20 Best Volumizing Spray Drugstore (2022 Updated)

I love the spray and play sexy hair hairspray. I feel it gives a lot of volume and it doesn’t make your hair too stiff. There is an additional spray and play harder sexy hairspray and I also use that if I want to make sure my hair doesn’t move.

I gave it four stars because the cans are extremely cheap. Not long ago I bought a can of hairspray which is pretty expensive for hairspray if I could remember right I believe I paid a little less than $20 for it and I came home and the can dropped on the floor.

It must have hit something when it dropped because the aluminum on the can was so cheap it poked a hole in it and all the hairspray came out. I wrote to the company but the company just ignored me. I don’t feel the company has good customer service they should have acknowledged my letter.

But they are not a company that I feel you could turn to if you have an issue. Sometimes the nozzles will not spray so I make sure if I’m purchasing at a store I spray a little bit in the air to make sure it’s working.

I buy the 10 oz and I’m happy with the way my hair looks. I will blow dry my hair and then spray a little on my hair and blow dry it again. Then I will take each strand and spray the root area with the spray and play and then I use a curling iron and I actually wrap it in a curler.

After I’m done with my hair I will take a hair dryer and slowly count to 10 in each section. Now the trick of it is to make sure after you blow dry your hair you must let your hair cool in order for the curl to set in.

You will get a lot of volume if you do the above. I like the product I just don’t like the thin cheap can that it comes in. I would buy it over and I do purchase it but I think the company needs to be a little more responsible and courteous when there are complaints coming in.

I got a giveaway by sexy hair spray. I tried it immediately after I received it. I opened the lid and smelled a little bit of pitaya and flowers. It smelled very good. I sprayed it and felt a little sticky on my hands.

I combed my hair into the desired look, and sprayed a few hairsprays. The styling effect did not show up immediately. It was a bit soft. After a few minutes, the effect showed up. It should be that the hairspray is not hard enough.

If you want it to be hard The kind of hairspray that needs to buy a harder hairspray. There is no problem with this hairspray for daily use. It does not feel sticky when sprayed on the hair. It is easy to wash with water.

The bottle design is also very beautiful, and it is a large bottle. like it.

This picture is the old packaging but same product. My favorite hairspray ever. Such great hold but not sticky. It’s also great if you like to brush out your curls since it’s not super stuff you can brush through after using this.

I even love to spray it on my bangs after blowing them out. You can usually find this on sale at a TJ Mac or beauty supply store, but even if you get it full price it is totally worth it. This bottle has lasted me forever.

Let’s talk about V-O-L-U-M-E. volume, and I don’t mean sound. I’ve never had a problem with the type of volume we talk about when we refer to hair. I was born blessed with alot of thick wavy/curly, frizzy hair.

(That’s not a brag) Infact the opposite was always true. I had what I considered to be TOO much volume. Really what I had was untamed frizz and a slew of bad haircuts that didn’t take my natural texture into consideration.

I used to spend a large portion of time trying to tame my hair with mouse, gel, hairspray to keep it under control. Or hours straightening my hair so that it looked like everyone else’s. I never actually appreciated the beauty of my hair’s natural texture until I found the right stylist and the perfect hair products for me.

A very recent discovery might I add. I had my hair cut and styled last week and Danielle did such an amazing job. But here’s the kicker. enter Volume Spray and my hair is doing things it’s never done before.

Defined, voluminous, hydrated, frizz free curls for the first time in my life! I’m not suggesting that this volume spray did all those things. But I have never had bouncy voluminized curls EVER! If you saw my most recent reel you’ll know what I mean.

Difussing alone, curl cream alone, would never create the kind of volume that this spray helped me acheive. Because my hair is so thick it is weighed down flat against my head. How I failed to realize that I’ll never know.

This product has really blown me away, and I’ll definitely repurchase. 12/10 highly recommend.

I have very difficult hair. It’s thin and fine textured long hair that is full on blonde by the process of highlights. I have tried every darn volume boosting spray, cream, or mouse and have hated them all! They are all either sticky, or the product gets on hands throughout the day when touching hair, or they dry my hair out horribly! This product you invented is AMAZING!!! A winner for my hair type! First time I used it I said OMG my hair is not sticky, it shines like crazy, and it’s full of volume and thicker feeling without all the drying effects.

I can run my hands and fingers though it and it feels amazing and it’s easy to style. THE ONLY DOWNFALL and problem with it. It is full of fragrance and overwhelming! I felt sick from breathing it in and slightly faint.

