Some of the most popular wakeboards for women include the Ronix One, the Slingshot Celeritas, and the Liquid Force Skyla. These boards are all designed to offer a great deal of performance and control, and they are also stylish and sleek in their design.
In terms of sizing, women’s wakeboards are typically shorter and narrower than men’s boards, and they also often have softer bindings to provide a more comfortable and secure fit.

3 Stage Rocker: A flatter mid-section for more speed/rail control yet an exaggerated later arc for that delivers a more instantaneous pop off the wake.
This skate-inspired skimmer is engineered with a super thin profile in a carbon layup for added torsional stiffness, giving it excellent water feel and razor sharp response. Skate the wake better than ever with the Ronix Carbon Air Core 3 Skimmer Wakesurf Board.
Skimmer A board designed to sacrifice some top water momentum for a ride that has the most feel with the water, allowing the rider to surf more like they are on a wakeskate. Use a shallow fin or no fin at all because the board has so much natural grip.
1 Fiberglass Symmetric 2. 5” Fin Compression Molded Air Core 3 Construction The most responsive construction Ronix has ever tested. Made out of a mold, and then wrapped in carbon for a torsionally stiff layup unlike any other.
This is the first skim style board I have ridden and I definitely made me want to try it more! It was incredibly nimble and although I don’t have the skills yet, it made me want to try spins and tricks.
Once I got a bit more comfortable on this board I noticed how fast it was and railed really hard on its edge. The hardest part for me was keeping the nose out of the water but I think that was mostly just my lack of experience with skim style boards.
I am 75kg. For choose best skim board,I skipped price under 1000aud line up. I love Austin keen performance. I thought about keen board, But I heard that keen is good for performance , but less durability.
Because I wake surf very often, durability is very important for me. I have to gave up keen board. Then, I found ronix board have toolless fin, and ronix’s details and quality looks better than other brands.
I tried flyweight skim 4’5 and carbon skim 4’4. Carbon sprocket, I gave up sprocket on first ride. because of the shape is made for everything, Little difficult to skim tricks, 360 etc. Flyweight is very light ,but less response.
Stable ride feeling. Carbon skim is very response. more easy to make tricks. Carbon skim is more stiff and durable. Carbon have 2. 5inch fin and 1 inch fin. fin makes big different ride feeling. It will perfect, if ronix put the thin wax mat on the board.
Amazing board. First skimboard and love it. Easy and fast response, slippery yet easy to control. Also, 88 gave me an amazing price and super fast free shipping. Thank you!
SYSTEM BOARD: Get the learning curve out of the way and get to the real fun faster with the Obrien System Wakeboard. With its’ continuous rocker and three fins, the System provides a predictable and stable ride both on and off the wake.
Riders can add and remove the center fin to allow for their desired drag and stability. An extra buoyant foam core helps learning riders get out of the water and on their feet. Continues Rocker – With an even curve from tip to tail, this balanced rocker line is extremely consistent, easy to control, and rolls up the wake for a smooth predictable pop.
Grab Rail – Channeling on top of the board that makes it easier to lock onto grabs; also makes the board easier to carry Feather Core – Feather Core reduces the board’s swing weight for more midair control, while simultaneously maintaining its profile up the face of the wake for maximum pop.
Removable Center Fins – Additional tracking for riders who want more control on the water. Built in the Sun – Proudly built in Obrien’s 100% environmentally conscious solar powered factory!.
Order arrived quickly for our next outing. Everybody that tried the new wakeboard got up on the first couple of tries. Installed the skags on both ends. Fit well with serveral different riders. Would recommend!.
The wakeboard adventure begins with the Motive. A board preferred by beginner/intermediate riders who like the flowing feel of the original free ride series. The Motive provides a mellower turn with smoother lift off the wake.
This series is perfect for first timers behind the boat! Monocoque Construction: Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one. Generating a more durable board on side impacts to prevent delamination.
Layered Glass: Hyperlite’s fiberglass is available in 3 weights depending on the board. Over time, traditional woven glass fibers will separate.
Fully recommend this board. One of the lightest and more durable board I’ve ever ridden. Get’s off the wake and lands just perfectly. It just blows my mind every time I use it! I got the 2018 on 138cm, now the 2019 141cm and going for the 2020 144cm next year.
This is a great beginner wakeboard. Perfect for those of us who have never tried wakeboarding before, and excellent value for the price. Shipping was very fast too. Highly recommend this wakeboard for beginners, it makes wakeboarding for the first time a total breeze!.
