There is no substitute for a good night’s sleep. We all seem to be trying anything and everything to achieve it. Getting to sleep, staying asleep, and falling back to sleep if one awakens are three different issues.

That is what is so great about Tri-Sleep. It addresses all three and does a great job. It is not habit forming and is safe to take as often as needed.

Great product. I used to take melatonin, another brand’s three sleep (can’t remember name) and ginkgo biloba, it would work up until 2 or 3 a. m. and then I’d be awake. Tri-Sleep helps me go back to sleep after I wake at 2 or 3 and I get quality sleep without much tossing and turning.

I used to take Ambien or Lunesta. Doctor’s don’t want to give it anymore long term. I have tried tons of stuff with no good results. I had bought a bottle for my wife a while back, she only takes natural stuff.

I finally tried it. Bingo. I am so glad. It cost me a dollar a night to sleep. Money well spent.

Have had severe trouble falling asleep for the past year, this is the only over-the-counter solution that reliably helps me fall asleep. When I take nothing and try to sleep, no matter how tired I am, I just can’t do it on my own, exhausting other prescription meds and several OTC aids.

Nothing works like this does. I’m a heavy sleeper and have no trouble staying asleep but it’s a fight every night just to get there and this has helped a ton.

So I tried this sleeping pills only once I took 1 pill around 2:30am because I couldn’t sleep and oh my goodness that think knocked me OUT within an hour. That day I overslept didn’t hear the alarms or the phone calls at 6am someone woke me up at 7:15am I went right back to sleep then I woke up again at 8:10 am to put my sibling to school and the I went back to sleep until like 2pm.

I believe I have insomnia and whenever I wake up for more than using the restroom in the middle of the night I stay up for a few hours then go back to sleep with this gel capsule by unisom I went right back to sleep.

I felt so sleepy like when I have gotten so drunk that I felt so tired. So in a way that’s great you know this pill will make you rest but be aware that if you work the next day it might not be the best for you since it is so strong.

And this was not my first time taking sleeping pills I have tried my fair share but this is too strong. I took of one star because the time I took it the whole day I felt useless because I was sleeping beauty all day and when you have things to do and kids to watch after this is not the best.

I used these prior to getting a prescription sleep aid. I gave these 5 stars for several reasons. They are generally always on sale. Cost can be a factor when you use something on the daily. I could usually get a least 2 hours of uninterrupted sleep while using these.

Alot, when you wake up for no reason, or need to use them in the daytime because you didn’t sleep at night. No groggy feeling for me. Were they strong enough? Absolutely not. I usually average 15 minutes of deep sleep on my prescription sleeping pills, so I give kudos to these for assisting in a decent nap.

I fall asleep pretty fast and really soundly whenever I take these, and this is coming from a lifelong insomniac. My only issue is they don’t leave you feeling *super* well-rested even if you technically slept well / a long time.

WARNING: at least where I got them, the sleep gels and tabs are different. These tabs work great. However the gels are diphenhydramine and the 50mg of that has given me panic attacks in the past. Just be aware how Benadryl affects you before trying either sleep aids.

I have Fibromyalgia, Peripheral Neuropathy in my arms and legs and I also have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. To top all of that in 2018 I fell asleep at the wheel of my car, luckily in a construction site, and lived to tell this story after dying 3 times in the Flight-For-Life helicopter.

I wanted to give my review of this product since so many of us suffer from no sleep and making a decision about a Sleep Aid is a drastic necessity for some of us. After two nights of taking it, I woke up after two hours, felt awful, and had nightmares.

I use a CPAP, usually use 5mg of Melatonin and hope to sleep most nights beyond 5 hours. with at least waking up once in that time. This was a natural sleep aid recommended by my family physician after he had me on Ambien and some other drug in the last year and I had minimal results.

I can get to sleep no problem, but wake up often and sometimes won’t get back to sleep because my brain worries about everything in the world. I had hoped this would help. It didn’t. It does smell awful and the dosage is two large gel cap capsules.

I woke up after two hours, had a nightmare both nights that was concious jarrring and in the end did not stay asleep like it says you will. Also I felt off the rest of the day. I hope this does help some, but for someone looking for a ‘fix all’, just be aware that it doesn’t work for everyone.

Herbs Etc. Deep Sleep (drops or capsules) was recommended by the staff at my trusted Apothecary, because of great customer feedback. I was having no success staying asleep using Valerian alone or in combination with other herbs, but it must be the California poppy (the first ingredient in Deep Sleep) that is working like a dream for me.

I take as directed, and no longer struggle to get back to sleep if I wake up to use the restroom. This is the only sleep aid I will use from now on, so always have a back-up bottle on my shelf.

This helps a little to sleep longer. I wake up every 2 to 2.5 hours using it. Without it I wake up every 1 to 1.5 hours. Everyone is different. If it helps me at all it might help you more.

Liquid herbs work faster than capsules or tablets and is my preferred delivery system.

I don’t always make reviews on products, but when I do, they are always honest. However, it seems when I make a product review, all of a sudden it clears the shelves. LOL! Sometimes. But YES, this stuff here really works! And it works super fast too! The taste (might) take a little getting use too, but beyond that.