Literally faint faint for a few minutes, I read the ingredients. Not sure why something that works this amazing on hair needs to have all this perfume bottle smell to it. Totally not necessary. Also, the ingredient “Hibiscus Rosa-Sinensis Flower Extract” might be the reason for me feeling faint.

I was told some people are sensitive to this. It can also cause allergies for some people. If you can reformulate this volume spray without the fragrance and this ingredient I think I would buy and use it daily.

I beg that you can change this without affecting the hair volume and texture boost it gives. Please please do this! Thank you! I really would pay so much for you to change this up. Then you can mark up the price on it too! It would be liquid gold for me!.

I got this through influenster. A little background is that I have fine hair that gets flat easily after a day. First impression was that wow it has a perfume like scent. It’s not too powerful but it is definitely noticeable.

The scent goes away after awhile. A couple of spritz on wet hair and you blow dry/style your hair like normal. I was worried because it did leave a slightly sticky feeling to the hair, but that went away as you heat style/blow dry you hair.

Now, I do have to say that it does help lift your root and give your hair some body. It looks great, but don’t expect super crazy volume if that is what you’re looking for. It doesn’t make my hair greasier at the root, which is nice.

It gives your hair a nice shine. OH and I recommend you not to spray too much because I find that dry time takes a little longer than normal and a slightly sticky residue on the root. Little goes a long way.

Overall, I think this volume spray is pretty good and kind of acts like a hair perfume at the same time. I appreciate how it is sulfate free :).

As someone who’s always struggled with “volume insecurity” I was skeptical that this product could give my naturally straight, thin hair the weightless volume it so boldly promised. I was satisfied with the Eva NYC Lift Off Volumizing _ Thickening Mist. Was I blown away? No. It’s easy to use and I appreciate the little locking mechanism on the nozzle. It disperses the product in a nice mist rather than a gloppy mess.

I definitely think that it helps to add volume to my fairly already voluminous hair. For reference, my hair has quite a bit of frizz and is a fine to medium wavy/curly texture. I specifically stuck to using it when I planned on straightening my hair OR was going to let it air dry.

This stuff is great! I don’t like dry shampoo and my boyfriend absolutely HATES the aerosol kinds so I was looking for a product to give volume and extend the days in between washes. Was at Whole Foods and saw this product.

I have not been impressed with Pacifica products in the past but figured I would give it a try. So happy I did. For context my hair is long, straight, and fine. I noticed lately that the roots were looking greasy less than 24 hours after washing.

I have a round face shape so I can always use volume too. This product seems to solve both of those issues (degreasing, volumizing) without feeling sticky or heavy. The smell is meh but I only smell it when first applying to my hair then it goes away.

I used Garnier root booster for years until they discontinued it. I would spray it on my roots, put my hair up and go to bed, wake up brush it out and had high volume, good smell and it lasted for days.

I tried 10+ root lifters and ended up with Biolage. It is a good replacement. I spray it on my roots, go to bed and wake up, brush it out and it has good hold. My hair stays in place all day, and the volume lasts maybe 2 days if the FL humidity doesn’t wreck it.

It’s easy to use too much product and it will become sticky and nasty, so be careful. Otherwise, good smell. I found it to be drying on my scalp. I recommend it if you like a lazy haircare routine.

I have type 2a, blonde treated bayalage hair. I own and use several Verb products and I LOVE THEM ALL! I DONT HAVE ONE BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT ANY VERB PRODUCT I’VE USED! Started Verb few months ago and can’t believe I didn’t find them sooner!! This is NOT a Dry Shampoo and strictly a texture, volume dry spray to add extra grip/grit to hair, use as a finish spray to enhance style, add pieceiness, texture and volume to hair.

It’s not heavy at all, no residue left behind, light weight and really does the job. My favorite is to spray after finishing curling my hair to add grit/texture/volume to finish off my style and to use on my freshly washed hair to make more manageable if I put in bun or braid.

Easy to brush right out end of day as well. I will not use anything else since I have found this! absolutely worth it. just buy it you won’t regret it!.

A perfect dupe for Oribe’s dry texturizing spray. I have fine, slippery long hair that does best when I don’t condition regularly. This spray gives me enough grip and texture to put into the perfect messy top bun and holds all day without my hair falling apart and giving me a headache.

As it is a texturizing spray, it does dry your hair but even so I find that I only have to condition once a month to keep my hair healthy while using this. While it doesn’t have Oribe’s signature scent which I love, it’s a third of the price and has a soft, nearly non existent baby powder scent that my husband much prefers as he is not a fan of artificial fragrances.

