My entire life I have had TERRIBLE PMS pain: cramps, bloating, body aches, breast tenderness, sickness etc. I took these and within the first 2 months, I noticed a HUGE difference. I have been taking these for over a year now, and I literally don’t even know when my period is coming (because I really have no PMS anymore).

I used to lay in bed with cramps for 2-3 days. Now I maybe have one or two hours of kind of uncomfortable cramps, but absolutely nothing like I had before. Typically I don’t even need ibuprofen, whereas before I was maxing out what I could take.

I used to take a bunch of supplements and don’t get me wrong those helped. However I feel there is much better absorption within my body now taking this powder supplement. I have only been taking for 3 months and I know it can take about this amount of time to notice a difference in your cycle, especially if you were deficient.

I have noticed improvements in my period however, I used to get extremely bad cramps on my first day and a bunch of spotting leading up and after. I now have little to no spotting before and the cramps are increasingly getting better each month.

The one downside is the magnesium in the product can cause loose stools in some people. I am one of those people who it affects. Due to this, I reduce my intake to half a packet during the weeks leading up to my period, then when I am bleeding I take a full packet to give myself as much magnesium as possible to aid with cramps.

HOWEVER! Do not fret, I talked to a very helpful customer service agent who confirmed that they are currently working on releasing the product slightly reformulated so that it soon will include magnesium glycinate, which does not cause the loose stools.

If you are on the fence, just give it a go! What could be the harm in giving your body all the nutrients upfront? I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to use :).

I like this product so much and give it 5/5 stars. I do think it helps take off the edge when I’m going through my cycle. I think balancing my vitamins and supplements is the game changer as I can’t take a lot of these ingredients in capsule form.

It’s a powder so it’s easy to have. Otherwise, I gag and get sick taking capsules so Marea is a God-send. Thank you for all you did to make this possible! You have no idea (or maybe you do?) how hard it is to supplement for your health when you can’t swallow capsules without feeling sick.

That being said, I often mix something else in as well to balance out the taste and get everything at once but that’s just my preference. I highly recommend for anyone struggling with mood swings around cycles.

Also if you want some encouragement, listen to what the creator of Marea went through- very encouraging to hear and you know she “gets it”. I’m hoping a gummy form comes out eventually 🙌😊.

i started taking Marea a few months ago when a friend forwarded me an insta ad and thought if nothing else I would appreciate the branding. I did AND I realized that this was a solution i didn’t know existed and am SO GLAD i do now! I was diagnosed with PMDD a few years ago and was “taking” all the recommended supplements but skipping doses often bc i hate swallowing all those pills and it was tough on my stomach.

Hello, I’m just about finished my first bottle of Renew and getting ready to start a 2nd. Within the month I’ve had one complete cycle, and for this first month, no it hasn’t reduced symptoms how I had hoped it would.

I still got a terrible acne breakout, bad cramps, bloating, fatigue, mood swings, hot flashes, etc throughout the cycle (as is my typical). However, I’m aware that hormone supplementation can usually take 90 days to take affect, so I’m going to take a second bottle to see how it goes.

Do not wait until the bottom of the bottle to sign up for the free bottle, apparently it will take over 2 weeks to get it so please keep that in mind.

I tried a one month supply of these combined with the skin supplement about 6 months ago and it really worked. I had rough bumps that it completely got rid of and hormonal acne. Nothing else had worked before, but this did.

However, they were too expensive, so I couldn’t continue. The bumps came back once I stopped using the pills, so about 6 months later I splurged and bought a four month supply. Unfortunately, they haven’t worked at all this time.

These really are amazing. I suffer with horrible PMS. The only thing they haven’t really helped is my breast soreness which isn’t a huge deal. However, they definitely boost my energy and mood, improve my focus, improve my fatigue symptoms, and I have noticed even shortened my periods and made them less severe.

I purchased this product a little more than a month ago, to help with menopausal symptoms, and have noticed a difference already. My symptoms were quite severe with frequent hot flashes and nightly hot sweats but since taking these, I have a considerable decrease in symptoms, experiencing only occasional hot flashes.

I’m thrilled I’m able to get a good nights sleep, without being waken by symptoms. Although these are somewhat large capsules, they are not difficult to swallow.

I have been taking these supplements for five days. I suffer from hormonal imbalance, I get my period whenever the heck she wants to come, it can be consistent or skip a couple months. I get very bad cystic acne on my chin jaw and cheeks.

