These supplements really helped me with severe OA in both knees. Last labs were 12/9/16 and I wasn’t taking them at that time. Cholesterol is taken regularly and is never over 200 in total with LDLs only slightly over 100, like 114 at the most.

No need for cholesterol meds. Had blood drawn last Friday, 6/16/17, and was shocked to see my LDLs were nearly 300 after fasting. I’ve never ever even had my total cholesterol that high. For the past 2 to 3 months I’ve been taking the Glucosamine/Chondriotin supplements daily.

They helped so much, I called and spoke with a customer service representative about doubling the patches. I was told it wouldn’t hurt, but wouldn’t help me either. Then I asked about using a patch at night and again in the morning.

I was told that would be fine. So, for about 2 weeks prior to having last labs done, I had increased the dose to 1 patch twice a day. I’ve been reading all over the Internet that Glucosamine/Chondriotin can raise cholesterol, LDLs, by as much as 100 points! It certainly did in my case, and using two patches a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, was doubly bad.

I am going off these supplements today and will be having my cholesterol re-checked as soon as I no longer have Glucosamine/Chondriotin in my system to see if and how much my LDLs have gone down. I have read the LDLs go down after supplementation is stopped.

I am also very concerned about Maganese toxicity at 75mgs per patch when the RDA is no more than 11 or 12 mgs a day with terrible side effects when taken over a long period of time in large doses. Again, I was told by customer service that the 75 mgs of Maganese is fine in these patches – no harm from taking over 60 mgs more a day of the RDA.

Let’s see if this even gets posted! Those who have borderline to high Cholesterol should not be using this patch or any other Glucosamine/Chondriotin supplementation.

I think it may be helping, but I have only used it for 10 days, maybe too soon to have it help. I am disappointed that the package shows the amount of Chondroitin, but not the amount of Glucosamine. Since the product is called “Glucosamine & chondroitin” I was led to believe that Glucosamine would be the main active ingredient.

This is my first time trying Perrier water (Lime) and I’m really glad that I chose to buy it. It was actually the unique packaging that caught my eye when I was grocery shopping. The bottle is green and super tall; kind of chunky at the bottom and gets skinny at the top.

It takes 6 pills to get the full daily amount of 1500 mg of Glucosamine + 1200 mg of Chondroitin. You used to sell a larger pill which required only 3 a day to get that amount of each. I don’t know why you stopped carrying them.

You also have another one which does not state, on the label, how much of each is contained in each pill but only a total of 1100mg with no breakdown of how much gluc. and how much chond. In any case, 1500 + 1200 = 2700 while your 1100 is less than half of that.