I have been using this for years and will be repurchasing for as long as they don’t reformulate!!.

Verb Dry Texture Spray is a good product. I purchased this on a whim along with my regular Verb Dry Shampoo, which I love, love, love! I just turned 60 so everything is changing. lol. My hair is thinning, I’m trying to rock my silver strands but it’s a totally different texture now – wavy, thin, flat, not very shiny.

So I thought I’d try this to see of I could get some volume. I’m a child of the 70’s – Disco & Rock n Roll hair is still my thing; just my updated version for 2022. Well this stuff works but be ever so light on the spray nozzle.

cause if you spray too much then you are taken to the wayback lol think 60’s beehive!!! That’s why I took off one star. Less is best with this product. One thing that I appreciated was that it didn’t make my scalp crazy itchy.

I ordered the Dry Texture spray but to be honest, I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet. So I’ll leave a comment about the Gloss Me shampoo/conditioner. I received a sample of the shampoo/conditioner and treatment mask with my dry texture spray and absolutely loved it! So much so that I just purchased full size bottles of all three.

My hair has been so dry and dull this winter and nothing was helping. This stuff made the world of difference after only using it once! I also ordered the Fab Me leave in treatment and am so excited to try it (it just arrived yesterday).

My hair is so much more lifted after I finish my styling routine with this Puff. Me Dry Texture Spray. I like the natural lift that Puff. Me Dry Texture Spray gives my hair. It has a light, lively floral fragrance and adds just enough texture and lift without being sticky.

The fragrance is light and fresh with a little bit of a flowery under note. I love the UV protection and its sulfate free so I feel good about using it on my color treated hair. It really provides instant body and adds natural texture with an all-day flexible hold.

I have very fine hair that needs some oomph through the day and this product does just that. I don’t like a lot of sticky or hairspray. My sister shared hers with me on a mini trip and it was fabulous.

The volume was just the right amount and it lasted. It is my go to product niece for finishing my look. I need to get the travel size to carry with me just too “Puff Me” when needed throughout these humid days in Georgia.

This is brilliant but I don’t use it too often. it’s laden with alcohol which isn’t good for hair in the long run. Previously I tried the B&B Thickening Shampoo which made my hair limp, so I wasn’t too sure what to expect with the spray.

I needn’t have worried! I spray this on my hair whilst damp and then blow dry it, and I find my hair is bouncier and has more volume, absolutely no crunch or stickiness. My hair is naturally quite thick and many products I spray on end up making it turn frizzy.

This didn’t do that. It also didn’t cause my scalp to itch. Gave my hair good hold, almost like a strong styling spray, and held this effect until I washed it out the next day. Will re-purchase, even if it’s just something I will use occasionally.

So I have tried it twice. Problem for me is I tend to airdry my hair and this stuff you need to blow dry when you spritz it in. I did read from another review that it only really works if you blow dry immediately.

First time i used it, my hair clumped together and felt dirty but I let it airdry instead of blow-dry. Second time I tried to blow dry a little, and I didn’t really notice anything. I have 2b wavy fine hair that tends to look unbrushed when it dries out and it sits flat ontop of my head.

I was hoping this would lend volume and make my hair look less thin, but I didn’t really notice anything. I did feel like this gave me great bedhead hair the next day. I will need to try the hair flip and dry, apparently it gives good volume if you do that.

I also read that you need to really shake the bottle before using because the silk particles settle to the bottom. The bottle is comfortable in my hand. Did not notice a strong scent which is good. I know this product can be a holy grail for some, maybe I just need more practice, or a hair professional to show me the best way to use it.

I have very fine, short, curly hair, so I like using texture sprays to give me some volume and a bit of texture to my curls. This stuff has great reviews, but sadly, I don’t agree. I’ve read comments on the smell, but to me it’s more of a woodsy, spice type scent.

Its not my preference, but it disapates pretty quickly so it’s not a deal breaker. What I don’t like is the powdery cast it leaves on my hair, which is always a problem with these sprays since my hair is dark.

Head/hair flip upside-down, a bit of spray at the crown of my head, and I’m pleased to say I’ve got the volume I like without traditional or typical hairspray. Anytime throught the day that I feel like I need to, I do a quick shake of the hair, and some volume comes back.

