less effective, though the other person taking them alongside me hasn’t noticed that. Some things to note: These gummies are expensive. They cost on average $20 for a one month supply.

They also have a bit of an aftertaste. When I first started taking them it was a very strong bitter taste but now I’m more used to it and it doesn’t bother me as much. I also noticed some bottles had a stronger taste than other bottles.

Another thing is that every single bottle I’ve bought has been short one gummy. The serving is 2 gummies, but at the end of the bottle there is always one lonely gummy. I haven’t figured out if it’s an extra gummy or if they’re shorting the bottle one gummy, but there it is.

I think the good totally outweighs any minor issues I have with the product. Cute, fun, and most importantly works. Overall I’d give these a ⅘ stars.

For starters, i received a sample of this and didn’t have high expectations due to me only having a one day supply. Most vitamins take a while to feel over a course of days. Not with this one! 🙌🏾You can feel a difference immediately! They uplift my mood and give me a boost of energy that doesn’t end with a bad crash.

After trying a sample I ran to my local CVS to purchase these, the stock was very low. I was informed that it is a very in demand item, I totally understand why. My sleep has even improved taking these.

I was so amazed at how these made me feel that I went to work and passed out a sample to all my co-workers to see if it was just me 😂lol. And believe it or not, they all said they noticed a major shift in their energy and mood after only 2 gummies.

A few of them have purchased them as well. They are made with saffron and taste amazing like a sweet and sour gummy worm candy🤤😩. It has a after taste of fresh oranges😍. I’m such a fan of these! You should try them, they are certainly worth it.

I. Am. OBSESSED!! My husband picked these up for me after seeing them advertised online. I struggle with anxiety and am so burnt out halfway through the day, and some days it’s a struggle to get out of bed.

I’m not going to say that these gummy vitamins solve that completely but they DO help! Maybe it’s part placebo effect because they’re fun gummy worms and who doesn’t love that?! Plus they taste like pineapple orange juice with a hint of sour candy taste so they’re really yummy.

I definitely feel a boost about an hour after taking them. The saffron is supposed to help boost serotonin so there is legit scientific backing to how they work – the great taste and fun style is just an added bonus.

I was really pleased with the cooling relief at night, but I didnt feel right. It turns out that the ingredients in this particular formula has ginkgo biloba. Unfortunately ginkgo biloba is quite off setting for me, and I know this from prior experiences.

I never thought it wouldve been one of the ingredients in a natural menopause supplement, though it makes sense now. It helps some people with mood, but not me. I just felt out of sorts, and oddly moody, and irritable.

I thought maybe it was just menopausal moodiness. I didnt realize what was going on until I went to buy more and started really looking at the many different targeted menopausal formulas. I stopped taking this one, and stared feeling like my emotional self.

Ginkgo biloba doesnt have that effect on everyone- just noticed it does on me. So, make sure You read the ingredients on the targeted formulas for things like weight loss, mood enhancement, restful sleep, complete, etc.

They are all different and thats a good thing- Its just wise to remember that not all natural ingredients are good for each individual. Again, thatbeing said, Im sure this particular menopause formula would and does work well for many others- I did get some much needed cooling relief; It was just the other half.

When I stopped taking it, I started heating up again. I was really on the hunt for something then, and thats how I came to all of this. Ultimately I realized that I hadnt been taken a supplementIve used for years now, for about a month.

I organize my vitamins and supplements a month in advance, and forgot to repurchase. When I started taking the supplements again, the flashes drastically decreased. However, I must note that In that time frame, I had started taking B12 shots.

I havent needed them for years. They make me incredibly hot all by them selves! I said that just to reiterate that many things play a part in our health and how we feel. We have to really be conscious, alert, and sensitive to what were putting in our bodies as individuals, and to help doctor ourselves.

Were the ones living in them. Im feeling pretty good these days- just tweaking a few things but thats part of good health. Reintroducing the the supplement I forgot to take, and being mindful of balancing my B12 levels has been tremendous.

Gonna try one other simple supplement that I think will perfect the balance for Me I know this has been lengthy, but I hope its been informative and encouraging!.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TOTALLY WORTHLESS PRODUCT!!!!! If I could give it less than one star I would. The original formula called Estroven Plus Multivitamins was an excellent product years ago before they changed the formula and redistributed their brand under several different names, all of which are basically the same formula and are totally ineffective.

I had taken the original formula for several years and all of my menopause symptoms had totally disappeared within 48 hours of taking the first caplet. Then they changed the formula for some reason and removed the original product from the store shelves and all of my symptoms returned very quickly and with a vengeance.

