20 Best Weight Loss Clothing (2022 Updated)

I am using sauna suits for HIIT/CARDIO/Boxing workouts all the time. I use the tank top one for when i box so i have full range of arm movement. I like the length as it gets tucked into my shorts and joggers easily.

Zip on the side is good for getting in and out of them after workouts. I am looking to buy the long sleeved ones soon for my outdoor Cardio and HIIT training sessions. this is the cadillac of Sauna shirt brands.

The sauna tank was really nice for my workout. I’ve been on track to lose some excess weight I had gained due to COVID-19 having everywhere on lockdown, and stay home policies that were in place. I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount time with wearing the sauna tank, and extremely satisfied with it performance.

Maybe one downside with the sauna tank is how stiff it feels while wearing it. Since I started wearing it, I thought the matetial would soften up. Besides that, I recommend investing in one 100 percent!!!.

This is my 2nd order with Kutting Weight (first was the hoodie, which was perfect for the winter). I got the tank top for the summer and it fits great. I wore it under my t shirt and u definitely sweat in them! I would highly recommend! Separately, my first order of the tank top was lost in the email.

But after thorough investigation and confirmation that it was lost, Kutting weight was kind enough to send me a replacement at no cost, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much!.

I started using Kutting Weight in 2019 on the recommendation from my husband who had been using the products already. I tried the women’s sauna shirt and it was too tight at the time so I went with the men’s and have been using it almost daily.

I also have the hoodie which I use when I go outside and I purposely bought one size bigger so I can wear layers under it, especially for colder weather and it generates plenty of heat and sweat! Since using the sauna shirt, along with exercise and watching my diet, I have dropped almost 40lbs.

I decided to give the women’s sauna shirt another go and I can now wear it comfortably! I do like that it seems to be designed for a woman’s body and curves so it does fit more snug which helps generate more heat and sweat! I have back problems so I can’t do anything extreme, my exercise consists mainly of walking and light jogging either outside or on the treadmill with stretching before and afterwards.

While these products will start to generate heat almost immediately, if you are willing to put in the effort and get up and move, these products will work!.

Had to exchange my xs for a small as it was just too tight. Website mentioned getting the smaller size but I was having a hard time just getting the xs on. First of, can I just say their customer service is superb! So easy to talk to and work with! 5 stars alone for them! The shirt itself provides a good sweat! I usually don’t sweat much on my HIIT workouts even when wearing a long sleeve.

Not much that I need a towel or anything. But I’ve used the Kutting wear v3 shirt for my HIIT workouts and I am dripping sweat down to my fingertips and through the honeycomb mesh! It’s insane! My husband thinks I’m crazy for wearing it during our HIIT workouts but let me tell you, it’s so breathable and nonrestrictive! It’s so easy to remove and there is sweat literally still dripping off your body.

I’ve been washing on gentle cycle and hanging dry. It’s been holding up still. The reason for not 5 stars because it does look like a scuba suit, kinda bulky because of the neoprene fabric that it makes me really embarrassed.

It doesn’t fit on me like it does their model where it doesn’t look bulky, but normal. I feel more like a storm trooper 😅. I wear a thin long sleeve over it every time I wear it out. My thin long sleeve amazingly stays dry after the workouts and the only areas that are wet come from the sweat captured through the areas of Kutting wear v3 mesh ventilation.

I love this suit!!!! I sweat like crazy and by the end of my workout I’m soaked and drenched in my Sweat. The only thing is, I’m 5′ and very curvy so the top fits good but when I’m walking and running it tends to slide up and fold under the breast area.

So I just keep pulling it down and thought about using velcro to keep it from sliding. But other than that it’s an excellent suit and every time I put it on its just minutes til I start breaking out and getting my Sweat on.

The leggings is awesome! It fits perfectly and when I sweat it drips down my socks and shoes. Completely gross but it’s definitely putting in work. I’d recommend this suit to anyone and every one looking to shed some inches all around or sweat like crazy.

