20 Best Weight Loss Amazon (2022 Updated)

My husband has RSD, an inflammatory disease, which has disabled him. I ordered the book, hoping to find a diet plan we could live with, since I still work and don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.

The number of supplements suggested to be taken with each meal, which I admit may be good for one’s body, are enough to be a meal in themselves. The actual 14-Day Program? One would not go hungry as there is plenty of food suggested for each meal in the program.

Some of the recipes provided look tasty, as well; however, my husband wouldn’t eat much of the suggested menu items if he were starving. This will be another book to donate to the local library.

This book is a follow up to The Perricone Prescription. It is the best for cleaning yor body of toxins. We are using it to help fight cancer. Perricone was recommended to be the best Ketogenic diet. That helps the body by elimating the sugar that cancer grows on.

I’ve seen Dr. Perricone on PBS before and was intrigued with his theories. The beginning of the book is interesting along with the listing of supplements he recommends for weight loss. Im BIG into exercise and dont really get the weight loss I expect from it.

Later in the book comes the recipe section. It contains a lot of very unpractical food Im sure is expensive. How much salmon can you eat? Makes me long for a burger. The last of the book is just references.

I got a lot less out of this book than I expected. Its still not a bad read especially if you can get it used.

I bought this for someone who needed to eat healthier and was recommended by their health care professionals to try Dash. I bough this and the blue book (both by Marla Heller). The person who read and has used these books began explaining to others how great they were—it’s not so much a diet but a healthier (yet enjoyable) way to eat.

The gift receiver said their blood pressure was lowered quickly, lower sugar numbers, and they were losing weight—but not feeling hungry. Also body pains/ inflammation was almost gone and—after having bad sleep for years—he sleeps well now.

He is now a few pounds from his goal weight too, All of us were amazed, and happy things are going well. Most doctors seem to recommend the Dash diet. The Dash Diet books (the Marla Heller -authored ones) are great.

Now I want to read them.

Easy to digest!! Yes chose that word deliberately. An accessible diet plan with a few anomalies outside the norm but easy enough to pull in substitutes within the framework. Would be nice to have it more applicable internationally as USA is only place where measuring system not not conform to international standards.

and that applies also to things referenced like “canadian bacon”!! A little more concern re food allergies and auto-immune issues would also be helpful as well as vegan or vegetarian options. But overall good value for money!!.

I love this little book. I lost weight very quickly even though I wasn’t strickly working the plans. I also appreciate that it has a scienfic base regarding food groups, stastics etc. I am a coeliac and require a gluten free diet – the menues in the book are easily adaptable to gluten free.

I learnt a lot reading the book and I keep going back to it. It helped me become aware of what I was eating and more importantly, how it made me feel. It maybe called a diet book, but long term it re-educates you to healthy eating.

I highly recommend the book to anyone who wishes to loose weight, feel better and live longer.

Excellent weight loss book. It is well thought out and everything is planned for you from the grocery lists, recipes, weekly meal planners, food/calorie charts, exercises to do, and tons of encouragement.

You’re NEVER hungry which is a big difference from any other diets. You learn to eat when you’re hungry and eat the right kind of foods to nourish your body instead of eating the wrong things that don’t do anything for you but pack on the pounds.

You have to eat right. You have to exercise a bit. After about 2 weeks you start feeling better and have more energy. It’s really a plan for a way healthier life. Drink water as often as you feel thirsty instead of sweet things like soda and juice.

Water does wonderful things for your body. I recommend it for anybody that needs to lose weight. Key thing is to READ THE BOOK. It is really helpful when you feel a bit discouraged. Feels like Dr. Phil is right there with you cheering you on to succeed.

I want to lose 25 pounds. My fianc wants to lose about 50. We can do it with the 20/20 Diet.

If you follow the plan – the weight loss is amazing! My husband, sister and I all did this together with the same results. In about 2 months we are all down 20lbs. We all feel like this eating plan is a life long change, not just a fad diet.