I scoured the internet to buy up as many boxes of Estroven Plus Multivitamins as I could find and found enough to last me another year or so until I finally ran out and all of my symptoms returned again.

After trying every single one of the new Estroven formulas with absolutely no success, I finally had to start my search all over again for another all natural menopause supplement. I fortunately found two absolutely wonderful products called Estrosoy and Menopause Multiple.

both of which are NON GMO and contain the highly effective *fermented soy* ingredient. I take one Estrosoy capsule and two Menopause Multiple caplets per day and together they began working to relieve my symptoms within hours.

I’m thinking that the original Estroven Plus Multivitamins formula must have contained fermented soy and then the formula was changed to a different type of soy, possibly a GMO formula, which totally changed the effectiveness of the product and made it totally worthless.

Again, don’t waste your hard earned money on this totally useless remake of what was once the best menopause supplement on the market. Really too bad. I hope this review helps someone who is suffering with moderate to severe menopause symptoms.

I started using Estroven just under a year ago when I first began to feel symptoms of peri-menopause. I am 47 years old. The symptoms hit me hard and after trying more expensive supplements, I decided to try Estroven Mood & Memory when I saw it at Walmart for only $10.

It has helped me tremendously! It has given me great relief from the various symptoms, especially the mood swings which have been one of the hardest symptoms to deal with. It truly works for me and I know this because one month, I ran out but did not plan to get to the store for at least another day or two.

I purchased this product to try after reading all the reviews and to be honest, I wasn’t expecting much outcome. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety and after being on medications that only made things worse for me, I asked my doctor to help me find a more “natural” approach.

I have been using these for around 5months now and they are the first supplement I’ve been able to keep on track with as everything I tried before seemed to have endless amounts to take. I take one in the morning on my way to work and another one after lunch. It seems to keep me happy, calm and focused. When I take two, my deep tissue massage therapist can tell I am more relaxed thus getting the most from my session.

The best 5HTP product I have tried. Really helps me to feel balanced and even-keeled, even during those times when hormone-based mood-swings seem to be more prevalent for me! Patch Aide appears to be a quality product. After wearing my patches beyond 30 days I can honestly say I feel the difference. For instance, following surgery I begin to notice how cold my hands would feel and I also constantly needed a sweater, jacket, or something to keep me warm.

I begin wearing the Iron Plus patch, over time my body temp returned to the way it was pre- surgery. It was very evident I also wear the B12 patch and over time I feels my energy levels increase as well.

I do have one issue though. I’m not sure if it’s because I have left the patches on beyond 8hrs but the patch has left marks on my skin. It appears over time it will go away. The medicine in the patches has to be strong because one day I placed them on my upper thigh.

Omg what a mistake I begin to experience discomfort and pain. As soon as I removed them the pain subsided. Overall awesome product! I will continue to order. I want to cry the appetite suppressant patch!.

Just got my labs back after 3 months of being on these patches. AWFUL. Deficient across the board. I used these 4 patches plus a biotin patch nightly and results were not good. Vitamin D – you should should have 600 IU per day, and between all of the patches I was getting 10,500 IU and labs came back that it was still low.

Folate – you should have should have 400 mcg per day, with the patches I was getting 1050 mcg and it still came back low. B12 – you should have 2-3 micrograms per day, I was getting 2200 mcg and again it came back still low.

I could keep listing but it seems pretty fair to say the patches are not providing what you say they do. Beyond that of the three batches I have purchased the adhesive on the last batch agitated my skin.

I have super-itchy areas wherever I put the patches, you can see the marks they leave in the photo. Going to cancel my subscription, I loved the idea of patch vitamins and my compliance was 100% compared to regular vitamins but none of that matters if it doesn’t actually work.

I actually received the Natires Bounty Stress Comfort “Peace of Mind” but its not an option for me to review?? I am a bit upset as I may not get credit for my first Voxbox. I have actually reviewed it outside of my Voxbox and this is what I wrote: Received this product 3 days ago and so far its been good, opened the bottle and half expected to smell the usual vitamin smell but this was quite enjoyable! The flavor is mango, pineapple and that is exactly how it smells and tastes! Kinda makes you want to chew more than the 2 a day! They are the size of ear plugs actually look just like them! Lol today is day 4 and I think maybe I will start to feel it doing something soon? Probably by day 7 or so.

I really like the flavor and the purpose I sometimes take this gums. It helped to relax when im mildy anxious. I take only one. 2 gums is when i feel the tension over my upperback, arms and face. Also induces to sleep faster on bedtime when Im not very sleepy but its late already.

