This is motivation only! An overwhelming majority of us are conditioned to believe that sweat is fat, it’s not. Sweat is ur body cooling you off. This will only help you loose minimal water weight. Anyone who saids otherwise, “god bless them”.

🤭 I like to use it because even tho it’s not fat dripping, still motivates me to keep going. Guess I lie to myself while working out. Lols. I would not use this for lifting weights as it will encourage you to not use ur own muscles.

I would only use this for walking not for long running or weights. Too much sweat lost while running can lead to dehydration. Now for the positive, motivation and very comfortable. It’s also super easy to wash.

I ordered this piece not as a technical “waist trainer”, just a make-me-comfortable-in-work-clothes helper. Putting it on was a little hilarious; once you get past the first 3-4 hooks it’s smooth sailing.

It’s comfy enough to even wear around the house, if you like that sucked-in feeling. I have a very short waist and the front boning can poke into my legs a bit while sitting (if it has slipped down) but I actually like the length as it covers my lower mom-tummy I’m struggling to get rid of.

Long-waisted folks might find it a bit short, but I love it! And it doesn’t curl at the edges as I feared it might, hooray! Sizing is small like everyone says; glad I read the reviews first! The chart put me in an L/XL but the 2X/3X is perfect (in all the pieces I bought, BTW.

) Serves my purpose perfectly (and super-snatching if worn over shaping bodysuit, whoa!) Definitely recommend if you get the right size!.

I love this waist trainer it’s comfy, tight enough to give me the snatched look I desire but not so tight that it’s uncomfortable and I can’t breath. The difference isn’t insane, but it’s enough to noticeably take my waist in, flatten my tummy, and give me the hourglass figure I want.

It sometimes bites into my bra but that’s likely because I’m on the shorter side. My usual size is a M so I purchased the M. After wearing it off and on for a few weeks I was able to move onto the second hook set with little discomfort.

That being said, I’m used to shapewear so it was probably easier for me than it will be for others. My only complaint is the delivery and wait time. My delivery date changed every day and the product came much later than expected.

When I tried to track the order I got an error notification saying that the tracking number did not exist and there was no parcel with the corresponding number. There was a period of a week or two where I wasn’t sure if I’d ever get my package.

So if you’re willing to wait and be inconvenienced I’d say it’s worth the purchase.

I find myself wearing this every day even if I’m staying home, as it supports my back and makes me feel more sleek. I’ve always been very thin but MENOPAUSE kicked my butt in more ways than I can count – including the dreaded “thickening around the middle.

” Honestly, this trainer made me happier than I had been with my body in years. At first, I couldn’t even get the hooks closed, thinking I had bought the wrong size. Now 3 months later I am wearing on the smallest setting and thinking about going down a size.

Granted I started exercising a little more but STILL, the waist trainer has been slimming, comfy, supportive and confidence-boosting. If you have that impossible to lose menopausal belly THIS can really make you feel good again.

I needed a post-surgery compression garment for my midsection, and the other garments I tried were so constricting and uncomfortable, which is terribly frustrating if you have to wear something around the clock for weeks.

This waist cincher was like a breath of fresh air when I put it on, I could actually breathe! It is soft and comfortable. It’s a game changer, I love it.

Very disappointed in this, NO STRETCH at all and the material is not as nice, & it only has 2 rows of hooks not 3 like mine, I have ordered great waist trainers in the past, like 4 yrs ago and it feels great, quality material and has a stretch to it so you can wear it all day and made to last! THIS one is nothing like the one I have like it, no stretch at all, about 4″-6″ from even getting a hook on, I wear a med and yes my old one still fits and is looking like new! I’m 5’9 165# and wear 7/8 -9/10 in jeans! Need to ship it back to get something else or a refund as it’s useless for me, you’d need to be an extra small to fit a med in this!.

This is a great product, I’ve purchased this item 2x & I must say WoW, I purchased this item to train my waist, whittle, nip that HeaUx into formation & GoOd GosH *Shocker* It WORKS/ED. I started out in the sz Small, worked my way through the whole vest, using 1st set of hooks, until I reached 2nd set of hooks & when working out, HIIT & aerobics, my waist is 24/25, my goal when I first purchased vest.

My waist then was 28/29. My 2nd purchase is the sz XSM & OMMFG, I thought I was gonna suffocate R damage my F**Ribs, Im looking forward to nip waist even further & maintain the results.

I’ve tried 3 or 4 of the others and all they did was. well, nothing really. This one actually holds everything in and my stomach actually looks flat. No more walking around having to remember to hold in my stomach and surprisingly comfortable.