I’ve become a huge fan of the Kutting Weight brand. I bought one of the original sauna suits, and I bought the upgraded one. I have two Kutting Weight hats. So, I went ahead and bought the short sleeve T-shirt.

I wasn’t expecting it to be as COMFORTABLE as it was. I have a full range of motion, and sometimes, I feel like I have a regular shirt on. I wore it under my martial arts uniform, and I didn’t feel like I was wearing anything bulky.

Of course, I was sweating buckets in the end. Did I mention how comfortable it is?.

I cannot tell you how incredible this vest is compared to other products I have tried. I was so excited to use it; I worked out with it yesterday, which was the day that it came. I cannot believe the amount of sweat that I produced because of this product.

I hope this is helpful information for others who are comparing other products, because if this product works not only for me but also for others.

Andy, ive been using it for two weeks now roughly 4 times a week (mainly on heavy cardio days) and can definitely see a difference already. Im getting married in 6 months and hope to drop 40 lbs before then (average of 2 lbs a week) and was recommended to trying the Sauna Suit for a little boost.

Obviously I realize it is not only the suit but also a change in diet and other lifestyle changes. But I definitely think the suit is helping already. Within the two weeks I am down 6 lbs so far. The suit is comfortable to wear during a workout.

It is not extremely tight which I like, and I am able to actually lift weights while wearing it, not just wearing it during cardio. My Fiance is also now interested in ordering one of the tank tops for women.

While working out I kept thinking this stupid thing isn’t working what a waste of money. I was feeling hot but not sweating, or so I thought! I finished my workout and took the suit off and the water was all underneath the suit but the material soaked it up so that I couldn’t even feel it until I took it off.

My legs were wet my back and gut area. It really does what it says. That was so great to not have a nasty sweaty feeling while wearing it and working out but to know it was working. I love it!! I got a 5X because I usually wear a 3x-4x depending on the item and it fit great.

I actually have 44H bra size (they make you chose one for the review but don’t offer any larger sizes than DDD) so I needed the extra room and sure enough a 4x would’ve been too small for sure.

A little bit about myself: I’m male, 51, 5’8” and weigh approximately 175 pounds at the time of this writing. I love doing my home based workouts (mainly cardio) 5 times a week anywhere from 35 to 60 minutes.

I also throw in some yoga and plenty of walking. I am generally in pretty good shape for my age. I could stand to lose a few pounds as I put some on in the last couple of months. In some of my workout gear searches on amazon, the occasional piece of neoprene gear would pop up and I thought that perhaps wearing some of these neoprene garments would make the workouts a bit more challenging in the process.

When I do my cardio HIIT workouts or my yoga at home, I prefer having sleeveless workout gear because I like having less fabric against my skin during my workouts and I feel like there is more freedom of movement as well.

Where could I find such a thing? Lucky for me I used the right phrasing in one of my searches because this Kutting Weight sleeveless one came up as a suggestion in a sea of sauna suits for both male and female.

In terms of measurements, my wife and I both fit into one of the measurement categories so we ordered accordingly based on the size chart. She really liked the fit and has been using it steady for the week she has had it.

I ended up having to order a size down as the one I received was too loose in the legs and I thought the sweat would start to run down my legs during my workouts. The size down worked like a charm for me even though my measurements only fit into 2 of the 3 categories (bust and hips).

I was only approximately an inch too wide for the waist measurement. I knew going in that this would be a trial and error for me since this is a woman’s garment but I am so glad I was able to finally find one that was sleeveless regardless of the target audience.

A few other things I have observed while wearing this suit during workouts: 1. I burn more calories during my workouts. Around 10% more than doing it without the sauna suit. My 50 minute session yesterday resulted in me burning approximately 720 calories according to my fitness watch.

