This is my 3rd belt I have ordered and only one I have had problems with. First it came in a plastic bag. Second and most important It Doesn’t work. After 3 hours wearing a It is not generating any heat whatsoever.

normally it takes just a few minutes. Am going to have to send back Not happy at all!.

Can’t believe I paid what I did for this belt. Does absolutely nothing. No heat. Nothing. I am so disappointed. Tried cardio with it, went for a 45 min walk and nothing happened expect for sweat.

I just bought this item from Amazon. The fat on my stomach was hard but I can feel it loosening up. My pants that were becoming tight are now feeling loose again. The electric pulsating from the trimmer, actually feels good.

I wear my belt with sweat cream. I put some cream on my stomach and onto the 4 nodules in the inside. When I take the belt off after using it for 1hr20min with 3 minute breaks in between. My belt and stomach are covered in sweat!! I also bought some for my arms.

I have unfortunately, “grandmother” arms. I have done everything in my power to get rid of them. Except for surgery of course. The other machine is helping my arms out! Good luck on becoming more healthy in 2021!.

The famidoc waist trimmer works well. The current is more than strong enough to produce good muscle contraction. And you don’t have to worry about replacing gel pads. But you do have to make sure the area where you place it is nice and wet, otherwise you’ll get uncomfortable little stinging shocks! I’ve found it easier just to wet a paper towel real good, place that on my belly, and then put the waist trimmer on top of it.

You also have to strap it on pretty tight so that the contacts don’t accidently separate from the body when you move around. This can also cause stinging sensation. But the unit is good quality, easy to use, and works well if used correctly.

Can also be placed on your sides to work the love handles.

I have used this Ab belt for about 2 weeks. I used the machine for an hour after work each day. Everything is Okay till now. It is very convenient to use and I can do what I want during the time such as walking and watching TV.

It is really strong for me to use. It has 20 intensity levels to be adjust, but I only can tolerant the 9th level. I checked the theory of the this device. It adopts EMS, electronic muscle stimulation.

remind: Keep the skin wet before using the item, or you will feel pricking. I will update if I find something new.

This slimmer belt is nice because it’s lightweight and simple. I’m short and normally this type of waist belt is to long for me and does not fit comfortable. This one was difficult. It fit my waist perfectly.

The size small wrapped around my waist perfectly. You can adjust how tight it is and it closes with Velcro. The only thing that’s challenging for me is the slight rubber scent that comes for it. It is washable bout I’d do it by hand.

Not sure it would hold up in a machine. Other than that it’s a nice enough belt.

This slimmer belt works well and does it’s job. I can fit it snugly and wear it around the house and it looks like it can cover a wide range of shapes and sizes. The compression feels good and it certainly helps you sweat out some water weight.

My only gripe is the smell. It had a strong chemical smell coming out of the box that I was hoping would dissipate but after wearing it a few times to e smell is just as strong as ever. I can’t tolerate the smell on some days.

Also it doesn’t come with instructions or state how to wash it which would be helpful.

Decided to add more cardio into my workout regimen. Using a stationary bike is tough but adding the slimmer belt makes me sweat in places I didn’t think I could sweat. It felt amazing. Ripping off the belt and having the sweat drenched on the floor.

Nothing beats accomplished workouts and this belt does the job. Doesn’t come off when placed around stomach, velcro is strong.

This waist trimmer is next level. It’s a different type of sweat. Also i feel the burn as it heats up inside the trimmer. It’s a sauna heat feeling and it’s the best sweat I’ve ever experienced. Ik my waist is definitely going to trim down a whole lot.

My friend helps me to put it on tight but literally it’s the best work out band I’ve EVER had. EVER!!! Waist band and sweat band all in one!!! So comfy and i got the right size!!! 5’2 270lbs XL, IT’S WORTH IT!!!.

I’ve used neoprene waist brands before in the past but never a Sweet Sweat band. I purchased the matte band in black and one of the Coconut sweat enhancer sticks. First off I’m glad you all were thoughtful enough to include large sizes for the bands and the width is the largest I’ve seen available anywhere which is great for my long torso.

