This is the first multivitamin I’ve seen that is focused on the health of adolescent boys. The bottle was easy to open, the information is very clear on the bottle. I really like that they are more than just the standard multi-vitamin.

It isn’t often that I see Omega 3s combined together with a multi-vitamin. I like that these gummies are free of all sorts of gross things, like GMOs. My 17yo son was satisfied with the flavors, packaging, and overall effectiveness of these gummies.

They also don’t stick together in the bottle. After a few weeks of use he said he felt less tired and more refreshed at school which is a big plus.

These gummy multivitamins are allergen free and made of wholesome ingredients. There are no artificial colors or flavors. They do contain sugar, so be mindful of that if you are trying to avoid sugar for your kids.

They have a citrus flavor and a grape flavor. The taste is naturally fruity, but the texture is a bit gritty. That could be a deal breaker for kids with sensory sensitivities. These contain many nutrients that may be lacking in the typical teen boy’s diet.

They’re a tasty way to help make sure you are covering your bases with their vitamin needs.

I was given these in order for an honest review. These are daily multivitamin gummies that contain key vitamins and nutrients for kids in there teen years. This formula contains a wide variety of vitamins, niacin, folic acid, biotin, and and calcium.

This is to ensure that your kids are getting the necessary nutrients to encourage immune health, bone health, and support physical energy. Unfortunately, I clicked female instead of male on the survey and was sent vitamins specially for females but my son wanted to try them anyways.

He thought that they were very convenient, enjoyable, and that they didn’t have a bad flavor to them. Obviously he will have to take them for months in order to see any significant results, but in the mean time he says he will continue to take them daily as they are enjoyable and convenient.

As a parent, I like that these are formulated for those who have allergies to certain food products such as milk, egg, soy, and fish. A months supply is generally $7-$8 a bottle which I personally find reasonable.

I definitely would recommend to other parents and most likely repurchase (in the make version) in the future although I don’t believe there is much of a difference.

for starters, i’m 15 years old and i struggle greatly with energy problems. there were days and periods where i would sleep for 10 hours, or even the recommended time (7-8), and i would be lethargic.

and for those that struggle with skin/hair problems, i noticed that my skin has been so much clearer. i had a problem area on my chin where there were pimples that would never go away, but after about a week of using these vitamins, they began to clear up greatly.

my hair also hasn’t been as oily and my nails feel stronger than they were before. i had my mom get these vitamins on a whim, since i realized i couldn’t remember the last time i actually took vitamins, and it’s literally the best decision i could have made.

As someone with hypothyroidism, my metabolism greatly benefits from vitamins. 🔻 REVIEW: I’m BIG into supplements, and research about them frequently. This brand (One A Day) has been around forever, and makes pretty well-rounded supplements. Recently, they just introduced their ‘gummy’ line! Unfortunately, I do not like gummy supplements – don’t get me wrong, they are typically delicious, but contain ENTIRELY too much sugar.

For instance, these gummies contain 2g (of added sugars) per serving, which is 40% of my daily value ALONE. This gummy is a multivitamin that specifically focuses on hair, skin, and nails and contains special ingredients to improve them.

You are supposed to chew two gummies every day. The bottle contains three different flavors, and each piece is shaped like its according fruit taste. The bottle arrives fully sealed, as well as features a ‘child resistant cap’ for safety.

I also like the gigantic size of the bottle – it’s filled with 120 gummies, essentially lasting you two full months (taking them as directed). These gummy supplements are: + NOT vegan + NOT gluten-free I taste-tested both the grape and the apple, and discovered that they were PHENOMENAL! These are possibly the best gummy supplement I’ve ever tried.

Well, this was the best multi-vitamin I’ve found. I did a lot of research, and here are the reasons I picked this brand: Organic, Whole Food, Non-GMO, Raw, Sprouted, Fermented, Vegan, and it contains Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes, Omega 3, Magnesium, D3, K2, Calcium, Iron, and many extra vitamins not found in other popular multivitamins.

