20 Best Wearable Air Purifier (2022 Updated)

Have been using this product for many years for air travel to ward off getting colds. I am always a skeptic but this tiny gadget has worked for me. no more colds after flying. The infusion of electrically charged negative ions into your immediate air space rids the area around you of pollutants, bacteria, viruses, any number of other contaminants.

Air Tamer is a perfect additional safety measure against COVID 19. They have been out of stock for months. The battery operated unit costs half the price and works the same way. There are many copy cats on the market but they do not compare.

Product works amazing and can immediately tell a difference when wearing it and not wearing. And unfortunately I lost my power cord but I emailed there customer service and this extremely nice guy named steven took care of me and they have exceptional customer service.

This is a wonderful product. I have 2 that are battery powdered, but this one allows me to charge it when needed, and the charge lasts for quite a long time. I only wish it had a clip on it to allow me to clip it in a pocket or on a lapel like the battery ones.

During cold and flu season, I never leave the house with it running. It feels so good to have clean air to breathe. I place it on my pillow at night to clean the air as I sleep.

I bought this small but powerful air purifier mainly for travel. Hotel HVACs are not the best. We turn this on to max power as soon as we walk into the room and keep it on low for the majority of our hotel stay.

This is particularly helpful in Vegas where cigarette smoke is so strong even if you’re in a non-smoking room. We also have this in the car (it fits the cup holder) during long road trips. This saved us on our recent trip from the Sierra mountain when we had to drive through thick smoke due to a wildfire.

The noise is very minimal and could hardly hear if it’s on low. Medium makes a slight noise but it’s almost like white noise in the background. Lastly, the filter is reasonably priced. I don’t mind paying $10 to change the filter every three months.

I find that I am using this more than my Dyson hot cool air purifier because it doesn’t suck a lot of power.

I have been using this mini air purifier for about a month now and I think it’s made a difference! I bought it for a small closet where I keep a litter box for my cats, and also store other items. The cat box tends to create dust and there is also a smell that can be a little unpleasant and gets absorbed by the items I keep in there.

Ever since I started using the air purifier, the dust has decreased and the air smells fresher. In addition, I can easily transport and use the mini air purifier in other spaces. It lasts a good long time in the closet (I use it every evening and recharge it in the mornings) and it doesn’t take a super long time to recharge to full power.

The charging cord (USB-C) is the same type of cord that my cell phone uses, so that makes it very convenient. I don’t have to unplug and replug the cord–I can just use it with my phone or the air purifier as needed.

All in all, I am happy with this purchase.

I love my PureZone Mini Portable Air Purifier. I just stayed in a hotel for 6 days and noticed after 30 minutes I kept sneezing and my nose was running constantly. I came across the PureZone Mini Portable Air Purifier and picked one up at my local Bed Bath & Beyond.

The assembly was simple and easy and after 3 minutes of running the purifier, my nose stopped running and I stopped sneezing. This is the perfect travel companion for hotel rooms with poor air quality.

I also think years of mask wearing have made me more sensitive as well, but this fixed the problem, quickly. The white noise is perfect while you sleep as well. I kept it running all night and while I was in the suite.

I love that it’s portable, as I moved around in our suite, I just moved it with me. Perfecto!!.

I read through the description on here, I read reviews and ended up buying this specifically to help with the litter box odor and to help cut down dander as I have a slight cat allergy (yes I know but I love them so much and allergy pills are cheap).

Don’t make the same mistake I did. It’s a waste of money. There are better purifiers out there.

My wife and I got this air purifier to put in our bedroom, because we do also have a Bissell Air400 for our main living space (and likely to get another one for our downstairs as it works so well) but we keep our bedroom door shut to keep our cat out (he likes to scratch our baby’s crib).

We IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference in air quality. Our house was built in the late 70’s, and while we recently moved in and will be redoing the floors we haven’t yet, so there were some residual odors that couldn’t be conquered.

Now, however, every thing me I enter the room I pause and take a moment to take a huge breath because the air just feels lighter and feels so clean! We are expecting a newborn in about a week and a half so it was crucial for us to find a purifier that would work well for this space, and our room is actually about 50% larger than the recommended square footage for this purifier, but I think they give it a modest rating to be honest.