My sister suggested it and I thought I would try it and end up going back to Weight Watchers. Well that’s not the case. I’ve had better luck in retraining myself to eat with this book than any of the other weight loss programs.

One thing you need to know – follow what Dr. Phil says and you will be amazed at the progress!.

I ‘ve had it a week and lost 4 lbs. I really enjoy the meals and have Not suffered yet. The exercise is what I do and have done sense I was 11 yr. old so that. My problem was years of lead poisoning which restricted that exercise but with this book I have learned to eat right which has given me the strength to be active enough to lose the weight and feel good about it.

Usually with in the first week I knew if it was going to a workable plan. This one is a very workable plan. Use the Book , study it like a school book. You have success waiting just open the 20/20 diet book and lose weight and feel better.

I work out 5-6 days a week and have been supplementing my fitness and nutrition for years. this is seriously the 1st fat burner that has worked for me. I stack it with a “nootropic” in the morning that has caffeine (hence why I chose LeanXT – no caffeine).

I take 1 in the morning with my other supplements, and then 2 before lunch, since that’s usually when my appetite is highest. I am still hungry, but don’t have that super hunger I usually have on workout days feeling very hungry, and I have to say, I don’t feel that “craving” feeling for food – haha, hard to explain.

Everyone is different, but for me this was the perfect addition to my routine. I will say that if you have anxiety or sensitivities to B-vitamins, this WILL WORK for you. I often can’t use other fat burners because of the B-vitamins that tend to make me irritable.

Also, if this helps anyone: My other supplements throughout day contain a total of 300mg of caffeine, and taking 3 LeanXT pills a day does not cause any problems for me. Start with one a day first though, and see how you feel since everyone is different.

Lean XT is very effective. I was on a different fat burner with the same diet and exercise program for 2 months and didn’t notice any change. I switched to Lean XT stacked with Lean PM and within a week and a half I was able to lose about 5 pounds.

The ab muscles are clearly more pronounced with minimum overall skeletal muscle loss. The only downside is if you take it twice a day per the directions you’ll run out of the full bottle in just 2 weeks.

I’ve been using Jacked Factory products for about 2 years and started with the Burn XT and it has helped me lose weight but I added the Lean XT to my supplements and I can’t tell you how much of an improvement this has been! I used this product for a few weeks before I decided that I cannot live without it. I didn’t think it was really doing anything at first but I did notice that I had more energy, was not hungry as much and felt more upbeat and in a much better mood.

I only take one a day but I also take another product from another company at the same time. The two products together are the bomb! I get up in the morning and drink my coffee, take one of these and two of another diet pill from Irwin Natural.

Then I have another cup of coffee and do a fat burning workout for 1 hour. I get on my stair stepper for 30 minutes then on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I always make sure my workout is finished before noon.

These pills out eating but instead make me full of energy and not hungry all day! I think I could go all day without eating but instead I have just one meal a day. I have whatever I want and I try to make it healthy but eating just once a day like this, I really enjoy what I eat and know that I have earned it.

I normally eat anytime between 1-4 pm. I ran out of these pills and thought I would just take the two from the other company and substitute a green tea diet pill. It didn’t work! I have to have one of these pills.

I haven’t tried them alone but may try it when I get these again. I just ordered these and hope to get them soon! I want to try the Burn X Black and wander what the difference is.

So far I like this product. It curbs my appetite and give me some extra energy. It could be early to tell but I’ve already lost a few pounds. I also follow a keto diet including IF but was just maintaining.

I am personal trainer, natural athlete and bodybuilder, so I have used many brands of supplementation. As a natural athlete its important to me to find nutrition supplements that are high quality, effective AND CLEAN.

I received a free 30-day supply of Force Factor ProbioSlim + Prebiotic Fiber. I had never tried any dietary supplements like this before and I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical. The reason being that I never wanted to put “chemicals” or anything unnatural in my body.

Force Factor, however, puts right on its label that it contains non-GMO, USDA Certified Organic FiberSMART, so I felt much better giving it a shot. I followed the recommend dosage of 2 pills after breakfast and 2 more after lunch for the full 30 days.