I constantly feel tired, moody and anxious and I have low libido 🙂 The pills do no taste gross and have a nice minty taste. Also does not cause me to have heartburn like some vitamins do. Day one. My mood improved drastically! I cannot even really believe that this happened right away.

I have been suffering from horrible anxiety. This boosted my mood significantly. I felt mellow and calm. Day 2. Along with the hormonal imbalance I suffer from low libido and I am amazed at how well this worked! I am not even sure if this was supposed to help with that but it did and my husband is very happy.

Day 3. My chin acne reduced significantly. I feel as if my face is glowing. The amount of new cystic pimples has also reduced. I have had three pimples. pimples. not cystic pimples since Sunday. Day 5.

I feel great. My mood has improved as well as my energy. My acne has also improved I have had less cystic ones and if I do get a new pimple it goes away quickly than before. I cannot say yet if my period is normal or if bloating improved as I have not yet had it, but will post results in the near future.

(Reason for my 4 star review). This is a long review but I had to. There are many negative ones that might steer you away from trying this product, and as always consult your doctor if you are unsure.

This worked well for me in the span of five days. This will or will not work for you, because everyone is different. But considering the price it’s worth a shot especially if you’re trying to avoid birth control.

I love these vitamins! I can actually feel a somewhat noticeable difference when I take them regularly vs. when I don’t. I don’t know for sure that I have/had a hormone imbalance but I have suspected that I have for a long time so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try these out and see what they’d do.

I’ve gone through 2 or 3 bottles of them now and I just feel like they make me feel better overall. My mood seems to be better when taking them and I don’t feel as sluggish and just have a better overall feeling.

My one drawback for most vitamins is the taste and the aftertaste (burping whatsoever after taking most vitamins is just… yuck) but these ones actually taste weirdly good? The capsules have a nice somewhat subtle spearmint flavor and I honestly appreciate this company for adding that nice little touch.

I know the spearmint thing isn’t necessarily new or innovative but combined with the quality and their overall branding, it just makes me love this company and their supplements and what makes them standout to me.

I had no idea what to expect when first starting these supplements. I just recently started taking these with a few other Rae supplements and so far these are my favorites. I’ve been taking them for about a week, when I first started taking them I took 1 pill (instead of 2 like recommended) in the morning when I woke up and I felt really drowsy for the next few hours.

I then switched to taking them in the nighttime about an hour or two before I go to bed. They have helped me fall asleep much easier and faster because they make me drowsy and they also helped to clear my mind.

I used to not be able to fall asleep for hours because my mind would be racing with so many thoughts and this supplement ultimately helped that. And I now stress less and have stopped worrying about the little things.

I’m a HUGE fan and enthusiast of homeopathy or any holistic treatment so I decided to give a try on this product. I must say though, as I got older and after kids, I no longer suffer with cramps and mood swings, but I still struggle with bloating.

This product REALLY works for bloating. I got mine on Amazon and it lasts a few months. All you need is 2 pills (they are very small) in the morning, and 2 in the evening at the onset of the symptoms and you will be good, for real.

The most efficient route for oral homeopathic medicine should be sublingual absorption (under the tongue) and the reason behind that is that the mucous membrane is thinnest under the tongue, so absorption will be quicker.

They also have Cyclease Cramps, which I’ve never tried so I can’t give my opinion.

I was nervous about taking these at first. I take a stimulant for ADHD and an Antidepressant for depression / mood swings so I wasn’t sure how it would interact. PMDD brings an entire separate set of issues though— mostly in the form of intense back and stomach pain, zero motivation, and constant aggravation.

I waited until the second day of PMDD to see if I could tell a difference between taking the pill and not, and let me tell you, there is a HUGE difference. Plus, I felt no interactions between the Stimulant and Dopamine Reuptake Inhibitor.

I don’t write reviews, but this product deserves one big time. PMDD ADHD makes finding the motivation to complete work or even get out of bed nearly impossible. However, this pill took away some of my PMDD symptoms and definitely muted the rest.

It allowed me to forget my pain, lack of motivation, and random intense mood swings enough for me to happily be around family, study for finals, finish a project for work, and write a five page paper.

I’m not sure what on earth is in there, but I’m certainly buying this again. I HIGHLY recommend!.
