20 Best Vitamins For Psoriasis (2022 Updated)

I have been searching for a good hair vitamin that is affordable and found a great one here at Bronson. Love this product and will continue to get this and several other Bronson products. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Taking this product now for 2 weeks , and can see improvement already in my nails, they had been breaking and this product had helped appearance already

I have been talking this for about a month and have noticed a difference in my hair. Not really growth, but fuller hair.

Worked great for my dad’s psoriasis. He rarely uses the steroid ointments now.

I was a bit excited when I was sent the Country Life Maxi-Hair Plus skin nails, from Influenster since I have always had problems with my nails. But I had been taking a supplement recently that had been helping my nails a great deal but I had ran out of them.

So my nails were weak again. I had went through chemotherapy a few years ago and it left my nails weak, peeling and unhealthy. When I received these vitamins and saw the 5,000 mcg of Biotin along with A, C, E, B12 as well as Calcium, I had high hopes that my nails would be stronger.

But instead my nails have been peeling more than before. It’s possible that it might just take my body longer to process these before I see any noticeable changes. I’ll continue to take them because they are an overall good mutli vitamin.

Overall I like this product. It’s like a biotin vitamin, plus a b complex. The packaging is a dark colored glass jar. (For me that was a good sign because some complexs, medicine, and vitamin can lose there potency when exposed to ligth).

My biggest issue is the product directions. It’s recommend to take 2 pills twice a day. That’s lot; especially for someone like me who already taking a multivitamin plus 7 other vitamins and supplements in my daily routine.

What I would like to see in this product if they would be able to cut down the number of dosages from twice a day to once a day, but without increasing the size of the pills. The pills are not super big but they are not small either.

I’ve been using these supplements for about a month now, and I can say I can see a little more growth than usual! I feel like with continued use, these vitamins can definitely help me find the fuller, thicker hair goals I desire! My nails for sure is where I can tell the difference.

For being a stay at home mom, I typically keep my nails short because they tend to break. So far, my nails are growing out and stronger than before. I may actually be able to have nails! The ingredients are great, and I highly recommend.

I also recommend taking it at night, so its not taken on an empty stomach and your body can use the vitamins more.

I use the Garden of Life My Kind Organics Hair, Skin Nails Dietary Supplements Tabs to assist with excessive hair shedding which I was unsure to be stress or hormonal. The vitamins were effective which I did notice less shedding.

Overall I noticed growth in my nails and hair. I have not been taken them lately due to the price point in its cost. It is expensive and better if you are able to find for a good deal. I chose Garden of Life My Kind because it is mostly plant and food base.

I prefer my vitamins to be closest to the earth as possible. I take the vitamin with food. Garden of Life is gentle on the stomach. I always follow directions on any given vitamin or supplements.

After both of my pregnancies, I started losing a lot of hair and none of my vitamins (prenatals, postnatals) were helping so I gave this a try and they worked like a charm. I had my second baby 6 months ago and these pills once again stopped my hair from falling so much in about a month.

I will continue to take them and I suggest to anyone trying them out, just like you’d do with a face cream or other supplements, take them for some time before you decide if they’re working for you or not.

My first pregnancy, I took them kind of late after I had already lost a lot of my hair and these were the only thing that helped me regrow hair. I’m so glad I discovered them so this time around, I took them after a few months of continuing my prenatals and then I switched to these and once again, they work.

I love Alicia Silverstone, dearly, and that’s why I trusted this product would be good. Unfortunately, I was heartbroken when I received the MyKind Organic Plant Collagen builder. The tablets are so gigantic, they’re impossible to swallow.

They’re about 3-4x the size of Centrum Minis. I didn’t even open the bottle because I can only imagine how horrible they taste. “WARNING: REQUIRES A BLENDER” SHOULD BE ADDED TO THIS LABEL.

This is a great, great product for hair growth, hair fall, breakage etc. I have PCOD and hair texture related issues as well because of that, but this product seriously helps (ALONG WITH A HEAVILY PLANT BASED DIET AND EXERCISE) – helps properly with hair loss issues.

I have been taking this product from 9 March 2022 to 9 May 2022 (2 months). I will no longer take this product because it does not make my hair or nails stronger or grow faster. I measured my average hair growth as 1/4 inches per month on my bangs before taking this.