Immediately, I did feel more alert and focused, most likely from the small amount of caffeine in the product. Since I work a desk job and don’t consume caffeine, I often get tired and sluggish throughout the day.

This product did provide me a gentle boost. Although this is not a claim it makes, the caffeine did impact me slightly. On a side note, I also take daily multi vitamins and often times after taking them I get an upset stomach with some cramping and nausea.

I was worried that the Force Factor capsules would cause a similar effect, but much to my surprise, they did not. Furthermore, the capsules are a good size (not too large) and are very easy to take, which definitely helps the overall experience.

Moving on to another benefit, the claim of healthy digestion held true for me. I feel like my digestion, after about a week, seemed to improve. Digestive health wasn’t something I thought much about before, but after taking Force Factor, I was pleased with the difference it makes.

As for helping me lose weight, I don’t have a definitive comment. My weight didn’t change during the one month trial, but then again, it was only 30 days and I was not actively trying to lose weight during that time.

In summary, although I was skeptical of the claim that Force Factor’s ProbioSlim + Prebiotic Fiber was making, I gave it a try. I was very pleased with the results and its claims were factual for me.

I didn’t notice any negative side affects. In fact, the entire 30 day trial was very beneficial to the point that I have already purchased the product and will continue using it. I’ve tried many different dietary supplements in my adult life with varying degrees of success. Needless to say, I’m skeptical of them. Admittedly though, I’ve never tried one that’s ALSO a probiotic.

Diet supplements and probiotics individually, absolutely, but not together. I tried Probioslim a couple of days after receiving it and followed the instructions to take two tablets with food. The very first day, I noticed I wasn’t as hungry throughout the afternoon as I normally am.

I didn’t necessarily feel more energized, though. I took two more tablets as instructed with dinner and continued the pattern for the next several days. My observations are that Probioslim definitely helps keep you “regular” when you take them regularly, which is expected with the probiotic portion.

Because of that, I noticed a reduction in feeling bloated almost immediately, which I love! I don’t notice much difference in my energy levels, but the pills do help to thwart hunger. I have noticed that if I forget to take them with food or even with just a lighter snack, I don’t feel well.

It’s a combination of dizziness and light nausea, so they definitely need food to help you function optimally. I don’t necessarily feel like these help you lose weight, BUT they do reduce/prevent bloating, help regulate you, and ward off hunger, so they’re great for weight management.

Plus you get the benefits of probiotics. I would be interested in continuing to take these longer-term!.

I love this product. Right now im only taking one . so far ots working really good. No crashing when it burns off.

…I get fuller more quickly after two pills prior to a meal. Don’t feel jitters, either, but I’m basically immune to anything that’s not equivalent to at least 5 cups of coffee. I like it.

I take this along with some other supplements from Jacked Factory and I feel that they really work, of course you still have to put in the work because there’s no magic pills. Overall, I’d recommend it.

I’ve noticed myself becoming increasingly anxious and couldn’t figure out what was happening to me. Once I experienced an anxiety attack, I decided to take a break from it. 1 week later, I started again and had another one.

I already have anxiety so this clearly doesn’t help. Just a warning for others!.

This supplement gives a real quick kick of energy that lasts. I started taking the dose recommended on the bottle (3 tabs twice daily, first dose upon awakening the next in afternoon) but had to cut it back to one dose (2-3 tabs daily) on most days I work out.

It replaced my preworkout drink (as using both would be unwise). I have lost almost 30 Lbs. in the past 6 months with diet and exercise included. Depending how sensitive you are to the natural caffeine and cayenne in the product (it is a thermogenic after all), it will raise your heart rate and make you feel very warm.

If I took the full dose as listed on the bottle for more than a couple days, I would get heart palpitations, asthma flare ups and insomnia, so be sure to know your body and tolerance to these ingredients and adjust as needed.

I started using this about a year ago. I had alot of swelling and joint inflammation and nothing-not even a change in diet-worked to get rid of the swelling that began in the morning and got worse during the day.