My therapiest suggested me to take these when i feel mild tense. She uses to deal with menopause. Im happy do not need to take pre med-drugs for mild anxiety. Natural suplements are the best first option.

This year has definitely been one big roller coaster. As I feel like everyone has had stress in their normal daily lives I feel like 2020 took it up a few notches. I don’t think I would have even thought to ever pick up this product unless it was sent to me to try.

If you eat foods rich in tyramine (soy products, ripe bananas, aged cheeses, cured meats. the list is LONG) it can increase your blood pressure to a dangerous level. Can throw off birth control efficacy, and interacts with a long list of other drugs as well.

Ginko also has a long list of potential side effects that I won’t list here but should be noted if you plan on taking these pills. The specific amounts of each herb aren’t listed in the nutrition facts so there’s no way to know exactly how much of each you’re taking.

Gave me drug induced hepatitis. Started taking these after getting off antidepressants and the mood swings. 3 weeks in and my body started feeling lethargic, then suddenly my upper abdomen was in extreme pain.

I wound in the emergency room twice – was admitted because my liver enzymes shot from 120 to 1480 in 3 hours (normal is in the 40-50 range). I’ve never had liver issues and my prior blood panel from my doctor was completely normal.

There was a team of 12 doctors and no one could figure out the cause. I then gave a list of everything I had been taking – and the 12 doctors collectively said it was these Love Wellness pills. Please be careful with St John’s Wort.

This product is outstanding! I notice a definite mood enhancement and happiness level increase whenever I take one of these 5htp capsules. I think the added vitamin B6 really helps. I’ve tried other products with just 5htp and they didn’t work near as well.

Make sure to take on an empty stomach in the morning. 100mg a day for a nice boost, or 200mg a day if you’re looking to get rid of depression and significantly boost your happiness levels. It really does work.

You’ll definitely feel it throughout the course of your day. Empty stomach is key. I take mine first thing in the morning with a glass of water. Sets you up for a great day where everything feels easier and lighter than it normally would.

I ‘ve had insomnia for many years. Every night was dreaded to get on the bed. I’ve tried sleeping pills and different doses of melatonin but they all made me feel bad and grogginess the next day.

My friend suggested to try 5-htp (her sister is a doctor). The first one only worked for 1 week, then back to toss and turn again. When I saw this on Walmart. com I’m not sure if this one will like the first one.

I’ve had this for literally 2 weeks. I used to fall asleep between 1-3am. I would have my alarm set at 8:30 in hopes of waking up then, buuuuttttttt I would just be hitting the snooze button until noon, literally.

I’ve been taking this product for about a week a since day 1 it works perfectly for all intended purposes. But for the past 2 days I’ve noticed that every time I take it. For some strange reason it upsets my stomach.

And at this point it just feels irritated in general. I know it’s the supplement because never had such problem before. Plus the only change that I’ve done recently was to incorporate this product into every day routine.

So now I’m considering to stop because it doesn’t make any sense. From one side is helping fall asleep and cope with stress and the other is creating a problem didn’t had before. It’s making me reconsider if I should continue taking this product.

I took 2 in the morning daily however I did notice it started being hard for me to urinate even though I was hydrated and urine became highlighter yellow which can happen with vitamins. Upon researching the ingredients the bacopa can cause this.

I suffer from severe anxiety. Awhile back a friend of mine told me about ashawangha and I decided to try it. It has worked so great for my anxiety and depression. Then I found these vitamins. They have ashawangha in them but also vitamins b1, b2, b6 and B12 and lemon balm in them which makes them even more effective.

These are better than any antidepressants or anxiety meds I have ever been on. Now I’m not saying to stop taking current meds! Never do anything like that without consulting your doctor but for those who aren’t on anything and looking for a natural remedy this may be a product to check out!.

I’ve been suffering from lack of energy for months and was always felt so tired. I saw my doc for a checkup a few months ago and we got to talking about the b12 shot and if it might help. She recommended that I start taking a vitamin B6 supplement so I began looking at my options.

Check the dosages. Some values are more than 800% of recommended daily intake. I understand that these are water soluble and may be difficult for some people to absorb but this pill contains unnecessarily and irresponsibly massive quantities of these vitamins and minerals.

I cut each pill into thirds ( dont need a pill cutter, a basic flat edge knife works fine ) and only take one third of a pill each day with a meal and glass of water. If you do take the whole pill it will turn your urine bright green, because these massive dosages are being peed out rather than absorbed due to extreme excess.
