I tried Quinclorac early in season. That did not seems to work as well. Maybe because it was colder and far less sun on my lawn. Tenacity turns crabgrass white in about a week. Still waiting for final death.

You will need to repeat application. Despite my observation that tenacity seems better I suggest you buy both and apply accordingly rotating every 3 weeks. Let me describe my situation. I planted a yard in fescue last year.

My yard is super hard clay so crab grass can out complete. The photo shows how much crabgrass is in the yard. Look for white. I never know there was that much until I applied tenacity. It’ll be slow to crowd out the crabgrass but.

Worked like a charm after following the direction / product label at Syngenta Tenacity website. First broadcast Application whitened all crabgrasses (50% of Lawn were crabgrass and dandelions and few grassy weeds don’t know what those were) at an application rate of 15 ml plus 45 ml surfactant on 6000 sqft area.

Second broadcast application (after two weeks) of another 15ml and 45 ml surfactant made all weeds DEAD (DRY). Total 3. 5 Weeks to kill all weeds. No existing Kentucky Bluegrass was whitened. In the fourth week, overseeded and now its 7th week seeing new Kentucky Blue Grass filling up dead weed areas.

!! What else do I need?.

After using Preen weed preventer in a drum in western NY for years I had expected good results from any product w/ that name. I wasn’t, however, prepared for the toughness of weeds in rural, northwestern NC.

Even when I changed to using the Southern formula to deter weed growth, it didn’t seem to work in my newly established flower beds. When I started 2 small 4′ x 4′ raised vegetable beds a few years ago I though I’d give the Preen for vegetables weed prevention a try.

It worked good in the beginning, but then I was confused by the instructions. One place said to refresh it every 4 to 6 weeks, while another said to use it weekly. Since I was used to the every other month method, that’s what I did, but it was too late because weeds had already started to grow.

So, I did some hand weeding & shook out more of the granules to deter more weeds, but then I lost several plants to deer, rabbits, etc. I gave up that season & put in different vegetables the next year & started using the Preen every week.

Then I ended up having to have surgery & there went that year’s crop! I still have a bottle & a half of the Preen for vegetables, but between bad health & nibbling animals, I only do container gardening now on my screened porch, so I have no need to use any sort of weed prevention.

Will you buy the product back?.

These gave me the correct results when 2 different strips bought on Amazon didn’t. I haven’t smoked in over 60 days. i purchased 2 different brands of strips on Amazon. One brand shows a VERY, VERY slight, barely visable pink line the other brand has always shown a positive result.

I was so frustrated so purchased 25 of these. They arrived today. I tested my urine with them 2 times both times, am definitely negative for cannabis. I’m so relieved. If I test positive, my provider is going to make me attend drug alcohol classes, so having strips that are accurate really eases my worries mind.

I’m so happy I purchased these will have enough to continue testing myself until when I go to be tested at the end of the month. I don’t need to continue testing myself but will to keep my mind at ease until then.

When I was in Santa Fe New Mexico to see a friend she had candies out on her table I tried one of them thank God I didn’t eat anymore, then she screeches at me oh my gosh they have THC in them! I was coming up on a drug screen for a new job I looked at her and I said are you kidding me? Since I don’t do drugs I started the little research find out how long it stays in your system so bought your product and by the time I get back to my home there is positive THC and I started to panic so I was drinking Lots of water exercising a week and a half later I took another test with your product and I’m clean finally.

I had my drug screen for work and the drug test came out negative. Very grateful for this product I was able to discern went to go in for the test. Highly recommend this product as it works. Even though my drug test for me at home initially showed positive for THC within a week the test proved negative and I felt comfortable going in I wasn’t sure at first if it was going to work however everything worked out in the end so I really highly recommend this product.

I am so happy that I found out about these drug test. I had a drug test for a new job that I was so happy to get. But on the day I did the test, I was very concerned that a medication that I no longer have a prescription for could possibly still be in my system bc I have a low metabolism.