That same workout without it a week prior resulted in approximately 660 calories being burnt. 2. My average heart rate during the workouts has increased more as well. During that same 50 minute session I saw my average heart rate go from 136 to 142 beats per minute.

3. Wearing this sauna suit during the workout was like a step back in time when I began my cardio HIIT. They were really tough at the start and this neoprene suit has added that element back into my workouts.

That will get less so over time as the body adapts. Overall I would recommend this sauna suit. It seems really well made and I believe it will last quite some time as I put it through an almost daily torture test.

It definitely does what it is supposed to do. I sweat a whole bunch when doing my cardio HIIT workouts and I even sweat quite a bit while doing my yoga routines. Just wearing it casually will make you sweat as well.

Only time will tell if it helps me shed a few pounds that I would like to lose. For those who want to carry items with them while wearing this, the pocket in the back of the outfit is huge. I easily fit my phone (GS10) and my wallet back there while out on a walk.

I have only worn it for a few workouts now and it is having more of an effect than I thought it originally would do. It is comfortable to wear and it looks good on a male as well (Well, I think so). Would have been cool if they had a few colors to choose from such as an all-black one.

Perhaps down the road they’ll have more colors to choose from (hint hint!). I was just happy I found a sleeveless one. Perhaps I’ll try the one with the sleeves in the future and see how it goes. Best wishes and success to anyone who chooses to try this sauna suit to use during their workouts.

You should NOT be disappointed.

This is my first sauna suit, and I am hooked! My athletic-trainer-son recommended this to me, as a way to boost my commitment to my workouts. I am a woman of “a certain age” and I always thought sauna suits were for much younger people.

Or, I considered them for people who are already in good shape and just want a greater edge. I absolutely love how this heats my muscles and generates sweat for a more intense workout. I already feel stronger and actually look forward to working out — really! This suit is excellent quality and fits true to the sizing chart online.

It’s snug, but not too tight. Substantial material, but not stiff or in any way uncomfortable. Love this.

From my experience, Kutting Weight products are one of the greatest fitness inventions in recent history. Kutting weight clothing has been a tremendous, irreplaceable tool in helping me achieve my fitness goals.

I believe the greatest testimonial to the product’s quality and effectiveness is the fact that 1 year ago I bought Kutting weight clothing in size Large, but now I bought the same products in size Small.

The new model features a greater improvement in odor control, quality and texture. All the clothing is very comfortable and allows for a full range of movement. Also, they make great winter workout clothes.

The fit is also much better. The look and design make you feel good about wearing the product. And the fact that Kutting Weight clothing has pockets, ventilated crotch, strong drawstring, looks good and can be worn by itself without any additional layers is absolutely priceless.

I am use to wearing tights when I work out. And I like my tights to touch my ankles, because I really want to get that sweat on. This is my first time working out in pants. I have not use them yet, but soon as I received them in the mail.

I tried them on and was empress how they fit, they slide right on with no issues. I am a 244lb woman so once again very empress how they just slide on without me having a hard time and struggling. And even better they have drawstring to tighten them up, thats a super plus for me.

I’ve always brought sauna tights not pants. Kutting Weight thank you again for a magnificent product. I can’t wait to use them.

I really like these – they fit per scale and are really comfortable – really easy to get into and out of even after sweating. I like these better than the sauna suit only because its easier to use the restroom with these on.

VERY Comfortable – I have even used them in the swimming pool – provides a little extra buoyancy which I counteract with scuba weights – so I get a better workout in the shallow end without getting cold.

Really like these.

The trimmer is, in my opinion, average quality. I use other GoFit gym accessories and their quality is usually above par. It does what it’s supposed to but after only one use I’ve found small tears in the material.

The other complaint is the velcro strip can be uncomfortable so it’s important you mind where you place the flap.

This started falling apart within 2 days of use. Sub-par Made In China materials lacking in quality. Lesson learned. Used according to instructions. Basically if you wear it just a little tight (which you need to built up some sweat) it will fall apart.