I say this because it seems to be a similar case for our Air400- it covers a lot more space than it is rated for and with ease. I did a lot of research before buying these products, and frankly it’s pretty remarkable that you can find this kind of quality, value in terms of energy costs and filter replacement costs, and efficiency in not just how much space they cover but how WELL they do it, not to mention how aesthetically pleasing they are (my wife loves the optional night light), I’m quite sure there isn’t a better buy.

We thought to look at Bissell because we own one of their carpet cleaners and it is the same case it terms of build quality, performance, etc. I even made a point to tell a customer service rep over email how proud they should be of what they put out, it’s that good.

It is a nice air purifier, I can definitely feel the difference in my room. The light feature is very nice, not foo bright and now too low. The sleep and low modes are very quiet as advertised and not a bother at all.

The only issue I have is that it basically has just two fan settings, the sleep/low and high. The high setting does get pretty loud, as it is at its highest. It would’ve been great if there was a mid fan setting.

It would’ve been spectacular if it had an automatic detection/fan setting, but maybe I’m asking for too much. I also love that it’s powered by an attached cord and not one of those cheap adapters you plug into the machine.

I have been using it for months and I try I turned it on always at night night and at times turn it on on the high fan speed. Even with a lot of use the filter is not that bad yet, I guess it’s a good sign that the air quality in my room isn’t that~ bad? I haven’t had any issues with this at all.

You would think that IQAir, a very conscious Swiss company in the realm of environmental pollution in the form of air pollution, would make an option for a car air filter that has the ability to turn off Bluetooth, a harsh localized form of electromagnetic pollution.

Not so. When I called an IQAir sales representative to ask, she incorrectly claimed that you could turn off the Bluetooth. It wasn’t until the product arrived and I measured the device’s constant radiation when powered on, read it’s instruction manual to see that there was no way to turn it off, then called tech support and realized I was given false information.

Many of the people who need these air filters, some of whom are toxic due to mold illness, are also electrically hypersensitive, meaning that they are bothered by the various forms of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) such as radio frequency radiation.

Bluetooth is an emitter of radio frequency radiation. We love your product’s brilliant concept, but had to return it due to the fatal design flaw that there is no airplane mode for this device. That means that it constantly blasts us point blank with measurable radio frequency radiation while we are driving.

Not going to work for our family, who consciously seeks to maximally reduce our exposure to this. Also, it took weeks longer than promised to get our refund, and we had to follow up when we had not received our money back.

You all can do much better on all fronts. Please evolve your design and create a truly ground-breaking product that meets your target customer’s needs.

The only reason I’ve given 4 instead of 5 stars is that I’ve only had my Car HEPA filter for a month. I’ve used it on a few long rides and through some nasty smoke. I live in Ashland Or. and our air through the month of August has been unbearable I have two IQ air purifiers in my home so was thrilled to get one for my car.

I love in southern Oregon and the smoke in August is horrible. My car filter has helped me get out of the area when it’s just too bad to stay. I am going to get another for my husband’s car. I have asthma so it’s a God-send for me.

This product is larger than it looks and is quite obtrusive in the cabin of the car. It is awkward to have in front of a passenger, and it interferes with vision when reversing. It is quite close to the face of my kids in a carseat – which creates added concern about facial impact in the case of an accident.

Upon seeing the device, I could tell it would be too awkward to use, but unfortunately it was outside the company’s return policy. I was surprised that – what I thought was a reputable company – had such an unforgiving return policy.

Even though it was fully packaged and unused, it was outside 30 days and not eligible for return. So I have tried to make peace with it and use the product. – but it is really not conducive to use. It is unfortunate and I feel like I wasted $400 – which is a real bummer.

I wish I could return the product as I’m really not happy with it and $400 is a lot to me. I would not recommend buying this product.

Excellent Air purifier. Almost silent on low and not so bad on high. Oscillating feature is great. Easy to use and set up. Decently rated in Consumer Reports. Washing the filters saves $$$ on maintenance costs since filters can be pricey for some purifiers.

This one was MUCH MUCH quieter than the other Honeywell HPA200 series and seems like it cleans just as well with a smaller footprint. The HPA200 was VERY loud on high and LOUD on low. The AirGenius is about the same loudness on high Level 4/5 that the HPA200 was on low.