I was asked to test out this product and I have in the past tried a few different types of waist trainers and this one is by far the best. It was true to size and you could adjust it. It felt comfortable whereas some other brands are itchy or dig into you.

This one doesnt at all. I also love that it comes with the slimming gel. Make sure to do a patch test with it in case you have very sensitive skin. This gel made the trainer work even harder. I used with and without and I swear more with it on and feel it working quicker.

I will continue to use this product.

This belt is really great. Very easy to put on and take off. The gel smells like Vicks once you apply to your belly which I like. I noticed a difference in my shape instantly once I put on Ill show in images! I did noticed that with the cream gel it did smell a like diesel so I had to wash off and wash my belt.

After washed I did f experience it any longer. It definitely WILL SWEAT when working out with this. It doesnt roll down which I really liked. I order an 2xl/3xl. I also wear size 2xl in shirts. Really love this belt!.

This waist belt and gel are great additions!! Ive recently started working out on a regular and I wanted something to wear to increase sweat production. I tried to the waist trainer with and without the slimming gel and still did an amazing gel.

After using it consistently for over a week. Ive lost two inches on my waist. I use the gel literally every and I sweat!! I only use it when working out (not the recommended two times a day). The sizing was correct based on the chart and I have no issues with conform or moving throughout the day.

This is a highly durable WT, but it doesn’t mold to my figure like competitor WT’s. Perhaps the latex is too thick. When I wear this trainer it is at least 1” away from my skin at the top, and the bottom is snug.

I have an hourglass shape with a long torso this should not happen. I would turn it upside down but it will feel word while fastening. I ordered the 5xl and usually wear a 2-3xl so size guideline is off.

This is my second one. This is amazing. had to get another one since I just had a baby and needed to A difrent size from my other one I had from before to have a proper fit. This will give you an hour glass figure, not much latex fell at all if you ask me.

It feels more like a strong nylon. the hardware is amazing. Comfy to have on all day , it’s true to size but if you need a bit more comfort go up a size so you feel better. this material on this product is wonderful.

3 weeks of searching lead me to purchase; I’m so happy I did. I placed a thin cotton camisole underneath and 1 hour on the 1st set of hooks lead me to the 2nd set for 10 hours total. I should say that length of time and adjustment ISN’T for everyone, I’m a person trainer.

Aim for 1-3 hours when starting. If your uncomfortable when fastened loosen it. If your on the 1st set of hooks and its uncomfortable, give yourself a week of healthier food choices, turmeric, ginger, aloe vera juice (unsweetened), apple cider vinegar if you can, water, movement and try again.

Not fittingly comfortable after that return it and order a larger size. Don’t give up; No shame. life is a journey, this is a path you’ve chosen, be patient with yourself, mind and body. Again, you should NOT be in discomfort or pain: SUNG is the way, like an big hug (w/o the labored breathing when squeezed).

The following day started on the 2nd set adjusting to the 3rd. All I can say is it feels amazing. I have great posture already thankfully but after a C-section 14 years ago it felt like my organs weren’t in their place even with being fit, they do now! I’m able to get my cardio/weight training in while wearing and even some lower abdominal work/crunches.

Side note, it helped with menses pain ladies and for that alone I’m looking forward to smaller sizes in the future.

I love this product. I started with a XXL 3 months ago. I just started to wear size L. My waist and hips have gotten smaller and tighter. It also helped me with my posture and I have less lower back pain.

My job involves a lot of sitting and this waist trainer prevents me from slouching over for the most part. It takes a little time to get used to wearing it, but then it’s like a second skin. My sister is wearing it too now and it helps her with her post-pregnancy form.

Love the product. Misunderstood the use. Wish there were more information regarding product use as well as videos. Once I realized it was for something different than what I purchased for, it was good.

Initially I thought I could wear it all day, now I know it’s only to be worn while standing or in an unbent position. I’ll wear it will exercising and sleeping. I weighed 255 when I started wearing it and am 5’5.

I purchased the XL and it was a perfect fit. I had help getting in it at first, but was able to put on myself alter. The material stretches. Sorry no real pics with it on. The window shot I had it on under my clothing.

This is one of the best waist trainers I’ve bought. I normally fluctuate between an Xl-2x. I ordered a 2x because I didn’t want it to be too small. I definitely could’ve ordered an XL. I wear a 16-18 with a 45in waist.

I purchased this Waistnipper on the advice of a surgeon I consulted for a hernia in the abdomen. This type of softer corset gives me just the right support for the abdomen and the back as well. I am a Plus size and chose size 3X which was perfect.

