20 Best Weight Watchers Dressing (2022 Updated)

I have tried the Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Bac’n Ranch, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Honey Dijon, Thousand Island, and Caesar. All the ranch flavors are pretty nice. Chipotle by far has the most “typical” dressing flavor, but of course the heat and peppery flavor doesn’t always suit.

The Bac’n one has a strong artificial bacon flavoring, similar to those crunchy soy bacon bits. Actually, I think it has those bits in the dressing. I like it a lot, though, personally. The plain ranch is a little bland, but fine.

Not quite herby and black peppery enough for me. I’ll probably stick to the flavored ranches. The balsamic is quite decent, but not very tart. This is easily amended by adding some vinegar. The honey dijon and thousand island are good decent representations of the style.

The honey dijon makes an excellent dipping sauce. All of the above taste quite nice and flavorful as a dipping sauce but become a bit bland (or require a lot!) when tossed into a salad. I usually add some vinegar and maybe a dash of extra salt to punch up the flavor without adding calories.

I may add a few drops of oil if I have calories to spare. Last and also certainly least. the caesar. It’s terrible. As another reviewer noted, it has an unmistakeable aftertaste of vomit. I tried to convince myself that I only felt that way because I read that review so I wouldn’t waste a bottle of dressing, but I had to throw it out.

I don’t know if it’s something they’re using to recreate the “anchovy” flavor or the tartness or something else, but it’s absolutely awful. Stick to the other options. Put bac’n ranch on your “caesar” salad and call it a day.

I LOVE the taste of these and the convenience to carry some in my purse for travel. Was surprised that the case contained 12 boxes of 6 packets (1 oz each). Not a bad surprise for sure! Sharing some with the church folks.

Taste is good, like with all of their products it’s a good replacement, you can tell it’s calorie free but ours nice to have. I really like that it’s dairy free.

These packets make eating out so much easier. I don’t have to worry about the restaurant having a low-carb dressing. They’re great!

I bought this awhile back and hoped for “western” and “tangy”. Nope. It is colored corn syrup with zero taste. It has no place in your refrigerator other than to take up space and having no use in the kitchen.

Unless you have some sort of sweet and not sour need, it is horrible. Wishbone should be ashamed of this product and pull it from production until somebody can fix the formula. Fixing the formula would involve adding some savory western and some western tang.

It is western in name only. At this point you can’t dip an onion ring in it without wondering why it tastes like Karo Corn Syrup. Don’t order it regardless of the attractive bottle. Run! And, trying to leave this site, I was asked if I received an incentive for this review and I did not.

I was forced to say yes to complete this review. That should tell all of you something about a product that tastes bad.

My wife and I have been using Western dressing foe several years. After purchasing a new bottle at the local grocery store we found that the product was very runny and did not have the same flavor. Obviously either the ingredients or production methods have changes – not for the good.

I love Western dressing. It’s been my favorite since I was a kid. Last week I bought a new bottle because I’m running low. The consistency was like water, not thick texture that is one of the trademarks of this dressing, and I was too scared to taste it.

Irritated but figuring it was a one-off thing, I bought another bottle this week. SAME THING! Disturbed I read the most recent reviews on this site and see that I’m not the only person experiencing this.

Where was the quality control on this product? Wishbone, if you knowingly changed the recipe, please disclose such. If not, do the right thing and pull the product until your quality control is up to standard.

I will not be buying this for the foreseeable future; I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed.

I generally do not eat salad dressing as I have an eczema response to consuming seed oils and it is especially provoked by salad dressings. I wanted to find an alternative to just eating vinegar and spices on my salads, so I checked my local store shelf while on travel today.

I found the selection of Skinny Girl salad dressings are one of the only lines that excludes canola, soybean, and other oils as their main ingredient. This Honey Dijon dressing is both fat free and sugar free.

It also has only 10 calories and two (2) grams of carbs per two (2) tbsp serving. It has a thicker texture than expected for a dressing with no oil. It is also far more flavorful than I anticipated. This dressing contains a small amount of honey that provides a nice sweetness that isn’t artificial.