High is an average amount of noise, I’d say similar to the level of noise we hear from the whole house A/C, but it can get annoying after hours and hours of listening to it straight. However, the AirGenius is very quiet on low level 1 and you can hardly hear it.

On Low, it would be easy to sleep with it on. We bought to help clear out smoke during CA wildfires and it did its job. Well worth the cost so far. Highly recommend.

I bought 6 different air purifiers (they were sold out everywhere so i basically scooped up any i could find!) when we had extreme smoke in my area due to the California wildfires. This one is by far the best.

I love the oscillating option, the speed options (sleep, germs, allergy, general, etc), and the timer is always great. We had hazardous PM2. 5 levels and within an hour I could breath better and thus felt more energetic and clear headed.

Additionally, this model has a permanent filter that you remove and wash easily. You can also use the “K” pre-filter if you want to get rid of odors or gasses. I believe the “K” pre-filter is a disposable one that you buy replacements for.

I use the unit in our kitchen/family room and it manages to clean the whole room. Highly recommend!.

It works really well, but started making an awful noise (on all settings) after about a month of use. Washed filter per instructions and no change. We called Honeywell, very smooth customer service process and very kind reps.

They are sending a replacement under warranty with no trouble at all. Apart from the noise it works great and we love it! We eve bought a smaller one for another room. Very pleased with warranty service too.

They really seem to stand by their products, which I respect. This machine has a five year warranty that seemingly would address most of the bad reviews I read before I bought it. Overall, I would have given it five stars if not for the noise and warranty claim.

After years of using assorted, mismatched pots and pans that had acquired while in college and during the early years of my career, I wanted to buy a set – and this is most important to me – cookware sure he could use without worrying about what they were present in the nonstick coating chemical products.

After reading the reviews, I had high hopes for this set. When unpacking the box, the pieces were beautiful. However, the size of the largest frying pan was missing. After picking carefully through all parts of packaging and packaging material to make sure the pan is missing in fact, I contacted the company.

They were very polite and helpful, but unfortunately do not have the inventory to send only missing the fry pan apart from the rest of the items. I asked if he would accept the group had received as it was, along with a refund of 30% to compensate for the missing pan.

I was disappointed, but I liked cooking utensils he had received and wanted to keep her, so accepted. Today, I used the pan for the first time. There is something wrong with the protective cover on one of the handles, and it got so hot that I burned my fingers to remove it from the stove.

Now I’ll be afraid to try each of the pieces of the set for the first time. I know I can only use oven mitts to protect a lifting pots and pans from the stove, but I bought a set of cookware with protective cover specifically handles so you do not have to do that.

I am very happy (almost a year later) with this incredible dehumidifier! Forehand at my old apartment not so receives light from the sun as the back room, and he had always been vulnerable to mold growing behind cupboards or curtains, etc.

Anyway, I can not believe the amount of water that is removed from the air – Some days about one gallon per day (!?!) – but I have not had a single mold incidence throughout this year since I’ve been the use of this dehumidifier in the master bedroom.

The room smells clean air and feel good. My only complaint is maybe that’s a bit noisy, but worth it. I recommend it to everyone in humid apartments. Oh, but often need to empty – now I see why it would be beneficial to have a nearby drain for automatic emptying.

I purchased this for extra protection during COVID but continue to use it regularly for allergy season. I’ve been able to use this instead of my inhaler to help my breathing. As a long time allergy and asthma sufferer I’m highly sensitive to fumes, germs and odors.

This is my favorite drug free way to breath easy. I use it on road trips when the gas fumes on the highway become overpowering and at home when the heating system stirs up junk in the air. It works to clear the air around me as well as when the air conditioning is on.

I purchased this as gifts for Christmas. I bought one many years ago to wear when I travelled – to keep the germs away – and it worked. Was never sick after I returned home. Been wearing it whenever I go out now to wear with my mask for COVID when ever I’m with a large group of people.

Makes me feel more secure, so thought I’d try sharing it with my family for additional security.

Generally a good purfier. Ine of the few that looks decent in the interior and also can hold True HEPA 13 (and even HEPA 14) filters. Some caveats: Control panel lights are constantly on and very bright, therefore not suitable for bedroom or movie room.