I would gain at least 5-7 pounds of water weight. Then I found this supplement-and was floored! The first time I took it the inflammation in my legs started going down. Then the pain in my joints started going away.

It was the first time in years I did not go to bed with very swollen legs and inflammation! I have continued to use it every day and it has helped my Fibromyalgia as well as keeping my leg veins from getting worse due to the previous inflammation.

Although this probably was initially designed to support bodybuilders, for every day people, we can’t control our genetic makeup. This truly does make a difference in controlling the water weight and bloating.

I’ve been using DRY for several years now and like many health and figure conscious women, I’ve tried about everything on the market to combat water weight and bloat. When I take dry and combine it with regular exercise and a healthy diet, the results speak for themselves.

About me: Female, 27 years old, 164 cm, 60 kg. Day 1: Took 3 pills in the morning and 3 six hours after (exactly what the bottle said, bought the one with 120 capsules which each serving is 3 pills, NOT the one pill only) , each time I had nausea, did not want to eat anything, I was pretty happy about it first and thought oh nice diet will be so easy when you are disgusted to all food.

At night I could only sleep 3 hours and woke up very unrefreshed, could not sleep again. Day 2: Exactly the same dosage, same nausea, and AGAIN I could only sleep 3 hours before I just woke up and cant sleep again.

Day 3: Same nausea, I took 6 mg melatonin to get better sleep but ended up sleeping only 5 hours, so total 11 hours sleep in 3 days. Sleep is very important for me since I lift heavy weights and I cant recover muscles by sleeping so little, and I feel extremely dead after waking up.

I could not even work, I have a desk job and mostly staring at my screen because I just could not concentrate for some reason, probably because of too little sleep. I decided to not continue 4th day, and will put it to on my shelf for maybe next year when Im ready to ruin my life to get lean.

I lost all satisfactory for eating food, got severe insomnia, extremely bad mood, upset stomach, nausea and feeling that I want to throw up constantly, it is not worth it for me to ruin my life like that just to get leaner a bit faster.

I used to be able to sleep 8-12 hours per day without problem, falling asleep whenever I wanted, never in my life I had insomnia, I also constantly want to eat food, but after taking this pill I feel like I was food poisoned constantly, so the effect is EXTREME.

Blood pressure also became higher, I used to always have around 105/60 but after taking I had around 117/72. While in gym I felt pulse in my head, it overall feels very dangerous. Sure it will work and I will lose weight this way, but the cost is too high.

I feel like it’s helping, but it has so much melatonin I can’t always take it. If I can’t garuntee 8 hours of sleep I can’t take both pills because I’ll be too groggy the next day. I don’t even like take one if I’ll be getting less than seven.

I try my best to get at least seven. I feel I’m not getting full benefits not being able to regularly take two a night. I wish this had less melatonin. It’s just a sleep aid I don’t need and holding me back from the other benefits in the pills.

Thankfully I feel this is at least helping me not to gain weight while I am unable to workout due to an injury and being in a boot.

In the first week of using Lean PM, eating better and less, and being more active, I have lost 9 solid pounds. Started at 223 and as of this morning I am down to 214. 0. When I say being more active this is just walking.

We are not buying these again. We are sticking with intermittent / OMAD (one meal a day) diet plan and drinking lots of bottled water. Our main exercise is a daily 20 min walk to the lake and back at a slow leisure pace.

we are both retired and do not work out so, OMAD is best for us; but if you are very active, these may help. Not everyone is same so hard to go by others’ opinions/experiences.

I would first like to thank Cellucor for sending me a 60ct. bottle of this to try out! My goal for taking this product was to lose body fat, but maintain my weight. So although I was eating clean meals, I wasn’t trying to lose weight like most people would be if they are taking this product.

Throughout the 11 days that I was using CLK, I was able to maintain my weight (well actually I gained 1lb). I was also able to lose a small percentage of body fat. It wasn’t really an incredible amount, but i definitely did lose some BF.