There are both mustard and mustard seed for a full mustard flavor as well. Other ingredients include cider vinegar, sea salt, dried garlic onion, and lemon juice. This dressing is the right balance of tangy, sweet, and acidic.

I tastes great on salads with or without meat. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

This was my first time trying this dressing. I like poppy seed dressing but they are all high fat,sodium and sugar laden! I am diabetic so I thought Id try it. The texture is watery,the dressing looks a bit grayish in tint, and the taste is disappointing.

Its not flavorful like a ranch or parmesan dressing. I cannot describe the actual taste, but it is sort of chemical, you dont taste poppyseed flavor. They create a grit texture,nothing more. Im not impressed nor mad about the expense as its $1.

98. Maybe I got a bottle thats been there a while. All I can say is try it and see, worst case. dump it. I saw Ken’s dressing had a lemon poppyseed dressing if its still made. That was good, but had all the stuff I have to avoid as listed above.

Bought this because I was looking for something with low calories and low sugar in it. It actually tastes pretty good and has a good consistency to it, unlike similar brands. Didn’t taste any kind of an aftertaste either, which you often get with these sugar free products.

I’ll probably try some of their other flavors after this. Almost $2. 00 for only 8oz, so it’s kind of on the expensive side. But most are. The price you pay for trying to eat healthy. The only thing I don’t like is that it comes in a glass bottle.

I like to take it to work with me, so I’ll have to be extra careful not to drop it. Very much worth the extra cost.

Yes, it’s is sugar and fat free. a dieters dream! It’s on the vinegary side in taste, but the mustard flavor helps keep that in control. Of all the Skinny Girl dressings, I prefer this one, because of the mustard taste.

It’s also not thick like some dressings, but you give up some things for reduction of calories, and this one is only 10 calories for 2 tablespoons. I recommend it over the other Skinny Girl dressing flavors.

I have been searching for a salad dressing that was delicious yet not filled with sugar. and I found it! I’m normally not a vinaigrette fan but I thought I would give this a try. The flavor is just right: there wasn’t a “fake” raspberry taste and the vinegar didn’t overpower the whole thing.

It was also a nice surprise to see the bottle is glass instead of plastic. Other than the raspberry seeds, the dressing itself was light and flavored your entire salad. The lack of added sugar makes me happy because I don’t feel guilty using a dressing in my salads.

I plan on keeping this on my grocery list at all times!.

We love going to this specific spa resort and in their restaurant they have lots of salad options. One night we had a beet salad. We’d asked for the recipe and have recreated it at home multiple times.

We’ve tweaked it based on available ingredients and one alternative was the salad dressing. We LOVE this salad dressing paired with sweet and salty flavors. For a simple salad – adding blueberry goat cheese with this dressing is so good.

I have been on a diet and I got really really bored with my go to dressing (ranch). I have never liked vinaigrettes because I don’t like the taste/smell of vinegar. ,,, but saw this and decided to take a chance.

I am so glad I did because this dressing is now my new favorite! Plus I have added a couple more vinaigrettes to my close to favorite list. Salad with chicken, glazed pecans, diced juji apple and Panera Bread’s Fuji Apple vinaigrette on a bed of a spring salad mix.

I usually add some grape tomatoes but didn’t think of them this time.

Great dressing! Tasty sweet but also tart vinegerett that goes perfect for a light salad with lots of flavor! I love most of the salad dressings by Panera, they haven’t let me down once! It’s great paired with sliced apples, walnuts peppers😋 (make the salad of your choice) but definitely try this one!.

I have always kept Wishbone Italian Dressing on hand for years and years. I used it in salads and as a marinade. My three sons loved my chicken on the grill in the summer. I tried to make it again this summer and made a salad for myself first.

I thought I had COVID-19 when I took a bite of my salad that had Wishbone Italian Dressing on it! I don’t have COVID-19, but the flavor was so different I spit it out! It was far too sweet and I could barely taste anything familiar.

So, did you change the formulation of your Italian Dressing? And why? It was PERFECT just how it was! I learned to like eating salad with Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing back in the 1960s. Please, you had it perfect, go back to the traditional recipe.

no. i will. i WILL drink all of it in one moment. it would be my magnum opus; to bring the salad dressing to its full potential. people say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but i will make it my mission to enlighten others about this miracle that you have created.

