20 Best Water Retention Tablets (2022 Updated)

So I wanted to take these pills before I started a strict diet so that I can get rid of any extra sodium or water in my body. I regularly go to the gym, limit my intake of fast food and drink lots of water.

I do not feel faint or lightheaded when I take these, which is only 2 to 3 times a week, 2 pills once a day when I know that I’ll be home. So far it seems like I’ve lost 3 pounds. I’m not looking to use these as a long term solution but only to advance in my diet and to get rid of extra sodium in my body.

This is not a weight loss product!!! Don’t take this if you are just trying to lose weight. For me it’s helpful, especially during my monthly bloat or when I eat way too much salt and feel really bloated with extra fluid.

This helps get rid of the extra water. One thing to note, your urine may have a greenish/blue tint, so don’t be alarmed. It will go away.

I bought this bra in a medium and small, unexpectedly I kept both. The small gives me a little more support when I need it for more intense workouts and the medium works great for more relaxed activities! Both bras give me the benefit of air circulation on my back.

No sticky clothes means less back acne!.

The Bra was a nice product, I really like the bright pink colour and asymmetrical detail. I am a size small in virtually every brand, however this bra runs larger than most. Specifically, the bra was too large in the band – if I raise my arms the bra rises up obviously opening up the potential for a wardrobe malfunction! Unfortunately I had to return this product.

Besides the sizing issue, nice product.

Love this!! I bought it in small and medium as I have other MPG bras in both sizes and I like how they fit in different ways. The medium offers more room for movement and a little less support, it’s better for lounging and activities like yoga.

The small is more constrictive but more supportive and better for running or horseback riding. (I’m 5’2”, 140 lbs, D32 bust).

I have tried many water pills but the ingredients in water away really help. Straight dandelion pills were to strong for me. I love the product, when I would take it at night which reduced swelling in my lower legs, which would start aching in the middle of the night.

Now I am sleeping all night through, overall I believe the water way pills are a healthy, more natural benefit for me.

Since Covid, I have not been able to get a doctors appointment. I have high blood pressure and was on meds for that along with a diuretic. I noticed my feet and leg was swelling every day, so I decided to get some water pills of my own.

Within a day after taking Water Away, my legs quit swelling, and my feet went back to normal. I take them every day now. So I know they work.

This is the best over the counter water pill that I have used. It works as well as the one my doctor prescribed. If you are looking for one that works, this is it.

I have found this to be a great alternative. But it needs to be taken as stated in the directions. It is not real strong. works more gradually. I still have some fluid retention but it seems to be gradually getting better.

I have not completed a whole bottle.

I take this PILL as needed or when days that I feel I need it. It seems to work. Cannot truly say what percentage my body responds but it seems to work!

I have had these pills for 4 days now, and they are doing what they say. For the people who are complaning that dont work,must not know how to follow instructions. In order for these pills to work properly you MUST drink alot of water that is the only way that they are going to work.

If you are not a water drinker do not waste your money. I drink a pretty decent amount of water daily, but these pills have helped me to keep up with the recommended water intake. The first day of taking these I had drunk about 10 bottles of water.

For me that’s alot, I normally drink about 4 and I done. Thankfully I was home, because I was running back and forth to the bathroom and I was peeing alot more than normal. I take 2 pills in the morning as soon as I wake up, and drink a full bottle of water.

I take these pills as well as the total lean appetrex control, and the shakes and I have lost an additional 4 pounds. You have to drink water, I can’t stress that enough. I cant go without drinking water because I start to feel dehyrated.

These pills are a god send I cant wait to see the results in a month. Side note: I havent been working out,but I am sure when i get back in the gym I will lose even more.

I seriously didn’t know I was retaining water. Until I went to the gym, and took personal training. I told my trainer I was seeing the results on the scale, but not on my body. She told me I could be retaining water, and that is normal, because more than half of our body is made out of water and blood cells.

I have been using this product for over 2 months and have finally seen the numbers on the scale move downward. I urinated a lot without taking the product, but noticed that I was still retaining a lot of water, especially during that special time of the month.

I have noticed less bloating since I began taking this product. My regimen includes Waterex, Burn 60, and a Lean Shake for breakfast and lunch (with Cashew Milk), and plenty of water to stay hydrated.

I workout 6 days a week which includes cardio and weight training, and have lost a total 10lbs. thus far. I lose about a pound or a pound and a half in a week which is great for me. I do not have the option of eating whatever I want so I choose to count calories and stay within 1200 calories per day.