I like the board a lot. It’s faster than other boards I have rode. Just a beginner wakeboarder. I am 6ft 1 and 235 pound. And have no trouble getting up on the board. I would have given it more stars but the board didn’t have the workmanship as other boards I have seen.
The finish of the board was dull and had a couple of bubbles in the finish.
KRUSH BOARD The foundation to wakeboarding just shed some weight and added more feel for the water. There are two ways to ride a wakeboard. 1. Edging and driving through the wake where your speed from attack angle and pop will determine your lift.
This requires a higher skill level because you’re dealing with different forces from the pull of the line and the timing of your jump. 2. Riding a thinner profiled board with more top water speed and less line load.
This style creates a pendulum using more of a natural centripetal approach with less effort both on and leaving the water. Now a rider has more feedback with the water, less swing weight in the air, and easier transitioned turns.
Your body is crossed up riding toeside, and more inline riding heelside, and every aspect of the Krush takes this into consideration for the proper foundation to your riding. Features: Construction – Modello Riding Style – Boat Entry Level / Intermediate Energy – Neutral 4 Rocker – 3-Stage Fins -4 – 1.
7″ Hook Fins LUXE BOOT The ultimate in comfort. Built with our adaptive MainFrame chassis, the Luxe contours to every aspect of your foot when you lace up the AutoLock system. Constructed from a soft, lightweight Stage 1 foam, the Luxe is a top-of-the-line, universal boot with a price that is easy on the pocketbook.
Support you would expect from a high-end boot, and ease of entry that will have you finishing that last-minute text while you slip into these cloud machines. FLEX: 4/10.
Waterskiers world has a large range of equipment and clothing and apologise on spelling, but Rueben was extremely helpful. I have no idea what I was looking for or needed and he went above and beyond to assist me.
I had to return the boots as they didn’t end up fitting and yet again he helped me find a suitable pair that fit. He should be praised for his customer service and dedication. Would highly recommend anyone to come and shop at Waterskiers world :-).
Love this wakeboard. Awesome board for ladies. Stance is a perfect width and it is easy to maneuver on the water. I also love the graphics on the board. Great board for beginners and intermediate riders.
Definitely more of an intermediate board than entry level. The board is not as stable as my previous board. Graphics are even better in person than on the web!
The Eden 2. 0 is the sister equivalent of the iconic Hyperlite State 2. 0 wakeboard. However, donÕt think for a second that Hyperlite just shrinked it, pinked it, and called it a womenÕs wakeboard. Down to the tiniest details, the Hyperlite Eden 2.
0 was designed specifically for the female rider. Its stable, user-friendly ride makes learning to wakeboard a fun, enjoyable experience. This beginner-intermediate shape is perfect for those riders looking to develop and progress their wakeboarding skills.
Whether you have never got up before on a wakeboard or are learning to get more comfortable edging outside the wake, this board helps make it easier. The first thing you might notice is that it is an asymmetrical shape.
The shorter toeside edge makes learning to edge and jump the wake on your toe side easier due to less rail needed to initiate when applying toeside pressure. Subtle footbed risers on the toeside were also added to make it easier for the rider to initiate and apply pressure.
Very nice board, easy to ride for a beginner adult. The quality is very nice and built very well. This older design with the 2 fins makes for a more gentle instigation of turns and softens the “edge”.
Packaging was outstanding, arrived perfect and my wife loves it, especially the great graphics.
Great product at a great price! The boots that came in the package are great as well. Both of my daughters (first time wakeboarders), popped right up. Still some learning to do, but already having a great time!.
At first, it took some getting used to because I was completely switching the style of board I was riding. But, when I got the hang of it, it was a blast! I love this board sooo much! It is super light and has a lot of rock, which makes it so easy to move around and jump the wake!.
The Hyperlite Eden 2. 0 Women’s Wakeboard is a shape that you don’t have to learn how to ride. With a softer, ladies-specific flex, the Hyperlite Eden is a great choice for the girl looking to take it to the next level.
The Connelly Voodoo Wakesurf Board suits riders of any skill level – the wide tip and tail provide plenty of support to inspire confidence while being lively and playful enough for the gals who want to show off.
Thermo Shell construction makes it lightweight, buoyant, and fun, while remaining tough enough to withstand the bumps and bruises along the way. Hybrid Design Hybrid surf designs generally have a thin profile, somewhat sharp rail, and a deeper surf style fin.
The result is a fast acting, responsive board that can carve a mean line as well. Thermo Shell Construction Thermo Shell construction offers the durability of a compression-molded board and the freedom to shape like a high-performance epoxy surfer.
