20 Best Vitamins For Sperm (2022 Updated)

Being in the medical field I Would recommend these products anyday. at 38yrs nd will be 39 in March. Have a 13 (14yrs old in February son). I started taking these tabs everyday since September only taking half of the recommended dosage.

Since I was gonna take the recommended dosage of x2 daily starting December when I had plan to commence IVF. However after it was confirmed by HSG in early September that my tubes was blocked says the doctor.

Although having the contrast going through my tubes during my second HSG but my fertility consult doctor here in America says blockage was noted despite he ensure he pushed fluids through as forceful as possible, which after a week or two I was still experiencing mild cramping effects although he had given me Doxycycline for prophylactic antibiotic after the procedure (this was my second HSG, 1st HSG was done by a technician and fluids didn’t even enter my tubes only went as far as in my uterus).

surgery was suggested after my HSG which was more forcefull. I told him no surgery to remove or fix /assess tubes since xrays wasn’t sure why fluids appeared blocked in the distal segments of my tubes according to this doctor.

Well my partner leaves for 6 mths deployment today and Monday of this week we learnt I was 2 weeks pregnant. Since he came to visit early November for 2 weeks. We even went to Barbados to store his sperm.

so I cud start ivf late December wen my period commence. but I am afraid. a miracle happened and we are now pregnant. he left for deployment today grining from ear to ear.

Tried from switching from the Zazee version because it can become a little hard on the wallet month after month buying 2 separate pills. First month taking Conceive Plus Ovulation support plus their Fertility support ended up in nothing.

No ovulation at all. Cycle showed up still thankfully but the bleed started off fainter than normal. 2nd month still absolutely ZERO ovulation but it made my cycle extremely late showing up. We are talking a 64 day cycle in comparison to a 33 day.

I am taking this to keep my cycle coming every 33 days due to PCOS so for it not to show up when it has for years using the competitive brand I’ll stick with what works for me. Switched back to my prior brand my cycle showed up right on time so something in this formulation with taking their Fertility support didn’t agree with my reproductive system.

I’m glad that its helped women but when you’re trying to actually conceive its a let down if it throws your cycle for a loop especially if you’re regular while taking myo-inositol d Chiro separately.

In 2013 I got pregnant but because of personal reasons I terminated the pregnancy (I regret it everyday). I haven’t been actively trying to get pregnant but in all these years I Havent got pregnant which is weird because I have been in 2 long term relationships since and nothing happened (we wasn’t trying but wasn’t preventing it either).

All these years I just figured I couldn’t have kids because of the previous Abortion. I researched this product a little skeptical about getting it but I went ahead and was like “it can’t hurt might as well try it”.

I started these pills right after I went off my cycle and during my fertile week as well as having intercourse everyday of that week. I started my last period November 27. Here it is December 30 and I am 7 days late (according to my period tracker).

May be even later then that. These last couple of months my periods have been running every 23 days. My period tracker originally said I was suppose to start my cycle December 17th (day 21) because I didn’t start it extended my period out until December 24th (Day 28).

I still have not taken a test though. I’m nervous, I don’t want to get my hopes up and it won’t be the outcome I’m looking for. So I am going to wait one more week (the first week of January) and see if anything happens.

My fiancé and I have been planning on having another child for a year and 8 months. I decided to go to the doctor for some medical advise and what to do. I went to my appointment and all my labs were normal and they even said I don’t have any issues ovulating, but for some reason I still thought I was the problem.

I even bought the ovulation kit and every month it said I was ovulating. So My doctor suggested that we need to do a sperm analysis test. So we did just that, what do you know his count was extremely low and low movement.

So I did a little research and came across this for men and also gave him fish oil supplements. He took one tab per day along with fish oil. And of course a lot of prayer 2 WEEKS LATER I GOT 2 POSITIVE TEST!!!!! Our baby will be due 11/20/22.

My girlfriend and I have decided to try for a baby. I’m 30 and she’s 23. I had testicular cancer at 23 and lost my right testicle as a result, but I had my daughter at age 25 with another woman, so clearly I’m fertile (Yes i had a DNA test, she’s definitely mine).

My biggest problem has been lack of libido. Not sure if it’s just because I’m getting older, or because of how rough this year has been for me. In addition to the pandemic, i also lost my dad in June and that has been the hardest thing ever.

Good Product – Recommended by Fertility Doc. Apparently after 3 months of consistent use it can improve sperm quality/morphology. We are yet to test this. Husband has been taking for one month so far and says he has an increased libido (I think that is probably a placebo effect haha).

I wish it came in larger sizes than a one month supply. Quite pricey for 30 capsules.

During having *** my ***** is more harder and more lubricant. I also observe there is a increase of my ***** volume as well. My wife love it during the volume ***** injected in. I love the feeling as well.

My husband was diagnosed was 0% morphology whilst having a normal count and very high motility. He’s just been retested after 3 months of supplementation. His count decreased by 17% but motility is now off-the-scale amazing and morphology has increased to 2%! In addition to Profertil he also took Pycnogenol.

His diet and lifestyle have always been healthy.

It was recommended by my urologist. Some improvement in total motility (increased from 30% to 50%) but almost no change in low sperm count nor morphology after using it for over 6 months. As someone who is infertile, i bought these to see if it could help boost libido, and they work really well. Its got everything you’d need in a standard multivitamin, plus added extras, like maca, siberian ginseng, l-arginine, pine bark, etc.

They need to be taken after eating, otherwise you might get nausea. I saw that someone recommended h&b ultraman as an alternative, but that’s basically just a general multivitamin with a tiny amount of extras, like 1mg pumpkin seed, so it won’t be the same or as effective.