You must have to do heavy duty workouts to make this work, I tried using an ab routine, I didn’t sweat and I didn’t feel the intensity when I usually do when I don’t have nothing on my stomach. I think this thing is too bulky and useless.

My current favorite undershirts. The key thing with these is the blend of cotton and modal. Other brands use too much modal which makes the shirts too thin and see-through and the collars have no structure.

The collars on these are wide and stay flat. The v-cut is a little deeper than other brands, somewhat in-between a regular v and a deep-v. Travis’ review is spot on – these are a generous cut – maybe marketed more as a night shirt than an undershirt.

I’m a large in literally every t-shirt brand, and this fits like an XL. They do run long which is great for tucking in, but definitely size down if you want a more traditional cut; especially if you plan on wearing under a slim fitting shirt or sweater.

I also own 2Xist’s shapewear undershirts and those are true-to-size. Fingers crossed these might shrink a little as they are 60% cotton.

So disappointed when I received my order. I had previously bought the Pima V-Neck Tess and loved them. Then I ordered what I thought would be the Crew Neck version. Unfortunately, the Crew is made of a totally different rib knit fabric which is bulkier and not nearly as soft as the jersey knit V-Necks.

I have no idea why they would do that. I sent them back. Please add a jersey knit Crew in pima cotton to your offerings.

The fabric truly is dreamy, in some ways even nicer than silk. This is the only shirt I could ever sleep in. The colors are attractive too. Two cautions: (1) The shirt is very long and so not suited to wearing untucked (I wear a medium, and it comes more than midway down my thigh).

(2) Don’t let sunscreen or other lotions get anywhere near this material; it does not resolve stains well.

I had to do a review after I actually used my sauna shirt. Because I’m an online shopper, I typically order things based on reviews and word of mouth. So I hope this helps someone. I’ve been a fan of this company’s products for years.

A few of my friends purchased their sauna suits years ago and always rave how great the suits are saying the quality is A1. I finally decided to purchase my first sauna shirt and I loved it so much I ordered another one for my sister a few days later.

My friends weren’t lying the material is top of the line! It had me sweating like crazy. I’m in love wish I would’ve ordered these years ago. If your thinking about ordering don’t hesitate. I’m 5’11 1871bs big boobs and I ordered a size Medium, fits great !.

I love this hot shaper. It’s much smoother and more comfortable than the waist cincher one. I love that you sweat but it seems to absorb the wetness to keep you dry and not dripping. I wear it all day, whether working out or not.

I have been using this for a few days now and I can honestly say literally makes you sweat!! But you have to at least try to work out to sweat! You can’t just sit around and expect to automatically start dripping! It’s a good product and fitting is also good! I’m 170 and ordered a medium so it was perfect for me!.

This product is amazing, I use it every time I go to the gym not only works great but it’s also very comfortable. I can also say that ever since I started using this product along with the Hot Gel I have seen big results and I lost a lot of inches off my waist.

This sauna vest lives up to its name and will make you sweat. I wear it outside since I am outside a lot and where I live it gets cold so this helps keep me warm actually. The vest itself is comfortable and doesn’t itch, zipper is good quality and haven’t had any snags, the material is really good quality.

I will say in my opinion its not true to size. Seems to run a tad bit smaller. It fits me but is a little tight.

I got this sauna vest because I read an article about sauna suits. It said that exercising in a sauna suit not only helps you lose weight, but burns fat, lowers blood sugar levels, and increases your aerobic fitness.

I just got it a couple weeks ago, and I already lost two pounds and my blood sugar levels decreased slightly. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about working out.

I got this one for my husband since I already had mine. We wear them during our cardio workouts. My husband is an avid runner and works out as well daily. You would be shocked at the amount of sweat that you see.

This neoprene sauna women’s vest is amazing. The fit is perfect. Material is really strong and comfortable to wear. Best thing is it really does it’s job perfectly. I wear it while walking for exercise and I feel it’s really helping me lose extra weight which something I really needed.