There should be a function to turn it off. Timer/program settings is limited, one cannot edit already created programs and have to create new ones. Noise level is good, not too loud, but noticeable. It is not homekit compatible, which is unfortunate.

With homekit it could be connected to air quality sensors. The built in sensor only shows QPI. There is no metric on other air particles or pollutants. In wester Europe, the built in sensor will always show a low/good quality value, since air pollution is only pollen and house dust, which is not showing on the QPI value.

SHIPPING: Delivery was relatively quick and it came packaged very well in a large oversized box for protection. PRESENTATION APPEARANCE: Its large but it’s appearance is that of a very expensive quality built piece of equipment.

FUNCTIONALITY: It’s heavy, but the hidden wheels make it easily maneuverable. On its lowest setting it is whisper quiet and can barely be heard when stand right next to it. But on it’s highest setting it’s quite loud.

It’s a SMART DEVICE, so it easily connects to your WiFi and then to your smart phone once you download the free app and thereafter it is infinitely controlable. It does a great job and takes the place of multiple different purifiers needed to take care of a whole small home.

GRIPES: We had only two gripes: Firstly being that it is a smart device, it senses when the air quality is poor and puts itself onto its highest setting, which as aforementioned is quite loud, and stays on the high and loud setting until the optimum air quality is reached.

So if you start cooking, or light up a cigarette, or burn incense or a scented candle it is going to turn to that highest and loudest setting until a few minutes after those pollutants cease. Secondly, when we first attempted to operate the device it wouldn’t turn on, as it turns out the top is held in place with magnets and even though the magnets hold it in place it must be tapped down strongly, which we didn’t know about and it is not in the paper instructions and or the online instructions and there is no telephone number to call for support, however there was a text chat address and they were able to give us the heads up on that procedure and thereafter everything worked fine.

This device is medical grade quality and definitely well worth the high price, especially since it is on sale at Best Buy for hundred of dollars less than it can be found elsewhere.

Setup is simple, the main filter is already installed but you have to insert the 4 inlet pre-filters at the bottom. Then just plug it in. It has an Air Quality Index (AQI) on the display which will always inform you of how good your air quality is with 1 being the best and 500 being the worst.

Most of the time mine is at 1 or 2 and it is quiet. The highest I’ve seen it go so far is 50 and that was when I had it near the open door and my gas grill going on the back patio. It was in “Smart” mode which means it automatically kicked up the fan to try to clean the air faster.

The other time was when I was cooking bacon, I actually burned it and the smoke detectors went off. When I glanced at the AQI it was at 25 but could have very well been higher by the time I got the smoke detectors disabled and the dogs and kids calmed down from the ear-piercing noise.

Not only does the air purifier work well on smoke, but also odor, as there was no lingering bacon smell in the house! It is wifi-enabled and there is an app called Aeris that you can use to monitor the system and control its operation from your phone.

The app will also allow you to compare your indoor readings with the closest outdoor air quality measurement. The only downside I can think of is the big filter has to be replaced every year and it is not cheap so you need to factor that into the cost of owning this.

However, it’s super easy to replace as the top cover is magnetic and pops right out then you simply lift the filter out. The system will tell you (the app does too) when it is time to replace the filter.

I moved into a house with dark wood floors that always looked dirty. Added a dog who sheds. This machine helped so much!! And removing smells—you hear it switch on immediately (not a loud sound, you just hear it) and the smell gets reduced fast.

I bought a smaller one for the bedroom that works great too. Would buy again! Filter is so much easier than the purifier I used. Just open package and slide in.

This product is great! I have a small room that houses three guinea pigs, two parakeets and two hamsters. Hamsters and birds have no smell, but guinea pigs stink. Even though I keep the fleece-lined cages so clean, the daily cleaning routine still manages to make you fall out when you walk by.

But to mention dust and hay that accumulates. One of the ideas was to buy an air purifier and look at this little gem. It was the cheapest I found and it’s wonderful! The first day after cleaning the cages I turned this up.

Within a few hours, the room looked clean and not just stank. If you have cats, a moldy room, or guinea pigs, get this little guy. You will not be disappointed!!!.

