20 Best Vitamins For Sickness (2022 Updated)

Has a mild vitamin taste, but not unpalatable in my opinion. Very effervescent, with a nice citrusy flavour. thought I was getting a cold yesterday afternoon, drank a packet before bed, another in the morning, and I felt right as rain by the afternoon.

Will purchase again, as for 30 packets the price is reasonable. And also the taste is delicious.

Best brand ever! I always know I can rely on them. My whole family uses this brand and we will continue to in the future. Not expensive, reasonably affordable. I normally prefer the drink mixes, but I sometimes purchase the chewables.

I will purchase them again soon. Highly satisfied with the results and how it makes me feel. A good pick me up.

Since the pandemic start there are just some thing o keep on the house at all times. Emergenc is one of them. For those who might not be pill takers this is a great product for you. It does have a biter taste but what to you expect from a citrus or orange flavor.

I’ve been taking your Vitamin D supplements since shortly after COVID struck our planet. I’ve heard numerous experts say D is the single most effective safeguard against the dreaded virus, and has many other benefits to my health as well.

I’ve just turned 62 and I’m one of the healthiest people I know. I’ve not had COVID nor even a cold since I’ve started this supplement. I’m not COVID vaccinated and won’t ever be. God designed our bodies to naturally defend itself against viruses far more effectively than anything the medical or pharmaceutical industry will come up with.

Our bodies will take care of itself if we’ll take care of it. Naturally.

Somehow, quite a few years ago, I developed the inability to digest vitamins. I took vitamins for years and then, out of the blue, they made me sick; like I had a rock in my stomach. So for over fifteen years, I just tried to eat right and drink healthy home-made, unsweetened teas and live without vitamins.

I tried some here and there, but got sick every time. Realizing I must be deficient, I wanted to try again. I started with Ancient Nutrients, Vitamin B-12. I haven’t noticed any changes yet, but I can digest these with no problems! I’m going to stick with just the B-12 for few months and then I may move on to the multi-vitamins.

Fine. I mean it is one of the harder vitamin gummies I’ve tried and the flavor is kinda bad. The ingredients are alright but for something when you are likely under the weather probably a tad too artificial.

You’d be better off sticking with the tablets I think or opting for a different flavor. This whole pack had a strong and gross aftertaste and for the price I’m just not sure it is worth it. I couldn’t imagine buying and taking these regularly.

Also not super overt in expressing that strawberry is in the flavor on the packaging. There’s a strawberry allergy in my family and they ended up taking it for awhile without realizing it. Only when they started having their throat close did they notice.

Either way it’s an okay gummie option just not one I would make again.

My rating for this product is four stars. I’ve use the emergen- c brand before And it has been a great substitute in order to be able to get vitamins and minerals by ingesting capsules or gummy’s or possibly powered fizzy drinks as well to.

 This particular product is both fruity and I can be able to taste the strawberry lemon and blueberry. I would give this one a five but the only drawback with it is that it’s a little bit too sugary I think they need to be able tone down the sugar Ness of it.

But overall for people who don’t like having capsules are using capsule pills this company is a great alternative to be able to use.  After all that I do like using this product and I do like purchasing it and I do recommend other people such as friends and colleagues to be able to purchase this as well too.

 I know from experience that I’ve gotten a few people who hate vitamins but they love using this dietary supplement to be able to get the vitamins that they’re lacking especially for those who are lacking vitamin C and vitamin D.

Personally, I am a huge fan of gummy vitamins. I think they are a fun, convenient, tasty way to get the nutrition that your body needs. I tried the strawberry, lemon and blueberry flavors. The gummies themselves are larger than a normal gummy vitamin.

They have a sugar-like coating on them which makes them taste a bit tarte in my opinion. I love the fact that these are gluten free and vegetarian. The gummies are packed with vitamins and antioxidants to enhance your immune system.

Emergen- C immune support it perfect to take when you start to feel the first symptoms of becoming sick. These are great for people who come into conatct with a lot of kids or sick people. You could take these daily to boost your immune system.

These would be an excellent choice for flu season. I like the fact that it is a gummy, and how convenient it is to take. You can grab them and go without worrying about grabbing water to swallow. I think the taste of these are better than most supplements, but for me it still is a bit sour.