I love this sauna vest I just wish it was made a little bigger than smaller. I would suggest ordering up a size because it does run small. I am still able to wear and enjoy so thats ok. The vest is made well and seems high quality.

I started to use the Neoprene Sauna Vest and have seen a significant reduction in my belly circumference. My belly is flatter than when I first started. I started to exercise at home, from elliptical workouts to crunches and I started to count my calorie intake.

This SaunaFX Neoprene Sauna Hooded Jacket does what it should, making me sweat more when working out or jogging in it. If nothing else, it helps reduce water weight (so be sure to keep hydrated around using this), and will probably help at shredding for better muscle definition.

The only issue I could see is that it fits tight and there isn’t a lot of range in the size, so you may outgrow it (with muscle, hopefully) or not be able to fully zip it up if you’ve got some weight to lose (but then, it’s a good incentive).

I also like that it uses Microban to stop bacteria growth (since it basically holds sweat and should be aired out thoroughly after each use).

This jacket is perfect for the health enthusiasts or a every once in a while workout person. It helps to elevate your core temp to hold the burn zone longer. If it is too much you can just open it up a little or a lot to fit your comfort.

It works well with rigorous strength training and cardiovascular training.

Fit great but had a terrible odor. Unfortunately, these belts were made in China with the type of neoprene that is toxic and there was a warning on the package so I just threw them away.

I like this product. It does have a strong smell to it when you first open it but it does the job and is a little bigger then I thought which is good.

I recommend this product to all my male friends. Its a snug fit but it does complete what it is designed for. While walking around in it before my work out I can feel the Cami hot generating heat in all the right places.

I have been using this product for a few months and will soon need to purchase a smaller size due to the weight I have lost. Of course the Cami hot needs additional help like eating right and actually working out.

Excellent product and will definitely recommend for people with determination to loose tummy fat. Pick up one size smaller and it will do the trick. I lost 4 pounds in two weeks with just walking a couple of miles wearing this 4 times a week.

Easy to wash and dry. Dries in an hour on a hanger, for sure no calorie can be burnt while washing this product. Very durable. Will definitely buy again.

Super comfortable! I use it as a under shirt before weight training and cardio. It’ really light and people can’t tell you have it on. It’s really breathable. It doesn’t give you that “small under shirt feeling you would get.

Love the product. Misunderstood the use. Wish there were more information regarding product use as well as videos. Once I realized it was for something different than what I purchased for, it was good.

Initially I thought I could wear it all day, now I know it’s only to be worn while standing or in an unbent position. I’ll wear it will exercising and sleeping. I weighed 255 when I started wearing it and am 5’5.

I purchased the XL and it was a perfect fit. I had help getting in it at first, but was able to put on myself alter. The material stretches. Sorry no real pics with it on. The window shot I had it on under my clothing.

This is one of the best waist trainers I’ve bought. I normally fluctuate between an Xl-2x. I ordered a 2x because I didn’t want it to be too small. I definitely could’ve ordered an XL. I wear a 16-18 with a 45in waist.

The wrap around strap makes the fit super customizable and comfortable to be in all day or workout in.

This is the best waist trainer I have ever bought, the insane heat really makes you sweat 😓. I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a waist trainer that works and it is priced reasonably.

The heat generated from your body makes you feel like your in a microwave LOL. I put it on before I left home and had to pull over to take it off and even then the burn continued all the way ro the gym.

I thought to myself WOW this can’t be real!!!, I later put it back on just before my workout and I felt the burn like no other waist trainer that I had ever tried before. This is a product worth buying to take your waist line down a few inches.

In 2017 I got version 1. I wore the belt and could not believe how hot it got there as I wore it around my waist. I lost it during summer at a park. This year I got be4sion 2. Same thing but more surface area so better.

