I’ve been using this for a week, alongside omega-3s, and I’ve already noticed great results. My energy levels have picked up, and I feel a lot less lethargic. I’m also currently menstruating, and normally, the first day is the worst; I’m fatigued, sore, and just feel awful.

Some listed do not meet minimum daily requirements, but are probably more than satisfied by eating a normal diet. You’re paying for everything you probably need and not for stuff you probably don’t.

Ordered this vitamin for my husband, who hasn’t had good absorption results from other vitamins. He has a high metabolism and his body seemed to dispose of other vitamins before it got a chance fully utilize them – so we had to try liquid vitamins – which was a huge hit or miss with taste and convenience.

I purchased this vitamin after reading its ingredients and the reviews seemed pretty promising. Well guess what? I’m thankful that I followed my gut. The vitamins did his body well! He says they absorbed well, he felt a difference through his day (didn’t get fatigue), and very convenient to slide in a pocket when he’s in a rush.

The only problem was several of the tablets in the new bottle were empty. not sure how but make sure you check you bottle when you receive it.

I have been taking multivitamins for years but this is the first one where I can actually feel a difference! Though not my intent in taking it, this product has improved my IBS-D tremendously. I’ve long suspected that my IBS-D is due to some nutrient imbalance but I don’t think the synthetic vitamins (though they also included some whole foods in the mix) I was taking before were being properly absorbed by my body.

This is the first well-balanced multi I’ve seen that is fully derived from food, not made in a lab (except for B-12 since there is no natural source). Other so-called “food-based” vitamins use a sneaky trick of language so you don’t realize they are using the same chemical vitamins as everyone else, just “mixing” them with plant foods beforehand (which is what’s going to happen when you take them with a meal anyway).

I’ve been taking this multivitamin for years. This one provides the most complete combination of vitamins and minerals for a mature woman that I’ve found and which is a reasonable cost. I look for sales, too! It’s almost impossible for us women to get all the nutrients we need in our daily diet, since we eat less than men, and it’d be tricky to get all these nutrients in food every day.

My new favorite Multies. I got them as part of Influenster and Vitamine Shoppe VoxBox, the review is my own and based on using them for about a month. Excellent product for. my morning routine, I usually get more lazy and tired around fall-winter months and these are keeping me more energized during this time.

I have never seen a combination like this for a prenatal vitamin, however, given the issues my daughter has been experiencing, I thought this would be the best. My daughter has suffered from extreme morning sickness that has lasted a good part of the day.

This has limited her ability to eat as she typically would. Most women experience this issue, but with her, it seems to be very bad. To make sure her and her baby were getting the right nutrients, these were suggested to us.

There are two different ones to take. My daughter takes them both shortly after dinner. They are easy to swallow for her. She has not experienced any stomach upset. Another plus, is typically when she has taken a fish oil in the past, she gets what she refers to as “fish burps”.

She has not gotten the fish burps taking this which really was what made this her favorite. She’s been taking these now entering her third month. Her doctor is happy with her weight gain and the baby’s growth for the progression of the pregnancy.

She says it helped her have a piece of mind that she was getting what her and the baby needed and was something that she loved. She plans on continuing taking these for the remainder of the duration of her pregnancy as well as after as she has chosen to breast feed.

So I waited till the campaign was almost over to truly test the product and give an accurate review. Package is cute, definitely eye appealing sue to bright colors. The pill is huge…. like pre natal vitamin huge, which i absolute hate as I choke on them and hate to cut them because then I just have a nasty taste in my tongue, and I don’t wanna do all that.

However I endured a month of basically chocking to test this product and it’s effectiveness, since I know a lot of people don’t have problem with these pills. They work. I have to say I don’t eat much, I’m more of a snacker most days and eat only one meal, so I’m definitely sometimes lacking in the vitamin department.

I took these in the morning and I gotta say I didn’t notice it right away, but over the course of a few days I started to notice I had more energy to do more things, and I battle slight depression so a lot of the time I’m very “meh”.

Love that this product has clinically proven absorption of Vitamins D, B2, B5, fokate, calcium, iron, and zinc. This one pill has replaced 5 pills for me and a probiotic drink! So the pill is fairly large, but it isn’t difficult to swallow thanks to its smart shape! The taste is just okay.

Not awful like some pills, but who really expects them to taste good? I feel somehow younger while on these pills. I am not as tired as I usually am and I swear there is a glow to my skin that I haven’t had in years.

I’ve had a “picky eater” problem ever since I was like seven or eight years old and nothing anyone could do could ever convince me otherwise. If it’s green or if it came from the Earth, then it stays away from my plate.