I would definitely recommend EMERGEN-C to anyone who wants to boost their immune system. I would repurchase these, however I think I would try another flavor to see if they taste as sour as the strawberry, lemon and blueberry flavors.

They come in a bottle with 45 gummies and you are advised to take 3 gummies per day.

I feel so sad to put a score so low. However, I really really tried very hard to like this product. I have a hard time to swallow the pills because the taste is very bad and everytime I take it, I feel like I want to throw up.

🙁 I don’t want to trash talk anybody. I’m just saying my honest opinion. Furthermore, I think that 8 capsules/serving is way too much. Even when I spread them through the day, I’m not able to take a full serving.

I would rather prefer a serving of 2-3 pills but with much less ingredients. In my opinion, I think there is too much stuff and that some of the ingredients are overkill. I would prefer a multivitamin that only has a few carefully selected ingredients in full clinical doses like vitamin D, K2, magnesium, zinc and a vitamin B complex but that’s it.

A caplet form instead of a capsule could also help to swallow. So, this is it. I’m very sorry for the bad review, but as I said before, I really tried to like this product. I even pruchased a second bottle before realizing that I wouldn’t finish my first one.

So, I didn’t even open it 🙁 I won’t be able to buy this product again. However, I want you to understand that you have very other great products, especially your Pulse pre-workout! The ingredients are solid and with full clinical dose.

Used to have a highly bio-absorbable form of magnesium, magnesium gluconate, at near 100%. now using the cheaper citrate form at 48%. Magnesium is one of the minerals Americans struggle the most getting into their diets at ample amounts.

For someone who has been watching since Triumph first came out, it seems like each new update is a slightly worse and cheaper version of its predecessor. Removed the garlic extract and bacopa so it could put them into other supplements to increase the profit line.

Not unexpected but very disappointing. It seems the original vision of the “ultimate multi-vitamin” has been lost in pursuit of higher profit margins. If you want all the same benefits you used to get from one supplement, you have to find them as they’ve been scattered to the four winds in Legion’s inventory.

This isn’t the ultimate multi-vitamin it used to market itself as anymore. Also, the marketing on the sales page used to TELL you exactly what the benefits were of each ingredient, backed with scientific references.

I bought the raspberry flavor of EmergenC as a replacement, because I ran out of the orange flavor that I previously had. I wanted to try a different flavor because I have never purchased any other flavor than orange.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it today after it was delivered. The raspberry flavor tastes better in my opinion, although I did add extra water so it wouldn’t be too strong. I also used to do this with the orange flavor, as you can still taste a little of the vitamin flavor in both flavors if you don’t add more water than the 4 to 6 ounces recommended on the package.

The raspberry flavor was sweeter and not quite as strong as the orange, so I plan to continue buying this product, as I like EmergenC a lot for when I feel like I am getting sick or just to take for prevention when others are around me that are sick.

Zahler has the best supplments I’ve come across. I purchased these for my teenage son and I couldn’t be more happy. My husband uses the multivitamin with brain support and I use their multivitamin for weight support.

I appreciate they use natural ingredients which I believe is much healthier and easier on the digestive system. Their a little on the pricey side but well worth it as we can tell in the difference we feel.

This is the second type of Zahler multi-vitamins I have ordered and I like them both. I need my vitamins to be kosher and made in the USA. This blend has the standard USDA ingredients with iron and a patented Spectra Blend.

The amounts are around 100% USRDA but with extra B12 and D3. I prefer this so I can adjust the other supplements I take, such as C and Zinc according to my needs. For less than a buck a day, I’m getting a lot in an easy to swallow pill.

This is literally our go to vitamin C source starting today! So I woke up this morning, exhausted as usual, feeling under the weather (a typical morning for me) so I thought – you know, perfect time to try one of these.

When making drinks with vitamin C out of packets like this, I usually put very little water as the taste is usually too citrusy, so I can just get it done and over with. Which I did this morning, and poured the contents of the package (which was fairly simple to open but could be a little more difficult for people with joint problems – these are pretty tiny packets!) in a glass about 1/3 full of hot water.

The drink was amazing! The taste was different, still very artificial, but definitely not the super strong orange taste that I’m so tired of. For the rest of the day I felt more energetic and not as tired as I usually am.