The growth is the same. My nails are actually breaking more and in some spots on the same nail. I had 4 gray hairs on each side of my head (I count) in March 2022. I now have so many gray hairs that I cannot count them.

I am a 39-year-old female in excellent health. Concerning ingredients: Titanium Dioxide color has been linked to cancer. There is a concern for buying knock-off/fake supplements when they are not from a reliable seller.

Supplements are not regulated by the FDA and there is no 3rd party measuring the consistency or accuracy of the ingredient list. I will stop taking this supplement and try Anti-gray 7050 as the reviews of hair/nail growth and the return of hair color are amazing.

FYI: Catalase helps return color to hair by turning OH to H2O.

I took the recommended dosage (3 pills per day) of this vitamin for almost a month and had the worst reaction. I had THE WORST breakouts all over my jawline, neck and back. Additionally, it made me so bloated.

I looked like I was 6 months pregnant and gained 5 lbs. It also made my skin and scalp unbearably itchy. I was so depressed about the acne. I couldn’t figure out what was going on, but then I realized the only new addition to my routine was this supplement.

I stopped taking it about a week ago and all of the issues I mentioned have subsided. I’m back down to my normal weight, no more bloating, no more itching, and my breakouts are healing/no new breakouts.

I’m so glad I figured this out and wanted to write this in case anyone else is having the same experience. That being said, I have a friend who takes 4 of these a day and she loves them and doesn’t have any issues.

I’m wondering if it’s problematic for people who are already acne prone/have hormonal issues? Anyway, just use with caution!.

I’ve been taking these Vitamins for about 6 to 7 months and have seen growth in my hair and skin it took some time though to see change. My nails had gotten long to the point I cut them down, I don’t like really long nails I can care less.

Side note: The only thing I didn’t like about these Vitamins is, they have way way to much doses of biotin in them I’ve developed a itch on the top of my foot with a dark spot that been there about 3 months now.

I’ve gone to the Dr. for it but she didn’t know what it really was. She gave me cream to put on it but it didn’t help all that much just kept itching. So I decided that it much be too much biotin that I’m taking because the itch is deep down in my skin.

So I won’t be taking these Vitamins no more from this day just because of the high doses of BIOTIN in it. I’ve Included a picture where the spot is it has lighten up some using the cream but has not stop itching.

When i open the bottle, it smell really bad. am surprised as usually most of the Bronson vitamins are ok. I thought maybe the logistics made a mistake and send me an expired product. Check the date it indicate 07/2023.

Won’t be recommending this to anyone. Please advised refund or send fresh product accordingly. Thk you.

I feel these vitamins are an acceptable price for a clean product. I like that it’s a 50-day supply if you take two a day rather than single month so you don’t need to repurchase as often. I haven’t noticed any side effects from these which is great because they contain iron which can sometimes upset my stomach.

I wouldn’t say I feel any different but wouldn’t necessarily expect to as I am generally in good health and have always taken multivitamins. I am glad to have prenatal vitamins that are free from fillers and other chemical excipients.

As with every nutritional supplement, one cannot be completely sure, but I am almost certain this vitamin is the best I have ever tried, after using it for months. Well-rounded, it is the most comprehensive, in terms of the ingredients list, out of all the Terranova vitamins I have ever tried, and, like all the vitamins from this brand, it contains no bad ingredients that I know of, and I do not recall having any stomach ache, headache ore other disturbance after using it.

This product received free in exchange for honest and unbiased review. I have suffered psorias for years, with not even prescription medicine working. Those medicines worked overnight but not usually longer.

My biggest trouble spot has always been my eyebrows. not even the prescriptions worked there. I applied just a small amount (it comes in a pump bottle which is great) and brows have been flake and patch-free for three days so far.

there really is no scent and it does not leave any greasy residue. I have problems with my shoulders so I applied some there; for some reason it did not work as well there, which it only got 4 star rating.

This is a great product for boosting the amount of Vitamin D in the body and many of us are very low in that particular vitamin. The tube/container it comes in is rather smallish, but not too much needs to be applied.

The cream goes on nicely. not lingering. absorbed quickly into the skin. I use this Vitamin D cream each day and after it is quickly absorbed, it leaves my hands very soft without any greasy feel. Also useful for rough patches of skin such as elbows.