It’s strong, light, and built to shred. 4’5″ Size Rocker Height: 2. 7″/0. 2″ Twin Fin With no center fin there’s less resistance through the middle of the board, which allows for more speed and makes it easy to break free on a slash while still being grippy enough to hold on the bottom turn.
I bought this board when there no reviews and I wasn’t too sure about it. However, it was on sale for a great price. I thought I would take a chance on it, and I’m so glad I did. This board handles great, feels incredibly sturdy on the water, is still fast enough to carve with and is great for beginners and more advanced riders.
It’s also really easy to get up on. Everyone in the boat is using this board and has zero complaints. We also love the easy to switch up fins that come with the board. One more bonus is the board is much “pinker” in person then it looks on the website.
Thanks Connelly for making a great all around board.
The Voodoo was super fun, fast and stable. Turning on this board is effortless and smooth. I also found that starting on this board was easy, and I would recommend a beginner to start on this board if they’re having a hard time standing up.
Bought for my wife as a beginning board. Great board. I’ve even ridden it and really like it. It’s easy to ride while being responsive enough to carve hard and do a 360. It’s very forgiving for the beginning rider and those learning to ride.
Great all around board and one of the favorites on the boat.
3 Stage Rocker: A flatter mid-section for more speed/rail control yet an exaggerated later arc for that delivers a more instantaneous pop off the wake.
PU Core: Liquid Force’s PU core is compression molded to the highest standards and has been the lightweight, durable go-to for years.
Single Concave (115cm): Providing lift and increased speed, for the perfect combo of drive and stability that allows the wakeboard to turn freely.
D-I-S-C Hull (120cm & 125cm): Softens landings and maintains faster board speed as water flows past the tail.
Molded-In Quad Fins ( Fins Grow And Get More Defined From 115 to 125) Size: 115cm, 120cm, 125cm.
The Fury is all about helping kids progress and improve their riding. As they grow, the boards grow with them. The 115 a has mellow 3-stage rocker with a soft edge, the 120 features a more aggressive 3-stage rocker with a subtle sharpness to the edge, and the 125 has an aggressive rocker with a sharper edge for that larger wake.
Wakeboards, Liquid Force, 2021 Liquid Force Fury 115 Wakeboard.
Totally a great board for the little kids in the family. Got this for my 5 year old and my niece has been shredding on it all summer. She is about 9 years old and this board has given her a great introduction into wakeboarding!! The 5 year old has been swimming with it, learning how to flip over and whatnot.
I think its a great board that will give him about 5 years worth of use depending on how much he grows over the next couple years. Two thumbs up!.
This is the second lot of grundies I have bought from you guys for my partner, because he absolutely LOVED the first pair. He says they are the comfiest he has ever worn, gets disappointed when they are all in the wash, and, would like to know “where have they been all my life?” I think it’s safe to say that you have a customer for life with him!!.
QUARTER ‘TIL MIDNIGHT BOARD A women’s board that adapts to your riding style This board has the rare trait of adapting to you, regardless of your style or ability. The QTM with its hybrid rocker ranges from smooth/low maintenance turns to wide open high-speed cuts.
With fast, predictable takeoffs, to explosive wake to wake jumps, this is a series that truly covers the spectrum. Riders that approach the wake flat into the wake will notice a strong, explosive 3-stage lift.
If you approach the wake while on rail you will notice a smooth, blended rocker line with an uninterrupted fast take-off and landing. Riders who tend to distribute their weight evenly will experience a freeride, floaty feel when they initiate turns.
On the flipside, riders can experience hairpin turns with quick edge transitions if they shift their weight to the tail of the board. Features: Construction – Modello Riding Style – Boat Intermediate / Advanced Energy – Neutral 4 Rocker – Hybrid 3-Stage / Continuous Fins -4 – 1.
0″ Ramp Fins LUXE BOOT The ultimate in comfort.
FLEX: 4/10.
The 2021 Liquid Force Trip is another step in the classic’s journey. It’s hard to perfect perfection, but LF seems to do that with another version of the Trip. An aggressive continuous rocker and molded in fins allow for a grippy set up that’s is great for learning.
Get your first 360’s and airs behind the boat on the Trip, and build the basic skills needed to advance in the world of wakeboarding.
After about 10 uses, I’m very happy with this board. It’s lightweight, looks awesome, and works great. The removable fins make a huge difference when first learning. Only problem is the front edge has started to peel even though I wash after every use.
The board and bindings were sold as a package and they go together great. The board rides nice, looks nice and I can’t wait to ride it more. I’m very happy with my purchase.
The Diamond Luv is the high-end answer to the ladies out there pushing their limits. The Luv sports all the same features as our Diamond in a scaled down version. The full tail gives you back foot control without compromising speed.