I don’t normally write reviews so soon after receiving a product but my husband has bad sinus problems and decided to get this to see if it would help him breathe. We have lots of animals and he works around coal dust so coming home to pet hair and dander after work was really causing him problems.

After two days he said he could definitely breathe better. I can’t tell a difference because I don’t have sinus issues but I can tell a difference in his breathing. So I have to say it definitely does the job.

Also when I clean litter boxes it senses the smell and shows poor quality air. I was trying to be a skeptic but I watch it and every time I clean them it does the same thing so it really is working.

I bought this in March 2021 after being out of stock for months. It is worth every penny. I love the direct airflow, because I can get the cool air to flow directly towards the upper or lower parts of the body.

Since I’ve been indoors a lot this year, this has come in handy when I can’t get outside for some fresh air. If you ever experience hot flushes, this is perfect as it’s instant cooling. It really helps me to concentrate and be less restless when working from home all day.

I love the remote, because you can adjust the airflow as and when you need to without getting up to change it. I like to put it on just before bed, to get a comfortable nights sleep. I love that it has a timer at night so that you can set it to turn off automatically after you’ve fallen asleep.

It’s super quiet and the airflow is like a gentle breeze that you get whilst in the sun on holiday. It is calming and is never overwhelming or too loud compared to traditional fans. It is great for general use to cool myself when I feel hot and irritable when the room gets stuffy or a little too warm sometimes.

It is great to put it on when you have finished working out, or whilst doing yoga, as it will cool you down instantly. It is also great to put on whilst mediating as it is assists with breathing exercises.

So glad I bought it.

I do find the design a little bulky, I wouldn’t want this on the average sized desk. For what I needed it worked. It kept air circulating in the small room in a work camp. I did find I was less congested waking up, and their wasn’t as strong of a musty odour in the room.

I loved that the display turns off when the room is dark! That’s my pet peeve with my Dyson hot + cold, I have to find something to cover those lights at night. It’s not always that responsive with the remote, and the slide up and down for air direction can be a little tricky when you’re trying for a middle setting.

I like it, but if you can get it on sale.

During the recent warm weather I found it difficult to get a good night’s sleep because of the hot, sticky atmosphere. Because I live on a very busy main road it is not possible to sleep with a window open.

So, although it was an expensive and therefore definitely considered purchase, I decided to try the Dyson personal air purifier and cooler. After all what had I to lose if I was not satisfied it could be returned.

However, after just one night of use I can state unequivocally that it will not be returned. It has been used almost every night since and my opinion has not changed. This is a great device for personal use.

It has ten speed settings. The highest I’ve been is setting number 4 and that I find is more than adequate. But even at that speed it is so quiet that it is not going to disturb my sleep. I’d guess you’d have to be an extremely light sleeper for it to be a disturbance and is quite effective and even less noisy at lower speeds.

All in all a great purchase and highly recommended.

I have been using this air purifier in my kitchen for almost 2-3 weeks, and I am very happy with this. I did us 4 different major brands before; however, so far, I like this one more than the others because of the features it provides.

It creates very minimal noise when operating. It is very unlikely to be of aware its fan sound even when the room is fairly quiet. This one’s low-speed noise, in my opinion, is blending far better into other kitchen noises from a refrigerator or wine cooler.

The air purifier’s auto mode is very smart and operates at a higher speed whenever cooking generates excessive smokes and odors. This was one of my key concerns, which led to me using an air purifier.

Compared to another major brand of this capacity I have used, this one works faster and generates much less noise. This device seems to occupy less space while sucking the air more efficiently from its wider and all-around angles.

It is also much lighter than expected. Fairly easy to move it around. Filter occupies almost more than half of its volume which means its capacity to clean is maximized for the size. Most visitors found its design pleasant and got quite curious about it; many did not notice right away that it was an air purifier.

The display design is well thought out in that the quality of the air is indicated is also indicated on the LED panel. I may purchase another unit for my living room. You can’t go wrong with this one for this price, I believe.

I have had this air purifier for over 6 months. I have been really enjoying my purifier. My health has been benefited tremendously from this. This has really come in handy as I have always had allergies, asthma, and also a low immune system.

I would highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers from allergies or just has severe health problems as I do. It is an investment but well worth it.