I ordered a 2x and I have plenty of room. Make sure you review the measurements and buy the recommended size. The band does what it’s supposed to do; it helps heat up my core and gets me sweating! It doesn’t roll up and isn’t bulky underneath my clothes.

I’m excited to see what this band can do for my waist with consistent use.

I been using sweet sweat over 2years& a half, It changed my life for the better and I can gladly say that Until this day I keep buying all new waist trimmers and any sweet sweat products. At was at a point where I wanted something to make me sweat and to make me feel like I put in the work! I tried many other things like waist trainers, plastic sweaters, walmart trimmers you name it.

I first bought a “Sweet Sweat” waist band for my workouts. I thought this Latex Fit Workout waist trainer will be the same or better. I was quite disappointed. Unlike the first workout band I purchased from another company, this waist trainer was quite stiff that I can’t really move very well because it wasn’t as flexible.

I can’t do situps with it unlike the “sweet sweat”. I don’t sweat as much in my middle when I workout with this waist trainer either. So, overall, it was very disappointing! For the price I paid for it, which is way too much, I’m not very happy :-/.

It took about a week to see the difference in my waist. I use it mainly while sleeping and it does not bother. I bought it in large, my mistake a little bit big, i m ordering a medium soon

I did not care for this one at all! It is very bulky and very uncomfortable. It didn’t matter how tight or loose I’d adjust it too it still was not comfortable for me.

Ive been wearing the waist trimmer over the past 2 weeks at the gym during cardio workouts and as someone recovering from herniated discs and have put on weight, the trimmer has been great support on my lower abdomen, keeps everything tight and it stays in place.

Originally I bought this waist trimmer to us at the gym to help loose my big belly. It helps me buy doubling or should I say tripling the sweating proccess. Apart from the gym, I’m an electrican and wear it at work.

It helps support my back support. Elctricians wear a belt with all their tools around their waist which weighs a lot putting a strain on the back. The waist trimmer helps my back pain. The thing that one has to watch though, is when taking off the waist trimmer, one must dry themselves very well, stay out of drafts and of course change into dry cloths.

This is the best waist trainer I’ve ever owned. I wear it under my clothes, it’s not noticeable at all. I can move on it, it’s not too tight, and it actually helps with my back pain and posture. It makes me sweat a lot but I can’t tell until I take it off.

I’ve went down a couple inches in 3 weeks. I’m very happy with it. Great quality. It’s very easy to use, clean, and store. Go get one I promise you won’t be disappointed. I Highly recommend. Btw I found this one at Gabriel’s.

For what it is, it’s excellent, and at this price it really can’t be beaten. I’ve had other bands like it that were not nearly as nice or effective. Heavier ones were too hot to wear all day, too bulky to wear under clothing, or too restrictive.

Thinner ones or ones without the edging always fold, roll, pinch, or stretch out until they’re unusable. After using this one, I wouldn’t recommend that someone splurge on a more costly one or save a buck on a cheaper one — this one is just perfect and very affordable.

In use, this band is great. I can wear it all day without getting too hot or sweaty, even when I’m very active. It never rolls, folds, or pinches when I bend. I can wear it under most regular clothes and it’s almost invisible.

Or over workout clothes without discomfort. It has maintained its elasticity under continued use. Personally, I also like that wearing it helps me maintain good posture. It’s not too loose, too tight, or restricting – it allows for normal movement, but also provides just a little support.

I clean it by hand-washing in warm water & light detergent. Towel dry, then hang overnight. I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference in my midsection, but that wasn’t why I bought it, so your mileage (or inches) may vary.

But at this price, it’s definitely worth buying if you’re in the market for something like it.

I bought this product in the hopes that it would help me trim my waist line. I have only had and been using this product for a week now. Although it has not helped me lose inches around my waist yet, i can tell this product is working.

The first time i used it i was skeptical so i wore it on bare skin. Within a half hour of working with the belt on, the belt and myself were dripping. With that experience i have since then wore it over a tank top.