Additionally, the sourcing for each vitamin comes from quality, absorbable, natural, vegetable source, such as Lichen. After using for a while, I have more energy (I naturally get up early in the morning).

Lastly, when I use this multi-vitamin, it appears that my body is actually absorbing the vitamins rather than filtering them, because my *** is not yellow. Every other multi-vitamin I’ve ever tried turns my *** bright yellow, probably because my body was not absorbing them.

I have given my son a multivitamins daily since he was walking. Usually it would be the store brand multivitamin gummy or the go to Flintstones that i grew up with. I was surprised that a vitamin was suited specifically for teens that are also gender specific.

We never thought about that growing up but if you think about it, men and woman do have differences in their health needs. These days I am also really looking for protection of immune health with the pandemic going on.

I am honestly wowed that ONE A DAY has fulfilled each of these needs and created a vitamin to do just that for male teens. My son has been taking this for about 3 weeks now and he likes them very much.

I did receive this vitamins about 3 weeks ago. I do have kids(Boys) at home but they are not teens, they are still litte. So, I decided to try them myself(I know it say for him but. ) I really liked the size of the gummies and to be honest I liked the flavors, they test a little bit like those sour crawls gummies 🤣 and I am fan of them.

The ingredients were the thing. For kids I don’t like products with Red#40 on its ingredients and also this vitamins contain sugar. Remember I told you I like sour crawls. well yes I do, but I don’t eat them each day, for a vitamin I would like no sugar or at least only 1%.

About the effectiveness, I did try them myself and I feel better, mood and energy. Also my nails got s little bit stronger. One A Day® may be a good way to give nutrients to my kids or me, however because the coloring If I had teens I won’t give it to them.

To cut straight to the point: I swear by these. One capsule outpaces the literal handful of individual vitamins and minerals my doctors have me on. My levels have either improved or remained stable, my quality of life has increased, and Im just generally doing well on these.

As I suffer from frequent malnutritiondeficiencies due to dysautonomia, I dont say any of that lightly. Considering its pedigree, it makes sense: third party testing, methylated vitamins, MTHFR gene mutation-friendly, appropriate dosage, and capsuled with oil to improve absorption of fat soluble vitamins.

Cant promise it will be the right fit, but its more than worth a try. For those hesitant because of negative reviews, read on. Three bottles in, and Ive had zero experiences with fishiness. This is noteworthy, as I have a strong averaion to fish, and I am not aware of any recent reformulation.

I believe the negative reviews regarding seaworthiness is due to these capsules being entirely vegetarian – and that includes the omega 3 oil. Its made from algal oil. I just started taking these vitamins a few days ago, so I will update around the three month mark to note the efficacy. This vitamin has everything, nutrient-wise, I was looking for. I’m in recovery from anorexia, and my skin and hair has suffered as a result from years of malnutrition.

I’m 27 and I’ve noticed a sad amount of aging from the severity. All the research points to vitamins A-E being great for hair, skin, and nails so I am hoping I can find some healing through this vitamin regimen.

I also deal with painful breast fibroids and my gynecologist suggested adding a vitamin E supplement for that as well. Lastly, I have bipolar I disorder and the literature suggests that adding more Omega 3 to the diet can be helpful for that.

I’m also on lithium which can make you zinc and selenium-deficient also needed for healthy hair. So there’s a layout of all the issues I’m hoping this vitamin can help with. These vitamins are easy to swallow and the capsule is soft.

However, given my aforementioned conditions, I’m quite versed in swallowing pills. There is a minty scent which I like, but I did notice from other reviews that some people don’t like that. This flavor/smell is noted in the description, heads up.

What ISN’T mentioned in the description is the fishy burps – UGH. From about 15 minutes after I take my vitamin, I’m burping the taste of raw fish for the rest of the morning and into lunch time. It’s not great… but not a dealbreaker given that I get my omega 3 and tons of other vitamins in one capsule.