Balloon certainly adds texture and volume to all types of hair. I often use this after straightening. I flip my hair upside down and spray from the underside. This adds great volume to straight or flat hair without leaving it with residue, or feeling the crunchiness of other spray products.

Your hair will be just as silky soft but look much fuller. This is a gentle but long-lasting product. Definitely recommend 100%.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about this amazing product! I have baby fine hair that is straight as a pin. I have a lot of problem with products being too stiff, too wet and weighing down my hair, or simply won’t hold my style.

These issue are never issue with Big Sexy Hair. I can spray it after I style or even during styling and my hair is touchable, soft, smells great and holds its style all day. NEVER stiff or sticky. I am so in love with this product.

It’s ridiculously expensive, so I only use it very sparingly. It’s basically magic in a can though, so I always keep it on hand for bad hair days. A little goes a long way, I have very heavy, fine, straight hair.

I hot roll it, but there are days when I just can’t get the volume I need on top, when the layers start to grow out. I use this in those areas, & use my fingers to rub it in really well & fluff it up at the same time.

Then spray it with my regular, reasonably priced, hairspray. I can extend the time between haircuts this way, which is especially great during Covid.

Is my second fave product in entire line up, next to the Dry Shampoo!!! To be honest, these two products perform very similar(for me). Never been a fan of “root boosting” mousse/gel things that you rub on your roots while hair is still wet/damp.

Besides, am washing hair much less these days and my hair is far more healthier. so, I love a good product that I can use on *dry* hair. “Miss Blast” is magic in an aerosol can!! Has never been tacky/sticky, gives my (fine)hair the perfect amount of “boost” whenever I need it.

I usually use Dry Shampoo first, thoroughly brush my hair out. then, spritz “Blast” on my “flat” spots. tousle it up with my fingers then, make a messy bun(or whatever). Makes me look like I have way more hair than I actually do!! Smells very fresh&clean.

I’m always up for trying new hair care products, and leave in conditioners and creams are among my favorites. From the shape and size of the bottle, at first I expected this to be a spray, but I guess my expectations have been conditioned to think this way.

I do prefer pumps, though the pump on this bottle was not my favorite. It does not pump out very much serum at all. This might be okay for short hair, but it’s a little frustrating to try to pump out enough serum to work through four feet of hair.

The serum itself is thin and lightweight so it won’t weigh down your hair. It seems pretty moisturizing. It adds a good amount of slipperiness that is great for detangling my hair when it’s damp. My hair still has a small amount of frizz, but it is improved and feels soft when it dries.

I didn’t notice much of a scent left behind by this serum. It’s easy to use and work through my hair, and it makes my hair feel nice, so I’d recommend it.

This serum spray is very effective and easy to use. I just spray it into my hand, run it through my hair, and then brush it with my detangling brush, and the frizz is gone! The serum spray is of medium consistency, a little thinner than rinse out conditioners, but does not feel heavy or sticky.

It has a moderately strong apple scent to it, which is tolerable to me, but that I am not fond of, as I use a lot of floral products, so it totally clashes with them. However this spray works well, and leaves my hair looking smooth, so I do not fault it for the unpleasant scent, but I wish Pantene would bring back its original scent.

I would definitely recommend getting this if you have frizz problems.

I’ve been looking for a good hairspray that creates body and volume without having too much of a strong hold. So I decided to try this John Frieda Volume Lift hairspray and it’s exactly what I was looking for.

It creates lightweight body and im still able to run my fingers through my hair. I’ve always had fine hair that lacked body and volume, however finding the right products can be difficult since the more products you add the more it weighs the hair down making it flat.

After towel drying I like to add a small amount of my favorite voluminous mousse and then put my hair in a loose bun on top of my head while doing my makeup. Then I’ll spray it with this hairspray and it adds just the right amount of hold.

The absolute best hairspray I’ve ever used. Every hairspray feels so wet and heavy in comparison. Not this! It dries instantly and holds my style in humid Florida. I’m not sure if John Freida stopped making it or if it was just discontinued from Target.

First I would just like to say John Frieda has amazing products. I should know I use a lot of them. My hair is blonde and sometimes platinum blonde. I wasn’t blessed with naturally thick hair. I have baby fine long hair.

That means I have to work hard usually and do different tricks just to get volume in my hair then actually get it to stay in all day. This product is amazing for just that. This brand actually has awesome products for volume and this is def one of them.

This is absolutely recommended to anyone with any kind of problems with hair lacking any kind of volume or just no volume at all. Try please. Your hair is anything like mine trust me it will help!!!.