One of my sisters has dogs at her house. I spent the holidays at her house, and I was surprised to see that she didn’t have dust or pet hair around the house. My sister told me about this air purifier and how it has been very useful for her to keep her home clean.

I live in FL and have also dogs. I too wanted to keep my home dust-free and smell-free. So, I bought one of these in February of this year and I truly loved it. I put it in the family room so that it is placed to benefit the kitchen as well.

This product is very easy to set up. The auto mode helps clean any sort of stinky or smoky smell from the kitchen all day long. This device cleans smokes and smells within minutes. So far, I have noticed it has cut dusting time down to about 2x a month, it keeps dust and animal hair out of sight, noticed fewer allergy issues, it clears kitchen smoke and odors within minutes, super easy to set up and operate, and is effective in family room/kitchen area.

Excellent Air purifier. Almost silent on low and not so bad on high. Oscillating feature is great. Easy to use and set up. Decently rated in Consumer Reports. Washing the filters saves $$$ on maintenance costs since filters can be pricey for some purifiers.

This product has the much sought after permanent main air filter. Both the pre-filter and the larger main air filter can be cleaned and returned to the unit. This feature alone could potentially save buyers hundreds of dollars, if not thousands, over the lifespan of this product.

On 1 and 2 it is very quiet, a bit noisy on the higher levels. We leave it in higher and oscillating at night or when we are out so that it is more effective. It does a decent job in removing particles and dust.

I find it to be quiet for night time sleeping in the low setting. Does not use remote but at first I was annoyed but it is no longer an issue. You can use the timer for off. It puts out more air then my upright fan.

It has many functions. It’s quiet, the air is easier to breathe and the air feels fresher in my home. My dog lays near it too because he has breathing issues. I like how it revolves back and forth and the blue light that it gives off.

I have owned one of this model air cleaner for several years and needed one for a different room. It has two fan speeds which are very fast for quick air exchanges and very slow for quiet operation. The HEPA filter is not cheap to replace however, so I use some pre-filter material in front of it to collect the largest dust first.

There are other non HEPA filters available for this machine also. The price of this model makes it a great value as so many others are priced upwards of $150 USD.

I am very happy with my Magic Clean Hepa Air Cleaner Purifier with Ionizer, it works really well, I could easily tell the difference in the way the air smells so fresh and clean in the room. I am enjoying it very much, that I am thinking, I may buy a second Magic Clean Hepa Air Cleaner Purifier with Ionizer.

My cousins never had pets when they were younger other than a fish because my aunty is allergic to furry animals. After years of trying to persuade her, they finally got a cat last year. My aunty bought one of these because she read something that it’s the pores in the air from the fur that causes the allergic reaction.

It works wonders and it’s as if she has no allergy when the cat is in the house.

I typically don’t write review, but after owning the Molekule to 6+ months, I do have to say, it’s been a great experience. I live in the city and was always concerned with pollutants, molds that we found in our new house, and the pet dander.

After some research, I felt like the molecule was a good purchase, and pulled the trigger to buy it. I was initially excited because it was the height of the pandemic and I felt like I needed some sort of protection against viruses along with normal air pollution.

Shipping was fast, the box was nicely packaged, minimal plastic wrap, and set up was fairly easy (had a small issue trying to get my molekule connected to Wi-Fi, but once connected it went to work. ) I kept it on autoprotect mode and within a few days I noticed that the air in my house felt cleaner and easier to breathe.

I also enjoy how quiet it is compared to other air filter devices and that replacement filters are easy and come when it’s time to replace. I will say about 6 months in, I had some technical issues with my Molekule, for some reason it wouldn’t turn on, but support was quick and ended up replacing my air filter completely.

The process was smooth and easy, I honestly can say I’ve never received this level of customer service before, it was refreshing and so nice. I’d say for the actual product, it’s efficient and cost-effective.

I would recommend to anyone considering an air filter device.