I wish I could give these 0 stars. I learned the hard way and ended up with a giant disgusting bottle of gummy vitamins when it’s just so much more effective to take your day to day prenatal vitamins that you swallow! I purchased these prenatal vitamins in hopes that gummy vitamins would be more palatable than normal prenatals.

I was very wrong also It was my own fault for not fully reading the label, but a serving of these vitamins has 10g of sugar! If I’m going to have that much I’m going to enjoy it in some decadent dark chocolate or ice cream, definitely NOT my daily vitamins.

That’s almost 50% of the recommended DV for women (25g) It’s something to consider if you’re not looking to up your sugar intake and not only the high amount of sugar but to be 100% honest these are terrible, I couldn’t eat more than one.

They tasted fishy the flavor would get stuck in your teeth because of the gummy nature and linger. After talking with my OBGYN she actually informed me about the different effects between gummy prenatal vitamins and your regular large pill prenatal, with the gummies your not getting all those vitamins and nutrients you really need, it may say you are on the bottle but when it comes down to it I was definitely going to listen to my doctor and just get a large bottle of the big vitamin pill form prenatal’s.

Hopefully other parents compare GNC’s “TEEN MULTIVITAMIN FOR TEENS” to GNC’s “KIDS” version. They are 100% identical list of vitamins and the IU’s. Your teen isn’t getting anything different than the kids version! Fine, however, I purchased one “Kids” bottle and the “Teen” bottle for my two children (11 and 15yrs old).

The gummies in both bottles were stuck to one another like a large hard candy. impossible to separate without breaking them first up with a sharp knife through the bottle top and pulling them out to cut them apart.

🙁 Not only that, both of my kids said they tasted ‘okay’, but not as good as other brands they’ve had. In fact, my 11 year old was hiding them rather than taking them which is a concern. She’s never done that before.

The pro? Cost and the fact my teen thought he was getting something more ‘mature’ than his little sister. I won’t purchase again because of the misleading marketing and how the vitamins are fused together.

Overall unimpressive combination of vitamins. Bought these for my 11-year old daughter since, unfortunately, they don’t stay little forever. She tells me that she feels a difference. Helps her wake up easier and has more pep in her step and energy.

Shes satisfied with them and takes them as instructed every morning. Yes there is a slight weird smell, but our kids are on the way to their teen years and shouldn’t expect children’s grape or bubblegum flavored in all their supplements.

Let me start off by saying by saying, I definitely prefer gummy multivitamins to the huge horse pills you swallow. I’ve always had issues swallowing the large pills and because of that, I didn’t take vitamins for a long time.

When the gummy multivitamins started coming out (and even some now) a lot of them lacked a lot of the essential vitamins and minerals, so it left me still needing additional supplements. I’ll just be honest, I was young and really didn’t want to fool with taking a bunch of vitamins and that eventually left me with a severe vitamin D deficiency.

Of course this was my own fault, I didn’t want to take vitamins if I had to take multiple, I have a milk allergy and because of my grandmother’s skin cancer, I try not to be in the sun much. These gummies are not only chocked full of a super 8 B-vitamin complex, which supports healthy brain function, but it is also free of artificial flavors, synthetic colors, high fructose corn syrup and artificial sweeteners.

It’s almost perfect, except I wish it had magnesium and iron in it. I do already take a magnesium supplement for my migraines, so it’s not a big deal, but it would definitely be easier to have it all in one.

I will say they do smell like a regular multivitamin unlike some of the other gummy vitamins on the market, but I don’t find it to be a deal breaker. I recommend giving them a try, but make sure to check the label just to see if it contains the vitamins you need.

I have a 11yr old daughter and a 13yr old son and I’m glad they can finally take capsules now! They have no complaints whatsoever taking these small capsules. The directions on bottle say up to 3 capsules but I only give them one a day along with a vitamin C and zinc every other day.