I’ve been using this product for years. There are other products that have fancier ingredients and the newest technology, but this is a great volumizer with natural ingredients. The smell is not too strong or perfumy.

I spray it on wet hair before I blow dry and my fine, long hair has great volume. I will use this until they quit making it.

This is a great voluminous spray for fine hair. I have to be so careful with what I use on my hair as not to weight it down or end up with gray looking strands (think Kurt Cobain!) and this spray is so easy to use, it doesn’t have a nasty perfume smell like so many others and it gives my hair tons of volume.

I spray this on wet hair lightly at the roots around the crown and sides, then blow dry. I finish it off with a little hairspray at the roots and a quick hit with the blow dryer. This product with this technique works well with my fine, thinning hair, which I keep at chin length.

To keep hair shiny: I roll a small section around a medium brush, bend it at the roots, hit roots then rest with the blow dryer on high, then cool the section by rolling the brush. This product is my go-to product for hair setting! My hair still feels clean on the second day of a wash/dry.

I run damp fingers through the roots on the second day and touch up the style with the blow dryer and another light spritz of hairspray.

This product is excellent for thickening and volumizing fine and thinning hair when used as a pre-styler before blow drying. The finish is soft and conducive for further styling. When I use this, I am able to use less of my other styling products due to the light hold of this product.

The scent is similar to the Volume Injection products and is pleasant but not too feminine. My criticism of this product is its spray mechanism, which delivers the product, not in a spray, but a stream that requires further combing the product into the hair.

The solution is simple: spray the product into your hand, emulsify the product in both hands, and then work the product into the hair. The stream might be helpful if root lift is the main goal. Some negative reviews mention a “too-soft” or “flat” finish.

This effect may be from using too much product or not distributing it evenly in the hair, which might be alleviated from spraying the product in the hands before applying. Furthermore, if you are used to the stiffness or product-feel typical of mousses or root lifters, this product does not have the heavier, stiffer feel of those products.

My stylist used this product on my hair on 8/28/21. WOW. I could feel the difference even before my hair had finished drying. The sprayer isn’t the best, but we unscrewed the top and poured it into my hands, and I spread it all over my hair like I would a mousse product.

I did not just spray it as a root product, I spread it on every stand of hair and scalp. My hair is extremely fine and thin and I have to use a root concealer all over the top of my hair to hide areas that are thinning.

This Redken product made my hair look much fuller after it was blow-dryed and styled. My stylist is going to purchase a bottle for me so I can keep it at home. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Love all things redken but this is my new favorite. I use it along with the thickening lotion and it gives crazy volume. I bought a few different sprays as my favorite was discontinued and they’re all great but this has been my go to.

I bought this primarily because hairspray usually doesn’t have the greatest smell but THIS smells soo good! This product comes in a variety of scents and hold coverage ranging from 1-4 with 1 being the least to 4 having a max hold.

This specific one is labeled as 4 and let me tell you, when you apply be sure to have your hair exactly how you want it to be because there’s no turning back. 😆 A little goes a long way. I have had this same can for a year now.

It adds shine but doesn’t make my hair ever look greasy. In fact, after a day my hair is more on the oily side and when I use this it actually doesn’t look as greasy the following day. Seems to help with the oil.

This works great in humidity too. I also like the fact that this is made in the USA, the only downfall for my personal preference is I like to ONLY use professional products as they are the BEST option (reason for only 4 stars) but since I hardly ever wear hairspray I figured it wouldn’t hurt.

I truly enjoyed this experience! When I received the package with the Shampoo/Body Wash and the Conditioner, I immediately did what I do when I try a new item like this: I opened the bottle to sniff!!! What a wonderful scent! I was anxious for evening to come so that I could hop into the shower and try the products! Ahh! Shower time was finally here (last night) — I put my supplemental heater on and the exhaust fan in my bathroom and got the shower water reeeeally warm and stepped in! Okay — so – I got all warmed up with the water and soaked my hair and worked from the ‘top’ down! I put just a very small amount of the shampoo/body wash into my hand and applied it to my hair, which is fine and thin and kind of fragile.

The shampoo immediately turned into almost a foam it was so nice and dense! I couldn’t believe what a small amount it took to develop a beautiful, aromatic and bubbly head of hair! It felt wonderful — and that smell! Total Heaven! I kept noting how the whole bathroom began to smell like the product – it was better than if I’d lit a scented candle — Oh, how I hoped the scent would linger for awhile after I was done in the shower! I then washed with the shampoo/body wash by applying it to a microfiber washcloth.