Hmmmm that was my exact thought when spraying this perfume. I wasn’t sure if this was a man’s perfume. i sprayed it like 5 times thinking I was misleading my nose. But truly this perfume was for a man.

this perfume smelt warm with a spice smell , it smelt like one of the colognes that my grandpa would wear. Overall I didn’t like this perfume for me and not even my husband thats 31 wanted to wear it either.

so not sure what to say about this product. because I didn’t like the smell I’m sure if this was a different smell I’d love it more. And I was hoping my husband would like it so that it won’t waste either but I just gave it to my grandpa and he seems to love it.

So atleast it will be used. Again didn’t like the smell so wouldn’t pay $120 for that. But I do like the fact that this perfume was on the natural side and they did their best to put something out there for people to feel safer using.

Love the fact that it’s vegan and cruelty free. The style of the bottle is cute and simple. I like the glass and white writing looks nice. I’d say the smell can last a long time too. For anyone looking for a long lasting smell.

Well wish I had more to say about this bottle. You either love the scent or you don’t. Haha.

Works fantastic! After a broadcast application on my fescue lawn, near Kansas City, 4 days later there was some obvious “yellowing” of only weeds, no damage to lawn. After another 4 days, all of my weeds are now as white, showing that the weeds have died and are no longer able to photosynthesize.

I must admit that the white weeds are a bit unsightly, but simultaneously, it is great to see what weeds are controlled by the product (nearly all of them), and what remains uncontrolled (a very few spots).

It’s also incredible to see no damage at all to my existing turf. Great product!.

This product actually works, unlike most of the stuff you get at a chain hardware store. Have used it for 3 years now as a post-emergence weed killer. Even does in crab grass.

I applied the product as a pre-emergent. Lots of the crabgrass came up white and died almost immediately. Have also used it with Tide laundry detergent as a surfactant as a post emergent. It also worked, taking a couple of weeks to kill the crabgrass.

Used a cheap sprayer – caused some regular grass to turn white temporarily, but it survived.

Purchased and applied this product a few weeks ago under proper conditions. One week later, clover and chickweed are no different than before application. This year is The Year of The Lawn. Overseeded last fall and this spring is planned to get rid of all weeds, grow tall and prepare for more fall work.

Sprayed two bottles of product over large areas and all have NO results. Sent an email to Ortho and have not received any response. Felt it was fair to work direct rather than posting online but that did not work so here I am.

I found this product at a big box retailer, and it seemed to be the only option that advertised creeping charlie and oxalis killer in a water soluable spray. I waited a couple of days for ideal conditions: about 60, light wind, and no rain in the forecast.

Sadly, not only did it do nothing for the creeping charlie and oxalis, it also did not kill the dandelions, plantain, or thistle, which usually is very easy to kill with even a cheaper product. The product dispensed in about 12 minutes which is close to the 15 minutes the packaging indicated, so I assume the concentration was correct.

I’m confused why I couldn’t get this to work.

For the past few years, I have tried almost everything to get rid of creeping charlie in my yard. I was recommended to use Ortho® Weed B Gon® Chickweed, Clover & Oxalis Killer For Lawns Ready-To-Spray by a local store.

About 3 weeks ago at the beginning of September, I sprayed my first application and noticed a major difference within the first week. Most of the creeping charlie, along with other weeds such as the 3 leaf clover and dandelion, were gone.

I just applied a second application as i want to nip it in butt this time so i hopefully will not have to deal with it in the spring. Thankfully though. I know what product I will need just in case I do need it in the spring.

This product really does the job. I plan to plant grass seed in the weedy areas and over seeding the lawn around mid October. Thanks for a product that actually does what it says! One of the reasons I may have refrained from using it in the past is that it is a bit more than other brands.

I bought my first bottle less than a year ago , this product was amazing. I bought a new bottle again unfortunately is not the same it is useless. The company has been changed the ingredients. Not recommend.

A top quality product that is effective with regular usage. Also a good value in regards to quantity for the price in comparison to other brands. I’ve used this brand for 3+ months and am pleased with the results.

I’ve experienced no ill side affects unlike with other brands.