My kids dr said one a day is fine for their ages because they are really good eaters(not picky whatsoever)and also get nutrients from the foods they eat. The dr explained why the directions do say 3 a day because it covers the entire teenage years.

For a 17-19 yr old could take 2 to 3 if it was needed but most likely with non picky eaters at most he suggested 2 a day for older teens who are almost adults. My kids been taking vitamins for years.

Especially when they started school way back in their pre K years. So when I saw the sale on these vitamins (other websites have same exact vitamins at much higher pricing) I had to grab a few bottles.

I bought this vitamin (because my old multi has been discontinued) and started taking it. This was the only change to my regimen. Within days I could not even get out of bed. Every autoimmune symptom that can be imagined was triggered.

Seeing as ive only had this product right around a months time give or take so I don’t really like to test a vitamin and or supplement for such a limited time since I typically don’t start to really notice any sort of improvements and benefits to my health until approximately about 3 months at the least.

That being said, I can comment on the simple, straightforward and professional looking packaging that these gummy vits came in. No crap thrown on the bottle as a means of getting it sold. That tells me immediately that this is a company who is confident in the quality and efficacy of their product and so that definitely had me even more excited to begin taking these daily.

Of course, I did my research prior to taking these daily and was pretty impressed with the brand as a whole. They use the highest quality ingredients and these gummies specifically are naturally flavored.

Overall I am pleased with the gummies. while i do not believe my health had recieved the max benefit that it likely will at this point in time due to the lack of my taking these for enough time to really be able to consider how much better i truly feel.

But I can say i have noticed several benefits likely due to the probiotics as well as the fruits n veggies specifically. Another thing I did notice was my energy level did increase quite a bit within only a week of taking these.

I drew such a conclusion because i noticed that i had not been drinking coffee off n on thru out my entire day. Thats saying a lot for me because ive had issues with many vitamins n supplements benefiting me as far as energy is concerned.

So I found this to be a huge positive with these gummies. The reason for rating a 4 out of 5 stars is due to the smell and the taste of the gummies. But in my opinion the benefits this multivitamin offers for ones health outweighs the yucky taste easily.

I have had a long, hard battle with finding the right multivitamin to take; luckily Influenster chose me to try a women’s Multivitamin Gummy, by Rainbow Light, as a free sample for their world health Vox box.

Ever since I was in high school, I remember getting a nasty feeling of nausea followed by vomiting up my vitamin(s) and whatever I had eaten with them. This month, I was given the opportunity by Influenster to participate in the World Health Vox Box, and try some products from a company called Rainbow Light.

Along with a supplement, I was given a free bottle of their Women’s Multivitamin Gummies to try. This was intriguing to me as I have had the best luck with gummy vitamins, but am usually put off my the nasty taste.

These dark purple, round, sugar-coated, looking gummies are the perfect size, not too big to get down easily. I was amazed at how great they tasted! Other than a slight vitamin-esque flavor from the coating of the gummies, these taste like candy! They are sweet, berry flavored, and just tart enough to leave your taste buds begging for another one.

Luckily for them(not as much for you), the daily dosage of these vitamins is four gummies a day! That seemed like soo much, however I had no issues with my stomach. They even listed a special note in the directions for people with sensitive stomachs: try taking two at a time, twice a day, rather than all four at once.

This tip came in handy for me. I also love that these gummies were made with the highest quality, and natural ingredients, many found in nature. I would recommend these to a friend, especially those with sensitive systems’.

This could be a big help to many people with problems taking vitamins. Not to mention, they come in a HUGE bottle. They come with a good amount, but I feel like they should, since the dosage is so high.

I love that the bottle shows off the natural vegetables and fruits that the gummies include, and that it is all natural products, yet everything is SO colorful!.

These gummies are easy to chew. The first thing you notice is that they are very sour and then sweet kind of like sour patch kids. Serving size is 4 gummies which is surprising because I usually only take 2 for the other brands I try.