Some reviewers indicated that it was difficult to fasten, as you have to stretch it to join the hooks and eyes. I suggest starting with the very last one at the bottom and work your way up. It works for me.

I have been researching waist trainers for a long time and finally decided to try this trainer because it checked all the boxes for me. It was long enough in the torso to cover my fupa. had both a zipper closure and the double Velcro strap.

I would very strongly recommend following the sizing chart as it is very accurate and will prevent you from getting the wrong size. I also really love that I can use this trainer while in the gym and besides training my waist it gives me great support during my weight training sessions.

I wear this for my HIIT classes and it makes me sweat as well as give me support so I can actually lift more and have better form. Afterwards I rinse it off with just soap and water and let it dry. The top is made of a thick neoprene material which makes you sweat and again gives that structure to support your torso area.

Also it is long enough (my torso is average) to cover well below my waist line giving me more coverage. The fact that it is sleeveless allows for full range of arm/shoulder movement which I need for quite a bit of movements.

The product is a great idea how ever I grossly under estimated the size I would need. 3xl just doesn’t allow me to secure the many hook and eye clips which secure it around my waist. So I’ve not been able to wear it as yet unless I loose some weight.

measurements: 157 cm / ~5’1 49-51 kg \ ~110 lbs 25-28 inch waist (bloating a lot!) works amazingly, is not bulky at all except for a little near the buttons. 3 adjustment pieces, cinches you nicely. provides lots of stretch but also some resistance at the same time to snatch your waist.

i could use the tightest option all over and it works amazingly. comfortable enough and REALLY helps your posture while being able to breathe and move completely normally at the same time. only downside is that it gets sort of itchy and hurts my fingers as im strapping it on as it gets tight and scratchy if my fingers get stuck inside D: when adjusted properly it goes up until your underbreast and a little bit under your hip bone, providing the perfect amount of coverage if youre chubby/bloat often, have a wide torso or if you just need a more defined waist.

Product as advertised. Easy to get on, and the multiple different tightness options mean that even if the corset stretches out in use, you can use it for a long time. The mesh design means the corset is quite comfortable, but it’s also fragile.

I managed to tear the connecting fabric between two holes with my manicured finger nail when trying it on for a first time. I’m an EU 46/48, and the 3XL fits me just fine, and I can even tighten it if possible.

The reason for only three stars is that the corset is too short, so either I have to wear it further down or further up with compression shorts. But if you’re looking for a shorter one, this is the one for you!.

I ordered the almond color small. I usually order a small or medium for most of my clothing but decided to go small as I wanted it to be more fitted on me. However because this product is stretchy, it doesn’t really make me feel as “snatched” as I want to sadly.

There are also a couple of loose threads at the bottom, but not much of a problem tho as I can just cut it off. To anyone buying this I would recommend sizing down (if you can!).

I had my last 2 cinchers for about 3 years. I took good care of them and they lasted! I use one to really work up a sweat in and one for around the house/errands. I just recently ordered 2 new ones. One with the straps and one without.

I have to say maybe because mine were so broken in or they have improved, but they def are stronger and support your posture. Great quality and super excited to have some new ones. I would like throw in that I ordered sizes too small and sent them back.

The front is a good length but the back is unfortunately short and so it curls down under the pressure of your body. Why they would make a longline corset with a regular sized back panel is poor designing.

If you’re top heavy, you may not be happy with this. Also the size chart is about 1 1/2 sizes smaller than posted.

This waist clincher is just ok. It doesn’t pull you in well in my opinion. It’s not firm enough. Even though it is for the waist it is to long in the back to accommodate my hips so it bunches up on top of my hip at my waist.

Very uncomfortable. This waist clincher is not good for a person with large hips unless you have a long back.

I chose thus item because I am trying to lose some of my belly after giving birth and I need something that will help me sweat while in the process of loss some baby fat.

Good quality corset, I love the material and sized it down by 2 and it fits well. It really keeps everything in and gives me the hourglass shape, an added bonus is that it helped correct my posture. I try not to wear it too much because that’s not good for your organs but a couple hours a day should be fine.

The material is really nice and the colour is very pretty. Unfortunately, the size I ordered ended up being two inches bigger than what it was supposed to be so I had to size down to a 22 inch. The hip panels unfortunately aren’t big enough to give enough room for my hip bones so I can lace the corset very tight.

I can only achieve about 1. 5 inch of waist reduction without my hips being in pain. Maybe this model is more suitable for customers with slim hips.

Such a comfortable corset to wear. The hip panels made a world of difference to flexibility and how much I could bend if needed. I used it for some back support, not too tightly laced, and it helped.