We love our air mini+!!!! We got it right around late March or April 2020 start of pandemic! It makes our bedroom air super fresh and we have two indoor kitties who are really Playful so they are always in and out of our room leaving trails of cats hair everywhere!!! LOL I also love the technology specs! We also can bring it anywhere it’s portable so we rotate our air mini wherever we are in our home whether it’s the living room, bedroom upstairs office room or even dining room when we have family & friend parties! I am also as housekeeper at a college so I love to come home to fresh air and feel like Im breathing crisp air rather than chemicals when I get home! I am big on technology loved it my whole life and appreciate the molekule app with Apple features to connect it! Best decision ever! It’s 2022 now and we have 0 issues with our system! (Also, they partnered with MSG in NYC with air purification systems! I went in December 2021 for a NY Rangers hockey game and could immediately tell how clean the air was, it was so nice! I felt very protected down there) I paid monthly payments with affirm and I did not regret it! It was Worth every penny of my hard work! Great job! I hope you continue to make amazing products! I initially got my Molekule Air Mini + as a gift back in June of this year. I had always been interested in the Molekule line, but wasn’t quite ready to dive in with the full sized Air when I didn’t need something that big for my bedroom.

When the Mini series came out, I was excited to finally try the Molekule solution at a smaller scale and price point first. Previously, I had been using a tower style HEPA filter with ionizer from a reputable brand, but didn’t really notice a difference as my eyes still watered in the mornings, I couldn’t breathe through my nose throughout the night/morning, and I still continued to suffer from intermittent asthmatic flare ups.

Around the time my Molekule was ordered, I was suffering from a pretty bad asthmatic flare up that blessed me with a constant, dry cough. After receiving my purifier and getting everything setup, I noticed that after a few days, my cough had substantially subsided.

At first, I sort of chalked this up to coincidence and assumed that my medicine I had been taking finally took effect. This all changed this fall, though. There was an issue with my Molekule, but I had faith in the customer support team after the reviews I had read online.

Sure enough, a few emails and a quick, hold-free phone call later, I had a replacement unit on the way with free, expedited shipping. This was by far one of the easiest exchanges I’ve had regarding a warranty claim for any product I’ve owned.

The day after my Molekule went out, I started to develop a cough, that would grow worse throughout the weekend. In the back of my mind, I had wondered if this was related to not having any form of air purification (especially in the allergy laden area that we live in), but I dismissed this.

When I got my replacement setup the following week, I noticed that later in the afternoon I wasn’t coughing as much. In fact, by day 2 or 3, my cough was almost entirely gone and I felt way better. For me, this truly opened my eyes to the impact my Molekule had on my life.

There are some negative reviews out there from some big names, I am not a scientist and cannot verify or deny their claims. All I have to go by is my personal experience. Maybe there is a cheaper, better HEPA solution out there and for some reason my previous HEPA filter wasn’t great and that’s why I didn’t notice anything.

And maybe, according to specs, there are some solutions that provide a better value if the specs are 100 percent true. But I do know that the Molekule has made a great impact on my life as an allergy and asthma sufferer.

And for that, I think the quality of life improvement alone justifies the price tag the Mini + carries with it. I now wish to spread these throughout my home, as the Mini + isn’t big enough for most of the main areas (and my bedroom is technically a little over the limit already).

The only thing still holding me back is the price, but eventually, whether it be Black Friday or another sale, I look forwards to welcoming more Molekule products into my home.

This is a very quiet unit that I bought for my husband’s sinus problems. It has an interesting smell to it if you sit directly by it. The best way to describe it is like the outdoors, but I have noticed a big difference in my living room.

When I walk in my front door, it just smells clean and fresh in the house. I’ve had other people tell me this as well. I also have an Oreck air purifier for my large spaces, O3 Pure unit is not as powerful as that, but for small spaces, it works very well, and for only a fraction of the cost!.

This ozonator is very functional at eliminating smells. It is quiet and the ozone is not overwhelming. Used best in walkways on low setting and high setting in less occupied areas because ozone should not be inhaled directly as it can break down oxygen in your body.

If you’re trying to eliminate odors in a large area go for a larger unit, but this one works well for household use and is safer than the high output units.

Hoping it is the same thing I already have just a changed name. It looks exactly like what I already have since 2019.

This Crane air purifier worked really well. for maybe 3 to 6 months. First, the filter is made with a very light material, and a small puncture formed in the back, so we planned to buy a new filter. We were taking good care of our unit and filter.

But then we would turn on the unit and the red and blue lights illuminated to indicate that the unit is on and the UV light is working, but the fan would not run anymore. We called Crane to make sure that it wasn’t that we just needed a new filter.