Even with the tank top under the belt it still helps you get to the point of being drenched with sweat. I have a 43in waist and this product has plenty of room to not only Velcro to itself but it has enough stretch and more material that i personally believe this belt would fit more then just a 50in, maybe a 60in almost.

My tip to anyone interested in this product would be remember that it doesn’t do the work for you. All it is, is a helping tool to help you increase the sweat you produce in the area. You will still have to take those walks briskly and get off the sofa to chance kids, and be active in some kind of way, for this belt do anything for you.

Honestly for the price you can’t beat it, I’ve worse this thing after TWO cesareans. I work out to tone my abdominal muscles and it works amazingly and extremely quick! Honestly I didn’t expect the results I get with this since it’s so cheap, it’s made well very comfortable and thin enough to wear in public.

The only thing I would change is the Velcro piece should be a little shorter it overlaps the belt on to my skin and it hurts when it rubs. Otherwise it’s perfect for the price.

I use this Everlast slimmer belt when I’m on my treadmill and stationary bike. This one is great because the velcro are 2 circles at the top and bottom, it stays in place better. This also keeps me from getting snags in my workoutout wear versus having a long strip of velcro that can rollover with movement.

It definitely helps with shedding water weight and helps support my core.

This is the best waist trainer I have ever bought, the insane heat really makes you sweat 😓. I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a waist trainer that works and it is priced reasonably.

The heat generated from your body makes you feel like your in a microwave LOL. I put it on before I left home and had to pull over to take it off and even then the burn continued all the way ro the gym.

I thought to myself WOW this can’t be real!!!, I later put it back on just before my workout and I felt the burn like no other waist trainer that I had ever tried before. This is a product worth buying to take your waist line down a few inches.

In 2017 I got version 1. I wore the belt and could not believe how hot it got there as I wore it around my waist. I lost it during summer at a park. This year I got be4sion 2. Same thing but more surface area so better.

It does work in the sense that it does start to burns around 15 minutes for me. I use it before I hit the cardio. Try it and see for yourself.

This belt does exactly what it says. It heats you up and makes you sweat. No doubt that it works. I Cant give it 5 stars because it should be used with caution. I don’t see how u can use it for more than 30 minutes.

It gets HOT!It started burning so much that I could not leave it on. I felt like I had a serious sunburn afterward, and even had a tough time showering because the skin burn was no joke.

I love this! I bought the set so I have the hot belt and instant trainer. I sweat so much under this and I feel my body shape has actually changed! I’m already curvy but I tend to accumulate fat on the sides so I was loosing my figure and after only two weeks of using it I can see a huge difference.

I do have to tighten the Velcro as much as I can but it is definitely a working product.

I got the items I got the holiday so it was great but I do miss good quality but they don’t fit when I got the kit which comes with both the top the bottom in the armbands I’ve been in three different sizes because I’m three different sizes.

When I got the product everything was 4X which is way too big for me. So I’ve been trying to do an exchange for the website the website keeps giving me an error 2 try again will not let me process it.

But it tells me to email their customer service which I have multiple times. First time someone got back to me after what the problem was I answer them back never heard from them again. And then the second time I tried to talk to them no one even responded once.

I cannot wear this item I cannot get it to anybody all I want to do is exchange it.

I purchased this product because I was looking for something to wear during exercise to “train” myself to hold my abs in and have better posture. I am doing this review almost 3 months after purchasing and wearing at least 5 days a week.

At first it seemed very awkward and bulky under my clothes and was not the most comfortable against my skin. I dealt with that and just wore it and worked out. It is held together with velcro which gives you the flexibility to change how tight or how lose you want it.

The draw back to this is that it does not always stay attached and the more I use it the harder it is to get the velcro to attach and stay closed. I will definitely be looking for a waist trainer with a zipper or better closure.

Really like this waist slimmer. It doesn’t roll or move when I wear it and it will definitely make your waist sweat! I wear when working out and doing chores and it helps me with my posture and back pain as well.

I haven’t had it long enough to say if my waist is definitely trimmer, but my tummy does look a little flatter, so yay! Also as far as it smelling just hang it outside for a day to air out and no smell after that:).