It does work in the sense that it does start to burns around 15 minutes for me. I use it before I hit the cardio. Try it and see for yourself.

This belt does exactly what it says. It heats you up and makes you sweat. No doubt that it works. I Cant give it 5 stars because it should be used with caution. I don’t see how u can use it for more than 30 minutes.

It gets HOT!It started burning so much that I could not leave it on. I felt like I had a serious sunburn afterward, and even had a tough time showering because the skin burn was no joke.

I ordered the shirt/leggings combo for myself and the suit style outfit for my roommate in the hopes of replacing cheaper neoprene vests bought at a big box chain. Those vests haven’t been touched since these arrived.

The quality was immediately apparent. Its easily 3 times as thick as that vest was. The stitching is fantastic. I’m able to pull the shirt and leggings with 0 worries about tears. The quality on the zippers is fantastic too! Just putting it on for the first time to see how it fit was wild.

I was in between a 2x and xl when I ordered these but I was able to wear a 2x shirt comfortably so I decided to order the 2x combo for myself. It fits like an athletic fit shirt, but not tight or uncomfortablely snug.

I wore it around for about 5 minutes when fit testing and was already getting warm – I was lightly sweating when I took it off just from wearing it around the house. I’m now able to fit into XL shirts comfortably and the 2x suit still fits.

The material’s stretchiness is awesome! These things will amp up your workout like you wouldn’t believe. I do the intro level P90 workouts 6 days a week (not P90X, but intro P90) and I can literally wring sweat out of my outfit each day when I’m finished.

Cleaning is an absolute breeze – just get in the shower while you’re still wearing your neoprene and let the water do its work. I take it off and flip it inside out to hand wash the insides, flip it right-side-out again and hang it up in the shower.

I wring it out once I’m out of the shower and maybe once again later in the day. In 24 hours its dry and ready to go again. I do this 5 days in a row and the 6th day we throw our outfits into the washer on a light cycle then hang them to dry.

No rips, tears, seam busts. these appear to be practically indestructible. I can’t praise the build quality enough. I’d recommend these sauna suits to literally anyone who has goals of dropping pounds.

It gets the sweat flowing like you won’t believe until you’re wearing it. The only gripe I have is that they aren’t available in more colors/patterns!.

Let me first start off with the one negative I have found. The material that these items are made out of kept me cool enough to not feel like I was sweating a whole lot. Which is very deceiving, because I sweat more than I ever had before without even knowing it.

After completing my workout; heavy squats, a few leg circuits and a three mile run, I had lost almost four pounds. These products are very well built and work exceptionally well. Just remember to stay hydrated and do not be deceived by the material.

I’ve been sweating excess water like Niagra falls. Ty. It’s very form fitting. At first I was scared because it didn’t fit that well , now that I’ve been sweating gallons it’s fitting alot better. ( How bad do y’all want this to work) the effort/exercise has to be done then the product works so much better.

I love this! I’ve bought so many waist trimmers/shapers and none of them have ever been long enough. This one is plenty long, it covers everything extending to the top of my thighs and does a great job of helping me sweat it out during exercise.

Based on the reviews of this item I purchased it 3 sizes larger to be sure it fit. While it’s not.

I got these in the size small and I think they fit pretty true to size. I use them mostly for yoga and they are super flexible. They are tight in all the right places too and make my tummy look trimmer but also really flatter my curves.

Definitely my new favorite pair of workout pants!.

I got a size Small and they were snug but not too tight (I would probably opt for a XS if they had that). I liked the high waist fit and how they look like normal workout leggings. They did have a bit of a chemical smell coming out of the packaging but that went away after a few days.

The material feels a bit like you are wearing a thick wetsuit.

I have purchased at least 4 products from shapellx and all four have really been on point my favorite is the waist trainer I purchased it really works and works good

I like a lot but i didn’t fit me, because i bought guiding me with the size chart, and it does not fit me is very big