I bought this since it had the same ingredients that a spray from another company had, and I loved it. I’m always looking for something cheap because nothing seems to help, and I didn’t want to spend $29 on a spray again.

I started with 2 sprays and it was pretty good, but 4 sprays is my sweet spot! I tried the sleep essentials and they didn’t work, but I am happy with this spray. The alcohol burns a little under your tongue and the taste isn’t great, but the sleep is NICE! I will continue to buy this.

I use d everything, so-so or might help was about as good as it got for anything in the sleep-aid category. and the costs were hardly worth it. Tried Liddell “Ins” Insomnia drops and tossed ’em all. This product is top of the line, absolutely works, and is in a class by itself.

I have had insomnia as long as I can remember so I’m very familiar with diphenhydramine (the active ingredient in this medication). But, for some strange reason Sleepinal works much better for me than any other brands.

I fall asleep fast and stay asleep. I don’t wake up feeling drugged either. Highly recommend.

Why are these reformulated as only swallowable tabs? What about the persons who cannot swallow tablets, especially children? Can they be dissoved in a little bit of water, (creating a suspension) for children or the elderly? As far as I know (and from experence) homeopathics work faster if taken sublingually (under the tongue) as they enter the body tissue faster than if swallowed and having to go through the digestive process first.

Also I prefer takiing homeopathics because they do not have to be swallowed. Making a homeoptic into a tablet kind of seems it would defeat the purpose of not needing to swallow tablets.

Super disappointed to say this is the first product from enhanced I couldn’t stand and had to throw out. It tastes like a bandaid. I struggled to get through it. I tried it cold and hot. As a hot tea it’s barely drinkable.

I was really excited for this product and it’s flavor because sweet tea sounds like an awesome flavor but honestly it went in the trash.

LOVE THE FLAVOR. I’m a big guy at 6-1 280 lbs. I take 2 servings in 6-8 ozs of water. I make sure i take it on an empty stomach. About 1/2 hour before i want to go to sleep. Knocks me out 3-5 hours until the bsathroom wakes me.

Then i go right back to sleep 3-5 hours more, Think this is my 3 tub. Never woke up groggy. I wake up pretty alert if i sleep 6 hours or more, THANKS.

I am not a great sleeper, I either sleep too lightly or too heavily that I just feel groggy most of the following day. I have a demanding job and I would say that my stress levels are pretty high on an average day.

It is common for me to stay awake for a long time after going to bed thinking about things and tasks that I need to complete the next day without really switching off until I pass out in the early hours of the morning, never really getting a full night of restful sleep.

I have taken these for a month now and they have actually exceeeded my expectations! Initially I wasn’t entirely convinced by the claims. I do struggle with my sleep and often wake up several times during the night. I occasionally took OTC medicines to help but was always hoping to find a herbal supplement that would help me to achieve it.

I have tried Bach Rescue Peaceful night on several occasions not expecting much. However I can honestly say I had a deep relaxing sleep (even when I woke once during the night I swiftly drifted back to sleep).

I will definitely recommend it to others as well as continue taking them myself. You can’t really underestimate the power of a good night sleep!.

i love this product, i tried many products like Sleep-ez, benadryl, unisom whatever, all these over the counter ones and the next day i feel like i got hit by a bus. This is so smooth and really work and the next day i feel refreshed.

i loved the small packaging and the little pills are easy to swallow. i highly recommend.

After about a year or two of insomnia I have been sleeping like an angel for a month and a half after finding this remedy! Like others have said, it does not necessarily make you drowsy but it does help for a more restful sleep.

I take the sleep juice every few nights. I subtly feel drowsiness an hour later and easily drift to sleep. I do see what other reviews mention about the smell but I don’t really struggle with it. I add it to a little hot water and I don’t breathe while I quickly drink it.

It doesn’t taste bad at all. Sometimes I take the peace juice instead depending on how stressful my day was. I have the sleep juice, peace juice, mood juice, liver juice and probiotic and love them all.

Fast forward to now about 6 months later I wasn’t sleeping and I didn’t want to take melatonin so I remembered I had this in my kitchen cabinet. So I tried it again, and let me tell you I have been having wonderful sleep for about a month now.

This product will stay in my collection because when my anxiety is really bad then take some peace juice then 2 droppers of this with some water and off to dream land I go. Thank you Olivia for making such wonderful products! Also I joined the book club!.

IšverstiShow in original languageSeems to be working well in conjuncture with my other habits to promote restful sleep. Blue blockers, getting sunlight on eyes in the morning, afternoon and evening, getting to bed before that second wind hits and decreasing stress in the evenings.

I’ve struggled with some vicious insomnia the last 6 months where I can’t fall asleep until 2-3AM and this is a nice tool to have along with everything else I’m doing. My sleep has progressively gotten better since I’ve started using it and I’m finally falling sleep before midnight pretty consistently with little effort.

I’ll most likely buy another bottle once this is gone! Love every OO product I’ve tried!.

Melatonin and other sleep aid forms have side effects that make the product not worth it, or they just don’t work at all for me. The CBD Sleep at Green Roads is one of the only sleep aids that I rely on to help with my insomnia, and doesn’t leave me feeling groggy/foggy the next day.

10/10 I cannot recommend this (or Green Roads in general) enough.