I felt and looked a bit tighter around my abs, chest, and arms, which was something that I was looking to happen. As a stand-alone weight-loss product, I don’t think that I would try this again. But, I was looking to maintain weight and lose BF% so I wasn’t looking for the same things that others might be out of this product.

I would, however, like to try this product (a full 90ct bottle) again during my next cut, and stack it with something like SuperHD to see the full results. PACKAGING 10/10: As usual with Cellucor. TASTE/SCENT 9.

5/10: Very refreshing and a lot better than taking bland pills that smell and taste like chemicals. DOSAGE/PILL SIZE 9. 5/10: 3 pills a day min dosage, and 6 pills a day max dosage – The size of the pills could be annoying to get down for some people, but wasn’t a problem for me.

EFFECTIVENESS 9/10: With the proper diet and exercise (and maybe stacking with another weight loss product) CLK could work a lot better than how I used it. I received energy boosts from time to time while taking this.

Also dropped in body fat, and maintained the weight I wanted to. OVERALL 9. 5/10: I have never tried a product like this, so I was fairly happy with my results. Cellucor always comes out with top notch supplements and I have yet to be disappointed in something of theirs thus far.

If you’re looking for something to take to aid in fat loss, then I would recommend this to you, but only if you are stacking with another weight loss product. I would just like to conclude by saying thanks again to Cellucor for giving me the opportunity to use this product!.

Been using this product for years. Helps suppress appetite and cravings, doesn’t upset my stomach, and I don’t feel jittery. I’ve noticed when I take the pills and do cardio, I burn about 20% more calories during the workout and overall that day.

Razberi-k 100mg Causes fat within your cells to ger broken up more effectively helping your body burn fat easier. 7keto dhea 100mg Activates enzymes that drive energy producing substrates in a direction of less affiecent ATP production, relative to heat production.

Also uses fat stores for energy. Now CLK is a stimulant free wieghtloss product which helps with body composition. Recommende to take 3-6 softgels a day. I would suggest taking 6 to get your clinical dosage.

First thing you notice when you open container is a rasberry smell. It smelled refreshing, did not taste bad but the downside is you taste it all day. Now I will say I did not see much weightloss on the product but I did notice a lot of composition and a leaner look.

This is not a speed working product you start noticong results in 3wks with a clean diet. I had dropped 80lbs and still had some loose skin and stretch marks. CLK helped tighten all that up and helped me keep a lean look and keep muscle mass.

Now if you are looking to do a major weightloss CLK is not going to do it by itself. When I went through my 80lb weightloss I used super hd then clk and fish oil after the initial drop. The CLK helped tighten and tone.

The price is a little steep but you are taking 4 of the best natural weightloss supplements in the world. You pay for what you get. I highly recommend using if you are looking to tighten and tone. If you need big weightloss use superhd along with this.

I only gave one star because I had no choice. They still don’t deserve this one star IMO. I completely understand that everyone is different and what may work for me may not work for the next person.

I agree with the people that have said it Upsets your stomach badly. It also has a strong pepper taste when I burp. I threw up within the first hour thank God I took two and not three. Let’s just say the garage can consumed the whole bottle.

Because that’s where I put it after feeling so sick I couldn’t even make it to work today.

I do an update in another month but the only negative thing i’ve found is if I take this late. It gives so much energy that I get anxiety at night. During the day, 1 taken with each meal with a glass of water (3 meals) works wonders.

I’ve noticed the reviews that are claiming upset stomachs are not taking the dosage as outlined in the instructions. Follow the instructions and don’t eat too late and you will be fine.

I bought this on whim at WalMart last week. I have only taken it twice, and only did 2 pills versus 3 and I only took once in the day. Noticed extreme abdominal discomfort and pain. I did it as directed with a meal.

I was literally burping up the taste of the pill. I was in discomfort for about 3-4 hours min. I will try 1 pill dosage, but cant believe they are suggesting 3 pills twice a day. If the one pill doesn’t yield a better result I will be returning for a refund.