Back in the day this was the best salad dressing period. They have completely changed the recipe. It is now this thick, corn syrup infused mess. How I know it has changed is that there used to actually be a picture of a lemon on the label way back when and when you read the ingredients label there was lemon juice in the recipe.

Now there is no mention of lemon juice at all. Could they experts over there dig out the old recipe from the 70’s and just go back to it. It was so good back then you could drink it straight out of the glass bottle it came in.

Now I wouldn’t use it to marinate chicken. Please fix.

Primal Kitchen is absolutely amazing. I have been using their Buffalo sauce on everything since I first tasted it. It is going to be the same with this new Ranch Dressing. It has this wonderful consistency that is only slightly oily and wonderful to eat.

The Ranch flavor is very natural and not too strong. You can get a slight hint of avocado along with some subtle spices as well. It is a wonderful addition to any meal that somehow seems to always add the right amount of flavor in the right direction.

I have dipped vegetarian buffalo wings and vegetables in it while watching hockey, put it on vegetarian egg and chorizo soft tacos first thing in the morning, and used it as the finishing touch for every salad I have at night.

It is perfect for every food and every time of day. Primal Kitchen understands flavor more than any other company in the market including the billion dollar giants.

This Caesar dressing lacked taste. Even though there is supposed to be roasted garlic, garlic powder and rosemary extract I couldn’t even taste any of it. It was also a little more tart than I would have expected or liked it to be with the apple cider and distilled vinegars present.

It really didn’t taste like a Caesar dressing at all. Couldn’t taste the black pepper either. There is a taste that carries through while you are eating it but I couldn’t put my finger on what it was exactly, it just tasted cardboard like.

Personally I wouldn’t buy this for all the above reasons and the price at $10 a bottle for only 235 ml is also a turn off. It’s also missing any kind of cheese like the obvious parmesan or Romano that I would have expected to be one of the ingredients.

I don’t buy much (air quotes) organic sauces but if they’re all like this one was, I don’t think I’d buy any again. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone as almost everyone I know are foodies like me.

As far as organic goes, a home made dressing would beat this hands down using all natural ingredients like egg yolk and lemon juice. Just an end note, I do not have a cold and there is nothing wrong with my tasting or smelling.

I actually smelled it from the bottle as well and it’s exactly the way I described it in its smell as well. It actually smelled like a bland ranch dressing. Come to think of it, that’s the best way to put how it tastes because there was no other flavors.

The only thing positive that I could say about this product, is that the texture is just right.

I really thought I was going to like this. I normally like Primal Kitchen mayo’s and I thought I was going to like the Vegan Ranch Dressing. It looked great from the outside when it was unopened. When I opened it up, the color wasn’t that appetizing to me, it was an off yellow color and not white like normal Ranch Dressings.

I pushed on through with the taste despite being put ogg by the color, it did NOT taste like Ranch. I don’t even know what it’s trying to be. It’s an okay dip if your not thinking its Ranch. While it is okay as a dip and not a dressing, I didn’t particialry enjoy the consistincy of it.

I kept shaking it to get back to it “original” state. It kept thicking up- if thats the correct term, and the top kept getting oil after long periods of stasis. I won’t be buying this again.

This is a great clean dressing. I used this on a variety of different salads and I think it’s the perfect Amount of sweetness. You can add to a salad with berry’s and it’s not too sweet but also great with some lettuce and nuts and seeds.

I like that it’s simple, ingredients and it’s dairy free. Wish the bottle was a little bigger but still highly recommend.

I was sooo upset when Annie’s made Green Garlic so hard to find. Thankfully Vitacost still has it and at a fair price. Annie’s and many other health food companies need to promote their products!! Green Garlic may not be the best dressing on a salad, as it’s a little strong.

But to me it is the best Dressing for a cold pasta salad. Just prepare a mix of a few different healthy pastas. Then add sliced black olives, cherry tomatoes and possibly small pieces of fresh, uncooked broccoli and pour this Annie’s Dressing over it all.