My hubby tried the packet with some green tea this morning as well and said it was a great addition to his morning drink! I’d like to highlight that the taste is very artificial (just imagine the taste of raspberry candy and that’s basically it) so, unless this is a flavor you love, it might get a bit tiring for every day use.

]] I am a homemaker so I do not really have to go out into this crazy type of world that we currently live in much, except when I go to the doctor or whenever I have to run to the grocery store. Usually, my husband goes shopping for me, so I rarely even go there.

My immune system is low, so it is a good thing I am not exposed to those germs and stuff much anyway. So, recently, I have had to go to the doctor more than usual for bloodwork and tests, such as X-rays, CT scans, and even to the dentist for root canals.

After all of that, I felt myself getting sick—coughing every now and then as well as having a runny nose. Luckily, Influenster sent me this Spring into VoxBox which included the Theraflu, Clorox Wipes, and even the cute little lavender press-on nails, since I do not frequent the nail salons.

They also sweetened (or so I thought) the box with these Emergen-C raspberry-flavored packets complimentary to try in exchange for my honest opinion of it. I just added it to my water bottle with about 8 ounces of water and shook it up.

YOU CAN ALSO ADD IT TO A SMOOTHIE {that’s what I did the SECOND day I used this and boy does IT TASTES SO MUCH BETTER than the plain ol’ water!!!})) Well, let me just say, as soon as I put it to my water, it smelled of heavy vitamins, so I am sure that I got a good hefty dose of it by drinking it.

It does not taste good at all. I was expecting a more of a raspberry taste, but I did not taste like raspberry at all; perhaps because I used too much water. The more water you use, the more diluted it is.

It suggested using 6 to 8 ounces of water. I used more like 8 ounces of water. The only way I could get it down was by chugging it. Perhaps the vitamins in it caused this to taste so horrible — I think the best way to describe it is that it tasted like minerals.

Hmmm, think mineral water. That is the best way I can describe it. It is not pleasant at all. It took me back to when I was a kid, and I had to take medicine. Once before, I had used the orange flavor and added it to orange juice for my son when he played football in the rain.

However, since this was a raspberry flavor, I did not think orange juice would taste well mixed with it. Despite the taste being off-putting, I can honestly say that I felt “refreshed” after chugging it down and the uneasiness of the vitaminy-mineral water taste subsided.

Even though it tasted terrible, I guess if it took me knowing that it SUPPORTS my immune health, and that is enough motivation for me to drink it, and the only way for me to drink it is to chug-a-lug it down.

By me doing this, I know that it supports my immune system. And since my immune system is usually compromised, I need all the support I can get! I think this is worth me stomaching this down. If I have to factor the taste alone, it is a 1-star; however, the product’s effectiveness garners it a 5-star, so combining the two together and meeting in the middle, then that is why I can satisfactory rate it as a solid 3-star product.

Love these! Magic raspberry powder! A great source of vitamins If your body needs the extra boost. The raspberry flavor is my favorite and sometimes instead of mixing it with 6oz of water, I’ll mix it with like 3, drink it quickly, then follow it up with a big glass of water.

Now, levels of vitamin c in your body are regulated by your kidneys and can take weeks to get out of your body. Overconsumption of vit C can cause digestive issues (if you have more than your daily percentage Intake, your kidneys can only absorb so much so the rest basically just goes away and makes you have maybe diarrhea).

So, don’t overdo it! It’s common to think a lot of something healthy is good for you, but not in the case of vitamin C. Stick to one a day. ☀️.

Great combination of Vitamin C, D and Zinc that the body needs for immune support. I cannot tolerate high doses of zinc bc it makes me nauseated so this low dose seem to work for me. I also like that it’s gummies bc I hate taking pills.

This liquid multi is good for those who cannot tolerate well multivitamins in capsule or tablet form. The fact that it’s in liquid form helps you better adjust the dose according to your needs. Ingredient-wise it’s also OK, other than the “70+ Plant Source Minerals Proprietary Blend”, which – as with most multis – translates into “you don’t really know what exactly is in your multi”.

When I got COVID -19. I started using this vitamin. Not only for the Best Vitamin Cs also the zinc. My Dr. suggested I increase the zinc. This vitamin has worked very well for me. Especially if I get sick with colds.
