Codeage 5 a day are the perfect for picky teens and young adults. I have two boys, on most days I’m lucky if they get in one fruit or vegetable. I want to keep them as healthy as I possibly can. We came to an agreement that if I can find a vitamin where it was only one a day they would take it.

I decided to give this a try after researching the best way to supliment my diet with extra vitamins/minerals. I opted for the whole food route and chose these as they seem to be a comprehensive blend of nutrients and digestive enzymes.

I have now been taking them for three weeks. So far I have found that if I combine them with a reasonably healthy diet, they have a positive effect on me for example I have more energy and I seem to be sleeping better and I am less bloated.

It’s difficult to say anymore than this right now as I feel I need to take them for longer but judging by how I feel so far I would definitely purchase them again and i am tempted to try other products in the range.

They also arrived as expected and are in a good quality glass jar which is nice.

I would only say Good Buy because I have to choose an option. I do believe the product is extremely expensive. I gave it another try because I like many of the elements of the product but I really don’t like that I have no idea what vitamins or minerals are in it because I don’t know what other supplements I need to take to offset this one.

Not sure I would buy again. Will consider it.

I’ve been using superfoods for a little over two months and there is no doubt I could tell the difference in the way I felt almost immediately. I have friends that are taking a similar product. That product costs three times as much and they are taking 6 tablets a day vs my one.

Hey friends, I thought Id give an honest review on this product. Heres a bit of transparency. I usually like to juice around this time of year for at least 30 days. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to purchase fresh fruits and veggies at an abundancet at this time.

I decided to try something different. Firstly, lets talk about the taste. It tastes like fruitveggie flavored socks with baby powder. No matter how long it sits it will always have a gritty taste. This is if you just use water.

This is how I have chosen to drink it since I am on a juice fast. I know youre probably wondering why did she give it five stars? Overall I feel great. My energy level is actually not as bad as I thought it would be.

I find its better to drink it with a straw, that way it bypasses my tongue. Im already down 4 lb from last week. All in all I feel great! Again, if you arent juicing you can also use this product in your smoothies.

Im sure that the texture and taste would be 10 times better. Simple take one scoop then mix it with 8-10 ounces of liquid.

I wouldnt chug it because everytime Ive tried doing that, i feel like its too much vitamins too fast and i feel like I might pass out. I think its the beets thats in it. but its ok. When I drink it like a regular shake or smoothie, i dont feel like Im going to pass out.

This product has most of it’s greens from juices. Dried greens are an estimated 5 times the concentration of the fresh. Dried JUICES are considered to be 5 times more concentrated than dried greens! So a scoop of this has SO much more nutrients than other dried greens brands.

Also; they have part of the many sprouts in fermented form, that is considered even easier to absorb. As for fruits, there is not much – some cherry extract and tomato (yes, it’s a fruit) Etc. but I buy this to cover for lacking greens in my diet.

It also has an added load of probiotics. It is a green tasting powder – do not expect a milk shake here! 😅 But it is mild enough to throw in any smoothie without ruining the taste. If I REALLY want ensure it does not change my smoothie flavor, I use a teaspoonful instead – that also ensures my strawberry shake does not turn all green! – and as I know from above how concentrated it is, I am sure I am still getting a LOAD of greens in, without even noticing.

Finally; I am happy that is mostly organic, and I trust Garden of Life to ensure that even the few non-organic items are as clean as possible.

This product tastes like fresh cut yard grass. While not all that bad, it is definitely not the most pleasant of tastes. It has me planning exactly when I am going to consume my “Daily Super Greens”.

I do believe that the Profile of the makeup of the product to be one of the Best I have come across and for the next 120 days, minus the days since i started using it, I will gladly consume the portion that I am suppose to.
