After a minor car accident one afternoon because of drowsiness caused by a melatonin rebound, I tried Herbal Sleep. I was surprised that it worked the first night. I was even more surprised that it worked all but one night for the first month–and that one was for unavoidable stress.

So, I put away melatonin (3mg, 5mg, fast dissolve & time-release), 5-HTP, and GABA. But, it’s foolish to expect one pill to work perfectly all the time. Like many supplements, the effect wore off after the first month.

And I reverted back to the other pills. But they stopped working again pretty quick. Then I made sure there was no late eating or computer, nothing stressful or mental before bedtime, the room was dark, quiet, and ventilated.

With everything else equal, I tried only Herbal again and it worked pretty well. But it works best for me if I take Herbal about 45-60 minutes before bed, and if I get up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back to sleep, I have at bedside a 3mg or 5mg fast dissolve melatonin lozenge to take.

If I know I’m going to have a rough night, I’ll add melatonin 5mg time-release just before bed.

I have historically had a difficult time falling and staying asleep. Then in the morning, I am totally exhausted from not getting a good night’s restful sleep. I can’t recommend this product enough. After trying many remedies over the years, this is my favorite.

After taking two about 30 minutes before going to bed, I am able to fall asleep and stay asleep. Plus I don’t wake up with a hangover feeling, like muscle relaxers cause. I also have symptoms of restless leg syndrome, and these seem to help that also.

I am totally amazed at the difference these vitamins have made in my quality of sleep and ultimately the way I feel. I always wake up after 2- 3 hours with other sleep aids, but with these, I typically get an entire night’s sleep and feel well rested and refreshed in the morning!.

I tend to be a fan of Gaia branded products. These Organic Relax Gummies arrived very nicely packaged in a glass jar containing 45 plant-powered gummies that are vegan, made with real fruit, contain no artificial sweeteners, and are gluten free.

They are certified USDA Organic. The recommended dosage is three gummies daily as needed. If taken as recommended, that means you’ve got about a 2-week supply in each jar. However, I’m fairly certain the idea is that you won’t necessarily ‘need’ them daily.

I initially tried the recommended dose, however, I found it made me more drowsy than actually doing anything in terms of stress relief. I reduced my dosage to one daily and have found it does sort of promote my functioning at a more even-keel.

I work in a government setting and it can get mighty stressful. If I take the one on the way to work, I am finding I tend to be a bit calmer. These contain Passionflower, Holy Basil, and Lemon Balm and are sweetened with apple and blueberry along with a lemon flavoring.

Many times my sleep pattern is to sleep 4 hrs or so, wake up and stay awake for up to 3 hrs before falling back to sleep which is not always good if I have to be up at a certain hour, especially if it’s early morning.

I deal with symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Sleep is a problem when you have multiple sclerosis. Even though you’re extremely fatigued all the time you don’t necessarily sleep for long periods of time.

Having the tendency of waking up and being wide-awake staying awake and then eventually going back to sleep which is completely inefficient and disruptive. an absolutely terrible cycle. I have had a bottle of sleep mode for over a year that I didn’t try because I have a hard time with melatonin for some weird reason.

I happen to be hyper super sensitive to everything in life it’s just the way it is. I was on the medical cannabis to help me sleep which was incredibly helpful at the beginning however my biology changed again and medical cannabis can be a little chaotic in reference to the different strains that you get.

After a while my sleep pattern changed for the worse. I decided to try to sleep mode. The first night I took two as directed. However I woke up at 11:45 pm ( I had gone to bed at 10 PM )with a wailing headache which does happen with me when I have tried melatonin in the past.

What I did notice though I was in a deeper sleep before I woke up with the headache so the next night I only took one. I didn’t wake up with a headache and I slept for four hours straight which is quite an accomplishment and it was a good sleep.

I have recently lost weight through working out and taking some boxing classes. Recovery was sometimes difficult and getting back at it early the next day was rough. I added a post workout protein shake and included this at bed time.

This is an awesome product! Due to my work schedule I’m forced to work out in the evening most of the time. This late routine has made it incredibly difficult for me to get solid sleep in the past. After working out I would hit the sack and be wide awake unable to fall asleep, sometimes for hours.

Product works but you have to be careful to do a couple of things. First, drench the plant. Second, try as much as possible to spray when the sun is strong. While the instructions say not to water for 3 hours after, I always let it act for at least 12 hours before watering the lawn.

As a disclaimer, I live in GA, so I am not sure if weed species are very different in some other parts of the country. In my case, it really nuked most dandelions, virginia buttonweed, plantain, chickweed, henbit, wild lettuce, and spurge.

Does not do much to clover, creeping charlie, or dollarweeds (in spite of those being classified as broad leaves). I am waiting to see how it does on chamber bitter (last year we were overrun but it did not come out yet).

With young kids and pets, you gotta pick your battles with weeds – the more toxic selective weed killers work better and on a wider gamut of weeds. but again, they are toxic. I, for one, prefer to just moderate the population of weeds and keep it under control rather than eliminate all weeds.

Absolutely love this product. It absolutely works and it killed some huge dandelions I had growing in my back yard. Some with 5 to 6 differnt flowers. I wish I would of taken a picture of the before and after of these things.

I definitely used a lot of fluid to make sure they were killed but again definitely worked for me. I sprayed them on Friday and its Sunday I’ll probably go back through and spray them again either tomorrow or next day just to be sure it kills them to the root.