It features a single 1” skim style fin that will give the Luv a true skim style feel. Built with our eye-catching Carbon Innegra Vertical glass, it catches a lot of attention. The Luv has become the go to board for riders of all levels.
I would NOT recommend this board due to strap placement! Board itself rides amazing without the front strap but with front strap feels like your doing the splits and it CONSTANTLY nose dives. I weigh 205 pounds and 6’1″ tall and got the 56″ board that is rated for 250 pounds.
I surf a decent amount on alot of different boards and you basically have to put all of your weight on the back foot or else the nose dives EVERYTIME if the front strap is on. I can only describe this like riding a snowboard in 3 feet of powder where your weight is all on your back foot to prevent that nose dive which is NOT ideal for tricks, you are supposed to be balanced.
I contacted phase 5 to see if there is anyway I can drill new holes to adjust front strap where is should be and they said it couldn’t be done without ruining the board then their comment back to me was “everyone has different foot placement and riding style” Well then why not make the straps more adjustable knowing that?? Nobody else on the boat would even try it after they saw me fighting the front so hard and I took the front strap off and move that foot 2-3 inches back and its perfect and rides like it should.
They move about an inch maximum probably less. My buddy has the first strapped board that ever came out not by Phase 5 and it has way more adjustment I’d look into a different brand if your wanting to use straps.
We were behind a 2019 Supra with 4000+ ballasts so wave size and push was not an issue.
Super fast board and my favorite board so far. We have the 2022 Turbo and love both. I would say Turbo is easier to ride starting out but feel like I have more speed and pop off top of wave with the key.
The extra fins on the turbo are better for intermediate rider.
Dude this thing is sick, I was worried about spending another $800 plus on a wake surfboard but man was it worth it. I was finally able to drop the rope for the first time and stay in the pocket. This board is light and fast!!!.
One of Ronixs up and coming athletes, Mary Morgan, got the phone call that she could be a part of the development of a new high-end board. First thing she did was start surveying on social media. What boat speed do you ride at, what rope length, what rockerline do you prefer, and what aspects are missing in a womens board? The results were unreal.
Combing the speed of the RXT, the kick of the One, and added a construction living up to the name Air Core with the least amount of swing weight, and more holeshot response out of a turn, Ronix developed a shape with bottom channels that worked for riders new to the sport but allows advanced level riders like Mary to land 720s on a regular basis and even win the coveted Masters Tournament.
Last year Ronix came out with a new women’s shape with increased amplitude and a free-ride storyline in mind. This 3-Stage beauty is built for flight with the most reactive rockerline Ronix has ever developed in a female shape.
Designed with a traditional rail so it sits deeper in the water for added contact and quick reacting turns.
This board is amazing. Took me a few days to get used to it, but now I’m sold! I’m pretty new to modern day boards. been using a board that was 139 cm and 15 years old. I’m 5’7″, 135lbs, and I set this board up with 21.
5″ space between the bindings and both feet at a 12 degree angle. Its was great. Super predictable board, really easy to handle, and when I jumped the wake, my landings were really well balanced. That’s a great way to describe this board- BALANCED!! Purchased the 2019 Connelly closed toe bindings(because they matched.
) The bindings were very comfortable as well. I’m very happy with this board.
Bought them needing some good pants to climb in. These definitely do the trick! They are very stretchy and easy to move in. I’ve climbed in them several times and spent a weekend camping in them! Only downside is they are very thin.
So, in cold conditions would need to wear a thicker legging underneath cause they don’t break wind at all. They are great though!! Definitely recommend. (also, about size-I ordered a 6 and normally wear a 4.
they’re a little loose around my legs but pretty snug on my hips. Hope this helps!).
We bought this board about a month ago for our daughters. The boots are very comfy and accommodate both of our kids shoes sizes (5-7. 5, it fits me too) with room to grown if necessary! So far it has been an easy board to learn on and has the capabilities to allow them to grow their wake boarding skill set.
I don’t think you can go wrong by purchasing this board.
Countless hours on the water have lead Shaun and Nelson to create this shape and the feedback has been mind-blowing. The Murray Pro wakeboard begins with a Subtle 3-Stage Rocker, where there is no flat spot, the rocker simply increases under foot for a colossal boost off the wake.
Carrying on from past shapes, Shaun kept the Variable Edge Design and Molded Landing Feature making the board enjoyable for all ability levels. The boardâ€s edge is rounded between the inserts, sharpening under foot and then cupped at the tip and tail delivering solid edge hold when you want it and forgiveness when you need it.