They are very fresh and easily eaten. I enjoy the flavor. The smell on the other hand is a little overwhelming. My entire room smells like a vitamin store whenever I open the bottle. I have been trying them daily for 2 weeks now and I feel like I see a positive change in my hair and nails.

I do feel like I have more energy and the mild cough I have had for the last few weeks is gone! I have been taking these gummies along with the Counter Attack Immune Support supplements as well. I like the packaging it looks positive and like it would help me feel better if I were looking for something to support my immunity.

I would recommend these to my friends and family members although I will be giving them a indication that these are very sour. Pros: I like the sweet aftertaste and the sour helps with my usual morning nausea from post-nasal drip.

I feel better taking them. Cons: I am not sure if my cold went away and it was just coincidence or the vitamins. The sour is hard to get past, like it’s super sour. The gummies smell like vitamins in an overwhelming way and it’s a bit of a put off.

Especially since I eat them.

I’ve been on the hunt for a multivitamin that’s perfect for me. Other multivitamin brands had way too many vitamins that I didn’t need plus they were overloaded with the amounts. I’m quite sensitive to multivitamins and usually get headaches and nausea when taking them.

I did experience those side effects with Ritual until I figured out that taking them with a meal with fats eliminates those side effects. Initially, I didn’t feel anything ~magical~ happen after taking these multivitamins.

About a week later, I noticed that the Ritual multivitamins possibly improved my mood, depression, and anxiety because of potentially low Vitamin B12 levels (my Vitamin B12 levels were also wrecked due to antibiotics for a stomach bug).

I’m currently approaching my second month of Ritual and I think I’ll continue it for a few more months to see how it goes! A major plus about Ritual is that they’re transparent with their ingredients and sources as well as trying their best to be eco-friendly!.

It’s important to keep in mind that we’re all biochemically different and not every vitamin will be the best fit for everyone. I was hopeful but skeptical of Ritual’s claims due to the fact that the only reviews I found were glowing and sponsored, and this made me wary.

But I decided to try them for myself and see how I reacted to them. I have a few chronic health issues and am SUPER sensitive to medicines, supplements, and other stimuli. My nerves and immune system are as tight as a piano wire and I have MCAS + homozygous MTHFR, meaning I react to almost everything and have a lot of difficulty processing folate and B12.

Past methylated B12 supplements have given me terrible anxiety, and other Omega-3’s triggered allergic reactions. After about a week of taking Ritual every day I noticed a slight improvement in my mood.

I suspect this was my vitamin D deficiency being corrected. I can’t say with certainty any other results just because I have not tested my blood since starting, BUT these are some of the only vitamins I have not reacted poorly to — which is huge for me! The mint-essence tabs continue to work even after the bottle is finished.

I put them everywhere — drawers, other medicine bottles, and especially in the bottles of herbal supplements like valerian that usually stink to high heaven but are easy to take with the peppermint taste.

If my blood work comes back with any issues, I will have to take another look at the vitamins with my doctor to figure out if anything in them is reacting weirdly with my already pretty funky biochemistry.

Again, it’s all about finding the right fit for you. But I have had no negative reaction to these and as something so sensitive to products, that is a good sign.

After watching the documentary- Seaspiracy on Netflix early this year, I decided to become a vegetarian. I was able to continue my workout 5 days a week in the first few months, but then I started getting migraines and feeling fatigued a lot.

I could barely catch up in my workout classes and was very frustrated. I knew I needed to get my body more nutrition so I gave Ritual a second try. I had it the first time in 2017 for a month but didn’t feel any differences, but this time I kid you not, after taking the vitamins for 2 days, all my symptoms were gone.

Now I’ve been religiously taking it for almost half a year. I’m back on track with my pilates, boxing, and barre practices. I’m truly grateful for Ritual and its product. It’s based on science and research and it really supports my body and belief so I could continue my vegetarian journey.