They confirmed that it sounded like the unit was broken, then we returned it to Bed Bath & Beyond. A staff member told me that it’s usually a good idea not to buy the “cute” air purifiers as in her experience they usually don’t last as long.

I am very happy with this product. I put it in my daughters room. One had a cough, the other was having alergies. It works great. It does have a flilter that will need to be replaced at some point, I like the fact that it shuts off when the filter needs to be changed.

That is good because it insures that you maintain a high quality of air. I like that the air flows up. You can put it on the floor. My daughters are not having any more problems with their alergies and cough.

Its amazing. It is also very quiet when on low. The girls say it not that loud on the other settings. They are 21 and 22 and love the shark design. Penguin was their first choice but they didn’t have one available.

I live in California where we have so much need for air purification due to wildfires and seemingly constant nearby construction. I have 2 of these machines and they just can’t be beat. Compared to other brands, there is very little upkeep other than vacuuming the exterior every 2 weeks.

There is only 1 filter that needs to be changed and that is only every 5 years or so. If you need to change it earlier, they give you a discount. I have a lot of chemical sensitivities and for that reason I was afraid to go with the healthmate plus or any other machine that is really heavy duty on the VOCs because apparently people can react to the filters.

In the past, I’ve had an Amaircare (I really do not recommend) and an Airpura. The Austin Healthmate was the only one that wasn’t irritating to my noise and throat when I was in my bedroom with the door shut.

And after using the Healthmate for 2 wildfire seasons, I can tell you it really did a great job savings my lungs! (I also have a Purple Air if you prefer a more objective measure). The one downside I can tell you to the Austin (actually ALL of the air purifiers realistically regardless of what people tell you) is that they are pretty loud on high.

And they really do need to be run on high for the most part to be effective. Now I actually really love that in my bedroom because I live in a noisy neighborhood and it acts like a white noise machine.

But if you are trying to have a conversation with someone, it is less ideal. It took me a good month of having it on high CONSISTENTLY to not be irritated by it. But now it is just feels normal for the household.

If you keep turning it down a lot and then back up, it will be harder to adjust to the noise. I often move it around if I want to watch a movie or have a friend over and want to talk. it is on wheels so it is super easy.

And moving it several feet away into the hallway or another room allows you to keep it on high and keep the air clean. So anyway to sum up, if you are looking for super high quality HEPA that also gets VOCs and is good for wildfires or just everyday needs, I highly recommend the Austin Healthmate.

This is especially true if you have chemical sensitivities. And if you are really lazy and don’t want to deal with machine maintenance like me, I can tell you that it doesn’t get any easier than with the Austin machines.

This is our second Austin Air Purifier. Our original model is running perfectly after 5 years. We keep in in our bedroom. The side benefit of comforting white noise allows for a deep satisfying sleep.

Our new unit is in our farm house and eradicates the fireplace smoky smell and the musty smell common in all homes in high humidity areas. Finally, a good nights sleep out on the farm! I think so highly of the product I purchased one for my mother who lives in a condo high rise and suffers from allergies.

She has noticed an improvement in her symptoms. Yea!.

I bought two of these for my 1,600 square foot office that is located above a restaurant. Before using them, we were inundated with the smells of fryer oil and grease from their lunch service (especially on muggy days), and I felt like it negatively effected my breathing.

With these both running on low, the smells are completely gone and the air feels light and clean to breathe. Its so noticeably better that now one of my employees is buying one for her house! To speak to the noise level that some in the reviews have commented on: when they’re on high, they sound like a fan, certainly less noisy than a window AC unit.

On medium / low, they’re whisper quiet.

I absolutely loved this product. I love how portable and durable it is and the fact that I can use it in any space is such an added bonus. I like to use it in my car but also in my office / living room at home and I’ve noticed that it does just a good a job in either space.

It’s not overly complicated and very easy to use, plus the instruction manual ensures you won’t mess it up. I initially got this product because my dog has an eye condition and his vet recommended an air purifier to help him out and my doctor also recommended me to get one for my allergies.

Since using this product I’ve noticed a huge in his eyes and my allergies and overall our quality of life has greatly improved. I had no idea how life changing this air purifier could be.