Not every regimen is the same and this seems to work for me. I would definitely recommend this product in order to lose that extra water weight that maybe keeping the scale from moving downward. :).

While the reviews show many people had good luck w this product, I did not. Due to the extreme heat we had, starting about 2 1/2 weeks ago, my calves and feet got puffy from water retention. It never happened before, so I thought I’d get this product and it would do the trick.

It helped maybe 10%? And that is me being generous, I think the swelling went down that much not from the pills but because the temperature went down to a more seasonable level. I did see it works best if you don’t eat any carbs.

That’s like saying to me, you might as well not eat, but I did amp up fruits and vegetables and tried to cut down on rice and pasta, as well as reducing sodium. I understood from the reviewers that it can take some time to “kick in”.

After a week of faithfully taking the medicine and not having it “kick in”, I continued to take but figured if at that point it would have any effect, it wouldn’t be nearly as severe as what I’d heard from others that have taken diuretics.

I’d recommend getting a bottle w fewer pills, so if it doesn’t work, you’re not stuck w a half bottle of pills that were of no help. And I hope you had better luck than I did.

Seriously folks. this works! I travel a lot and when I reach my destination (especially warm, tropical areas) my ankles are no more and the possibility of wearing my pretty, strappy sandals for the evening is gone! I found the water away by Tevare by accident and thought I’d give it a try.

I take one in the morning (day of travel), one in the evening (while I’m away), and I’m set for the day and night. What a find!! I hope it works as well for you, too. You obviously are interested because you’re reading my review! It really does work for me.

Has anyone noticed the names of the people that have left reviews for this product? A lot of the names are the same or VERY similar (and a ton of the same J names) and I dont think its a coincidence.

These tablets do seem to help with swollen ankles and feet. Found that they helped on a 2 week holiday in the heat in Greece, although do wear pressure socks during the night as well. Would recommend.

These help reduce my puffy feet and ankles in the summer (due to venous insufficiency). Sounds counterproductive, but these work best if you also drink a lot of water throughout the day to help flush the body tissues.

I’ve used these for a while and although the difference is nothing note worthy I can def tell when I haven’t taken them. I retain a lot of fluid but because of kidney problems these are the only things I can take.

We have tried an assortment of water tablets over the years for trying to reduce my wife’s ankles from being swollen and none of them did anything. Swanson water pills “DO the job” !! This is just a regular order for these a 4month supply at 3 aday.

MY WIFE’S ankles are not swollen like they were it has reduced the swelling significantly to the point theres no pain so VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND SWANSONS WATER TABLETS.

This is a great product I have certainly notice a great difference since starting taking these. My legs used to swell even in the cold eather due to inactivity with my illnes, but they have greatly reduced now since starting these.

I have ordered this product for over 10 years. For the past 2 years I continue to order from Vitamin Shoppe but either the manufacturer has changed the formula or perhaps the New Phoenix warehouse storage is too hot to keep the water balance supplement intact.

The water balance integrity is dried out & always tablets are not whole & powdery sediment is left in the bottle. Not good. what is going on?.

I was a bit skeptical of this product at first. After a few days I felt way less bloated. I appreciate the natural ingredients vs chemicals ingredients of over the counter products.

natural water loss it helps keep your over all weight discomfort down. if you have swolen ankles i reccomend but that i have more bloating feeling and no side effects that i feel from chemical water pills.

this product eliminates alot. of water. prepare to pee especially at night take them at night for maximum results.

My feet were swollen for several days. I took 1 pill at 8pm. I drank a bottle of water. I woke up to urinate twice. By 6am, I noticed a big difference. My feet and legs felt so much better. I took pictures of before (8pm) and after (6am).

Decent price, have to take 4 at a time and still weak, but better than prescription (I may still get a potassium sparing diuretic for something stronger.)

You can feel the difference in the morning after you went to restroom. It depends on how bloated with water you are. I would not take it regularly and I woud take it once a week when I could afford to drink more water than other nights and can get up early.

Added potassium actually helped with the loss of water and other minerals. I haven’t tried taking every day, so I cannot update you an accumulated effect for now. But I like how this works and after the next morning pee, I feel fresh for the day.

Great stuff. I have had a problem with fluid for many years. I recently decided to try these and see if it helped. I am quite impressed and plan on ordering this again.

This water pills works pretty well and has a mild effect when taken with a good amount of water throughout the day. It’s gentle and not overpowering, but does a pretty good job of helping release excess fluid.