The most vegetable-like food that I can tolerate eating are potatoes and even I can admit that that’s not healthy at all. One of my “fondest” memories of being a picky eater is causing a ruckus at an Arby’s because someone left a lettuce (or was it a tomato?) in my sandwich and it caused everyone present a round of laughter instead of displeasure because I was crying at the time, begging for them to remove it lols.

So fast forward to me becoming somewhat of a responsible adult, which is about a month ago, July 18, 2019, I finally decided to have more vitamins and minerals in my system because I felt that it was somewhat getting harder to breathe and I was getting a mild case of meat sweats so I knew I had to make a change.

Thankfully, I haven’t ever and probably won’t ever be considered obese but the amount of oil and fat in my body really needs to be culled a little so I decided to try out these wholefood multivitamins.

Some of the people around me have noted these supplements to be an excellent substitute for eating actual vegetables and fruits and you basically get all of the benefits WITHOUT eating the greens, which was a very attractive prospect for me.

Like I said, it’s been a month ever since I ordered these multivitamins and I am definitely feeling much better compared to before and right now I have stopped having the meat sweats, I feel as if every time I go to the comfort room my body gets cleansed because of how much toxins it is excreting.

Right now I feel like a hundred percent, my breathing is much more normal now and my blood pressure and everything has normalized. I wasn’t expecting the vitamins to work this fast but it did so I have nothing to complain about.

I begin this review by noting that I underwent roux-en-y gastric bypass in late 2019 and have been taking this Nutricost Men’s multivitamin since early 2020. I include this detail as those with bariatric surgery have very different supplement requirements than those without surgery.

Since beginning this vitamin in early 2020, my blood vitamin levels have been stellar. Not once has my surgeon noted a deficiency. Of course, I adjusted my daily intake of this product to match my personal requirements.

I won’t mention the amount specifically as this is a review and NOT health advice. I also need to address the TestX blend, included in this product. If you search this proprietary blend, by itself it costs an egregious amount of money, and for good reason.

My testosterone levels have gone up a solid 150 points since beginning this multivitamin. This is a significant improvement for me, not only with libido, but with overall vitality. I would expect this multi to cost a few dollars more for the indicated potency.

I have been, and will continue to be, under medical supervision due to my surgery; not once has there been an issue with my vitamin levels. It’s also imperative that i mention that i consulted my doctor PRIOR to starting this supplement, as ANYONE should with ANY supplement.

It’s laughable that others leave a negative review due to their OWN lack of research, instead blaming their symptoms on this product. Not only should you consult your physician, you should be fully aware of what you are choosing to put into your body.

B-vitamins are water soluble, excreted in the urine, therefore changing its color. You are seriously docking stars for a perfectly natural bodily process? Please. I take many supplements from Nutricost.

They have always MET or EXCEEDED my expectations. I’ve taken Nutricost supplements prior to my surgery as well, for many years, and the same applies. Do not bash this brand over your personal lack of due diligence.

On a lighter note, the matte texture of the cap was a nice change. The overall look of the label was also a nice touch. Thanks, Nutricost, for helping me stay healthy without breaking the bank.

After trying one supplement from nutricost and being pleased with their price points, I’ve decided to order a number of supplements from nutricost. After receiving the supplements and using them I’ve been having gastro-intestinal issues, urination issues, cardiac rhythmic issues, and breaking out such as acne or some other form of subdermal issues.

I stopped using all of their products and the GI and urination issues have gone away, but still dealing with the acne all over my body. I’ve already reviewed and posted this once before, but for some reason Amazon replied saying that they were not posting my review for some reason.

This is the second time I received this type of rejection after posting a review. This makes me wonder how many products appear to have better reviews than they merit, due to Amazon rejecting any criticism for products they are endorsing.

The people have a right to know what type of product they are buying and what type of company they are dealing with. Stop taking down reviews for unjust reasons.

So I like the plethora of vitamins and minerals in this stuff but they smell abysmal. I get acid reflux and burping these things back up creates a wicked taste and smell that I could do without. I will continue taking these since they are sugar-free and licorice root free and hopefully, they will have a good outcome but if you are sensitive to smells and tastes, I am, I might avoid them.

I’m just stubborn and care more about general health. Though taking them with food might help, as opposed to water as recommended. I will review these as I near the bottom of the bottle to see if they work as good as my old vitamins.

as much as i try to get all my nutrition from food its not always easy. i purchased this product after seeing it on YouTube during a month where i was verry busy and my diet was not the best i was impressed with all of the ingredients and its cheaper than buying them separately.

aside from the ingredients and price this is a product that i actually noticed a difference from after a couple weeks i woke up easier and had noticeably more energy throughout the day. i believe there is benefits from many supplements but its not too often that i really notice it and can isolate a change to one product which i thought was impressive.