Wonderful!! Also for vegetarians, and vegans who eat vegan cheese, I swear that if you have a provolone (with smoky flavor), sandwich on rye bread and a thin slice of tomato and instead of mustard use this Green Garlic as the condiment on your sandwich, you may think you are eating a vegetarian take on a pastrami sandwich.

Sooo good! Also messy, but incredible, instead of butter on fresh corn on the cob. Or an August fresh tomato sandwich with Green Garlic dressing. And yes, on corn bread or banana bread instead of butter.

It doesn’t matter to me whether this is organic or not, this just happened to be the one in stock. I LOVE this! I can add extra vinegar for a pasta salad. I can also use this as a dip and add a little touch of chives or parsley if I desire.

I also use a neutral (usually Hain) mayo to thicken for a spread. My spread always has something added-whether onions, peppers, pickles, herbs, or anything else that will add to whatever I’m serving.

I’m tired of purchasing 15 different ingredients for ONE dish, when ALL I NEED to do is just start with a BASE! This dressing adds to my pantry selections, along with MANY freeze dried herbs. This way, I have everything at the ready! This is good dressing!.

It has been over 10 years since I first tried this, but I really didn’t care for it very much. I do love nutritional yeast flakes in my salad dressing, and I put them in mine, when I make my own. I actually like most of the ingredients in this dressing, but for some reason, I didn’t like it.

Maybe the ratio of some ingredients. I think the main reason is that is was very sour and bitter tasting. Italian salad dressing has always been my favorite (it does have a bit of sweetness to Italian dressing too), but they really taste very little alike.

I also love balsamic, and soy ginger dressings, but I just recommend this one, if you like your dressing with zero sweetness, and a lot of tang! It is vegan though, which is why I tried it, and it comes in a glass bottle.

There are many cheaper dressings available, but the great thing about this one is it’s not full of preservatives and msg’s! I was able to add stuff and make it edible, but I only repurchased once, and I didn’t really like it very much that time either.

As my tastes have changed to some degree, I’d love to try it again soon though. Some of their dressings aren’t vegan.

This is the absolute best Caesar dressing I’ve ever had. It is the only brand I will buy and it is so cheap it’s ridiculous. It’s got a great consistency and a perfect flavor that’s not too mild and not too bold.

I definitely recommend this to anyone to put on there Caesar salad or any salad.

I have become a fan of caeser dressing. N Ken’s is my favorite Caesar dressing from the grocery store. I like the creaminess of the dressing. I like the parmesan cheese taste. I recommend this brand n flavor of dressing.

Besides using as a salad dressing, I’ve also marinated chicken and pan cooked using caesar, it turned out moist n flavorful. I am a repeat customer.

I don’t know much about salad dressing, but this is my favorite Caesar dressing that exists on the market. Creamy? Check. Can you taste the cheese? Hell yeah. It is exactly like the kind of Caesar dressing that would come on a fancy salad at a steakhouse.

This is my favorite dressing. It is light yet flavorful and extends itself to so many dishes. Obviously great on salads. But, I have found it as a delicious dip for strawberries, along with a little fresh cracked black pepper! Believe it or not, this is delicious drizzled lightly over sorbet! Great for dipping bread.

I hate mayo, and used to use Italian dressing on my sandwiches. But this has even replaced that act. So good!.

I use this in place of making my own Caesar dressing now. I just add the anchovies as whole fillets. It enhances any salad. It is an EXCELLENT marinade for meat and fish. want a quick and easy shrimp scampi type dinner to impress company? Marinade large raw peeled, tail on shrimp for an hour or so.

Put some good olive oil in a heavy pan with minced garlic. Quick sear the shrimp and remove. Add more Girard’s and some dry white wine. Add sliced crimini mushrooms or the Giorgio Sliced Mushrooms available here.

Grate some Parmesan or other hard dry cheese. Pour over linguine and enjoy. You will love this dressing!.

It’s a cool bottle. I mean seriously. If you check out with this and that cute cashier is there, they will have no choice but to assume you know what you’re doing. You’re not some lame-o that buys generic blue cheese.