Again, it didn’t take a lot of product to form a nice bubbly, foaming cloth! I swear the warm water with the scent wafting through the bathroom was turning a simple shower into a spa experience! So relaxing and I felt like my mood was lifted and I was smiling ‘out loud’!!! I then rinsed off and used the conditioner on my hair – that felt great as well, but that’s in my other review so I won’t go into detail! Overall, I think this product could be used by anyone, any age! Because it’s a citrus scent, it could be used by a man as well as a woman, so no need to have lots of different products in the shower.

I can’t imagine a teenager wouldn’t enjoy it as well (although I don’t have any kids home, so I can’t weigh in on that!) This is the ‘next’ morning as I write this. Important to follow up with you on how my hair feels TODAY! I have to ‘set’ my hair (I use regular, old-fashioned rollers – just a few in my wet hair so that my hair won’t be flat and lifeless when it dries).

When I took them out this morning, I definitely felt like my hair had more life in it and the volume was better than usual. As I’ve said, my hair is quite fine and flat and I have issues with thinning and even alopecia areata so I’ve tried a lot of different products – some that were pretty pricey and did NOTHING to boost the volume or improve the condition of my hair.

Even though I have thick, long hair and this mist is for fine hair I decided to give it a try. The weight of my hair kills my volume so I’m always looking for a product that will give my hair a much needed boost while leaving it touchably soft.

I mist my damp hair from roots to mid length (giving my roots extra attention), blowdry my hair upside-down until it’s about 80% dry and my roots are completely dry, then finish off with a blowout brush.

I have amazing volume for about 2 hours then my hair begins to fall. By the end of the day I still have some volume but nothing like the first 2 hours. I like that this product doesn’t leave my hair with that “product feel”, is a 5-in-1, doesn’t have a strong or horrible scent, and is affordable.

I just wish it lasted a bit longer. Maybe when I get the nerve to cut off my hair I’ll get better results. As of now I’m not sure if I’ll be repurchasing this.

I’ve always had fine hair and I’ve tried high end brands and store brands to get the most body and volume out of my hair products, and for years it’s always been Tresemme. Most hair companies like to put “fibers” to make your hair feel thicker etc when unfortunately all that does is weigh fine hair down.

Tresemme has always understood this, their 24bofy conditioner is made for fine hair meaning it’s not heavy but still conditions the hair. I’ve tried many of their products and they never let me down, including this.

It’s a one step spray that takes care of 5 hair issues. I spray it on damp hair after the shower and it adds volume, strength, acts as a heat protectant, has anti static properties and adds a light hold.

So I no longer need a heat protectant plus a light hair spray and my hair has amazing volume and body. I also love it’s a Clean Vegan product as well.

I had the chance to try this product: #freeproduct #trywithtopbox. My hairs are particularly fine and flat/straight. They are difficult to tame and they have no tone. I don’t like to put a lot of time into my routine, to prepare myself.

I need an effective product and the One step 5-in-1 volume spray is what I needed! No detours, just an effective and easy-to-use product! The bottle fits well in the hand, but the “spray cap” is not necessarily the best.

It took me several presses to get a sufficient amount. However, we easily forgive that, when the product is applied! The fragrance is pleasant, subtle and we can quickly see the effect of the product.

My hairs are easier to place and the static effect dissipates quickly. In winter and with the wearing of a hat, this product works miracles!.

This spray is light weight and great for fine hair (like mine). It provides good volume, but if you need LOTS of volume go for the maximista spray. If you are looking for a spray that has medium volume with minimum weight on your strand this is the one for you! The spray is of course luxurious and so subtle.

Personally, my super fine, straight hair needed more so I returned to the maximista spray but this one would be great for someone that needs a boost but not too much.

I want to love this. Really I do. Especially considering the money I drop on Oribe products. but I don’t. It really didn’t do anything special. In fact, after about an hour my hair looked weighed down and greasy.

Am I doing something wrong? I don’t know. I follow their directions. It smells nice and I’m sure it would work for someone. Me? Nope. Nice bottle though and it makes guests think you’re fancy if you leave it out when they’re over so there’s that.

I needed this product. it’s brought my hair back to life. It’s TRUE about getting what you pay for with styling products. I bought 3 products from volume line and they work better than I expected. I have used mousse before but I think I used too much on roots so now I use volumista spray on roots but applied onto hands first then to my roots with grandiose mousse used to scrunch my ends and mid shaft of my very long hair.