You need atleast 400mg of pumpkin seed to block DHT from testosterone and help hair regrowth.

These are great vitamins for overall health but they won’t necessarily help to get you pregnant. We took these and tried for 2 years after being told sperm quality low. Husband also cut alcohol and junk food from diet.

But we still ended up having IVF treatment.

Impossible to digest. Gave me the most horrible, foul smelling, non- stop flatulence. Spent a week sleeping (or not sleeping due to churning guts) on the sofa so my wife didn’t have to experience the horrible, embarrassing sulphurous smells.

Finally worked out that the pills were the cause of poorly gut. Stopped taking them and felt much better. Awful experience and zero chance of conception when you can’t even sleep in the same room.

Great supplement. Contains all essential aminos and vitamins. I was recommended these by my consultant. Must take 2-3 months prior to take full effect. Doesn’t taste great in water but have it with any fruit juice.

You get what you pay for.

Brought for my partner as we have been ttc for 18 months, therefore thought we would give these a try along with the pregnacare range for myself. He has only been taking these for 2 weeks so cant really comment on effectivity yet.

I bought these tablets for my other half after he handed in a sample to our fertility clinic which showed he had a poor sample. I did a bit of research and read about the importance of vitamins and nutrients to improve the quality of the sample.

these tablets contained all the recommended vitamins and it worked!! Now hubby has a perfect sample and we can go ahead with our treatment!! Must buy!!.

Had a vas-reversal done in November (17 years post-vas) and have been on a different supplement since a couple months prior to the surgery. My auto-reorder for the other one got backordered a couple months back, so I ordered these to have something, which were about $10 more.

With these you only have 1 pill to take per day rather than 4 capsules for the other, and my numbers simply skyrocketed after just one month. Total count more than tripled and motility went from “ok” to “get out of my way!” I have since cancelled my other brand and put these on auto-reorder.

To be transparent I also daily take Citracal, Vit D, Clomed (by Rx), Meloxicam (by Rx), and I still ice down at least twice per day. I’d been doing those things with the old supplement for months with a very gradual improvement, so I’ve deducted that the jump in numbers and motility are directly due to this supplement.

I’m much more confident and hopeful that we’ll conceive soon with these. Hopefully all of this info helps someone else.

I bought this product because the ingredients are clean and it makes the most sense when compared yo most other products that depend on one or two possible deficiencies that they cater to. They’re a vitamin and quality, so if you’re worried about price or how easy it is to swallow then you may not be ready for children lol.

but in all seriousness I only wrote a review because this is a quality product and most of the lower reviews are on irrelevant things like taste, price or how easy it is to swallow. Bottom line I like it, if you are influenced by the lower reviews here I think you should do more research because those three things are, and should be irrelevant, to anyone concerned about their health and trying to start a family.

Also most of these products are bs so unless a medical professional has advised one in particular to suit your individual needs and deficiencies, just go for something like this that is made from quality sources and covers a wide range of necessary supplements to support overall health.

This is also just a great daily multi, so. yeah.

From order date to deliver date it takes about 6-7 weeks! Those are “made to order” type of timelines, but my doctor recommends it and we can’t find it anywhere else so we’re stuck waiting…

I will start this review by stating the famed cliched statement “I rarely write reviews” but it is the honest truth, and I am simply compelled to share my testimony. My partner and I (he is in his 50s & I am in my 30s) have been TTC for almost two years (started trying 11/2020).

We are a blended family and now wish to add to our blended family. After one year of trying, we started seeing a fertility doctor in 11/2021. They performed diagnostic testing to find out the root of the now sudden infertility issue.

They performed an HSG test (X-ray test to outline the internal shape of the uterus and show whether the fallopian tubes are blocked), an OAR test (egg count) and sperm count. Everything came back normal with the slight possibility that one of my tubes was blocked.

Finally, our fertility specialist concluded that the best fertility assisted approach would be IUI. We started that process in January 2022. In addition, I researched fertility supplements to help us get pregnant.

After reading hundreds of reviews, I ordered it. He started taking FertilAid for men in February 2022. He would often miss doses. I figured taking this would help aid the IUI process, but it did not.

I had a negative pregnancy test March 2, 2022. We were disappointed. I then started taking FertilAid for women in March 15, 2022 and continued trying naturally since we both were now taking the supplements.

I finished the bottle in a month and still no pregnancy. That is when on April 21, 2022, I ordered their more sophisticated formula the antioxidant-based FH Pro for Women and started taking it April 25th, 2022.

So I started taking these after my husband and I decided we were going to try for a baby again (with the intention of getting pregnant in a year or so). My cycle was a complete mess, sometimes I would get periods other time I would not.

My cycle was average 37/38 days. Well I started taking this pills during my period as suggested. With the intention of balancing my hormones and getting my cycle in order before conceiving. Well, that cycle ended up lasting 4 days instead of the normal 7 days that it last since having my sons.

Which was awesome!! They gave me energy I hadn’t had in years. Well a couple of weeks went by and I didn’t get a period. I didn’t think anything of it because my period was always late, if I had one at all.

I looked at my calendar and realized that I was 42 days into the cycle. Decided to take a pregnancy test to be on the safe side , and yup. pregnant!!! I was completely shocked. It took years for me to get pregnant with my second son, and that’s after taking fertility pills from my obgyn.

I was completely shocked. I was expecting to have to do at least two or three rounds of these pills. I also wasn’t taking the full dose. Only two pills a day. So, be very careful with these pills if you don’t plan on becoming pregnant immediately.

Also, I had some pretty terrible heat flashes when taking these pills. They work but that was super uncomfortable and annoying. My cycle is all out of wack again, and my husband has had a vasectomy so I’m thinking about trying these pills again for hormone balancing.