Hyperliteâ€s Biolite 3 Core and compression molded construction keep The Murray super light for easy spinning, flipping and full sends.
The Contrast is one board to sesh it all. It’s just plain fun in any environment. Bolt on the edge enhancer fins for more control and extra stability, or pop them off and butter your way through the cable park.
The Solo has a rigid, channeled belly for premium behind-the-boat capabilities, plus buttery soft Flex Tips and a 3-stage rocker profile to pop and press to your heart’s content. Edge Enhancers Bolt on fins give riders the bite they need for holding an edge up the wake and added stability on landings down the endless liquid tabletops.
Just don’t get caught trying to nosepress these bad boys through the park. Tapered Flex Tips Atomic Wood Core Vertically laminated wood core construction is what gives Slingshot boards their famous flavor and flex.
Ballistic Base With. 7mm’s of bulletproof protection between your board and the surfaces you’re sliding across, this park base has been hammered on by the most abusive park riders for years – Earning the ultimate seal of approval and certified “Ballistic”.
Carbon Bedrock Inserts Light, flexible and super strong, these inserts are reinforced with carbon fiber before being inlaid into the board. Reduces overall board weight, increases pull strength and allows for a more consistent flex under foot.
We got this board for my wide and she loves it for both the boat and the cable park. It has a nice rail to it for strong edge cuts and it supportive enough to be just bendy enough at a park but not too bendy for landings or inverts on the boat.
New for 2022 Ronix put the Vault on a diet and took almost 20% of the weight out. Now a rider has more feedback with the water, less swing weight in the air, and easier transitioned turns. For over 20 years Ronix has been been designing boards recognizing that your shoulders and hips are not always parallel in wakeboarding.
Your body is crossed up riding toe side, and more inline riding heel side, and every aspect of the Vault takes this into consideration for the proper foundation to your riding.
Great board for people looking to setup out of beginner board. Sick pop off the wake and edges like a F1 car. I took fins off and even rode this at cable park. Great slide to it on features and minimal scratches from plastic kickers or boxes.
Take a look at the 2022 Liquid Force RDX Boat Wakeboard at S2AS! This is no longer the Raph Derome Experiment, the RDX wakeboard is the Raph Derome Experience! Constructed with Liquid Force’s PU core that is built to the highest standards for a lightweight and durable wakeboard.
The quad molded-in fins are deep enough for extra hold when needed, but still allow for a loose, fun ride. The M6 inserts are designed to partner with the new 6X binding or any 6” binding. Experience this board and see why Raph gives it his stamp of approval.
A board designed to provide ultra-smooth pop off the wake, with a stylishly smooth, mellow, and controlled ride on the water. “The RDX represents to me progress and evolution. The last generation of riders all grew up riding the Watson classic and the current generation all grew up riding the RDX.
It is amazing to see the riding that has grown from the riders on the RDX. New shapes are now being based off this board.
Just a great all around deck. I hadn’t been on a board in over 10 years and this was the perfect choice to get back into it. Light, quick turning and great pop off the wake.
Followed the instructions for the dilution but once applied it made very little difference. Would not remove the scum build up on the toons. It did brighten the ‘dark’ areas of the toon to a brighter shade, however, that was it.
I applied a second spray and it did not work either. I am exactly where I started from after 1 hour of applying and then hosing it off. I even tried to use my power washer and wouldn’t remove it either?.

We love the look of the board. The boots are great. Certainly is defective though. This is used at the entree level therefore it is not abused. On the 3rd time using it one of the skeg snapped in half at a screw point.
Have used the same model before, replacing it after over 10years of use, once stored properly will last longer. The only type of banana to use in my eyes
Wakeboards for women have come a long way in recent years, with more and more companies catering specifically to the needs of female riders. While there are still some gender-specific differences between men’s and women’s boards, the overall performance and feel of the best women’s boards on the market today is on par with the best men’s boards.
This is good news for female riders of all levels, as it means that they can now choose from a wide range of boards that will suit their riding style and ability.
The main difference between men’s and women’s boards is typically the size and shape. Women’s boards are often shorter and narrower than men’s boards, with a softer flex pattern. This is because women tend to be lighter and have less upper body strength than men, so they need a board that is easier to control.
In addition, women’s boards often have a more pronounced rocker line, which gives them a more forgiving feel on the water.
When it comes to choosing a wakeboard, the most important thing is to find one that suits your riding style and ability. With so many great options on the market today, there is no reason why you can’t find the perfect board for you.
Whether you’re looking for a high-performance board for competitive riding, or a more forgiving board for recreational riding, there is a women’s wakeboard out there that will suit your needs. So get out there and start shredding!.
